Abstract: Using $\psi(3686)\rightarrow \pi^{0} h_{c}$ decays from a data sample of $(27.12\pm0.14)\times10^{8}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, $h_c$ radiative decays to $\gamma\pi^{+}\pi^{-},~\gamma\pi^{+}\pi^{-}\eta,~\gamma2(\pi^{+}\pi^{-})$, and $\gamma p\bar{p}$ are observed for the first time, each with a significance greater than $5\sigma$. The corresponding branching fractions are measured. Furthermore, intermediate states below 2.8 GeV/$c^{2}$ are investigated, leading to the first observation of the decay process of $h_c\rightarrow\gamma f_{2}(1270)\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{+}\pi^{-}$ with a significance of $5.5\,\sigma$. This observation represents the first instance of $h_c$ radiative decay to a tensor state.

Abstract: Based on a data sample of $(10087 \pm 44) \times 10^6$ $J/\psi$ events taken with the BESIII detector, we search for the flavor-changing neutral current charmonium decay $J/\psi \to D^{0} \mu^{+} \mu^{-} + \text{c.c.}$. No significant signal above the background is observed, and the upper limit on its branching fraction is set to be $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to D^{0}\mu^{+}\mu^{-} + \text{c.c.} ) < 1.1 \times 10^{-7}$ at the 90% confidence level. Abstract: Using $(2712.4\pm14.3)\times10^{6}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the decay $\eta_c\to\gamma\gamma$ in $J/\psi\to\gamma\eta_c$ is observed for the first time. We determine the product branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi\to\gamma\eta_c)\times\mathcal{B}(\eta_c\to\gamma\gamma)=(5.23\pm0.26_{\rm{stat.}}\pm0.30_{\rm{syst.}})\times10^{-6}$. This result is well consistent with the LQCD calculation $(5.34\pm0.16)\times10^{-6}$ from HPQCD in 2023. By using the world-average values of $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi\to\gamma\eta_c)$ and the total decay width of $\eta_c$, the partial decay width $\Gamma(\eta_c\to\gamma\gamma)$ is determined to be $(11.30\pm0.56_{\rm{stat.}}\pm0.66_{\rm{syst.}}\pm1.14_{\rm{ref.}})~\rm{keV}$, which deviates from the corresponding world-average value by $3.4\sigma$., Comment: 10 pages, 4 figures

Abstract: Measurements of the EMC effect in the tritium and helium-3 mirror nuclei are reported. The data were obtained by the MARATHON Jefferson Lab experiment, which performed deep inelastic electron scattering from deuterium and the three-body nuclei, using a cryogenic gas target system and the High Resolution Spectrometers of the Hall A Facility of the Lab. The data cover the Bjorken $x$ range from 0.20 to 0.83, corresponding to a squared four-momentum transfer $Q^2$ range from 2.7 to $11.9\gevsq$, and to an invariant mass $W$ of the final hadronic state greater than 1.84 GeV/${\it c}^2$. The tritium EMC effect measurement is the first of its kind. Abstract: Inclusive electron scattering at carefully chosen kinematics can isolate scattering from short-range correlations (SRCs), produced through hard, short-distance interactions of nucleons in the nucleus. Because the two-nucleon (2N) SRCs arise from the same N-N interaction in all nuclei, the cross section in the SRC-dominated regime is identical up to an overall scaling factor, and the A/2H cross section ratio is constant in this region. This scaling behavior has been used to identify SRC dominance and to map out the contribution of SRCs for a wide range of nuclei. We examine this scaling behavior at lower momentum transfers using new data on $^2$H, $^3$H, and $^3$He which show that the scaling region is larger than in heavy nuclei. Based on the improved scaling, especially for $^3$H/$^3$He, we examine the ratios at kinematics where three-nucleon SRCs may play an important role. The data for the largest initial nucleon momenta are consistent with isolation of scattering from 3N-SRCs, and suggest that the very-highest momentum nucleons in $^3$He have a nearly isospin-independent momentum configuration, or a small enhancement of the proton distribution.

