In the context of rural revitalization and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals， a model of township micro-energy network is established. Firstly， the mathematical models of garbage power generation and biogas production from anaerobic digestion of sludge are built in view of the characteristics of energy in rural areas. An electric vehicle load prediction model is established considering the development of rural transportation industry and tourism. Secondly， the carbon emissions from farming， breeding， and purchased energy are modeled， and the carbon reduction from domestic waste treatment， biogas export， and electric vehicle are also considered to illustrate the carbon emission characteristics from production and living in rural areas. Finally， with the lowest energy cost and lowest carbon emission of the township micro-energy network as the objective functions， the multi-objective optimization problem is solved using the normal boundary intersection （NBI） and the TOPSIS. The optimal energy consumption decision of the township under the premise of economy and low carbon is obtained through specific cases. The role of energy equipment with rural characteristics is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the construction of zero-carbon villages.

Previous studies on the co-evolving between vaccination strategies and epidemics mainly assumed that the vaccination strategies were made in the period between two spreading seasons. However, individual cognition during the spreading seasons might also alter the vaccination strategy and inversely influence the epidemic spreading. We propose a coupled disease-behavior model to describe the dynamic evolution of vaccination behavior during the spread of infectious diseases. The model integrates a susceptible-infected-vaccinated (SIV) model with the diffusion of vaccination behavior. We focus on the trade-off between perceptions of infection risk and the vaccination behaviors of neighbors, characterizing individual vaccination opinions. We introduce an opinion-critical value to map vaccination opinions into vaccination behavior. The vaccination coverage of the disease-behavior model is studied in network models and real-world networks. In addition, when societal costs are measured based on the degree of initial vaccinees, the cost of randomly selecting initial vaccinees is lowerthan selecting individuals with high or low degrees as vaccinees. Evaluating an individual's ability to transmit vaccination behavior based on the neighbor's number is inappropriate. We find that the impact of effective spreading rates on group vaccination is not one-sided and that reducing fear and highlighting the dangers of infectious diseases are crucial to increasing vaccination coverage. Aim: Chondrosarcoma is difficult to treat because of resistance to conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This study evaluated the effects of ethanol in combination with doxorubicin in chondrosarcoma cells.Materials& Methods: JJ012, was treated with doxorubicin alone or in combination with ethanol. Effects on cellular proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis, and the cell cycle were evaluated.Results: Treatment of JJ012 cells with 100 mM ethanol and doxorubicin resulted in reduced cell growth, invasion, and migration. In addition, doxorubicin uptake into the nucleus was enhanced and p53 mRNA expression was upregulated in JJ012 cells.Conclusion: Ethanol combined with doxorubicin increased doxorubicin uptake in the nucleus and enhanced the effects of doxorubicin in JJ012 cells.
