This study focuses on the underground shallow gas detection project in the Lingkun Island area of the northern entrance tunnel of the Wenzhou City Light Rail S2 line. Based on geological exploration data of shallow gas, we chose the technique of controlled-release gas with static pressure as the experimental foundation, integrating various technologies such as multi-functional in-situ probing, electrical methods, and seismic waves, comprehensively researching shallow gas detection technology in the Lingkun Island area. We conducted field probing experiments to accurately obtain the physical and mechanical properties of gas-rich soil layers and further studied the possibility of determining gas-rich locations. By applying parallel electrical methods, we can accurately identify and distinguish areas of anomalous resistivity in shallow geological structures. Based on abnormal changes in acoustic impedance in strata, we used seismic wave methods, including seismic CT and seismic wave scattering technology, to accurately reveal the presence and depth of shallow gas, providing reliable basis for accurate determination of shallow gas. Finally, we summarized a comprehensive plan for underground shallow gas detection technology, covering on-site data collection, data processing, and image interpretation of results, which will provide valuable references for future shallow gas exploration in relevant areas.

We perform a theoretical investigation on the control of photoelectron holography with shaped intense ultrashort laser pulses. By adjusting the π phase-flip position in the frequency domain, the shape of the time-dependent envelope of the input laser electric field changes from Gaussian to trapezoidal and finally to double-peak pulse. The photoelectron momentum spectra for different pulse shapes are calculated by both three-dimensional time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) method and Quantum-trajectory Monte Carlo (QTMC) model, and good agreement is achieved between results calculated by the two methods. Interference pattern in photoelectron holography exhibits a strong dependence on the shape of the electric field. Analysis shows that adjacent and nonadjacent intercycle interference as well as intracycle interference are all effectively regulated by the shaped pulse.

In order to investigate the effects of cinnamaldehyde (CA) on salt tolerance of tomato seedlings, we used tomato ‘Cooperative 903’ as experimental material, and investigated the characteristics of germination and seedling growth of tomato under NaCl (100 mmol·L-1) stress compared with the treatment of adding CA (100 μg·L-1). We set up four groups of treatments in the experiment: Control (CK, distilled water), NaCl (100 mmol·L-1), NaCl+CA（100 mmol·L-1 NaCl + 100 μg·L-1 CA）, and CA（100 μg·L-1). The results were as follows: (1) With the application of CA, the germination potential and the germination rate of tomato seeds were both improved. The root length and fresh weight of tomato seedlings were also significantly increased under NaCl (100 mmol·L-1) stress. (2) CA could effectively alleviate the excessive accumulation, oxidative damage and cell death of total ROS caused by salt stress in roots of tomato seedlings. To sum up, CA can improve the salt tolerance of tomato during germination and seedling stage by alleviating the degree of oxidative damage of seedlings, and CA has the potential in field production as a new preparation.

Abstract In order to study the accuracy of comprehensive advanced geological prediction methods in tunnel construction projects, this paper takes the Daluoshan Water Diversion Tunnel Project in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province as the basis of the project, selects a typical section of the water diversion tunnel, and uses Tunnel Seismic Tomography and Ground Penetrating Radar to transmit seismic and electromagnetic waves to the surrounding rock face of the tunnel, and process and interpret the collected signal information. Advanced borehole and drilling techniques are used for verification. The results show that the geological prediction results are consistent with the actual revealed conditions, and the advantages of various technologies can be exerted and mutually verified through advanced geological prediction, which can significantly improve the accuracy of advanced geological prediction in the application of water diversion tunnels and provide reference and basis for later construction, and provide safety assurance.

Considerable developments have been observed in fragment-based lead/drug discovery (FBLD/FBDD) recently, with four drugs approved and many others under investigation. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) has gained increasing popularity in FBLD due to its intrinsic capability in characterizing protein-ligand interactions in a large dynamic range of affinity, from weak hits to highly potent drugs. Here, we summarize NMR applications in fragment-based hit-to-lead evolution, including the construction of a fragment library, screening methods, spectra processing, and the delineation of the protein-ligand binding modes. These state-of-the-art NMR techniques have been exemplified in the discovery of inhibitors against multiple targets over the past five years, and they are expected to continue to provide new insights in the future.