Abstract: In 2018, the E12-17-003 experiment was conducted at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLab) to explore the possible existence of an nnLambda state in the reconstructed missing mass distribution from a tritium gas target [K. N. Suzuki et al., Prog. Theor. Exp. Phys. 2022, 013D01 (2022), B. Pandey et al., Phys. Rev. C 105, L051001 (2022)]. As part of this investigation, data was also collected using a gaseous hydrogen target, not only for a precise absolute mass scale calibration but also for the study of Lambda/Sigma^0 electroproduction. This dataset was acquired at Q^2~0.5 (GeV/c)^2, W=2.14 GeV, and theta_{gamma K}^{c.m.}~8 deg. It covers forward angles where photoproduction data is scarce and a low-Q^2 region that is of interest for hypernuclear experiments. On the other hand, this kinematic region is at a slightly higher Q^2 than previous hypernuclear experiments, thus providing crucial information for understanding the Q^2 dependence of the differential cross sections for Lambda/Sigma^0 hyperon electroproduction. Abstract: Using $2.93~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV,we investigate the semileptonic decays $D^+\to \pi^+\pi^- \ell^+\nu_\ell$ ($\ell=e$ and $\mu$). The $D^+\to f_0(500)\mu^+\nu_\mu$ decay is observed for the first time. By analyzing simultaneously the differential decay rates of $D^+\to f_0(500) \mu^+\nu_\mu$ and $D^+\to f_0(500) e^+\nu_e$ in different $\ell^+\nu_\ell$ four-momentum transfer intervals, the product of the relevant hadronic form factor $f^{f_0}_{+}(0)$ and the magnitude of the $c\to d$ Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cd}|$ is determined to be $f_{+}^{f_0} (0)|V_{cd}|=0.143\pm0.014_{\rm stat}\pm0.011_{\rm syst}$ for the first time. With the input of $|V_{cd}|$ from the global fit in the standard model, we determine $f_{+}^{f_0} (0)=0.63\pm0.06_{\rm stat}\pm0.05_{\rm syst}$. The absolute branching fractions of $D^+\to f_0(500)_{(\pi^+\pi^-)}\mu^+\nu_\mu$ and $D^+\to \rho^0_{(\pi^+\pi^-)} \mu^+\nu_\mu$ are determined as $(0.72\pm0.13_{\rm stat}\pm0.08_{\rm syst})\times10^{-3}$ and $(1.64\pm0.13_{\rm stat}\pm0.10_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-3}$. Combining these results with those of previous BESIII measurements on their semielectronic counterparts from the same data sample, we test lepton flavor universality by measuring the branching fraction ratios ${\mathcal B}_{D^+\to \rho^0 \mu^+\nu_\mu}/{\mathcal B}_{D^+\to \rho^0 e^+\nu_e}=0.88\pm0.10$ and ${\mathcal B}_{D^+\to f_0(500) \mu^+\nu_\mu}/{\mathcal B}_{D^+\to f_0(500) e^+\nu_e}=1.14\pm0.26$, which are compatible with the standard model expectation., Comment: Final version accepted for publication

Abstract: The electromagnetic form factors of the proton and neutron encode information on the spatial structure of their charge and magnetization distributions. While measurements of the proton are relatively straightforward, the lack of a free neutron target makes measurements of the neutron's electromagnetic structure more challenging and more sensitive to experimental or model-dependent uncertainties. Various experiments have attempted to extract the neutron form factors from scattering from the neutron in deuterium, with different techniques providing different, and sometimes large, systematic uncertainties. We present results from a novel measurement of the neutron magnetic form factor using quasielastic scattering from the mirror nuclei ^{3}H and ^{3}He, where the nuclear effects are larger than for deuterium but expected to largely cancel in the cross-section ratios. 9. CPSOR-GCN: A Vehicle Trajectory Prediction Method Powered by Emotion and Cognitive Theory

Abstract: Active safety systems on vehicles often face problems with false alarms. Most active safety systems predict the driver's trajectory with the assumption that the driver is always in a normal emotion, and then infer risks. However, the driver's trajectory uncertainty increases under abnormal emotions. This paper proposes a new trajectory prediction model: CPSOR-GCN, which predicts vehicle trajectories under abnormal emotions. At the physical level, the interaction features between vehicles are extracted by the physical GCN module. At the cognitive level, SOR cognitive theory is used as prior knowledge to build a Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) structure. The conditional probability and state transition probability of nodes from the calibrated SOR-DBN quantify the causal relationship between cognitive factors, which is embedded into the cognitive GCN module to extract the characteristics of the influence mechanism of emotions on driving behavior. The CARLA-SUMO joint driving simulation platform was built to develop dangerous pre-crash scenarios. Methods of recreating traffic scenes were used to naturally induce abnormal emotions. The experiment collected data from 26 participants to verify the proposed model. Compared with the model that only considers physical motion features, the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is increased by 68.70%. Furthermore,considering the SOR-DBN reduces the prediction error of the trajectory by 15.93%. Compared with other advanced trajectory prediction models, the results of CPSOR-GCN also have lower errors. Abstract: The electromagnetic form factors of the proton and neutron encode information on the spatial structure of their charge and magnetization distributions. While measurements of the proton are relatively straightforward, the lack of a free neutron target makes measurements of the neutron's electromagnetic structure more challenging and more sensitive to experimental or model-dependent uncertainties. Various experiments have attempted to extract the neutron form factors from scattering from the neutron in deuterium, with different techniques providing different, and sometimes large, systematic uncertainties. We present results from a novel measurement of the neutron magnetic form factor using quasielastic scattering from the mirror nuclei $^3$H and $^3$He, where the nuclear effects are larger than for deuterium but expected to largely cancel in the cross-section ratios. Abstract: When protons and neutrons (nucleons) are bound into atomic nuclei, they are close enough together to feel significant attraction, or repulsion, from the strong, short-distance part of the nucleon-nucleon interaction. These strong interactions lead to hard collisions between nucleons, generating pairs of highly-energetic nucleons referred to as short-range correlations (SRCs). SRCs are an important but relatively poorly understood part of nuclear structure and mapping out the strength and isospin structure (neutron-proton vs proton-proton pairs) of these virtual excitations is thus critical input for modeling a range of nuclear, particle, and astrophysics measurements. Hitherto measurements used two-nucleon knockout or ``triple-coincidence'' reactions to measure the relative contribution of np- and pp-SRCs by knocking out a proton from the SRC and detecting its partner nucleon (proton or neutron). These measurementsshow that SRCs are almost exclusively np pairs, but had limited statistics and required large model-dependent final-state interaction (FSI) corrections. We report on the first measurement using inclusive scattering from the mirror nuclei $^3$H and $^3$He to extract the np/pp ratio of SRCs in the A=3 system. We obtain a measure of the np/pp SRC ratio that is an order of magnitude more precise than previous experiments, and find a dramatic deviation from the near-total np dominance observed in heavy nuclei. This result implies an unexpected structure in the high-momentum wavefunction for $^3$He and $^3$H. Understanding these results will improve our understanding of the short-range part of the N-N interaction.

