21. Feasibility analysis on the coupling power system of municipal solid waste incinerator and coal-fired unit

Abstract

In this paper, the coupling capacity matching is related to chlorine content in MSW incinerator, denitrification and desulfurization efficiency of coal-fired boiler. Based on an 850 t/d municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator and a 1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit, the effect of the dual-chain coupling of steam and flue gas on the coal-fired unit is studied, including corrosion of heating surface in furnace, dioxin emissions, pollutants emission, and fly ash comprehensive utilization. Through the influence research to the coal-fired boiler, it can be seen that influence on the heating surface is small at high temperature. The flue gas environment of coal-fired boiler can also inhibit the synthesis of dioxin and the flue gas of waste incinerator meet to the ultra-low emission standard of pollutants of coal-fired units and the heavy metals content of fly ash of coal-fired boiler is not hazardous waste. After the coupling, the generation efficiency of MSW incinerator can rise up from 20% to 31.6% and the MSW incinerators operate investment reduced by 40% with significant economic benefits. The coupling mode can be generalized of waste incinerator and coal-fired boiler that obtain feasibility for engineering application.

Abstract

In this paper, the low load steady combustion test of a single burner was carried out on the 30MW thermal test bench of the State Key Laboratory of efficient and clean coal-fired power plant boiler. Combined with numerical simulation, the lower limit of the minimum stable combustion load of the burner was tried to find out, which provided the basic test data for the furnace combustion stability during the deep peak load regulation of the boiler. The experimental and numerical simulation results show that under 40% rated load, the outlet flame is stable and bright, and the negative pressure in the furnace is stable, which can realize the stable combustion of a single burner.

Abstract

Context:Leonurus artemisia(Lour.) S.Y.Hu (Lamiaceae) (YiMuCao in Chinese) is a traditional Chinese medicine.Leonurus artemisiahas been shown to have many pharmacological effects such as increasing uterine contraction amplitude, and tension, but the active components are still unknown. Objective: The objective of this study is to determine active components ofL. Artemisiathat are responsible for the biological activity using HPLC and cell membrane-based system. Materials and methods: The wholeL. artemisiaethanol extract and its eight fractions were screened using Sprague–Dawley rat uterus cell membrane chromatography (CMC) combined with the HPLC/MS system. Oxytocin was used to investigate the activity of CMC column. The effect of active components screened fromL. artemisiawas studied by tension measurement of isolated rat uterine stripsin vitroat a dose of 10−7–10−4 mol/L with oxytocin as a control. Results: The acetone extract showed obvious activity when compared with the eight extracts ofL. artemisia. From the acetone extract, in the negative ionization mode, the active compound was identified as genkwanin, with a molecular weight of 283.In vitropharmacological experiments proved that genkwanin promoted uterine contractions at a dose from 10−7to 10−4 mol/L. The EC50value was 4.86 ± 4.21 μmol/L for genkwanin and 4.30 ± 3.65 μmol/L for oxytocin on the contractile amplitude of uterine strips isolated from rats. Discussion and conclusion: Genkwanin was identified as the active compound inL. artemisiaby this method. In vitropharmacological experiments proved that genkwanin promoted uterine contractions.
