Purpose: This study aimed to describe community-dwelling older adults’ perceptions of health and well-being in life after retirement. Methods: This study is part of a larger project using a mixed-methods design to address lifestyles’ influence on community-dwelling older adults’ health. Individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 older adults in age 70 to 95 years. Data were analysed according to a phenomenographic approach. Results: The results encompass four categories describing variations in community-dwelling older adults’ perceptions of health and well-being after retirement: feeling well despite illness and disease, interacting with and being useful for oneself and others, independently embracing opportunities and engaging in life, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Conclusions: The absence of illness and disease is not a clear prerequisite for a sense of health and well-being. To promote and preserve health and well-being after retirement, older adults strived for—and coached themselves to uphold—a balance in life, focusing on not burdening others. This life orientation after retirement must be acknowledged by society at large, especially from an ageist perspective, and in health and social care to preserve and promote health and well-being. Religious heritage is in a state of transformation. Changing religious practices and secularization affect the established Christian congregations in many countries, as membership decreases and churches close. During recent years, new approaches to use and develop churches have been explored by the heritage field and the Christian congregations. A parallel development in heritage theory and policy focuses on broad definitions of heritage and questions the position of the heritage expert. In Sweden, the ecclesiastical heritage has a prominent position through heritage legislation and the shared management model of the State and Church. Departing from two case studies of projects that explore new approaches to heritage management, the purpose of the thesis is to describe how ecclesiastical heritage is constructed and understood by public heritage institutions and the Church of Sweden. In addition, the thesis aims to describe how professional and institutional roles and responsibilities are constructed and understood within the field. The case studies cover two contemporary projects involving the built ecclesiastical heritage in Sweden: the Cathedral Hill Project in Strängnäs and the Hamra Project in the village of Hamra. The projects unite actors from the public heritage field and the Church of Sweden and aim to develop and extend the use and management of the church. Adopting a qualitative approach, the material consists of interviews with key actors, documents, and observations of the case studies. Synchronic discourse analysis is applied to identify discourses on heritage and understand the roles of the actors. The results reveal parallel discourses on heritage among the actors, which are constructed through coinciding and conflicting values on the management of the past. Conflicting values may be negotiated to reach consensus, while different interpretations of governing frameworks and objectives cause tension between actors. The institutional roles and responsibilities of the key actors provide different capacities to incorporate policy strategies in practice. Despite the difficulties of balancing the objectives of the organizational framework of public heritage management, the actors use the available resources and tools to transform the boundaries of their institutional roles from within.

Purpose This study aimed to explain and understand the existential meaning of the finality of life from the perspective of healthy older adults. Method Participants were recruited from a major project on older adults’ life situations. They were interviewed about their thoughts on the end of life, and their responses were interpreted using a lifeworld hermeneutic approach. Results The findings showed that thinking about the inevitable finality of life involves feelings of liberation, frightening thoughts, a comforting promise of something beyond death, acceptance of the concept of death as a companion in life and a desire to live. Philosopher Simone de Beauvoir’s existential ideas about ageing and death were then used to further explain and understand the meaning of the finality of life and to support a comprehensive understanding. de Beauvoir suggests that when the temporal horizon of existence shrinks, one lives closer to the finality of life. For a comprehensive understanding, attributing meaning to the finality of life required the intertwining of reconciliation and displacement. The interpretations were further discussed using ideas from the fields of existential philosophy and caring science in order to develop a basis for caring practice. Conclusions The conclusions suggested that professional health care for older adults would benefit from a lifeworld-led caring science approach that includes readiness for a caring dialogue that focuses on existential issues.

The aim of this study is to understand how healthy, older adults in Sweden perceive their life situation after retirement. The study is based on a lifeworld approach, and a phenomenographic method was used. Eighteen participants were interviewed, and data were analysed according to the phenomenographic principle of qualitatively different categories. Two categories were developed. The first category, “perceptions that draw attention inward, towards one’s self”, was further described in three subcategories: Sense of decreased status in society, the desire to keep aging at a distance, and contemplation of one’s own existence. The second category, “perceptions that draw attention outward, away from one’s self” was further described in the following four subcategories: caretaking of family members, involvement in social relationships, finding of deep meaning in animals and nature and engagement with society. In the discussion, the findings are further illuminated through comparisons with concepts such as maturity, wisdom and gerotranscendence, and reflections on the findings ‘relevance to a caring context follow. The conclusion suggests this study can provide knowledge that will allow healthcare providers to bridge the gap between generations in order to provide high-quality care. However, for a more profound caring dialogue, for example, about the end of life, a deeper analysis is required.