14. A Piecewise Convexification Method for Non-Convex Multi-Objective Optimization Programs with Box Constraints

Abstract: This paper presents a piecewise convexification method for solving non-convex multi-objective optimization problems with box constraints. Based on the ideas of the $\alpha$-based Branch and Bound (${\rm \alpha BB}$) method of global optimization and the interval subdivision, a series of convex relaxation sub-multiobjective problems for this non-convex multi-objective optimization problem are firstly obtained, and these sub-problems constitute a piecewise convexification problem of the original problem on the whole box. We then construct the (approximate, weakly) efficient solution set of this piecewise convexification problem, and use these sets to approximate the globally (weakly) efficient solution set of the original problem. Furthermore, we propose a piecewise convexification algorithm and show that this algorithm can also obtain approximate globally efficient solutions by calculating a finite subset of the efficient solution set of the multi-objective convex sub-problems only. Finally, its performance is demonstrated with various test instances.

Abstract: The E12-14-012 experiment, performed in Jefferson Lab Hall A, has measured the (e,e′p) cross section in parallel kinematics using a natural titanium target. In this paper, we report the analysis of the dataset obtained in different kinematics for our solid natural titanium target. Data were obtained in a range of missing momentum and missing energy between 15?pm?250 MeV/c and 12?Em?80 MeV, respectively, and using an electron beam energy of 2.2 GeV. We measured the reduced cross section with ∼7% accuracy as a function of both missing momentum and missing energy. Our Monte Carlo simulation, including both a model spectral function and the effects of final-state interactions, satisfactorily reproduces the data.

Abstract: We report precision determinations of the beam normal single spin asymmetries ($A_n$) in the elastic scattering of 0.95 and 2.18~GeV electrons off $^{12}$C, $^{40}$Ca, $^{48}$Ca, and $^{208}$Pb at very forward angles where the most detailed theoretical calculations have been performed. The first measurements of $A_n$ for $^{40}$Ca and $^{48}$Ca are found to be similar to that of $^{12}$C, consistent with expectations thus demonstrating the validity of theoretical calculations for nuclei with Z~$\leq20$. We also report $A_n$ for $^{208}$Pb at two new momentum transfers (Q$^2$) extending the previous measurement. Our new data confirm the surprising result previously reported, with all three data points showing significant disagreement with the results from the $Z\leq 20$ nuclei. These data confirm our basic understanding of the underlying dynamics that govern $A_n$ for nuclei containing $\lesssim 50$ nucleons, but point to the need for further investigation to understand the unusual $A_n$ behaviour discovered for scattering off $^{208}$Pb., Comment: 7 pages, 2 figures

Abstract: The small binding energy of the hypertrition leads to predictions of non-existence of bound hypernuclei for isotriplet three-body systems such as $nn\Lambda$. However, invariant mass spectroscopy at GSI has reported events that may be interpreted as the bound $nn\Lambda$ state. The $nn\Lambda$ state was sought by missing-mass spectroscopy via the $(e,e'K^+)$ reaction at Jefferson Lab's experimental Hall A. The present experiment has higher sensitivity to the $nn\Lambda$-state investigation in terms of better precision by a factor of about three. The analysis shown in this article focuses on the derivation of the reaction cross-section for the $^3{\rm{H}}(\gamma^{*},K^+)\textrm{X}$ reaction. Events that were detected in an acceptance, where a Monte Carlo simulation could reproduce the data well ($|\delta p/p| < 4\%$), were analyzed to minimize the systematic uncertainty. Abstract: Inclusive electron scattering from nuclear targets has been measured to extract the nuclear dependence of the inelastic cross section in Hall C at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator facility. Results are presented for 2H, 3He, 4He, 9B, 12C, 63Cu and 197Au at an incident electron beam energy of 5.77 GeV for a range of momentum transfer from Q^2 = 2 to 7 (GeV/c)^2. Abstract: A mass spectroscopy experiment with a pair of nearly identical high-resolution spectrometers and a tritium target was performed in Hall A at Jefferson Lab. Utilizing the (e,e′K+) reaction, enhancements, which may correspond to a possible Λnn resonance and a pair of ςNN states, were observed with an energy resolution of about 1.21 MeV (σ), although greater statistics are needed to make definitive identifications. An experimentally measured Λnn state may provide a unique constraint in determining the Λn interaction, for which no scattering data exist. In addition, although bound A=3 and 4 ς hypernuclei have been predicted, only an A=4 ς hypernucleus (Heς4) was found, utilizing the (K-,π-) reaction on a He4 target. The possible bound ςNN state is likely a ς0nn state, although this has to be confirmed by future experiments.