The recollision of photoexcited electrons with ions is a fundamental process in light-matter interaction, but so far only the rescattering of a single electron has been considered. Here by considering the recollision of a second electron theoretically, experimentally-observed momentum distributions can be understood.

Selenium (Se) is involved in the growth and development of plants. More importantly, Se from plant foods is a primary source of Se intake for humans and animals. Improving the Se content in vegetables through biofortification is an effective way to solve the hidden hunger induced by Se deficiency. This study demonstrated the effect of different exogenous Se application concentrations on the growth, antioxidative capacity, and nutritional quality of purple lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. crispa L. “Purple Rome”) at the seedling stage. The low Se application concentration (≤8 μM) significantly promoted the lettuce seedling growth. Conversely, the high Se application concentration (16 μM) inhibited the seedling growth and overproduced the reactive oxygen species in lettuce root tips, which caused oxidative damage to membrane lipids and cell death. Furthermore, the enzyme activities and gene expression of the antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase-peroxidase, and catalase, were significantly increased under exogenous Se application. The exogenous Se application significantly increased the accumulation of nutrients in purple lettuce at the seedling stage. Remarkably, the exogenous Se application concentrations were significantly positively related to the Se and anthocyanin contents. The gene expression levels of chalcone synthase were positively correlated with the anthocyanin contents under exogenous Se application. This study contributes to the role of Se in lettuce growth and provides a reference for producing high-quality purple lettuce rich in Se and anthocyanins.

The main purpose of this article is to explore the mechanism of action of carbon-based materials in the anaerobic digestion (AD) production of medium-chain carboxylic acids (MCCA). Currently, there are various methods to increase production, but there is no review on how carbon-based materials improve MCCA. This paper first introduced the chain elongation (CE) technology, focusing on the factors affecting the production of MCCA by AD, such as pH, temperature, the ratio of electron donor (ED) to an electron acceptor (EA), substrate type, and other related factors. This article introduces the preparation and characteristics of carbon-based materials, as well as the effect and mechanism of adding carbon-based materials to AD acid production. Finally, the shortcomings of the current research were pointed out, and future research directions were prospected, aiming to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of AD of MCCA using carbon-based materials.

Rural land consolidation projects (RLCPs) have become one of the largest organized human activities to change land use patterns and impact terrestrial ecosystems, and it may also be an important precondition to improving ecosystem service value (ESV). Evaluating the change in ecosystem service value (ESV) is an important basis for measuring the effectiveness of RLCPs. Therefore, this paper, taking RLCPs implemented at County Level in Hubei Province, China, as an example, uses the improved ESV evaluation model to analyze the spatial differentiation of ESV change in RLCPs and then adopts geographic detectors and a geographically weighted regression model to identify the dominant factors affecting the ESV change in RLCPs. The results showed that (1) although RLCPs make the unevenness of land use obvious, they reduce the complexity of land use evidently and improve the dominance of land use significantly; (2) The ESV of RLCPs in 71 counties of Hubei Province increased, with an average increase of USD 2.37 × 107 a−1. The ESV increase is large in central Hubei, while small in eastern and western Hubei. However, the increase rate of ESV is high in eastern and central-north Hubei, while low in western and central-south Hubei. This indicates that RLCPs can effectively promote ESV, but there are significant regional differences, and (3) the ESV increase is positively correlated with GDP and construction scale, but negatively linked with investment and per capita income of rural residents. The ESV increase rate is negatively associated with cultivated land proportion and land use diversification index change, but it is positively related to the change in the land use evenness index. However, their driving effects have significant spatial heterogeneity.