This thesis examines how Instagram is used by Swedish public libraries through quantitative content analysis and usage of the Four Spaces model. The aim was to uncover what the most dominant content posted by Swedish public libraries is, and if the same category gets the most likes by their followers. The suitability of the Four Spaces model for a study on Instagram is also reflected upon. Five library accounts with large numbers of followers were selected and their posts from a six month period were analyzed. The results show that the most common type of post was for "Inspiration space" that mainly contained media like fiction books. The category with the most likes was the one outside of the Four Spaces model labeld "Other", for which example contained pictures of the outdoors. The second most liked cathegory was "Inspiration space". But individual posts in ”Performative space” such as #Bookface posts were appriciated. Based on the results it is recommended to vary content with creative, visually appealing or recognizable content in the posts. Also, relate the post to currentevents in society and utilize humour and technical skills. The Four Spaces model was useful to the study due to its categorization of library work. But to strictly use the four namegiven spaces leads to no place for the library as a whole nor its staff which lead to those posts as being sorted into the category ”Other”.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att belysa den variation i uppfattningar och upplevelser av undervisningen som finns bland yrkeslärare, vilka undervisar elever med någon form av autismspektrumtillstånd vid gymnasiets nationella yrkesprogram. Hur upplever de sitt arbete, vilka kunskaper om autism har de, och hur ser de på anställningsbarhet som ett begrepp. Denna studie har utgått från en fenomenografisk forskningsansats, där data samlats in genom kvalitativa och semistrukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna har sedan transkriberats och analyserats tematiskt. Tre huvudteman arbetades fram i analysen; Eleven, Det Dagliga Arbetet, och Elevens Yrkesframtid. Dessa teman presenteras med stöd av citat från de intervjuade yrkeslärarna. Resultatet visar att undervisningen innebär stora utmaningar för lärarna som deltagit i detta arbete, och detta ses både som positivt och negativt. En positiv aspekt av utmaningen är att den kan bidra till att utveckla lärarens undervisning som helhet. Resultatet visar också att lärarna upplever sig ha skiftande kunskaper om diagnosen autism. De önskar däremot få detaljerad information om specifika elever via överlämningar inför mottagande på programmen, för att kunna möta eleverna så bra som möjligt. Begreppet anställningsbarhet förklaras på ett flertal olika sätt av lärarna i undersökningen. Allt ifrån att examen är ett krav för anställningsbarhet till att eleven är anställningsbar om han eller hon bara vill jobba.

Title: From horse people to business leader Authors: Jennifer Norin, Maria Nyström and Therese Olsson Supervisor: Anders Wrenne Department: School of Management, Blekinge Institute of Technology Course: Bachelor’s thesis in Business Administration, 15 credits Purpose: The purpose of our work is to deepen the knowledge of horse people's potential to act as successful business executives by finding out how a person can implement their practical experiences from a horse environment in a role as business leader. Method: This thesis has a qualitative approach in which we gathered the empirical material through three extensive semi-structured interviews by phone calls with managers of different riding schools. We also formed a poll with a quantitative approach to gather more overall information from a larger number of horse owners via social media. Results: This thesis shows that there are several skills that develops in the stable environment that are useful as a business leader. Skills like problem solving, time planning and budgeting and many more are introduced and developed in the life with horses and then implemented in the workplace.

Rationale aims and objectives: The objective of this study was to develop a questionnaire measuring the level of trust and its constituents in patients calling the Emergency Medicak Services (EMS) for suspected acute primary healthcare problems. The questionnaire is called the Patient Trust Questionnaire (PTQ). The following frontline service providers were involved: 1) The Dispatch Centre, 2) the Emergency Medical Services and 3) the recieving unit (the Emergency Department/Healthcare Centre) Method: Cross-sectional data were collected repeately and redundant items were discarded using a step-by-step approach. Based on litterature review, the PTQ was developed in line with the folowing 4-step procedure: 1) item construction, 2) a face-to-face evaluation of separate items, 3) an emerical pre-evaluation targeting each separate frontline service provider and 4) an emperical full-scale evaluation. The inclusion criteria for participating were that the patient must be 18 years of age or older and suspected having a suspected acute primary care problem when calling the EMS. In the finale full-scale evaluation of the questionnaire, 427 patients were included. Results: A set of 8 items with good phsycometric properties remained through the developing procedure. Two constituents of trust emerged (labelled credibility and accessibility), witch were robust across all fronline service providers. Conclusion: A new measuring instrument has been developed for this particular healthcare chain, for patients with suspected acute primary care problem calling the EMS. Althought not yet validated, the PTQ is a potentially usefull tool in future healthcare research with reference to the concept of patient trust. VRV projektet