Abstract: In this work, the exact dynamics of excitation in the generalized Aubry-Andr\'{e}-Harper model coupled with an Ohmic-type environment is discussed by evaluating the survival probability and inverse participation ratio of the state of system. In contrast to the common belief that localization will preserve the information of the initial state in the system against dissipation into the environment, our study found that strong localization can enhance the dissipation of quantum information instead. By a thorough examination of the dynamics, we show that the coherent transition between the energy state of system is crucial for understanding this unusual behavior. Under this circumstance, the coupling induced energy exchange between the system and its environment can induce the periodic population of excitation on the states of system. As a result, the stable or localization-enhanced decaying of excitation can be observed, dependent on the energy difference between the states of system. This point is verified in further by checking the varying of dynamics of excitation in the system when the coupling between the system and environment is more strong., Comment: 9 pages, 5 figures

Abstract: All-optical switching increasingly plays an important role in optical information processing. However, simultaneous achievement of ultralow power consumption, broad bandwidth and high extinction ratio remains challenging. We experimentally demonstrate an ultralow-power all-optical switching by exploiting chiral interaction between light and optically active material in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI). We achieve switching extinction ratio of 20.0(3.8) and 14.7(2.8) dB with power cost of 66.1(0.7) and 1.3(0.1) fJ/bit, respectively. The bandwidth of our all-optical switching is about 4.2 GHz. Our theoretical analysis shows that the switching bandwidth can, in principle, exceed 110 GHz. Moreover, the switching has the potential to be operated at few-photon level. Our all-optical switching exploits a chiral MZI made of linear optical components. It excludes the requisite of high-quality optical cavity or large optical nonlinearity, thus greatly simplifying realization. Abstract: The ratio of the nucleon $F_2$ structure functions, $F_2^n/F_2^p$, is determined by the MARATHON experiment from measurements of deep inelastic scattering of electrons from $^3$H and $^3$He nuclei. The experiment was performed in the Hall A Facility of Jefferson Lab and used two high resolution spectrometers for electron detection, and a cryogenic target system which included a low-activity tritium cell. The data analysis used a novel technique exploiting the mirror symmetry of the two nuclei, which essentially eliminates many theoretical uncertainties in the extraction of the ratio. The results, which cover the Bjorken scaling variable range $0.19 < x < 0.83$, represent a significant improvement compared to previous SLAC and Jefferson Lab measurements for the ratio. They are compared to recent theoretical calculations and empirical determinations of the $F_2^n/F_2^p$ ratio.

Abstract: The small binding energy of the hypertriton leads to predictions of the non-existence of bound hypernuclei for isotriplet three-body systems such as nnΛ. However, invariant mass spectroscopy at GSI has reported events that may be interpreted as the bound nnΛ state. The nnΛ state was sought by missing-mass spectroscopy via the (e, e′K+) reaction at Jefferson Lab's experimental Hall A. The present experiment has higher sensitivity to the nnΛ-state investigation in terms of better precision by a factor of about three. The analysis shown in this article focuses on the derivation of the reaction cross-section for the 3H(γ∗, K+)X reaction. Events that were detected in an acceptance, where a Monte Carlo simulation could reproduce the data well (δ p/p| < 4), were analyzed to minimize the systematic uncertainty. No significant structures were observed with the acceptance cuts, and the upper limits of the production cross-section of the nnΛ state were obtained to be 21 and 31 nb sr-1 at the $90\%$ confidence level when theoretical predictions of (-BΛ, Γ) = (0.25, 0.8) MeV and (0.55, 4.7) MeV, respectively, were assumed. The cross-section result provides valuable information for examining the existence of nnΛ.

Abstract: We report a precision measurement of the parity-violating asymmetry $A_{PV}$ in the elastic scattering of longitudinally polarized electrons from $^{208}$Pb. We measure $A_{PV}=550\pm 16 {\rm (stat)}\pm 8\ {\rm (syst)}$ parts per billion, leading to an extraction of the neutral weak form factor $F_W(Q^2 = 0.00616\ {\rm GeV}^2) = 0.368 \pm 0.013$. Combined with our previous measurement, the extracted neutron skin thickness is $R_n-R_p=0.283 \pm 0.071$~fm. The result also yields the first significant direct measurement of the interior weak density of $^{208}$Pb: $\rho^0_W = -0.0796\pm0.0036\ {\rm (exp.)}\pm0.0013\ {\rm (theo.)}\ {\rm fm}^{-3}$ leading to the interior baryon density $\rho^0_b = 0.1480\pm0.0036\ {\rm (exp.)}\pm0.0013\ {\rm (theo.)}\ {\rm fm}^{-3}$. The measurement accurately constrains the density dependence of the symmetry energy of nuclear matter near saturation density, with implications for the size and composition of neutron stars.

