This paper introduced the concept and origin of countryside health and wellness tourism, expounded the current status and development trend of countryside health and wellness tourism in China, discussed and analyzed the problems existing in the development process of countryside health and wellness tourism in China, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of countryside health and wellness tourism. It is the mission of modern tourism researchers to explore the essence of regional culture for serving today’s health and wellness tourism.

Open Innovation gains a wide spread attention in technology management research in recent years. Because existing research about the relationship between outbound open innovation and innovation performance is limited and context factors are ignored in existing research and based on Chesbrough’s open innovation model and theory of enterprise competence, this study introduces enterprise competence and knowledge spillovers into the field of outbound open innovation, explores their moderated roles between open innovation and innovation performance. We use high-tech firms as research sample to test the hypothesis that we proposed and find that: (1) outbound open innovation has a positive effect on innovation performance; (2) both enterprise competence and knowledge spillovers moderate the relationship between outbound open innovation and innovation performance. These conclusions have important implications for the development and application of open innovation theory.

As market competition continuously intensifies, how to cope with existing and potential market challenges in complex, dynamic environments is a major problem haunting Chinese e-commerce enterprises in their strategic planning. In order to solve this problem, the theory of organizational ambidexterity is applied in this paper to the strategic practices of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, and starting from the view of corporate leadership, the mediated role of top management’s behavioral integration (referred to as TMBI in the following content) in the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and organizational ambidexterity is discussed. In addition, against the practical background that Chinese e-commerce enterprises are facing highly competitive environments, further clarification is made herein by using environmental dynamics as the moderator variable for the mediated link. Through empirical tests on 198 samples of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, we find that: 1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational ambidexterity, and TMBI plays a full mediated role in that influencing process; 2) environmental dynamics moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and TMBI, but don’t have a moderated effect on the relationship between TMBI and organizational ambidexterity. According to the research conclusion in this paper, the mechanism of transformational leadership influencing organizational ambidexterity can be better explained when two important factors, TMBI and environmental dynamics, are taken into consideration. The research in this paper provides not only important revelations for the development of organizational ambidexterity research as well as the application of relevant research achievements, but also supports for Chinese e-commerce enterprises’ effective strategic practices in theory.

The tyrosine and phosphoinositide kinases play crucial roles in the regulation of many cancer cell processes including cell survival and cell motility. Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a rare and deadly type of thyroid cancer, and so far, there are no effective therapeutic compounds for ATC. Herein, we investigate the anticancer activities of PP121, a dual inhibitor of tyrosine and phosphoinositide kinases, in ATC therapy. We found that PP121 is effective at suppressing cell viability, inducing cell apoptosis, and inhibiting cell migration and invasion. The potential anticancer mechanism for PP121 might be its inhibitory effects on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathways in ATC cells. Furthermore, PP121 is effective at suppressing ATC tumor growth in vivo. In summary, our studies suggest that PP121 might be a promising therapeutic compound for ATC treatment, which might shed new light on ATC therapy.

A new method of modified optimization of double helical gears is proposed based on reducing vibration and noise and raising machining efficiency. Firstly, the straight profile of rack-cutter edge is replaced by three segment parabolas, and the equation of the rack-cutter profile is ultimately represented in the rack-cutter surface. Secondly, the physical and mathematical model of tooth contact analysis and loaded tooth contact analysis of double helical gears are introduced and then the loaded transmission errors are obtained. The optimal modification parameters are achieved based on the minimum amplitude of loaded transmission error. Finally, a set of equipment for measuring loaded transmission error, the analysis software platform and the test-bed of vibration and noise are designed, respectively. The feasibility of the method of modified optimization is verified. Compared with vibration and noise before modification, those after modification averagely decrease 18% and 2.7 dB.

This paper studies the influence factors and the influence mechanism which effect Chinese adaption intention of mobile payment based on TAM model, theory of social psychology and innovation diffusion. It takes near-field mobile phone payment as practical example to do questionnaire survey with 623 samples in China and then the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 software .The result shows that the direct factors influencing mobile payment adoption are ranked as follows: altitude, consumer’s confidence in the operator, number of merchants, scope of service, cost to use, subjective normalization and operation scenario. The number of merchants, the scope of service, the perceived ease of use and the compatibility have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness. The people at different ages and with different incomes are different significantly in their willingness to purchase through the mobile-phone payment. At the end of this paper management suggestion for operators was given.'

Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a rare type of thyroid cancer with no effective systemic therapy. It has been shown that Akt activation is associated with tumor progression in ATC. Here we observed the additive effect between an Akt inhibitor (MK-2206) and a novel platelet-derived growth factor receptor inhibitor (tyrphostin AG 1296) in ATC therapy. We found an additive effect between MK-2206 and tyrphostin AG 1296 in suppressing ATC cell viability. The combination of MK-2206 and tyrphostin AG 1296 induces additive apoptosis, additive suppression of the Akt signaling pathway, as well as additive inhibition of cell migration and invasion of ATC cells. Furthermore, the combination of MK-2206 and tyrphostin AG 1296 induced additive suppression of ATC tumor growth in vivo. In summary, our studies suggest that the combination of Akt and receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors may be an efficient therapeutic strategy for ATC treatment, which might shed new light on ATC therapy.
