A 3-acetyl analogue of 5-hydroxyindole was synthesised and evaluated for its effects on rat C6 glioma cell functions. It was found that 3-acetyl-5-hydroxy-2-methylindole at 10 μmol/L led to a sharp reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential, induction of autophagy and decrease of proliferation of C6 glioma cells. The compound’s effect was comparable to that of rotenone, an inhibitor of cell respiration.

В процессе профессиональной подготовки будущие бакалавры экономисты формируют определенный запас компетенций, которые являются индикаторами их конкурентоспособности. Поэтому важной задачей современного университета является формирование всех сегментов качественного образования для выпуска конкурентоспособных специалистов. Профессиональная подготовка будущих бакалавров экономистов в соответствии с ФГОС 3++ регламентирует ряд задач учебно-воспитательного процесса, среди которых основными являются реализация профессиональных дисциплин и практик с определенным набором компетенций для всестороннего развития специалиста. В настоящее время ведется активных поиск и анализ основных путей и средств, которые могут влиять на профессиональную позицию и компетентность выпускника. Настоящее исследование посвящено анализу и обоснованию путей и средств формирования предпринимательской компетенции в профессиональной подготовке бакалавров экономических специальностей в вузе. Получение классического экономического образования в настоящее время очень актуально среди абитуриентов. Интерес к предпринимательскому образованию растет с тех пор, как предприниматели стали одним из ключевых драйверов роста бизнеса во всем мире. Целью настоящего исследования явилась разработка педагогических условий и авторской модели формирования предпринимательской компетенции у бакалавров экономистов в учебно-воспитательном процессе университета. Полученные результаты внесут вклад в методологию и технологию профессионального образования, расширяя представление о формировании предпринимательской компетенции за счёт проведения модернизации процесса формирования предпринимательской компетенции бакалавров экономистов в вузе на основе структурно-функциональной модели и педагогических условий. Методы исследования: анализ научной, учебно-методической литературы и педагогического опыта формирования предпринимательской компетенции бакалавров экономистов; педагогическое моделирование, педагогический эксперимент, методы математической статистики. Для исследования взаимосвязи между уровнем предпринимательской компетенции (в показателях экспертной оценки) и уровнем формирования проектной компетентности использовался метод U-критерия Манна-Уитни. Для оценки сформированности предпринимательской компетенции был осуществлен контекстно-рефлексивный подход к проблеме формирования предпринимательской компетенции будущих экономистов, применены инновационные педагогические технологии – кросс-технологии ситуационного центра; создание рефлексивной методической системы моделирования предпринимательских ситуаций. Результаты. На основе теоретического анализа и эмпирического исследования авторами разработаны педагогические условия и авторская модели формирования предпринимательской компетенции у инженеров экономистов в процессе обучения. В ходе педагогического эксперимента по экспериментальной проверке разработанных педагогических условий и авторской модели установлена их эффективность в аспекте формирования предпринимательской компетенции. Область применения результатов. Результаты исследования могут быть применены в практике профессионального образования бакалавров экономистов в университетах России.

Introduction. The annual growth of medical waste due necessitates a comprehensive approach to solving the issue of medical waste management. It is necessary to develop unified methodical strategies for the complex solution. The objective of the study. To substantiate the hygienic efficiency of the thermal decontamination of class B and C medical waste based on geo-informational system (GIS) technologies in the Krasnoyarsk region for five consecutive years. Materials and methods. Medical institutions (MI) of the Krasnoyarsk region’s three macro districts were studied as class B and C waste sources. At the first stage, the composition of wastes by classes and their volumes were determined, and local technologies of thermal deactivation available in medical organizations were identified. The received information was subjected to statistical processing, stratified on electronic maps to apply GIS technologies further. Results. Based on statistical processing of data on medical class B and C waste generation in separate MO, the analysis of operating technologies capacity in 2014-2015 based on GIS-technology of spatial analysis, construction of optimal transport ways of waste delivery, area mapping in the three districts in the Krasnoyarsk region have been substantiated proposals to optimize medical waste management for five years. Conclusion. To have an environmentally and epidemiologically safe system of handling class B and C waste in the region, it is necessary to create a comprehensive functional model based on GIS technology, taking into account the optimal combination of decentralized and centralized systems, regional features of the transport network, and the prospects of health care system development.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of developing and implementing project management skills in the process of preparing students. From the methodological field, the dynamics of students' participation in project activities and the main ways of developing the project management skill are revealed. The participants of the study were teachers and students of higher educational institutions in the age category from 19 to 24 years. The results determined that the development and implementation of the skill of managing educational projects is one of the most significant areas of the development of educational activities since this soft skill allows students to adapt to professional activities most quickly and maintain competitiveness.