Abstract Background A number of predictive models for aquatic toxicity are available, however, the accuracy and extent of easy to use of these in silico tools in risk assessment still need further studied. This study evaluated the performance of seven in silico tools to daphnia and fish: ECOSAR, T.E.S.T., Danish QSAR Database, VEGA, KATE, Read Across and Trent Analysis. 37 Priority Controlled Chemicals in China (PCCs) and 92 New Chemicals (NCs) were used as validation dataset. Results In the quantitative evaluation to PCCs with the criteria of 10-fold difference between experimental value and estimated value, the accuracies of VEGA is the highest among all of the models, both in prediction of daphnia and fish acute toxicity, with accuracies of 100% and 90% after considering AD, respectively. The performance of KATE, ECOSAR and T.E.S.T. is similar, with accuracies are slightly lower than VEGA. The accuracy of Danish Q.D. is the lowest among the above tools with which QSAR is the main mechanism. The performance of Read Across and Trent Analysis is lowest among all of the tested in silico tools. The predictive ability of models to NCs was lower than that of PCCs possibly because never appeared in training set of the models, and ECOSAR perform best than other in silico tools. Conclusion QSAR based in silico tools had the greater prediction accuracy than category approach (Read Across and Trent Analysis) in predicting the acute toxicity of daphnia and fish. Category approach (Read Across and Trent Analysis) requires expert knowledge to be utilized effectively. ECOSAR performs well in both PCCs and NCs, and the application shoud be promoted in both risk assessment and priority activities. We suggest that distribution of multiple data and water solubility should be considered when developing in silico models. Both more intelligent in silico tools and testing are necessary to identify hazards of Chemicals.

Abstract The serious problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage have pushed the green economy photocatalysis technology to the forefront of research. Therefore, the development of an efficient and environmentally friendly photocatalyst has become a hotpot. In this work, magnetic Fe3O4/C/MnO2/C3N4 composite as photocatalyst was synthesized by combining in situ coating with low-temperature reassembling of CN precursors. Morphology and structure characterization showed that the composite photocatalyst has a hollow core–shell flower-like structure. In the composite, the magnetic Fe3O4 core was convenient for magnetic separation and recovery. The introduction of conductive C layer could avoid recombining photo-generated electrons and holes effectively. Ultra-thin g-C3N4 layer could fully contact with coupled semiconductor. A Z-type heterojunction between g-C3N4 and flower-like MnO2 was constructed to improve photocatalytic performance. Under the simulated visible light, 15 wt% photocatalyst exhibited 94.11% degradation efficiency in 140 min for degrading methyl orange and good recyclability in the cycle experiment.

Bisphenol analogues (BPs) have already attracted wide concern owing to the environmental and health risks they pose. The exposure pathways and health risk of preschool-aged children to BPs, however, are still poorly understood. In this study, we choose population survey with 184 preschool-age children from a suburb of Nanjing, eastern China, further reveal the internal and external exposures concentrations, distribution profiles, potential sources and eventually assess health risk of preschool-age children to eight kinds of BPs. The results verify that the 95th percentile (P95) concentrations of Ʃ8BPs ranged from 0.27 to 41.6 ng/mL, with a median concentration of 7.83 ng/mL in the urine samples. BPA, and BPF were the predominant BPs in urine, accounting for 67.3%, and 18.0% of Ʃ8BPs. The urine-based estimated daily intake (EDI) of Ʃ8BPs was 187 ng/kg body weight/day. Similarly, BPA, and BPF were the main BPs in the environmental exposure sources, accounting for 80.8%, and 11.7% of the total BPs. Moreover, the total external exposure dose of Ʃ8BPs via the environmental sources was 68.1 ng/kg body weight/day, including BPA (56 ng/kg body weight/day), BPF (7.68 ng/kg body weight/day) and BPB (2.62 ng/kg body weight/day). The oral intake of drinking water and food (vegetables and rice) was the main exposure pathways of BPs in preschool-age children. Furthermore, the hazard quotient (HQ) of BPs have been evaluated and the results show no occurrence of high risk. Additionally, the urine-based EDI was significantly higher than the total external exposure dose, suggesting the existence of other pathways of BP exposure to be further explored. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to conduct both an internal and external exposure assessment of BPs.