I uppsatsen undersöks konstruktioner kring unga universitetsstuderande svenska kvinnors syn på kropp och ideal mot bakgrund av diskussionen om kroppspositivism som växt sig allt större i media under det senaste året. Kroppspositivism är en rörelse som uppmuntrar människor att låta sin kropp ta plats och vara nöjd med den som den är. Materialet till studien utgörs av intervjuer med fem kvinnor som i varierande grad är engagerade i denna rörelse. Intervjuerna har analyserats med hjälp av diskursteori, samt olika sociologiska teorier och genusvetenskaplig teori. Resultatet visar att det förhandlas mellan olika diskurser, även om kvinnorna menar att kroppspositivismen har en positiv inverkan på dem, så är det svårt att motstå pressen från det smala kroppsideal som får utrymme i media. Förhandling sker genom att kvinnorna intar olika positioner i olika diskurser. Den mest eftersträvansvärda kroppen är den smala, även om konkurrerande diskurser ges utrymme. Resultatet visar vidare att kvinnor konstruerar sin identitet relationellt, både i förhållande till andra kvinnor, men också i förhållande till män. Att framställa sin kropp och kvinnlighet på ett korrekt sätt ansågs av informanterna vara mycket viktigt eftersom den som misslyckades med detta kunde vänta sig sanktioner från omgivningen.

Arbetstillfredsställelse har många varierande definitioner. Gemensamt är att det handlar om hur tillfreds individen är med sitt arbete. Syftet med studien var att jämföra vård- och bankanställda för att se hur de skiljer sig åt i upplevelsen av inre, yttre och generell arbetstillfredsställelse, var skillnaden ligger och hur viktig arbetsmotivationen är för arbetstillfredsställelse. Sju frågeställningar ligger till grund för studien och 120 bankanställda samt 83 vårdanställda deltog. En enkät på 34 frågor besvarades av samtliga deltagare och analyserades statistiskt. Resultaten visar att bankanställda har generellt högre arbetstillfredsställelse än de vårdanställda. Den faktor där vårdanställda upplever högre grad av generell arbetstillfredsställelse handlar om möjligheten att göra något för någon annan. Det kan bero på att vårdanställda har motivationen att hjälpa andra människor som drivkraft i sitt arbete. Gemensamt för båda branscherna är att arbetstillfredsställelsen ökar med åldern. Förklaring till det kan vara ökad arbetserfarenhet och säkerhet för att känna tillfredsställelse på arbetet.

