- Abstract
Nine policy recommendations conclude the 2GENDERS research. They are related to energy policy (federal and regional level), housing policy (mainly regional level), and social integration (federal and municipal level). They were inspired by the analysis of the in-depth interviews and of the fieldwork and were discussed with the members of the users’ committee.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamos Neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą politikos įgyvendinimas.Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas objektas - neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą politika. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - pateikti problemas, ribojančias neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą politikos įgyvendinimą Lietuvoje. Šiam tikslui pasiekti suformuluoti trys uždaviniai. Rengiant baigiamąjį magistro darbą buvo naudoti mokslinės literatūros analizės, dokumentų analizės ir kokybinio tyrimo metodai. Magistro baigiamojo darbo struktūrą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje pristatoma politika, socialinės politikos įgyvendinimas, negalios samprata bei neįgaliųjų integracijos teorijos. Antrojoje darbo dalyje apžvelgiami neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą strateginiai dokumentai ir teisės aktai , gilinamasi į neįgaliųjų integraciją bei pristatomas vienas svarbiausių Jungtinių tautų dokumentas. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje apžvelgiamos lengvatos ir finansavimas neįgalią turintiems studentams, taip pat aukštųjų mokyklų pastatų prieinamumas turintiems judėjimo negalią ir atliekamas tyrimas „Neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą politikos įgyvendinimo problemos ir jų sprendimas“, pateikiama tyrimo metodologija, duomenų analizė bei rezultatų apibendrinimas. Apžvelgtų mokslinių šaltinių, dokumentų bei interviu metu surinkta duomenų analizė atskleidė, jog norint didinti neįgaliųjų integracijos į aukštąjį mokslą politikos įgyvendinimą, reikia, sukurti planą, kaip gerinti neįgaliųjų prieinamumą Lietuvos aukštosiose mokyklose, kuriose būtų nustatytos konkrečios datos reikalavimams įgyvendinti; spręsti neįgaliųjų registravimo klausimą, vykdyti pastovia situacijos stebėseną išsiaiškinant jų poreikius; formuoti aukštojo mokslo neįgaliesiems prieinamumo gerinimo gaires bei įvardinti, kokie turi būti studijų sąlygų sudarymo neįgaliesiems standartai., Master's thesis analyzes the integration of disabled people into higher education policy įgyvendinimas.Baigiamajame work the object - the integration of persons with disabilities in higher education policy. Final goal - to present problems which limit the integration of disabled people into higher education policy in Lithuania. To achieve this, formulate three tasks. Preparation of the final thesis was to use scientific literature analysis, document analysis and qualitative research methods. Master's thesis structure consists of three parts. The first part presents the policy, social policy, the concept of disability and the disabled integration of theory. The second part gives an overview of the integration of persons with disabilities in higher education strategic documents and legislation, delves into the integration of persons with disabilities and presents one of the most important United Nations document. The third part provides an overview of benefits and financing with another handicapped students, as well as the high school building accessibility for persons with movement disabilities and investigation, "the integration of disabled people into higher education policy issues and their solution" presented the research methodology, data analysis and summary of results. Reviewed scientific sources, documents and interviews gathered during the analysis of the data revealed that in order to increase the integration of people with disabilities in higher education policies, it is necessary to develop a plan to improve the disabled accessibility of Lithuanian institutions of higher education, which would set a specific date to implement the requirements; to address the issue of registration of persons with disabilities, to carry out constant monitoring of the situation to ascertain their needs; form of higher education for disabled accessibility guidelines to improve and identify what should be the study conditions for disabled standards.

研究論文, Article, The OECD has a social integration policy to prevent immigrants from being relegated to the lower ranks of the social structure. It encourages immigrants to make their presence felt at public occasions as part of the community and contribute to their host country in the same way that the citizens of the host country do. This policy guarantees equal access to social welfare, employment and education so that immigrants have a role to play as part of the community in the host country. In Japan, it is unfortunate that this policy has not been introduced to educators and the media, although necessary changes in the social welfare and legal systems for the implementation of this policy were put in place in the last decade. In this paper, I argue that educators involved in inter-cultural education should refrain from committing themselves to relativistic multiculturalism and take seriously the possibility of adopting the social integration policy in the classroom. Educators in the EU countries implemented the social integration policy after experiencing the plague of relativism in the seventies. Now is the time for inter-cultural educators in Japan to start thinking about what they can do for immigrant students to keep up their quality of life in Japan through the implementation of the social integration policy.

En el Estado español, las políticas de integración social de los inmigrantes forman parte de las competencias de las comunidades autónomas. Por tal motivo, éstas han diseñado un conjunto de medidas de carácter integral que han puesto en marcha en los últimos años con el nombre de Planes de Integración de los Inmigrantes. Planes que se inscriben en un determinado modelo de integración, lo que podría propiciar la emergencia de importantes diferencias regionales en esta materia que provocarían situaciones heterogéneas de integración. Para conocer la realidad de cada comunidad autónoma, se ha de articular la investigación que se recoge en este artículo de acuerdo con los siguientes objetivos: en primer lugar, estudiar el modelo de integración de que parte cada comunidad autónoma española a la hora de diseñar su política sobre integración de inmigrantes. En segundo lugar, conocer la articulación de los discursos de los destinatarios de esas políticas sobre su proceso de convivencia en cada comunidad. En tercer lugar, estudiar las estrategias sociales seguidas por este grupo para adaptarse a la nueva situación social emergida tras la inmigración., In Spain, social integration policies for immigrants fall under the powers of the Autonomous Communities. That is why they have developed an integral set of actions that have been implemented over recent years under the name Immigrant Integration Plans, each one of which has a particular integration model. This could lead to important regional differences on this matter, which could provoke heterogeneous integration situations. In order to discover the reality in each Autonomous Community, the research gathered in this article was developed in accordance with the following objectives: first, to study the integration model used by each Autonomous Community in designing its immigrant integration policy; second, to know the opinions of the people addressed by these policies as regards their coexistence process in each Community; third, the social strategies used by this group in order to adapt to the new social situation encountered after immigrating were studied.