Background: The close relationship between colorectal cancer and inflammation has been widely reported. However, the relationship between colorectal cancer and inflammation at the genetic level is not fully understood.Method: From a genetic perspective, this study explored the relationship between inflammation-related genes and the immune microenvironment in colorectal cancer. We identified prognostic genes, namely CX3CL1, CCL22, SERPINE1, LTB4R, XCL1, GAL, TIMP1, ADIPOQ, and CRH, by using univariate and multivariate regression analyses. A risk scoring model for inflammatory response was established, and patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database were divided into two groups: high risk group and low risk group.Results: The analysis showed that the prognosis of the two groups was significantly different, and the low-risk group had a higher survival rate and longer survival time. Pathways related to apoptosis, inflammatory response, and hypoxia were significantly enriched as shown via Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). Activated dendritic cell infiltration was found in both the TCGA and GEO databases, and the CCL21 gene played a significant role in the process of activated dendritic cell infiltration. CCL21 gene was also positively correlated with inflammatory response, and the gene expression and risk score were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion: In summary, inflammatory response has a direct impact on patients with colorectal cancer in the prognosis and immune infiltration and further research studies on the inflammatory response can help in advancing the development of immunotherapy for colorectal cancer.

In order to study the construction effect of deep and large foundation pit excavation and its impact on the surrounding environment under complex stratum conditions, the deep and large foundation pit of the top-down construction method of shield exit shaft of S2 line of Wenzhou City railway is taken as the research object in this paper. According to the complex geological conditions of deep soft soil layer with underlying inclined rock surface in Wenzhou, the numerical simulation method is used to carry out the related research. The simulation results of the deformation characteristics of the diaphragm wall under two different working conditions which are the same length diaphragm wall and the suspended foot diaphragm wall are compared and analyzed. According to the analysis results, the suspended foot diaphragm wall is determined as the final construction scheme of the diaphragm wall, and it is verified by field measurement. The research results can provide technical support for the construction of similar projects. At the same time, it can also provide basic accumulation for the construction of major projects in Wenzhou.

In order to study the deformation of a diaphragm wall and the settlement of surrounding soil under the complicated conditions of the deep and soft soil layer, which is underlying inclined rock and top-down construction method, the construction scheme of suspended diaphragm wall based on the engineering practice of Oujiang North Estuary deep and large foundation pit of Wenzhou S2 railway is proposed, and the research method of numerical simulation is adopted in this article. By using Midas GTS finite element software, a three-dimensional model of deep and large foundation pit excavation with top-down construction method is established, and the internal force, deformation, and surface settlement of surrounding soil of suspended diaphragm wall with different depths into rock (1 m, 2 m, and 4 m) are analyzed. Furthermore, the optimization simulation research on the anchor locking scheme is carried out for the determined footed diaphragm wall. Similarly, the anchor locking scheme at a depth of 1 m into the interface between soil and rock is selected as the supporting scheme of the footed diaphragm wall through the simulation results. The research results of this article can guarantee the safety of diaphragm wall construction of deep and large foundation pit in complex stratum.

Background. The combined procedure of left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) and catheter ablation (CA) is a safe and feasible therapy to treat patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). However, the effect of the combined procedure on cardiac function remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the changes in endocrine and mechanical function of the heart following the combined procedure. Methods. This retrospective study included 62 consecutive patients who underwent the combined procedure of AF ablation and WATCHMAN LAAC and 62 sex and age-matched patients who only received AF ablation. During follow-up, patients were examined for brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels to represent endocrine cardiac function. Mechanical cardiac function was assessed during echocardiographic examination by means of the LA ejection fraction, LA strain (Ƹ), and LA strain rate (SR). Results. (1) The BNP levels decreased acutely after the procedure, rose at day 3 postoperation, but trended downwards at 3 months postoperation in both groups. No significant difference was observed between the two groups. (2) LA ejection fraction, LA Ƹ, and SR exhibited a continuous upward trend over a 3-month follow-up in both groups. There was no significant difference in LA ejection fractions, SRe (the parameter of LA conduit function), and SRa (the parameter of LA booster pump function) between the two groups. However, the Ƹ and SRs (the parameters of LA reservoir function) improved in patients treated with CA alone. Conclusions. The combined procedure of LAAC and CA significantly improved the endocrine and mechanical function of the heart. Compared to simple CA, based on CA with LAAC intervention, it does not significantly change LA endocrine function but may lead to a decline in the LA reservoir function.