Syftet med en integrerad projekteringsprocess är att information tidigt skall tas fram och att projektörer skall kunna arbeta parallellt, exempelvis genom en gemensam BIM-modell. Revit och IDA Indoor climate an energy, även kallat IDA ICE, har i denna rapport visat sig vara två mycket effektiva verktyg som tillåter att information både kan tas fram, i form av energianalyser, men även kommuniceras digitalt med hjälp av så kallade IFC-exporter. Då projektörer får möjlighet att jobba i en gemensam modell kan de arbeta parallellt vilket innebär att information kan tillföras både tidigare och snabbare i projekteringsprocessen. I Revit kan arkitekten enkelt skapa olika utformningsförslag och jämföra dessa med avseende på energianvändning. Analyser från denna studie har visat att energisimuleringar i Revit kan användas för att utforska olika utformningsalternativ och därmed finna optimeringsmöjligheter med avseende på energi och inomhusmiljö. Resultaten kan däremot inte användas för att få en uppfattning om hur man förhåller sig till exempelvis ställda energikrav då framförallt energibehovet för värme och kyla tenderar att överdriva. Då byggnaden modellerats i Revit kan arkitektmodellen exporteras genom filformatet IFC till exempelvis IDA Indoor climate and energy för att låta energispecialister göra detaljerade energi och inomhusmiljösimuleringar. Geometrisk information, namn på ingående material och konstruktionsdelar, samt information om rum vilka utgör klimatzoner, inkluderas i IFC-exporten till IDA ICE. Vad gäller rumsnumrering bör en enhetlig så kallad funktionsnumrering tillämpas eftersom man annars riskerar att generera olika rumsnummer i Revit och IDA ICE. Termisk information som angetts för material i Revit och som ingår i konstruktionsdelarna importeras ej utan måste anges manuellt. Ett viktigt moment i denna typ av projekteringsprocess är att granska IFC-modellen för att försäkra sig om att arkitektmodellen är korrekt exporterad. Granskning bör göras i IDA ICE men det kan vara en stor fördel att granska modellen i exempelvis Solibri model checker innan modellen exporteras eftersom programmet gör det möjligt att enkelt studera arkitektmodellen och dess innehåll. Att arbeta med denna typ av BIM-projektering kan anses vara mycket användbar, dels då den innebär ett tidseffektivare projekteringsarbete och ger möjligheter för att tidigt optimera byggnadens utformning med avseende på energi och inomhusmiljö. Dels för att den minimerar antalet handpåläggningar som annars måste göras av energispecialisten vilket i sin tur skulle kunna leda till att felaktig information anges i IDA ICE och att resultaten från en energianalys därmed blir av sämre kvalité. Revit and IDA Indoor Climate an energy, also called IDA ICE, have in this report proved to be two very effective tools in an integrated design process, where the aim is to early involve different actors whom can work parallel in a common building information model, called BIM. In Revit, architects can easily create different design proposals and compare them due to energy use and indoor climate. Analyses from this study have shown that the energy simulations in Revit can be used to explore various design alternatives in order to find optimization opportunities due to energy need and indoor environment. The results can’t be used to get an apprehension on how the buildings energy performance relates to according energy demands. When the building has been modeled in Revit, the architecture model can be exported through an IFC file to IDA ICE to allow energy specialists create detailed simulations of energy needs and the indoor climate. Geometric information, names of materials and structural components as well as information about the rooms, are included in an IFC export to IDA ICE. An important part of this type of design process is to review the IFC model to ensure that the architectural model is properly exported, according to geometric information and names and information of rooms and components. Working with this type of BIM process can be considered very useful, because it involves a time-efficient design process and provide opportunities for early optimize the design of the building in terms of energy needs and indoor environment. It also minimizes the number of manually specified compounds that would otherwise been done by energy specialist, which could mean that incorrect information is given in IDA ICE and the results of an energy simulation could be of inferior quality.

Detta examensarbete genomfördes på Volvo CE i Eskilstuna under våren 2013. Kursen, KPP230, på Mälardalens högskola har omfattningen 15 högskolepoäng. Programmet författarna läser heter innovation, produktion och logistik med inriktningen entreprenörskap och företagande. Uppgiften var att utmana några projektdeltagares arbetssätt på Volvo CE med fokus på de första stegen i projektmodellen vad gäller maskininvesteringar för att undersöka om det gick att få deltagarna mer innovativa, entreprenöriella samt mer engagerade, motiverade och inspirerade. Fyra kreativa övningar har genomförts, först i en pilotgrupp och sedan i en projektgrupp på Volvo. För att kunna koppla detta till verkligheten fanns möjligheten att vara delaktiga i ett projekt där målet var att fyra monteringsavdelningar skulle bli en eller två. Intervjuer av de anställda har genomförts för att få reda på hur de arbetar och vad de tycker om arbetsklimatet Det visade sig att projektgruppen blev mer kreativ, innovativ och tillät sig själva att tänka på andra sätt än tidigare när de kreativa övningarna genomfördes. Ju fler övningar som utfördes desto tydligare märktes det att projektdeltagarna hade lättare att bryta sina vanliga tankemönster. De blev mer engagerade och nyfikna ju fler övningar de genomförde då de fick mer självförtroende och kände sig mer bekväma med arbetssättet. Författarna rekommenderar att projektdeltagarna arbetar vidare på ett entreprenöriellt sätt vilket innebär att de bör arbeta mot idealmål, mer radikala och värdeskapande resultat samt hantera risker under projektets gång snarare än att avbryta ett projekt på grund av riskerna.

