This paper explored the the method, path and content of "One Syndrome and One Product" Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing service in the specialized spine department, and summarized the construction and practice of "One Syndrome and One Product" nursing plan. The nursing plan consisted of several important steps as follows: establishing standardized nurse etiquette and service behavior; creating the clinical ward with comfort and warm surroundings; carrying out preparation services for discharged patients; improving nursing service experience to satisfy patients; Strengthening basic nursing and creating a humanistic care service model for patients. Taking low back pain with blood-stasis and Qi-stagnation syndrome as an example, syndrome differentiation nursing was carried out and related TCM nursing program was optimized. Implementation of "One Syndrome and One Product" nursing plan was associate with a continued increase of patient satisfaction, establishment of a humanistic care service model, transformation of nurses’ service concepts, and the formation of caring culture in the department. Through the development of syndrome differentiation nursing, an optimized TCM nursing program with low back pain of blood-stasis and Qi-stagnation syndrome was formed. This paper summarized the formation and organization management of the "One Syndrome and One Product" construction work program in a Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital. The goal, work requirement, training and evaluation plan of the ward construction of TCM nursing specialty model of "One Syndrome and One Product " were clearly defined in the work plan, and suggestions were provided for further construction and development of "One Syndrome and One Product " demonstration wards. Objective: The aim of this meta-analysis is to provide recommendations for clinical practice and prevention of postoperative complications, such as circumferential resection margin (CRM) involvement, and compare the amount of intraoperative bleeding, safety, operative time, recovery, outcomes, and clinical significance of robot-assisted and conventional laparoscopic procedures in anus-preserving rectal cancer.Methods: A literature search (PubMed) was performed to identify biomedical research papers and abstracts of studies comparing robot-assisted and conventional laparoscopic procedures. We attempted to obtain the full-text link for papers published between 2000 and 2016, and hand-searched references for relevant literature. RevMan 5.3 software was used for the meta-analysis.Results: Nine papers (949 patients) were eligible for inclusion; there were 473 patients (49.8%) in the robotic group and 476 patients (50.2%) in the laparoscopic group. According to the data provided in the literature, seven indicators were used to complete the evaluation. The results of the meta-analysis suggested that robot-assisted procedure was associated with lower intraoperative blood loss (mean difference [MD] -41.15; 95% confidence interval [CI] -77.51, -4.79; P=0.03), lower open conversion rate (risk difference [RD] -0.05; 95% CI -0.09, -0.01; P=0.02), lower hospital stay (MD -1.07; 95% CI -1.80, -0.33; P=0.005), lower overall complication rate (odds ratio 0.58; 95% CI 0.41, 0.83; P=0.003), and longer operative time (MD 33.73; 95% CI 8.48, 58.99; P=0.009) compared with conventional laparoscopy. There were no differences in the rate of CRM involvement (RD -0.02; 95% CI -0.05, 0.01; P=0.23) and days to return of bowel function (MD -0.03; 95% CI -0.40, 0.34; P=0.89).Conclusion: The Da Vinci robot was superior to laparoscopy with respect to blood loss, open conversion, hospital stay, and postoperative complications during anus-preserving rectal cancer procedures; however, conventional laparoscopy had an advantage regarding operative time. Purpose: To explore the expression of WD-40 repeat and SOCS box containing 1 (WSB1) and its clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)., Methods: Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression level of WSB1 in clinical tissues. Survival curves were platted using the Kaplan-Meier method and log rank test was used to compare survival between groups. The influencing factors for the long-term survival were analysed using Cox univariate and multivariate analysis. In in vitro study, Western blot was used to evaluate the effects of WSB1 on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of tumor cells., Results: The expression of WSB1 was much higher in cancer tissues than that in para-normal tissues, and the WSB1 expression was correlated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. In addition, HCC patients with higher WSB1 expression had significantly poorer progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Both univariate analysis and multivariate analyses indicated that high expression of WSB1 was an independent predictor of poor prognosis in HCC. Further in in vitro study, downregulation of WSB1 in HCC cell line could reduce the expression of epithelial phenotype protein (E-cadherin) while increase the expression of mesenchymal phenotype protein (N-cadherin and Vimentin)., Conclusions: WSB1 might contribute into the development of HCC and serve as a clinical biomarker and a therapeutic target for HCC patients.

Purpose: To explore the degree of embolization and embolization endpoints in patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated via transarterial chemoembolization (TACE)., Methods: Thirty-two HCC patients treated with TACE from 2015 to 2016 who met the enrollment criteria for this study were retrospectively analyzed. The experimental group was treated via complete embolization, with complete occlusion of the tumor blood supplying artery, while the control group underwent incomplete embolization of any blood supplying arteries, with limited residual visible blood flow detectable via angiography. Postoperative liver and kidney function, complications, prognosis, and survival for patients in these two groups were analyzed., Results: There was no significant difference at baseline patient condition between the two treatment groups before treatment. After treatment, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic aminotransferase (AST), and white blood cell (WBC) values in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p=0.031, 0.038, and 0.034, respectively). There was also a significant increase in hepatic aseptic necrosis and acute liver function damage in the experimental group relative to the control group (p=0.015 and 0.023, respectively). Compared with the control group, the prognosis and survival of the experimental group was significantly decreased. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses of overall survival revealed that the different treatment group and hepatitis B infection status were the main factors affecting patient prognosis and survival., Conclusions: For patients with large HCC tumors with a limited number of supporting arteries, careful attention should be paid to the use of embolic agents during the TACE procedure. Rather than proceeding to complete embolization of the artery root, embolization can be terminated when the main tumor feeding artery is still faintly visible on an angiogram in a structure reminiscent of a tree with dry branches, thereby reducing adverse outcomes in patients.