The application and economic efficiency evaluation mode of traditional composition in the field of modern music cannot meet the needs of various types of music in China, especially Guqin music. Based on this, this paper studies the big data simulation model of Guqin sound synthesis and plucking based on computer composition technology. The computer composition technology uses the discrete dynamic modeling technology of complex system to complete the computer simulation of Guqin sound through the analysis of the correlation between Guqin music data and realizes the storage and analysis of the generated Guqin sound data. In addition, the technology can analyze the data information of composition mode in the piano sound plucking simulation model with the classical Guqin music data stored in the cloud system over the years and then feed it back to relevant professionals for verification. The experimental results show that the Guqin sound simulation model can efficiently compare and analyze the melody and other data of classical Guqin sound with the simulated Guqin sound and can realize secondary data mining. This paper studies the application of computer composition method based on discrete dynamic modeling technology in Guqin sound simulation, which has certain reference significance for improving the cloud data in China’s modern music field and the intelligent construction of Guqin sound data cloud storage system.

The development of diversity-oriented synthesis based on fluorine-containing building blocks has been one of the hot research fields in fluorine chemistry. β-CF3-1,3-enynes, as one type of fluorine-containing building blocks, have attracted more attention in the last few years due to their distinct reactivity. Numerous value-added trifluoromethylated or non-fluorinated compounds which have biologically relevant structural motifs, such as O-, N-, and S-heterocycles, carboncycles, fused polycycles, and multifunctionalized allenes were synthesized from these fluorine-containing building blocks. This review summarizes the most significant developments in the area of synthesis of organofluorine compounds based on β-CF3-1,3-enynes, providing a detailed overview of the current state of the art.

In recent years, supervised learning, represented by deep learning, has shown good performance in remote sensing image scene classification with its powerful feature learning ability. However, this method requires large-scale and high-quality handcrafted labeled datasets, which leads to a high cost of obtaining annotated samples. Self-supervised learning can alleviate this problem by using unlabeled data to learn the image’s feature representation and then migrate to the downstream task. In this study, we use an encoder–decoder structure to construct a self-supervised learning architecture. In the encoding stage, the image mask is used to discard some of the image patches randomly, and the image’s feature representation can be learned from the remaining image patches. In the decoding stage, the lightweight decoder is used to recover the pixels of the original image patches according to the features learned in the encoding stage. We constructed a large-scale unlabeled training set using several public scene classification datasets and Gaofen-2 satellite data to train the self-supervised learning model. In the downstream task, we use the encoder structure with the masked image patches that have been removed as the backbone network of the scene classification task. Then, we fine-tune the pre-trained weights of self-supervised learning in the encoding stage on two open datasets with complex scene categories. The datasets include NWPU-RESISC45 and AID. Compared with other mainstream supervised learning methods and self-supervised learning methods, our proposed method has better performance than the most state-of-the-art methods in the task of remote sensing image scene classification.