I ett introducerande avsnitt presenteras vårdvetenskap, det ämne som forskningenvilar på. Därpå följer en kortfattad filosofisk och psykologisk betraktelse av människans så unika språkliga förmåga. Efter en kort översikt av hjärnskador som kan ledatill afasi följer ett kapitel där rapportens hermeneutiska forskningsansats beskrivs.Därefter ägnas resten av utrymmet åt de verkliga experterna, de afasidrabbade ochderas familjer. Resultaten av två intervjustudier presenteras i tre kapitel med fokus på afasins existentiella innebörd, att bistå vid afasi, samt att vara närstående. Personliga berättelser tolkas i ett försök att hitta både individuella variationer och gemensamma mönster i en tillvaro där vardagen präglas av ett allvarligt funktionshinder med varierandebehov av hälso- och sjukvård eller kommunala stödinsatser.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva betydelsen av studie- och yrkesvägledande aktiviteter med barn i åldrarna sju till tolv år. Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med sex examinerade studie- och yrkesvägledare som bedriver studie- och yrkesvägledningsverksamhet med barn i grundskolans år 1-6 eller fungerar som stöd till pedagoger som arbetar med studie- och yrkesorienterande verksamhet med barn i dessa åldrar. Resultatet visade att intervjupersonerna anser att arbetet måste påbörjas tidigt, helst redan i grundskolans första år, för att målen så som de skrivs fram i de nationella styrdokumenten ska kunna uppnås. De förutsättningar intervjupersonerna menade krävs för att tidig vägledning ska kunna bedrivas är av såväl strukturell som av individuell art. Slutsatsen som drogs var att studie- och yrkesvägledande aktiviteter som påbörjas i grundskolans tidigare år och som följer elevernas kognitiva utveckling kan medverka till att eleverna ökar sina förutsättningar att göra väl underbyggda val i framtiden. The main purpose of this study was to describe the importance of educational and vocational guidance activities for children, seven to twelve years old. Qualitative interviews were conducted with six guidance counselors engaged in this type of activities or counselors that provides support to educators working with these matters. The result showed that the respondents believe that the work must be started early preferably already the first year in primary school to achieve the objectives of the national steering documents. The conditions interviewees felt necessary for the early guidance to be conducted are both individual and structural, such as economical factors. Conclusion drawn was that educational and vocational guidance activities that start in primary school and follows students' cognitive development can help the students increase their ability to make informed choices in the future.

A majority of women in Sweden initiate breastfeeding but almost a quarter stop or wean the infant in the first few weeks after birth because of difficulties. In order to develop care that facilitates initiation of breastfeeding and enables mothers to realize their expectations concerning breastfeeding, it is necessary to understand what having severe breastfeeding difficulties means for women who experience them. The aim of this study is to describe the lived experiences of initiating breastfeeding under severe difficulties. A reflective lifeworld research design was used. Eight women, seven primiparous and one multipara, were interviewed within 2 months of giving birth. The essential meaning of the phenomenon is described as "Existential lostness as a mother forcing oneself into a constant fight". This pattern is further explicated through its constituents; shattered expectations, a lost time for closeness, being of no use to the infant, being forced to expose oneself, and gaining strength through sharing. The results show that mothers with severe breastfeeding difficulties feel alone and exposed because of their suffering and are lost in motherhood. Thus, adequate care for mothers should enhance the forming of a caring relationship through sharing rather than exposing.

For most women, breastfeeding is an essential part of the childbearing period. Yet, the meaning of breastfeeding from women’s perspective is scantily explored. Therefore, the aim of this study is to describe women’s lived experiences of initiating breastfeeding within the context of early home-discharge in Sweden.

Under våren 2010 genomfördes en serie om fyra seminarier med namnet ”Från Högskolan i Borås till Humboldt: Perspektiv på universitetsidén under 200 år”.Det primära syftet var att diskutera den svenska högskolans roller i en tidpräglad av stora förväntningar och motsägelsefulla krav på akademin. Dennarapport utgör en dokumentation av seminarieseriens innehåll. ProfessorSven-Eric Liedman skriver med samtidskritisk udd om universitetens historia;professor Mats Benner beskriver och analyserar fyra historiska idealtyper avuniversitet samt belyser det förändringstryck som högskolesektorn verkarunder; professor Kerstin Sahlin riktar intresset mot hur universitet skiljer sigfrån andra organisationer och ger sin bild av hur detta faktum bör återspegla sigi besluts- och ledningsstrukturer.Seminarieserien och rapporten är ett led i Högskolan i Borås kontinuerligt pågående självreflektion och arbete med frågor som rör professionslärosätets identitet och profil. I rapportens senare del presenteras sex korta reflektioner om och/eller seminarieseriens teman utifrån Högskolan i Borås horisont. Reflektionerna är skrivna av professorer från alla högskolans sex institutioner.

