The scientific and technological innovation ability of the economic free trade zone is crucial to the depth and breadth of its economic development. There are too many subjective factors in the evaluation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of traditional economic free trade zones. In order to objectively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, this paper uses the random forest weighting method and the weighted linear combination to construct the evaluation index system, designs the evaluation model of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, and makes a specific analysis and evaluation based on the operation data of the economic and technological innovation ability of China’s four key free trade zones in 2020. The results show that the scientific and technological innovation ability of Guangdong economic free trade zone is the strongest, followed by Guangdong economic and trade zone, Shanghai economic and trade zone, Zhejiang economic and trade zone, and Tianjin economic and trade zone; Guangdong free trade zone has strong scientific and technological innovation ability. Compared with other free trade zones, Guangdong’s main advantages lie in the integration and aggregation ability of the industrial chain, strong policy support, and talent attraction. The scientific and technological innovation ability forms a virtuous circle. The analysis of the model example shows that the introduction of the random forest weighting method into the scientific and technological evaluation of the free trade zone can more objectively compare and analyze the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, which is of great significance to help the free trade zone find out the problems and shortcomings in the scientific and technological innovation ability and improve the level of scientific and technological innovation.

In this paper, Ag@Fe3O4@cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) nanocomposites were synthesized by a facile and green microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. In the procedure, CNC was used as a reducing agent for the synthesis of Ag. During the whole synthesis process, there were no additional reducing agents or toxic solvents used. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and differential thermal analysis. In addition, Ag@Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites were also synthesized by microwave-assisted method and hydrothermal method. Both the effects of reaction time and synthetic procedures on the reduction process of Ag+ by CNC were explored. The results showed that Fe3O4 was formed with sphere-like structure and dispersed uniformly. Ag@Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites exhibited good adsorption of dye solution, which showed potential applications in water treatment. The antibacterial results showed that Ag@ Fe3O4@CNC nanocomposites had good antibacterial activities toward both Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). The green and facile strategy reported in this paper may be broadly used in synthesizing other metal nanoparticles, as well as organic–inorganic nanocomposites.

The purpose of this article was to explore the influences of synthetic methods on the lignin-based carbon materials. In this paper, the lignin-based activated carbon materials were comparatively researched in ZnCl2 solution using various methods, including the microwave-assisted method, ultrasound method, and UV irradiation method, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to characterize the as-prepared samples. The effects of the synthetic parameters including the types of lignin, activated solution concentration, types of activated solution, and synthetic methods on the morphologies, thermal stability, and specific surface area of samples were comparatively investigated in detail. The specific surface area of lignin-based activated carbon increased to 473.8, 765.3, and 211.2 m2∙g&minus, 1 using the microwave-assisted method, ultrasound method, and UV irradiation method, respectively, compared with that of the control (113.4 m2∙g&minus, 1). The lignin-based carbon materials displayed the enhanced absorptive capacity, compared with that of the control. These novel synthetic methods reported here maybe have a guiding significance for the synthesis of carbon materials using the lignin as precursors.

A series of HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 catalysts with varied Zr contents were synthesized and used for the selective oxidation reaction of benzyl alcohol. The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption–desorption, XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, FT-IR and ICP-AES analysis techniques. It was found that, through simply tuning the initial molar ratios of Zr/Si, both the morphology and catalytic performance of resultant catalysts can be tailored. More interestingly, the incorporation of zirconium ions, which can endow the ordered framework with enhanced acidity, can effectively stabilize loaded pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA) and facilitate a higher dispersion and attraction of HPW clusters. By carefully screening the catalytic results of the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol, an optimal value of Zr/Si molar ratio was found to be 0.05, under which platelet ZrSBA-15 with ordered framework can be facilely obtained, leading to a maximum catalytic activity with negligible loss in selectivity and conversion even after five times of recycling test.

Heteropolyacid-based catalysts with molecular level distributions of surface functionalities were synthesized by anchoring phosphotungstic acid (HPW) onto the pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA) layers stabilized by platelet ZrSBA-15 with short mesochannels. Namely, the presence of zirconium species in pore walls could significantly improve the surface acidity to attract and stabilize PEHA species, leading to a stronger interaction between them and a superiority to make HPW species highly stable. Standard characterizations of XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR, TG, N2 adsorption–desorption and N elemental analyses were preserved to demonstrate the synergistic effect. The resulting composite were investigated for the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid in the H2O2-mediated environment, the catalyst 25 % HPW/PEHA/ZrSBA-15 screened high yield for benzoic acid (~99.7 %). Besides, various reaction parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and catalyst reusability were also investigated for the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid with a target to confirm the validity of the catalyst.

Background: Insomnia is one of the most common diseases in modern society, the main characteristics of the patients were difficulty in falling asleep at night and/or failure to maintain effective sleep after falling asleep. It can lead to early awakening, short sleep, heavy sleeplessness, dreaming, poor sleep quality, and working hours after waking up, causes a series of negative emotions, such as fatigue, inefficiency, cognitive decline, social interaction, tension, and anxiety, which affect social harmony and stability. So Insomnia has gained more and more attention. At present, acupuncture has been proved effective in the treatment of insomnia by many studies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia, and to provide the latest evidence for clinical application. Methods and analysis: We collected the qualified literature on acupuncture treatment of insomnia by electronic retrieval of Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Disc (CBMDISC), PubMed, China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) and Wanfang Database, and manual retrieval of papers and internal reports. We will select the eligible studies published up to September 30, 2019. We use Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) as the main outcome of insomnia and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) as secondary indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment of insomnia, we will use Revman v.5.3 software to calculate data synthesis, and if the results are appropriate, meta-analysis can also be carried out. Results: This study will provide comprehensive evidence of high quality of acupuncture treatment for insomnia from ISI, PSQI, HAMD, SAS, and adverse reactions. Conclusion: The systematic review will provide a basis for evaluating the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia. Trial registration number: PROSPERO CRD42019131957.

There are statistical data indicating that diabetes is a risk factor for Parkinson's disease (PD). Methylglyoxal (MG), a biologically reactive byproduct of glucose metabolism, the levels of which have been shown to be increase in diabetes, reacts with dopamine to form 1-acetyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (ADTIQ); this formation may provide further insight into the connection between PD and diabetes. In this study, we investigated the role of ADTIQ in these two diseases to determine in an aim to enhance our understanding of the link between PD and diabetes.