BackgroundChronic inflammation and immune cell dysfunction in the tumor microenvironment are key factors in the development and progression of gastric tumors. However, inflammation-related genes associated with gastric cancer prognosis and their relationship with the expression of immune genes are not fully understood.MethodIn this study, we established an inflammatory response model score called “Riskscore”, based on differentially expressed genes in gastric cancer. We used Survival and Survminer packages in R to analyze patient survival and prognosis in risk groups. The survival curve was plotted using the Kaplan–Meier method, and the log-rank test was used to assess statistical significance, and we performed the ROC analysis using the R language package to analyze the 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival of patients in the GEO and TCGA databases. Single-factor and multi-factor prognostic analyses were carried out for age, sex, T, N, M, and risk score. Pathway enrichment analysis indicated immune factor-related pathway enrichment in both patient groups. Next, we screened for important genes that are involved in immune cell regulation. Finally, we created a correlation curve to explore the correlation between Riskscore and the expression of these genes.ResultsThe prognosis was significantly different between high- and low-risk groups, and the survival rate and survival time of the high-risk group were lower than those of the low-risk group. we found that the pathways related to apoptosis, hypoxia, and immunity were most enriched in the risk groups. we found two common tumor-infiltrating immune cell types (i.e., follicular helper T cells and resting dendritic cells) between the two risk groups and identified 10 genes that regulate these cells. Additionally, we found that these 10 genes are positively associated with the two risk groups.ConclusionFinally, a risk model of the inflammatory response in gastric cancer was established, and the inflammation-related genes used to construct the model were found to be directly related to immune infiltration. This model can improve the gastric cancer prognosis prediction. Our findings contribute to the development of immunotherapy for the treatment of gastric cancer patients.

BackgroundHelicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type I biological carcinogen, which may cause about 75% of the total incidence of gastric cancer worldwide. H. pylori infection can induce and activate the cancer-promoting signaling pathway and affect the occurrence and outcome of gastric cancer through controlling the regulatory functions of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). However, we have no understanding of the prognostic worth of lncRNAs for gastric cancer patients infected with H. pylori.MethodWe screened differentially expressed lncRNAs using DESeq2 method among TCGA database. And we built the H. pylori infection-related lncRNAs regulatory patterns. Then, we constructed H. pylori infection-based lncRNAs prognostic signatures for gastric cancer patients together with H. pylori infection, via uni-variable and multi-variable COX regression analyses. Based on receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC) analysis, we evaluated the prediction effectiveness for this model.ResultsWe identified 115 H. pylori infection–related genes were differentially expressed among H. pylori–infected gastric cancer tissues versus gastric cancer tissues. Functional enrichment analysis implies that H. pylori infection might interfere with the immune-related pathways among gastric cancer tissues. Then, we built H. pylori infection–related dys-regulated lncRNA regulatory networks. We also identified 13 differentially expressed lncRNAs were associated with prognosis for gastric cancer patients together with H. pylori infection. Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that the lncRNA signatures were correlated with the poor prognosis. What is more, the AUC of the lncRNA signatures was 0.712. Also, this prognostic prediction model was superior to the traditional clinical characters.ConclusionWe successfully constructed a H. pylori–related lncRNA risk signature and nomogram associated with H. pylori–infected gastric cancer patients prognosis, and the signature and nomogram can predict the prognosis of these patients.

Inappropriate organic fertilizer application may cause serious environmental risks, especially nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) losses. To achieve a win–win for high yield and environmental protection in organic agriculture, it was essential to demonstrate the relationship between the organic fertilizer input, rice yields, and risks of N and P losses. Based on a rice and green manure cropping rotation field experiment in the Yangtze River Delta of China, the effects of organic fertilization rates on the dynamics of surface water N and P concentrations and rice grain yields were determined. The results showed that the N (total N, ammonium-nitrogen, nitrate-nitrogen) and P (total P and dissolved P) concentrations in surface water immediately and greatly reached the highest values 1 day after basal fertilization and topdressing fertilization. Then, the N and P concentrations sharply decreased and were maintained at a relatively low level. The initial 3 and 7 days after organic fertilization were the high-risk periods for controlling N and P runoff losses. The surface water N and P concentrations had a positive correlation with the organic fertilization rate in high-risk periods. Besides, the effects of organic fertilization on surface water P concentrations existed longer than those of N concentrations. The rice grain yields increased with the increase in organic fertilization rates, but high organic fertilizer input (>225 kg N per hectare) did not increase the grain yield. Meanwhile, the high organic fertilizer input had the highest risks for N and P losses. Therefore, in organic rice farming, organic fertilization rates with 150~200 kg N per hectare are the optimal organic fertilizer input, with relatively high grain yields and low N and P losses.