Abstract: Missing mass spectroscopy with the $(e,e^{\prime}K^{+})$ reaction was performed at Jefferson Laboratory's Hall C for the neutron rich $\Lambda$ hypernucleus $^{9}_{\Lambda}{\rm Li}$. The ground state energy was obtained to be $B_{\Lambda}^{\rm g.s.}=8.84\pm0.17^{\rm stat.}\pm0.15^{\rm sys.}~{\rm MeV}$ by using shell model calculations of a cross section ratio and an energy separation of the spin doublet states ($3/2^{+}_1$ and $5/2^{+}_1$). In addition, peaks that are considered to be states of [$^{8}{\rm Li}(3^{+})\otimes s_{\Lambda}=3/2^{+}_{2}, 1/2^{+}$] and [$^{8}{\rm Li}(1^{+})\otimes s_{\Lambda}=5/2^{+}_{2}, 7/2^{+}$] were observed at $E_{\Lambda}({\rm no.~2})=1.74\pm0.27^{\rm stat.}\pm0.11^{\rm sys.}~{\rm MeV}$ and $E_{\Lambda}({\rm no.~3})=3.30\pm0.24^{\rm stat.}\pm0.11^{\rm sys.}~{\rm MeV}$, respectively. The $E_{\Lambda}({\rm no.~3})$ is larger than shell model predictions by a few hundred keV, and the difference would indicate that a ${\rm ^{5}He}+t$ structure is more developed for the $3^{+}$ state than those for the $2^{+}$ and $1^{+}$ states in a core nucleus $^{8}{\rm Li}$ as a cluster model calculation suggests., Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures

33. Quantum oscillations of the magnetic torque in the nodal-line Dirac semimetal ZrSiS

Abstract: We report a study of quantum oscillations (QO) in the magnetic torque of the nodal-line Dirac semimetal ZrSiS in the magnetic fields up to 35 T and the temperature range from 40 K down to 2 K, enabling high resolution mapping of the Fermi surface (FS) topology in the $k_z=\pi$ (Z-R-A) plane of the first Brillouin zone (FBZ). It is found that the oscillatory part of the measured magnetic torque signal consists of low frequency (LF) contributions (frequencies up to 1000 T) and high frequency (HF) contributions (several clusters of frequencies from 7-22 kT). Increased resolution and angle-resolved measurements allow us to show that the high oscillation frequencies originate from magnetic breakdown (MB) orbits involving clusters of individual $\alpha$ hole and $\beta$ electron pockets from the diamond shaped FS in the Z-R-A plane. Analyzing the HF oscillations we have unequivocally shown that the QO frequency from the dog-bone shaped Fermi pocket ($\beta$ pocket) amounts $\beta=591(15)$ T. Our findings suggest that most of the frequencies in the LF part of QO can also be explained by MB orbits when intraband tunneling in the dog-bone shaped $\beta$ electron pocket is taken into account. Our results give a new understanding of the novel properties of the FS of the nodal-line Dirac semimetal ZrSiS and sister compounds.

Healthcare elements that aim to provide coordinated, continuous, and comprehensive services for this population were also identified.Patients and Methods: We applied the methodology framework developed by Arksey and O’Malley to guide the review. The three-step search strategy was used to identify relevant English reviews that focused on adverse healthcare outcomes and barriers encountered by older adults with multimorbidity and other stakeholders regarding the single-disease-focused healthcare systems, as well as those concentrated on healthcare elements that aim to provide coordinated, continuous, and comprehensive services for older adults with multimorbidity. Five electronic databases, including PubMed/Medline, CINAHL, Web of Science Core Collection, Cochrane Library, and Embase, were systematically searched from database inception to February 2022. A standardized table was used to extract data. Thematic analysis was then conducted under the guidance of the Rainbow Model of Integrated Care and the Chronic Care Model.Results: Twenty reviews were included in this study. Therapeutic competitions, high healthcare service utilization, and high healthcare costs were three adverse healthcare outcomes experienced by patients. Both patients and healthcare professionals faced various barriers. Other stakeholders, including informal caregivers, healthcare managers, and policymakers, also perceived several barriers. Numerous healthcare elements were identified that may contribute to optimized services. The elements most frequently mentioned included the implementation of shared decision-making, comprehensive geriatric assessments, and individual care plans.Conclusion: This study conducted a comprehensive overview of the current knowledge related to healthcare for older adults with multimorbidity. In the future, it is necessary to develop more coordinated, continuous, and comprehensive healthcare service delivery models based on the healthcare needs of older adults with multimorbidity and the specific characteristics of different countries.Keywords: multiple chronic conditions, aging, healthcare service delivery, long-term care, review

Some patients required more than one course of RTX to achieve immunological remission. Identifying patients who need more courses of RTX to achieve immunological remission is beneficial for better physician–patient communication, the assessment of treatment course, and the evaluation of medical costs. This study aims to establish a practical model to predict the probability of immunological remission after receiving one cycle of RTX.Methods: This study enrolled 106 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in the modeling group and 30 patients from Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the external validation group. Patients in the modeling group were divided into responders or nonresponders according to whether they achieved immunological remission or not after following up for 6 months. A nomogram was established based on the results of logistic regression analysis. The predictive performance of the nomogram was evaluated by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), calibration curves, and decision curve analysis (DCAs).Results: In the modeling group, 75 (70.8%) patients achieved immunological remission within 6 months after receiving one cycle of RTX. Significant differences were observed between nonresponders and responders. Risk factors used in nomogram included PLA2R antibody, hemoglobin, and gender. The AUC value of nomogram was 0.797 (95% CI 0.701– 0.894, P< 0.001). The calibration curves demonstrated acceptable agreement between the predicted outcomes by the nomogram and the actual values. DCA curves showed good positive net benefits in the predictive model. The external validation also demonstrated the reliability of the prediction nomogram.Conclusion: A predictive nomogram including PLA2R antibody, hemoglobin, and gender may provide a basis to predict the doses of RTX needed in MN patients.Keywords: nomogram, external validation, immunological remission, rituximab, membranous nephropathy

