Osteoporosis is the most common chronic metabolic disease in the skeletal system, characterized by decreased bone density and degradation of bone microstructure. Hyperuricemia caused by purine metabolic disorders is a metabolic disorder syndrome, and its incidence has significantly increased in recent years, showing a trend of gradually younger development. In recent years, the incidence rate has increased significantly and has a younger trend. Scholars both domestically and internationally have conducted extensive research on the correlation between osteoporosis and uric acid. Studies have shown a correlation between the two, but the exact relationship remains controversial due to many confounding factors. This article provides a review of the correlation between blood uric acid and osteoporosis.

Objective To explore the therapeutic method of streptococcal toxin shock syndrome and necrotizing fasciitis caused by streptococcus pyogenes. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 2 cases of streptococcus pyogenes infection, summarize the treatment experience. The case 1 which was characterized by sudden occurrence, rapid change developed into streptococcal toxin shock syndrome and necrotizing fasciitis, our treatment included fluid resuscitation, maintenance of blood pressure, supplement of coagulation factors, antiinfection, continuous blood purification, improve immunity, complete debridement drainage treatment. The case 2 developed into necrotizing fasciitis, our treatment included anti-infection, improve immunity, complete debridement drainage treatment. Results After treatment, the infection of 2 patients was controlled and their condition gradually improved. Conclusion For toxic shock syndrome and necrotizing fasciitis caused by streptococcus pyogenes, the treatments include surgical treatment, effective anti-infection, the use of human blood albumin, continuous blood purification, may play a vital role.

Due to the lack of teachers, students’ writing can not get timely feedback, which makes the effectiveness of calligraphy teaching in higher education institutions poor. An interactive teaching system for calligraphy in higher education institutions is constructed using computer multimedia technology in this paper. Through the design of teaching links, the system fully reflects the context and interactivity of teaching content, offers a wealth of learning activities and resources and makes the calligraphy learning process more intuitive. At the same time, through the “human-computer interaction” to improve the internal drive of students to participate in the learning process, to enhance the interest of learners in learning. The denoising of the text in the picture involves the use of discrete Fourier transform, while the smoothing of the edges of the calligraphic text is achieved through binarization operation, erosion, and expansion principle. The results show that the shape similarity of the system fluctuates between 0.57922 and 0.83314, and the overall similarity reaches more than 0.85, which indicates that the system can be applied to the undergraduate classroom of Calligraphy in higher education institutions. Under the teaching environment of the system, the teacher students with different attitudes have significant variability, which also indicates that the system is effective in assisting the short-term writing practice of calligraphy teaching in higher education institutions, reflecting that the detailed evaluation provided by the interactive teaching system of calligraphy in higher education institutions has some valuable significance.

Background: Gastric cancer (GC), particularly for advanced stage of GC, commonly undergoes peritoneal metastasis (PM), which is the leading cause of GC‐related death. However, there currently has no reliable biomarker to predict the onset of GCPM. It is well known that the imbalance of gut microbiota contributes to the development and metastasis of gastrointestinal tumors. Unfortunately, little is known about how the alternation in gut microbiota is associated with the onset of GCPM. Methods: Our current study analyzed structural characteristics and functional prediction of gut microbiota in GC patients with PM (PM group) and without PM (non‐PM group). Fresh fecal samples were collected from a discovery cohort (PM = 38, non‐PM = 54) and a validation cohort (PM = 15, non‐PM = 21) of GC patients and their 16S ribosomal RNA (16s rRNA) gene amplicons were sequenced, followed by bioinformatics. Results: The results indicated an increase in the biodiversity of gut microbiota in the non‐PM group of the discovery cohort, compared with the PM group. Moreover, LEfSe analysis found 31 significantly different microorganisms, of which the Roseburia ranked the fifth in the random forest (RF) model. The characteristics of intestinal microbiota in GCPM patients were changed, and the abundance of Roseburia in gut microbiota from the GCPM patients was reduced and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis revealed that the reduced abundance of gut Roseburia effectively predicted the onset of GCPM. Conclusion: This signature was also observed in the validation cohort. Therefore, Roseburia is a protective microbial marker and the reduced abundance of Roseburia in gut microbiota may help early diagnosis of GCPM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