In view of the differences of land use structure and ecological environment changes caused by land consolidation projects with different features and landforms, this paper uses the modified ecosystem service value estimation model to quantitatively evaluate the change patterns of the ecosystem service value (ESV) of land consolidation, development and arrangement projects in Hubei Province under plains, hills and mountains to provide a theoretical basis for the ecological transformation of land consolidation. The results show that, compared with the pre-land consolidation period, (1) the total amount of ESV in the land consolidation project areas has increased, whereas the land development and arrangement project areas have decreased. Under the same nature, the growth rate of land consolidation project areas is as follows: hills < plains < mountains, and the loss rate of land development and arrangement project areas are as follows: mountains > plains > hills and hills > mountains > plains, respectively. Under the same landform, the total loss rate of ESV in land development project areas is slightly lower than that in land arrangement project areas. (2) The total amount of ESV in the land consolidation project areas under different natures and landforms of the supply service function shows a decreasing trend, and the total amount of ESV of the adjustment service, support service and cultural service function shows an increasing trend in the land consolidation project areas, whereas the land development and arrangement project areas show a decreasing trend. There is an obvious value transformation process of “ecology for production” in the land development and arrangement areas.

Background: A single procedure combining left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) plus catheter ablation (CA) has been proven to be safe and feasible for treating atrial fibrillation (AF). However, the influence of treatment modality on left atrial (LA) function is not thoroughly explained.Objective: We aimed to investigate the changes of LA function in persistent AF patients undergoing concomitant LAAC and CA.Methods: The study population comprised 65 patients who underwent combined AF ablation and Watchman LAAC (combined therapy group) in our center, and 65 participants of the AF simple ablation group who were matched based on sex, age, CHA2DS2-VASc score and HAS-BLED score using propensity score matching. During the 1-year follow-up period, two-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking echocardiography were performed to assess LA reservoir, conduit, and contractile function.Results: The combined therapy was associated with a significant improvement in the LA reservoir function with increased expansion index and strain indices, including strain and strain rate (SR) during ventricular systole. Conduit function with SR during early ventricular diastole was also improved, as was contractile function with active atrial emptying fraction and SR during atrial systole. Similarly, LA reservoir and contractile function indices all improved continuously during follow-up after catheter ablation alone. At 3 months follow-up LA reservoir and conduit function with strain indices had a tendency to improve only in the simple procedure group. At 1-year follow-up there was no significant difference in either LA volumes or strain indices between the two groups.Conclusion: Both the combined therapy group and the simple ablation group demonstrated significant improvement in LA function. Based upon the fact that LA function was improved in both groups it might be concluded that most of the effects appeared to result from ablation, not LAAC; furthermore the additional LAAC procedure did not affect the improvement of LA function after CA.

The complete mitochondrial genome of Numenius madagascariensis Linnaeus, 1766 was sequenced in this study. The circular mitogenomes was 17,147 bp in length, containing 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNAs (12S rRNA and 16S rRNA), 22 transfer RNA genes, and a D-loop region. The overall nucleotide composition was A: 31.0%, T: 25.6%, C: 29.5%, and G: 13.9%. Twenty-eight genes were encoded on the heavy strand, while the remaining nine genes were encoded on the light strand. The common start codon was ATG, and three stop codons and an incomplete stop codon (T–) were used in PCGs. This study improves our comprehension of the mitogenomic characteristics and its phylogenetic relationships within Scolopacidae.

The mechanical behaviors of granular materials have high complexity. Since the mechanical behaviors of granular materials are difficult to describe theoretically, in this paper, the flow and fracture characteristics of granular materials were discussed by the experimental method. An experimental method was firstly proposed to identify the mechanical behaviors of granular materials under extra loading. An experimental device, which can be used to monitor force and displacement between particles, was invented. The uniaxial compression experiments of granular particles with different materials and grades were carried out, and the overall and local force between particles was obtained and investigated. Due to the flow of particles, the overall force rises in a fluctuating manner and the local force is not distributed evenly. Then, the particle fragments were sieved layer by layer. It was confirmed that the particles and loading strength have great influences on fractures of granular materials.