Denna uppsats är en studie i divination som användes i fornnordisk, samisk, irländsk-keltisk, grekisk och romersk religion. Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka om det finns något som kan sägas vara typiskt inom den fornnordiska divinationsformen. De teman jag koncentrerat mig på för att besvara dessa frågor är status, roll, genus, metod och plats. De metoder jag använt mig av är deskriptiv och komparativ litteraturstudie. Dessutom tillämpas hermeneutisk metod. Resultatet visar att det som kan sägas vara typiskt för den fornnordiska divinationen är att völvorna hade högre status än sejdmännen, manliga völvor. Något annat som är typiskt och som kan ha ett samband med völvans högre status är den stav hon bär som därför kan tolkas som en maktsymbol. Det finns paralleller till den fornnordiska divinationen i alla de religioner som tas upp i denna uppsats, dock verkar de flesta likheterna finnas i den keltiska och den samiska religionen gällande utförandet av divinationen och divinatörernas roller.

This study, using a hermeneutic approach, is based on data from four focus group interviews with 25 Swedish teenagers participating, ranging from 18_19 years of age. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of teenagers' values and attitudes towards sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and sexual risk-taking. The teenagers seem to seek an excuse to fend off responsibility and deny their sexual risk-taking, an excuse provided by drunkenness. Under the influence of alcohol, teenagers are not too shy to have sex but remain embarrassed to talk about condom use. It seems as though the dialogue feels more intimate than the intercourse when it comes to protecting ones sexual health. To be able to act out in this sexual risk-taking the teenager often views the partner in a one-night-stand as an object, as opposed to a love relationship where they view their partner as subject, a person they care for. Engaging in sexual risk-taking often starts at a club where the teenagers go out to socialize and drink alcohol. They then play a game and a part of the game is to pretend that they do not play a game. In this game, certain rules are to be followed and the rules are set up by the girl, mainly to protect the romantic image of being carefully selected and thereby protected from being stigmatized as "sluts" or "whores". Path generation in Cartesian space is discussed and the idea of using lines and arcs to create general paths is presented. To make smooth paths in Cartesian space zones are introduced and two different ways to interpolate zones are given. An algorithm for transforming a Cartesian path into a cubic spline representation in joint space is presented and also evaluated in an example. An important aspect of the proposed algorithm is that the resulting path in joint-space has a bounded Cartesian space error.

This users manual introduces the basic ideas of the PGT - Path Generation Toolbox for Matlab. The main features of the toolbox is to givethe user the possibility to 1) build paths in Cartesian (3DOF) space, 2) transform the Cartesian paths into jointspace. All the most important functions are explained and examples of how to use them are also included.

Background: The business market today is characterized by tough competition amongst the competitors to capture consumers’ interest and money. One marketing tool companies can use to achieve this is the company’s image. The customer buys not only a product, but also the image that the company or the product is associated with. To reach the desired corporate image companies need to be aware of the signals they are sending out and how and what to communicate to the market. They need to look within themselves and their internal factors, since the signals are created within the company. Purpose: To examine how different structures of organisations can influence a company’s internal image and thereby leave a contribution to the knowledge of a business’ internal image. Research Method: Empirical studies have been accomplished through interviews with employees on different positions at Nexus. A case study approach was used to give a more complete depiction of the company. Conclusion: A splinter within an organization can be seen through its image, which affects the external image. Uncertainty in the structure of the organization will also be exposed to the environment, which will lead to a splintered picture of the organization. Two important factors when creating an image are business culture and information/communication. These factors will together generate a united transmission of the company and its values.

Den här rapporten visar resultat från simuleringar av en industrirobots rörelse. Banorna roboten följer är uppbyggda av linjer och cirkeldelar. Kring de punkter där bandelarna möts, dvs i hörnen, läggs s.k. zoner. I dessa görs banan mjukare för att en referenshastighet ska kunna hållas. I kartesiska koordinater sker detta genom interpolering mellan bandelarna som bildar hörnet eller genom att zonbanan byggs upp av olika typer av splinefunktioner. I ett andra steg transformeras den kartesiska banan till en bana i motorvinkelkoordinater. I motorvinkelkoordinater byggs banan upp av kubiska splinefunktioner. Endast den geometriska delen av banplaneringsproblemet studeras här, vilket innebär att inga tidsaspekter är medtagna. Vidare har ingen hänsyn tagits till robotens orientering.
