We establish, the existence and uniqueness of solutions to a class of Atangana-Baleanu (AB) derivative-based nonlinear fractional integro-differential equations with fractional boundary conditions by using special type of operators over general Banach and Hilbert spaces with bounded approximation numbers. The Leray-Schauder alternative theorem guarantees the existence solution and the Banach contraction principle is used to derive uniqueness solutions. Furthermore, we present an implicit numerical scheme based on the trapezoidal method for obtaining the numerical approximation to the solution. The outcomes of a nonlinear fractional neutral dynamic equation with initial conditions on time scales are examined in this work using the Riemann-Liouville nabla (▽) derivative. The existence, uniqueness, and stability results for the solution are examined by using standard fixed point techniques. In this article, we tackle the optimal control and controllability of neutral fractional nonlocal integro-differential equations (NFNIE) of Atangana–Baleanu–Caputo with non-instantaneous impulses. Nowadays, quality of service (QoS) is very popular in various research areas like distributed systems, multimedia real-time applications and networking. The requirements of these systems are to satisfy reliability, uptime, security constraints and throughput as well as application specific requirements. The real-time multimedia applications are commonly distributed over the network and meet various time constraints across networks without creating any intervention over control flows. In particular, video compressors make variable bit-rate streams that mismatch the constant-bit-rate channels typically provided by classical real-time protocols, severely reducing the efficiency of network utilization. Thus, it is necessary to enlarge the communication bandwidth to transfer the compressed multimedia streams using Flexible Time Triggered- Enhanced Switched Ethernet (FTT-ESE) protocol. FTT-ESE provides automation to calculate the compression level and change the bandwidth of the stream. This paper focuses on low-latency multimedia transmission over Ethernet with dynamic quality-of-service (QoS) management. This proposed framework deals with a dynamic QoS for multimedia transmission over Ethernet with FTT-ESE protocol. This paper also presents distinct QoS metrics based both on the image quality and network features. Some experiments with recorded and live video streams show the advantages of the proposed framework. To validate the solution we have designed and implemented a simulator based on the Matlab/Simulink, which is a tool to evaluate different network architecture using Simulink blocks.

Sol-gel synthesis of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) and cadmium ferrite (CdFe2O4) nanoparticles in aqueous medium has been carried out using urea. The main advantage of using urea as a by preventing particles agglomeration and act as stabilizing agent to provides long-term stability for cobalt ferrite and cadmium ferrite nanoparticles. The particles have been characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), UV-Visible spectra and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The XRD and FT-IR results confirmed the crystal structure of CoFe2O4 and CdFe2O4. The formation of CoFe2O4 and CdFe2O4 nano- and microstructures were confirmed by HR-SEM. The optical band gaps of the prepared CoFe2O4 and CdFe2O4with different preparation methods were calculated and were found to be in the range of 2.26 - 2.40 eV. The optical property test indicates that the absorption peak of the nanoparticles shifts towards short wavelength, and the blue shift phenomenon might be ascribed to the quantum effect. The traditional sol-gel approach provides an effective way to synthesize high quality semi-conductive CoFe2O4 and CdFe2O4 nanoparticles. The disk diffusion antibacterial assay of CoFe2O4 and CdFe2O4 nanoparticles was done against E.coli, P.vulgarias MTCC -- 49132 (Gram negative) and S.aureus MRSA -- 3391, S.Aureus -- 25923 (Gram positive) bacteria. The main focus of this research is to study the role and effect of magnesium, titanium composites on the optical, morphological and structural properties of ZnO nanoparticles. Hybrid nanocomposites of ZnO has been successfully synthesized by soft chemical method using zinc nitrate hexahydrate, magnesium nitrate hexahydrate, titanium isopropoxide and sodium hydroxide. The structural characterizations were done by powder XRD and FT-IR shows the ZnO nanoparticles are polycrystalline with a standard hexagonal ZnO wurtzite crystal structure and the respective decrease in particles size shows that increases the percentage of TiO in the ZnO crystal lattice. The morphology of the composite ZnO nanoparticles has been determined by SEM. The UV-VIS absorption analysis depicted that all the samples exhibit the absorption in the visible region also increases with change in concentration of the dopants. In addition with this the Photodegradation activity of all the synthesized hybrid nanocomposites were tested against methyl orange dye. In this paper, we investigate the controllability results for fractional order neutral functional differential inclusions with an infinite delay involving the Caputo derivative in Banach spaces. First, we establishes a set of sufficient conditions for the controllability of fractional order neutral functional differential inclusions with innite delay in Banach spaces. The main techniques rely on Bohnenblust-Karlin's fixed point theorem, operator semigroups and fractional calculus.
