Aiming at the structural response characteristics of solid rocket motor (SRM) under vertical storage conditions, the creep tests of HTPB propellant under different stress levels were carried out, and the creep constitutive model of the propellant was fitted. Then the creep model of the HTPB propellant was used to analyze the structural response of a solid rocket motor with HTPB propellant grain. At the same time, a two-week vertical storage experiment was conducted for the SRM with HTPB propellant grain, and the creep displacement of the front and rear end of the propellant grain was measured and compared with the simulation results. The results show that the creep model of the HTPB propellant can well simulate the structural response of the propellant grain under vertical storage condition. During the storage process, the position near the root of the front artificial relief flaps is the high stress area of propellant grain. After 1 year of vertical storage, the axial sinking displacement at the rear end face of propellant grain is about 1.38 mm.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a common and potentially life‐threatening condition. Chronic aortic inflammation is closely associated with the pathogenesis of AAA. Nerve injury‐induced protein 1 (NINJ1) is increasingly acknowledged as a significant regulator of the inflammatory process. However, the precise involvement of NINJ1 in AAA formation remains largely unexplored. The present study finds that the expression level of NINJ1 is elevated, along with the specific expression level in macrophages within human and angiotensin II (Ang II)‐induced murine AAA lesions. Furthermore, Ninj1flox/flox and Ninj1flox/floxLyz2‐Cre mice on an ApoE−/− background are generated, and macrophage NINJ1 deficiency inhibits AAA formation and reduces macrophage infiltration in mice infused with Ang II. Consistently, in vitro suppressing the expression level of NINJ1 in macrophages significantly restricts macrophage adhesion and migration, while attenuating macrophage pro‐inflammatory responses. Bulk RNA‐sequencing and pathway analysis uncover that NINJ1 can modulate macrophage infiltration through the TLR4/NF‐κB/CCR2 signaling pathway. Protein‐protein interaction analysis indicates that NINJ1 can activate TLR4 by competitively binding with ANXA2, an inhibitory interacting protein of TLR4. These findings reveal that NINJ1 can modulate AAA formation by promoting macrophage infiltration and pro‐inflammatory responses, highlighting the potential of NINJ1 as a therapeutic target for AAA. Background: Benign thyroid nodules (BTNs) represent a prevalent clinical challenge globally, with various ultrasound-guided ablation techniques developed for their management. Despite the availability of these methods, a comprehensive evaluation to identify the most effective technique remains absent. This study endeavors to bridge this knowledge gap through a network meta-analysis (NMA), aiming to enhance the understanding of the comparative effectiveness of different ultrasound-guided ablation methods in treating BTNs., Methods: We comprehensively searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, Web of Science, Ovid, SCOPUS, and ProQuest for studies involving 16 ablation methods, control groups, and head-to-head trials. NMA was utilized to evaluate methods based on the percentage change in nodule volume, symptom score, and cosmetic score. This study is registered in INPLASY (registration number 202260061)., Results: Among 35 eligible studies involving 5655 patients, NMA indicated that RFA2 (radiofrequency ablation, 2 sessions) exhibited the best outcomes at 6 months for percentage change in BTN volume (SUCRA value 74.6), closely followed by RFA (SUCRA value 73.7). At 12 months, RFA was identified as the most effective (SUCRA value 81.3). Subgroup analysis showed RFA2 as the most effective for solid nodule volume reduction at 6 months (SUCRA value 75.6), and polidocanol ablation for cystic nodules (SUCRA value 66.5)., Conclusion: Various ablation methods are effective in treating BTNs, with RFA showing notable advantages. Sn-doped TiO 2 nanomaterials with different amounts of Sn (1, 2.5, 5, 10, and 15 at%) were prepared by a sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, TG, DTA, EDS, XPS, DRS, SEM, BET, and PL. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared samples was investigated by measuring the degradation of rhodamine B in aqueous solution under UV light. The experimental results indicate that doping with Sn promotes phase transformation from anatase to rutile. The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 is influenced by both the heat treatment temperature and the Sn doping concentration. 1% Sn-TiO 2 exhibits the highest degradation rate at 350 °C and 5% Sn-TiO 2 exhibits the best photocatalytic activity at 500 °C and 650 °C.