Our study aimed to preliminarily investigate the effect of axitinib, a selective VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, on angiogenesis of HS and to explore its possible mechanism in a rabbit ear model.Methods: Ten male New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish HS models and then randomised to the control and axitinib groups. The scar tissues in the two groups were injected with axitinib or normal saline, and they were evaluated after one month of treatment. Macroscopic scar thickness, vascularity and pliability, as well as histopathological analysis including HE staining and Masson staining and scar elevation index (SEI) between two groups were compared. Immunohistochemical staining of CD31 in two groups was conducted to assess the degree of angiogenesis in HS tissue. The protein expression of protein kinase B (AKT) and ribosomal protein S6 kinase (p70S6K) and their phosphorylation levels in both groups were examined by Western blot analysis.Results: The macroscopic and histological observation showed intralesional axitinib injection significantly reduced scar thickness, vascularity and pliability of HS in the rabbit ear model. The value of SEI in HE assessment was also significantly declined in the axitinib group. Furthermore, immunohistochemical analysis revealed that axitinib suppressed the expression of CD31 in HS tissue, and the mean IOD for blood vessels was significantly lower in the axitinib-treated group. Additionally, axitinib effectively attenuated the protein expression of p70S6K, p-AKT and p-p70S6K by Western blot analysis.Conclusion: Our study suggests that intralesional injection of axitinib can effectively attenuate HS by reducing angiogenesis in the rabbit ear model, and this inhibitory effect may be mediated by suppression of AKT/p70S6K signaling pathway. The aim of this study was to investigate the neurocognitive characteristics of SCD and its correlation with objective cognition, negative emotion and sleep quality in Chinese elderly.Methods: A total of 1200 volunteers aged 60 and older underwent Brief Elderly Cognitive Screening Inventory, Quick Cognitive Screening Scale for the Elderly, Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Core Neuropsychological Test. According to the examination results, the participants were divided into healthy control (HC) and SCD groups. The neurocognitive function of SCD and its relationship with objective cognition, negative emotion and sleep quality were analyzed.Results: Compared with the HC group, the SCD group had similar global cognitive function but slightly impaired neurocognitive function. After adjusting for confounding factors such as age, sex, marriage, education and chronic disease, neurocognitive function (Picture-Symbol Matching: OR=0.167, 95% CI: 0.105– 0.266; Word Stem Completion: OR =0.260, 95% CI: 0.131– 0.514; Trail Making Test: OR=0.315, 95% CI: 0.178– 0.560; Picture Recall: OR =0.278, 95% CI: 0.122– 0.636), negative emotion (sub-depressive symptoms: OR=2.287, 95% CI: 1.483– 3.527; sub-anxiety symptoms: OR=1.663, 95% CI: 1.079– 2.563), and poor sleep quality (OR=2.138, 95% CI: 1.571– 2.909) were significantly correlated with the occurrence of SCD.Conclusion: The study illustrates that SCD is closely related to objective cognition, negative emotion and sleep quality. Abstract: The E12-14-012 experiment, performed in Jefferson Lab Hall A, has collected exclusive electron-scattering data (e,e$^\prime$p) in parallel kinematics using natural argon and natural titanium targets. Here, we report the first results of the analysis of the data set corresponding to beam energy of 2,222 MeV, electron scattering angle 21.5 deg, and proton emission angle -50 deg. Abstract: The population evolution of single excitation is studied in the Aubry- Andr\'{e}- Harper (AAH) model coupled to a $d (=1,2,3)$-dimensional simple lattices bath with a focus on the effect of localization in the system and the dimensionality of bath. By performing a precise evaluation of time-independent Schr\"{o}dinger equation, the reduced energy levels of the system can be determined. It is found that the reduce energy levels show significant relevance for the bath dimensions. Subsequently, the time evolution of excitation is studied in both the system and bath. It is found that excitation in the system can decay super-exponentially when $d=1$ or exponentially when $d=2,3$. Regarding the finite nature of bath, the spreading of excitation in the lattices bath is also studied. Abstract: Quantum fluctuations give rise to Casimir forces between two parallel conducting plates, the magnitude of which increases monotonically as the separation decreases. By introducing nanoscale gratings to the surfaces, recent advances have opened opportunities for controlling the Casimir force in complex geometries. Here, we measure the Casimir force between two rectangular gratings in regimes not accessible before. Using an on-chip detection platform, we achieve accurate alignment between the two gratings so that they interpenetrate as the separation is reduced. Just before interpenetration occurs, the measured Casimir force is found to have a geometry dependence that is much stronger than previous experiments, with deviations from the proximity force approximation reaching a factor of ~500. After the gratings interpenetrate each other, the Casimir force becomes non-zero and independent of displacement. This work shows that the presence of gratings can strongly modify the Casimir force to control the interaction between nanomechanical components., Comment: 31 pages, 7 figures

