Mekanisme Transduksi Seluler Biosintesis Saponin Talinum paniculatum (Jacq) Gaertn (Som Jawa) Berbasis Kajian In Silico untuk Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Bioinformatika. Kata Kunci saponin bahan ajar bioinformatika in silico transduksi seluler LPTK sebagai lembaga pencetak calon guru profesional diharapkan mampu menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang bermakna sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian profil kecakapan hidup adab 21. Hasil analisis data survei di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri menunjukkan bahwa profil pembelajaran masih belum sesuai dengan harapan tersebut. Diperoleh sejumlah temuan pada pembelajaran Biokimia yang mendukung hal tersebut tingginya frekuensi mahasiswa yang memiliki miskonsepsi (topik metabolisme enzim ATP dan energi) kegiatan praktikum belum didukung sarana analisis berspesifikasi tinggi dan belum memberikan keterampilan teknik analisis interaksi mahasiswa dengan sumber belajar sangat kurang dan kontektualisasi pembelajaran belum dilakukan. Materi Biokimia berkaitan erat dengan proses metabolisme yang terdiri atas sejumlah rangkaian reaksi kimia di dalam sel yang melibatkan prinsip kerja enzim dan prinsip reaksi kimia. Biokimia merupakan mata kuliah dasar dan menjadi prasyarat sejumlah mata kuliah tingkat lanjut sehingga pembelajaran Biokimia perlu diperbaiki dengan mengorganisasikan variabel pembelajarannya termasuk pengelolaan sumber belajar. Berdasarkan deskripsi tersebut kontektualisasi pembelajaran Biokimia berbasis penelitian dengan objek sekitar perlu dilakukan. Salah satunya adalah mengungkap mekanisme transduksi biosintesis saponin T. paniculatum. Upaya mengungkap mekanisme transduksi seluler biosintesis saponin T. paniculatum dapat dilakukan melalui kajian in silico yang dilanjutkan uji verifikasi laboratori

Today’s, higher population cause the human necessary not only at basic food but also at medical compounds has increased too (quality and quantity). The bad impact of modern therapy cause the society should look for the alternative therapy specifically using medical compounds from tropical plants as well as can be found in their environment. Providing medical compounds by tropical plant by conventional methods were inefficient, such us the limitation of reproduction ability plant (by vegetative or generative), were dependent to host plant (medical plant parasite), most of medical plants belonging to rare plant, and the fluctuation of concentration medical compounds will be crucial problem to fulfill their necessary. Based on previous study showed that the improvement of plant tissue culture technique included of the invention and growth plant substances application were able to solve the providing callus as source of medical compounds. However, the higher rate of variation genetic callus caused the variation of medical compounds profile. Biology molecular technology such us flow cytometric and RAPD have great potential to monitor of callus profile, for examples DNA profile or stage of callus cells. Finally, the providing of medical compounds can be filled not only by quality and quantity.