The angular distributions of the photoelectrons in ionization of hydrogen atom by both circularly and linearly polarized intense extreme ultraviolet (XUV) attosecond pulse are investigated by numerically solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation. We clearly identify nonperturbative features in studying the asymmetrical photoelectron angular distributions in the polarization plane for the XUV photon energy (16.3 eV) close to the ionization threshold, while such nonperturbative features are absent for higher photon energy (36 eV) in the same pulse intensity region. In addition to the carrier-envelope phase (CEP) dependence, the ejection asymmetry of the photoelectron is also sensitive to the relative phases of transition amplitudes in absorbing one photon and two photons. As a consequence, the CEPs corresponding to the maximal (or zero) asymmetry obviously vary as the pulse intensity increases in a moderately large region from 1 × 10 ^15 W cm ^−2 to 30 × 10 ^15 W cm ^−2 . We attribute the intensity dependence of the transition amplitude phases to a consequence of the depletion of population as well as the Stark energy shift of the initial state. We show that the relative phases of transition amplitudes can be precisely decoded from the pulse intensity dependence of the ejection asymmetry and those phases are insensitive to the ellipticity of the laser pulse.

Roadway floor rock burst is an important manifestation of rock bursts in deeply buried mines. With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity, rock burst disasters in the roadway floor such as floor heaves are becoming more serious. The article investigated the roadway floor severe heave caused by floor rock burst during excavation of the No. 3401 working face, which was controlled by an anticlinal structure and deep mining in Shandong Mine, China. Firstly, by analyzing geological conditions of the working face, roadway support parameters, and characteristics of coal and rock, it was revealed that high tectonic stress and high crustal stress were main causes of the floor rock burst. Secondly, based on the Theory of Mechanics and Theory of Energy, the energy conversion process in the roadway floor was discussed, and the rock burst condition caused by elastic energy in the roadway floor was analyzed. The failure characteristics of roadway-surrounding rock were also inspected, using a borehole recorder. The roof and sidewalls of roadway mainly contained fissures and cracks, whereas cracks and broken areas are distributed in the roadway floor. Finally, based on the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway-surrounding rock, a method termed “overbreaking-bolting and grouting-backfill” was proposed to control roadway floor rock burst. The method was tested in the field, and the results showed that it could effectively control the deformation of roadway floor and rock burst, guaranteeing the stability of roadway floor. This impact control method for the roadway floor can provide a reference for the prevention and control of roadway rock burst in mines with similar geological conditions.

In blasting operation, some undesirable impacts, such as fly-rock, fragmentation, and back break, are induced. If the blasting design is not optimized, these mentioned impacts would reduce the blasting efficiency. To improve and optimize the blast design, blasting effect evaluation is essential. Due to the complexity of interactions among blasting parameters, empirical methods may not be appropriate for blast design optimization. A two-level mathematical model based on fuzzy mathematics, is proposed in this work. In total, 11 typical parameters were chosen and classified into three groups. The blasting effect is evaluated from three aspects, and then the comprehensive evaluation is given. A blasting effect evaluation system was developed based on the mentioned method on the platform of VC++. Some other techniques, such as image processing, were integrated into the system, which allowed for obtaining all of the parameters rapidly and conveniently. The system was applied in practical bench blast engineering. The results obtained from the system can provide effective information for the optimization of the next blast design.

Object tracking is a crucial research subfield in computer vision and it has wide applications in navigation, robotics and military applications and so on. In this paper, the real-time visualization of 3D point clouds data based on the VLP-16 3D Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor is achieved, and on the basis of preprocessing, fast ground segmentation, Euclidean clustering segmentation for outliers, View Feature Histogram (VFH) feature extraction, establishing object models and searching matching a moving spherical target, the Kalman filter and adaptive particle filter are used to estimate in real-time the position of a moving spherical target. The experimental results show that the Kalman filter has the advantages of high efficiency while adaptive particle filter has the advantages of high robustness and high precision when tested and validated on three kinds of scenes under the condition of target partial occlusion and interference, different moving speed and different trajectories. The research can be applied in the natural environment of fruit identification and tracking, robot navigation and control and other fields.