41. Short- and medium-range orders in Al90Tb10 glass and their relation to the structures of competing crystalline phases

Abstract: Molecular dynamics simulations using an interatomic potential developed by artificial neural network deep machine learning are performed to study the local structural order in Al90Tb10 metallic glass. We show that more than 80% of the Tb-centered clusters in Al90Tb10 glass have short-range order (SRO) with their 17 first coordination shell atoms stacked in a '3661' or '15551' sequence. Medium-range order (MRO) in Bergman-type packing extended out to the second and third coordination shells is also clearly observed. Analysis of the network formed by the '3661' and '15551' clusters show that ~82% of such SRO units share their faces or vertexes, while only ~6% of neighboring SRO pairs are interpenetrating. Such a network topology is consistent with the Bergman-type MRO around the Tb-centers. Moreover, crystal structure searches using genetic algorithm and the neural network interatomic potential reveal several low-energy metastable crystalline structures in the composition range close to Al90Tb10. Some of these crystalline structures have the '3661' SRO while others have the '15551' SRO. While the crystalline structures with the '3661' SRO also exhibit the MRO very similar to that observed in the glass, the ones with the '15551' SRO have very different atomic packing in the second and third shells around the Tb centers from that of the Bergman-type MRO observed in the glassy phase.

Compared to other occupational populations, railway workers in China face increased risk of chronic non-communicable diseases. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index and carotid artery plaque (CAP) in a population of railway workers in southwest China.Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted among 3169 railway workers who were categorized into four groups based on TyG index quartiles. The presence of CAP was assessed using carotid Doppler ultrasound. Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline analyses were used to estimate the association between TyG index and CAP, and subgroup analyses were performed based on age, blood pressure, metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), smoking, drinking, and physical activity.Results: Participants with higher TyG index quartiles had a higher prevalence of CAP, with 11.63%, 14.11%, 20.20%, and 18.56% from the first to fourth quartile, respectively. The multi-adjusted logistic regression models showed a positive association between TyG index and the risk of CAP (odds ratio [OR]: 1.22, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.06– 1.41) when treated as a continuous variable. When analyzed as a categorical variable with increasing TyG index tertiles, the risk of CAP substantially increased with ORs (95% CIs) of 1.22 (0.90– 1.65) for the second quartile, 1.70 (1.27– 2.28) for the third quartile, and 1.46 (1.08– 1.98) for the fourth quartile compared to the lowest quartile. Restricted cubic spline revealed that the association gradually strengthened with the increase of the TyG index below 9.56.Conclusion: TyG index was significantly associated with CAP, notably in populations with elevated quartiles of TyG index among railway workers. This study was designed to investigate the expression of TIGIT in PBC patients, with an aim to analyze its diagnostic value in PBC.Patients and Methods: We first explore the expression of TIGIT in cancer patients based on TCGA database, and then we analyzed its correlation with clinicopathological features. Afterwards, we compared the protein and mRNA expressions of TIGIT in two BC cell lines (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) and normal breast epithelial cell line (MCF-10A). Subsequently, 56 PBC female patients admitted to the Taizhou People’s Hospital from October 2018 to June 2021 were included in this study. Flow cytometry was used to detect TIGIT level on peripheral blood CD3+ T cells of PBC patients and healthy controls. TIGIT expression in PBC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence staining.Results: TCGA database showed that compared with adjacent tissues, TIGIT was significantly upregulated in tumor tissues. High TIGIT expression was positively correlated with tumor stage and negatively correlated with recurrence free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS). TIGIT level in BC cell lines, peripheral blood and tumor tissues of PBC patients was significantly higher than that of control (P < 0.05). TIGIT level was correlated with age (P < 0.05), rather than tumor size, pathological type, lymph node metastasis, ER, PR, HER-2, and P53. ROC curve showed that the optimal critical value of peripheral blood TIGIT for BC screening was 23.38%. Postoperative TIGIT level in peripheral blood was significantly decreased compared to the preoperative TIGIT level (P < 0.05).Conclusion: TIGIT was upregulated in PBC and was correlated with age. At present, there is no research to explore the association between alcohol expectancy and college students’ drinking behavior during the summer vacation.Methods: A total of 487 college students were selected from three universities in Chongqing from July 30, 2017, to August 30, 2017, by cluster sampling. The electronic questionnaires were distributed to complete the anonymous survey related to drinking. The questionnaire on drinking mainly included baseline characteristics, influencing factors related to drinking, drinking behavior in the last year and summer vacation, and alcohol expectancy. Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used for multi-factor analysis. Multi-level logistic regression analysis and ordered logistic regression analysis were used for multivariate analysis.Results: The past drinking rate in the study group was 86.24%. In the past year, the drinking rate and binge drinking rate of college students were 63.24% and 23.20%. In summer drinking, these two indicators were 29.57% and 8.42%, respectively. About 92.50% of the moderate and heavy drinking groups among college students had drinking behavior during the summer vacation. The average negative expectancy among college students was 3.26 ± 0.87 while the average positive expectancy was 2.63 ± 0.66. In drinking last year, positive expectancy was a risk factor for occasional and light drinking compared with those of non-drinkers (P< 0.05). In summer vacation drinking, compared with those of non-drinkers, negative expectancy was a protective factor for occasional drinking (OR: 1.847, 95% CI: 1.293– 2.638), negative expectancy and positive expectancy were both influencing factors for light drinking (P< 0.05).Conclusion: The drinking rate in the study group was at a high level in the past. The association between alcohol expectancy and drinking behavior among college students would be different according to the period and amount of drinking.Keywords: drinking behavior, drinking pattern, alcohol expectancy, college students, summer vacation

