Abstract

Breast cancer, as a malignant tumor threatening the survival of women in China, its incidence rate is increasing year by year and showing a younger trend, control of cancer cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis is the focus and difficulty of treatment. DEAD-box polypeptide 5 (DDX5), a processing factor regulating RNA biological function, is a multi-dimensional functional protein involved in regulating RNA splicing, ribosome biological function, transcription and translation. It can promote the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer through gene amplification, activation of carcinogens, enhancement of epithelial mesenchymal transformation, and reorganization of cytoskeleton. It can also be used as a marker of prognosis and recurrence of breast cancer. This article reviews the role of DDX5 in promoting the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, its significance in the classification, prognosis and recurrence of breast cancer, and the clinical reports of existing Chinese medicine intervention DDX5 on breast cancer, which can provide a new perspective for the exploration of the etiology of breast cancer and new targeted therapy ideas.

12. Structure of brain grey and white matter in infants with spastic cerebral palsy and periventricular white matter injury.

Abstract

Aim: To investigate the possible covariation of grey matter volume (GMV) and white matter fractional anisotropy in infants with spastic cerebral palsy (CP) and periventricular white matter injury. Method: Thirty‐nine infants with spastic CP and 25 typically developing controls underwent structural magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging. Multimodal canonical correlation analysis with joint independent component analysis were used to capture differences in GMV and fractional anisotropy between groups. Correlation analysis was performed between imaging findings and clinical features. Results: Infants with spastic CP showed one joint group‐discriminating component (i.e. GMV‐fractional anisotropy) associated with regions in the cortico‐basal ganglia‐thalamo‐cortical loop and in the corpus callosum compared to typically developing controls and one modality‐specific group‐discriminating component (i.e. GMV). Significant negative correlations were found between loadings in certain regions and the motor function score in spastic CP. Interpretation: In infants with spastic CP, covarying GMV‐fractional anisotropy and altered GMV in specific regions were implicated in motor dysfunction, which confirmed that simultaneous GMV and fractional anisotropy changes underly motor deficits, but might also extend to sensory, cognitive, or visual dysfunction. These findings also suggest that multimodal fusion analysis allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the relevance between grey and white matter structures and its crucial role in the neuropathological mechanisms of spastic CP. 18. Stability and Stabilization of Semi-Markov Jump Linear System With DoS Attacks

Abstract

In this brief, the denial of service (DoS) attacks on the communication channel of the semi-Markov jump system are studied. Firstly, the DoS attacks are modeled as a Markov chain, and then a networked semi-Markov jump system model with DoS attacks is proposed. Based on this model, the network semi-Markov jump system stability under the DoS attacks is analyzed, and the mean square stability lemma is derived. According to the mean square stability condition of the system, the sufficient condition of the mean square stability of the system is put forward, and the mean square stability controller is designed according to the sufficient condition. Due to the introduction of the DoS attacks, a new Lyapunov function is constructed, and linear matrix inequality(LMI) is derived. Finally, several groups of comparative simulation are constructed to verify the compensation effect of control strategy on DoS attacks and frequent system switching.

Abstract

Random jump of network communication topology challenges the tracking accuracy of linear switched reluctance motor (LSRM) system. This paper studies the pilot‐following consensus control of the multiple direct‐drive motion system (MDDMS) with semi‐Markov jump topology. The mathematical model of LSRM is constructed and the multi‐phase excitation strategy is studied. The directed graph is used to model the information transmission among the leaders and follower, and a new mechanism consensus based on previous states is provided. A consensus system based on semi‐Markov jump topology is constructed and the problem of consensus is shifted into a problem of stability analysis. A sufficient condition for consensus problem is obtained by using semi‐Markov switching system theory and graph theory. The MDDMS achieves consensus in the form of exponential convergence under the designed consensus controller. Abstract

In this article, a proportional predictive (PP) control strategy is proposed and a high-precision position tracking controller is designed for the networked linear switched reluctance machine system (NLSRMS) with time-varying delay. The closed-loop system model of the NLSRMS is constructed based on the PP control strategy. The stability conditions of the system are proposed by combining the optimal control value calculated by the cost function. The controller of the closed-loop NLSRMS is designed by using continuously updated predictive output equation information based on calculation. The comparative study of the proposed PP and PID control methods is presented by tracking several types of signals. The maximum steady errors of PP and PID control strategies are 0.2 mm and 2 mm under the sinusoidal signal, respectively. The maximum steady errors of PP and PID control strategies are 0.07 mm and 0.7 mm under the square signal, respectively. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed PP control strategy.

Abstract

Determination of mechanical parameters such as the ultimate strength of aerospace materials under the condition of transient heating is critical for reliability evaluation, fatigue life prediction and safety design of high-speed aircrafts including missiles. Al-alloys are widely used as aeronautical materials due to their advantages such as light weight, easy manufacturability and relatively low cost. However, their mechanical properties under transient thermal conditions are not available in the handbooks on material strength, mainly due to the difficulty of simulating the transient thermal conditions for thermal strength test. To solve this problem, a joint thermal–mechanical loading system has been developed in the present investigation to simulate the aerodynamic thermal conditions. The mechanical behaviors of some Al-alloys have been examined with this system. The ultimate strengths and durations of two different types of Al-alloys, i.e. Al7178 and Al2024, under joint thermal–mechanical loading conditions have been tested. Furthermore, their different failure modes and mechanisms under various temperatures have been investigated and compared. These data provide a reliable basis for the study of load bearing capacity and weight reduction of aerospace materials and structures under transient aerodynamic thermal conditions.

Abstract

A facile method was developed to synthesize γ-MnO2 with different structures and surface properties in this paper. γ-MnO2 was prepared by oxidation of MnSO4 with Na2S2O8 at 90°C for 2.0 h. γ-MnO2 formed at initial pH 1.0 (M1) and 8.5 (M2) was composed of MnO1.93·0.23H2O and MnO1.96·0.18H2O, respectively. The higher ratio of pyrolusite in M2 (Pr=43.90%) than that in M1 (Pr=24.86%) indicated that compared with M1, M2 would absorb more protons since the planar oxygen atoms in pyrolusite were incompletely coordinated and liable to absorb the protons. Meanwhile, the higher oxidation valence of Mn in M2 than that in M1 revealed that the Mn atoms in M2 were more liable to draw the electron density from the surface oxygen atoms in hydroxyl groups. The structural and compositional differences between M1 and M2 were the major reasons why M2 possessed a higher surface potential and a weaker ability to absorb Zn2+ ions.