Cytochromes P450 are hem-containing monooxygenases which catalyse biosynthesis of many compounds playing an essential role in cellular functions as well as degradation of drugs and xenobiotics. Some P450s (e. g., human CYP19 and CYP17, fungal CYP51) are valid target proteins for some drugs. The others P450s are also interesting for pharmacology-related researches. Aiming to design new fluorescent inhibitor of P450s we have synthesised the azole-bearing conjugate of ciprofloxacin (CPF-bab-Z1). To estimate potential of the compound as a ligand for CYPs we performed high-throughput virtual screening (multiple docking calculations) for CPF-bab-Z1 and multiple known 3D structures of P450s. The best affinity for CPF-bab-Z1 (the smallest value of energy of binding is equal -12.5 kcal/mol) were found for protein with PDB code 5esh among 28 structures of CYP51. The calculated pose of CPF-bab-Z1 in the active site of the protein is characterised by cyclopropyl (but not azole) proximity to the heme iron of the CYP51. The data obtained demonstrate perspectives for in vitro investigations of CPF-bab-Z1 with P450s.

Communicative technologies in professional educational institutions form the basis for the activation of the educational process, contribute to the improvement of the level of formation of competencies of graduates. The purpose of the article is the consideration the effective experience of the implementation of communication technologies in professional educational institutions to identify the main functional aspects with subsequent usage in the educational process. The paper describes the experience of formation of professional competencies with usage communication technologies to students of higher education institutions enrolled in the master's program in the direction of training 44.04.04 "Vocational training (by industry)", profile – "Management of educational systems". The authors rely on the included competence of the Federal state educational standard "the ability to use modern communication technologies", which is proposed to form through the usage of various communication technologies in the training of graduates. The authors reveal the most frequently used in the educational process types: discussion, case, project, electronic and other types of technologies. Features of application and realization of each type are allocated. Presented the criteria for assessing the performance of students’ tasks (on the complex module "Theory and methodology of vocational education") in the framework of the implementation of these technologies. The aspects identified in the process of analyzing the experience of usage communication technologies can be taken into account in the further improvement of the process of implementing communication technologies in higher education and better formation of competencies.

In this work we describe the modeling of interactions between indole steroids and steroidogenic cytochromes P450. The highest possible affinity is expected of enzymes involved in cholesterol transformation (i. e. CYP3A4, CYP7A1, CYP11A1). In case of pregnane and estrane-converting proteins a decrease in the binding energy of synthetic steroids is found. The variations in affinity are explained in terms of structural difference. These calculations imply that indole steroids are most likely to be hydroxylated at positions 4 and 7 as well as interfere with CYP17A1 activity by heme coordination.

Impact databases development and application for risk analysis and management promotes the usage of self-learning computer systems with elements of artificial intelligence. Such systems learning could be successful when the databases store the complete information about each event, parameters of the simulation models, the range of its application and residual errors. Each new description included in the database could increase the reliability of the results obtained with application of simulation models. The calibration of mathematical models is the first step to self-learning of automated systems. The article describes the events' database structure, and examples of calibrated computer models as applied to the impact of expected emergencies and risk indicators assessment. Examples of database statistics usage in order to rank the subjects of the Russian Federation by the frequency of emergencies of different character, as well as risk indicators are given.

The article discusses the use of modern tools and technologies for assessing learning outcomes. Evaluation of learning outcomes is inextricably linked with the quality of education provided by an educational institution. It is noted that today there is no single interpretation of the concept of “quality of education”. Because of the introduction of the competence approach, graduates now form not just a certain amount of knowledge and skills, but the ability to use it, apply the experience gained in practice, so modern assessment should be fundamentally new and different from traditional methods. The features of the competency assessment system are determined. The basic provisions of the assessment methodology are established and on their basis; we have identified the components of the model of the system of automated assessment of professional competencies. The principles of constructing the competency assessment model were singled out. The analysis of existing modern means of estimation is carried out. Among them, the methods specific to the authentic approach were highlighted, as well as the advantages of using the electronic platform Moodle for conducting the evaluation procedure.