Abstract: The E12-14-012 experiment, performed in Jefferson Lab Hall A, has collected exclusive electron-scattering data (e,e′p) in parallel kinematics using natural argon and natural titanium targets. Here we report the first results of the analysis of the data set corresponding to beam energy 2222 GeV, electron scattering angle 21.5∘, and proton emission angle -50∘. The differential cross sections, measured with ≈4% uncertainty, have been studied as a function of missing energy and missing momentum, and compared to the results of Monte Carlo simulations, obtained from a model based on the distorted-wave impulse approximation.

Abstract: We report the first measurement of the \eep three-body breakup reaction cross sections in helium-3 ($^3$He) and tritium ($^3$H) at large momentum transfer ($\langle Q^2 \rangle \approx 1.9$ (GeV/c)$^2$) and $x_B>1$ kinematics, where the cross section should be sensitive to quasielastic (QE) scattering from single nucleons. The data cover missing momenta $40 \le p_{miss} \le 500$ MeV/c that, in the QE limit with no rescattering, equals the initial momentum of the probed nucleon. The measured cross sections are compared with state-of-the-art ab-initio calculations. Overall good agreement, within $\pm20\%$, is observed between data and calculations for the full $p_{miss}$ range for $^3$H and for $100 \le p_{miss} \le 350$ MeV/c for $^3$He. Including the effects of rescattering of the outgoing nucleon improves agreement with the data at $p_{miss} > 250$ MeV/c and suggests contributions from charge-exchange (SCX) rescattering. The isoscalar sum of $^3$He plus $^3$H, which is largely insensitive to SCX, is described by calculations to within the accuracy of the data over the entire $p_{miss}$ range. 48. Development of Interatomic Potential for Al-Tb Alloy by Deep Neural Network Learning Method

Abstract: An interatomic potential for Al-Tb alloy around the composition of Al90Tb10 was developed using the deep neural network (DNN) learning method. The atomic configurations and the corresponding total potential energies and forces on each atom obtained from ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulations are collected to train a DNN model to construct the interatomic potential for Al-Tb alloy. We show the obtained DNN model can well reproduce the energies and forces calculated by AIMD. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using the DNN interatomic potential also accurately describe the structural properties of Al90Tb10 liquid, such as the partial pair correlation functions (PPCFs) and the bond angle distributions, in comparison with the results from AIMD. Furthermore, the developed DNN interatomic potential predicts the formation energies of crystalline phases of Al-Tb system with the accuracy comparable to ab initio calculations. The structure factor of Al90Tb10 metallic glass obtained by MD simulation using the developed DNN interatomic potential is also in good agreement with the experimental X-ray diffraction data.

Abstract: Background: Measurements of exclusive meson production are a useful tool in the study of hadronic structure. In particular, one can discern the relevant degrees of freedom at different distance scales through these studies. Purpose: To study the transition between non-perturbative and perturbative Quantum Chromodyanmics as the square of four momentum transfer to the struck proton, -t, is increased. Method: Cross sections for the $^1$H(e,e'$\pi^+$)n reaction were measured over the -t range of 0.272 to 2.127 GeV$^2$ with limited azimuthal coverage at fixed beam energy of 4.709 GeV, Q$^2$ of 2.4 GeV$^2$ and W of 2.0 GeV at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLab) Hall C. Results: The -t dependence of the measured $\pi^+$ electroproduction cross section generally agrees with prior data from JLab Halls B and C. The data are consistent with a Regge amplitude based theoretical model, but show poor agreement with a Generalized Parton Distribution (GPD) based model. Conclusion: The agreement of cross sections with prior data implies small contribution from the interference terms, and the confirmation of the change in t-slopes between the low and high -t regions previously observed in photoproduction indicates the changing nature of the electroproduction reaction in our kinematic regime., Comment: 9 pages, 5 figures Physical Review C, in press

Abstract: Backward-angle meson electroproduction above the resonance region, which was previously ignored, is anticipated to offer unique access to the three quark plus sea component of the nucleon wave function. In this letter, we present the first complete separation of the four electromagnetic structure functions above the resonance region in exclusive omega electroproduction off the proton, e + p -> e' + p + omega, at central Q^2 values of 1.60, 2.45 GeV^2 , at W = 2.21 GeV. The results of our pioneering -u ~ -u min study demonstrate the existence of a unanticipated backward-angle cross section peak and the feasibility of full L/T/LT/TT separations in this never explored kinematic territory. At Q^2 =2.45 GeV^2 , the observed dominance of sigma_T over sigma_L, is qualitatively consistent with the collinear QCD description in the near-backward regime, in which the scattering amplitude factorizes into a hard subprocess amplitude and baryon to meson transition distribution amplitudes (TDAs): universal non-perturbative objects only accessible through backward angle kinematics.
