The growing demand for easily available healthcare in recent years has fuelled the digitization of healthcare services. The Hospital Management System (HMS) software stands out as a comprehensive solution among the software systems and tools that hospitals and clinics are developing in tandem with this trend. In order to effectively manage many facets of hospital operations, in this paper, we propose an approach for investigating software of this kind. Thus, we characterise the HMS software as a unique sort of batch arrival retrial queueing system (QS) that can handle both ordinary and priority patient demands. Furthermore, it permits patient resistance (balk) and departure (renege) in specific circumstances. The proposed model is additionally deployed within the framework of Bernoulli working vacation. The supplementary variable technique (SVT) has been utilised to obtain the necessary results. ANFIS, a soft computing tool, is used to validate the analytical results as well. Finally, this study seeks to enhance the cost-effectiveness of software creation by employing four unique optimization methods, aiming to achieve optimal efficiency in resource utilization.

This article deals with the concepts of a single server retrial queueing model with balking, orbital search under working vacation and starting failure. If the server is busy, the prospective consumer may either enter the pool or leave the system; if the server is idle, the arriving client begins providing its services instantaneously. We assume the server is unstable since it did not start during the usual busy period. Instead of being completely unavailable at some point during the working vacation, the server will operate at a slow rate. Following the completion of the vacation period, the server either searches the orbit for clients or returns to idle mode, during which it resumes normal operations and continues to serve customers. The essential and adequate conditions for system stability have been discovered. The supplementary variable approach has been utilised to generate the stationary probability distribution and a few performances metrices. To justify the suggested paradigm, several numerical examples and special cases are presented. We have used the ANFIS soft computing strategy to assess the outcomes of the analytical and neural fuzzy methods.

In this paper, first we define the notion direct product of neutrosophic sets in INK-algebras, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic INK-ideals, neutrosophic closed INK-ideals and direct product of neutrosophic INK-ideals in INK-algebras. We prove some theorems which show that there is some relation between these notions. Finally, we define the INK-subalgebra of INK-algebra and then we give related theorem about the relationship between their Images and direct product of neutrosophic INK-ideals.

Telemedicine is a remote medical practice, which utilizes information and communication technology to provide healthcare and exchange of health information for distance places. Diagnosis and prescription for rural and remote area patients are the main advantages of this system. The major categories of telemedicine are store-and-forward, remote patient monitoring and interactive telemedicine. Interactive telemedicine is a real-time interaction between patients and doctors. This method can be conducted in a nursing home or at the patient's house via a video-conferencing system. Moreover, this is more convenient for patients, than to obtain health care with a caretaker in person. However, Internet-based networks are congested with many users. We considered interactive telemedicine as a queueing system and analyzed it by using the method of supplementary variables. We obtained the performance measures through a probability generating function. The numerical results of the queueing system may be useful to provide service satisfactorily and update the utility function of interactive telemedicine. The concept of T-normed fuzzy TM-subalgebras is introduced by applying the notion of t-norm to fuzzy TM-algebra and its properties are investigated. The ideas based on minimum t-norm are generalized to all widely accepted t-norms in a fuzzy TM-subalgebra.The characteristics of an idempotent T-normed fuzzy TM-subalgebra are studied. The properties of image and the inverse image of a T-normed fuzzy TM-subalgebra under homomorphism is discussed. The T-direct product and T-product of T-normed fuzzy TM-subalgebras are also considered.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the queuing model entitled to cost optimization in bulk arrival and a batch service retrial queuing system with threshold, server failure, non-disruptive service, and multiple vacations. When bulk arrival of customers find the server is busy, then all customers will join in the orbit. On the other hand, if the server is free, then batch service will be provided according to the general bulk service rule. Batch size varies from a minimum of one and a maximum of ‘b’ number of customers. Customers in the orbit seek service one by one through constant retrial policy whenever the server is in idle state. The server may encounter failure during service. If the server fails, then ‘renewal of service station’ will be considered with probability δ. If there is no server failure with probability 1 – δ in the service completion or after the renewal process and if the orbit is empty, the server then leaves for multiple vacations. The server stays on vacation until the orbit size reaches the value N. For this proposed queuing model, a probability generating function of the orbit size will be obtained by using the supplementary variable technique and various performance measures will be presented with suitable numerical illustrations.
