PurposeCompanies must implement sustainability measures in order to survive due to the relationship between financial, social and environmental performances. These elements must be integrated into the business in a complementary manner in this regard. As a result, this study aims to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial leadership on sustainability, as well as financial and process innovation.Design/methodology/approachWithin the scope of the research, a survey was conducted with 295 white-collar employees working in energy companies. SPSS 25, the LISREL program, and SOBEL analysis were used to determine the relationships between the variables.FindingsIn the research, financial innovation perceptions and process innovation activities have a positive effect on business sustainability and entrepreneurial leadership. As both an independent and a mediating variable, entrepreneurial leadership has a positive impact on business sustainability.Research limitations/implicationsCompanies engaged in renewable energy production, operating in the Marmara region, constitute the sample mass. For this reason, it would be more accurate to evaluate the results obtained in this research only for companies producing renewable energy.Practical implicationsIt is concluded that energy companies should prioritize financial and process innovations and that entrepreneurial leadership is required to ensure the sector's long-term viability.Originality/valueThis paper is an innovative study in terms of the scope and content of the research as data are collected and analyzed from companies that produce renewable energy.

PurposeDrawing from dynamic capability (DC) theory, this study aims to investigate how big data analytics (BDA)-enabled dynamic capabilities (DCs) prompt firm performance. This study proposes that BDA-enabled DCs lead firms toward simultaneous exploration and exploitation of new knowledge about markets and products (i.e. marketing ambidexterity) which in turn improves firms' market and financial performance. This study also examines if environmental dynamism strengthens the aforementioned relationship.Design/methodology/approachThis study uses survey questionnaire and data were collected in the form of two heterogeneous samples from Turkey and Pakistan. Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypotheses.FindingsResults reveal that BDA-enabled DCs positively affect both dimensions of marketing ambidexterity (exploration and exploitation). Marketing exploration and exploitation have positive effects on firms' market and financial performance. Results also demonstrate that environmental dynamism moderates the link between BDA-enabled DCs and firms' marketing exploitation. The moderating effect for BDA-enabled DCs and firms' marketing exploration was not consistent across both samples.Research limitations/implicationsThis study contributes to the literature of BDA and marketing ambidexterity in the light of DC theory in a way that when and how the marketing ambidexterity, derived from BDA-enabled DCs, has a positive impact on firm performance. Moreover, findings imply that the development and enhancement of BDA-enabled DCs facilitate firms to calibrate marketing exploitation and exploration to seek new knowledge about markets and products and using such knowledge to achieve superior performance.Originality/valueThe novelty of present study is development of dynamic capabilities-based framework which sheds light on the role of big data for sensing, seizing and (re)configuring firms' resources to develop marketing ambidextrous capabilities in order to stay successful. From methodological perspective, this study uses two heterogeneous samples to assess robustness of results for ensuring greater generalizability and theoretical resonance.

PurposeThe purpose of the article is to examine the concepts of knowledge management strategies, innovation and service quality in information technology companies that have research and development (R&D) departments in the technoparks of research universities.Design/methodology/approachThe research was carried out in information technology companies with R&D departments in the technoparks of universities. Due to the “innovation” focus of the research, 302 engineers were selected by random sampling from engineers working in information technology companies in technoparks, and the prepared scale was sent to them via e-mail. In total, 302 units of data were subjected to path analysis and mediation effect analysis using the SmartPLS program.FindingsIn the research, it is supported by hypotheses that both knowledge management strategies and organizational innovation have a positive effect on the success of service quality and product innovation in information technology companies with R&D departments. At the same time, it can be explained as a result of analysis that innovation capability has both an independent and an intermediary variable effect.Research limitations/implicationsConsidering the limitations of the research, it is not correct to generalize the results of the analysis because the research was conducted only in information technology companies located in technoparks, and the data were collected from engineers working in these companies. For this reason, it is recommended that similar studies that are planned to be conducted in the future should do their research by taking this situation into account. At the same time, it is recommended to carry out future studies in different sectors and to bring the results obtained to the literature by comparing them.Practical implicationsThe importance of information is increasing in technology-oriented companies where competition is increasing. Companies that cannot go beyond imitation or offer similar products and/or services cannot compete with their competitors in a competitive environment. The fact that companies can be successful in a competitive environment is supported by hypotheses as a result of the analysis that they need to develop organizational innovation and knowledge, as well as develop innovation capability at the same time.Originality/valueThe research is an original study in terms of examining the R&D departments of information technology companies operating in the technoparks of universities. Innovation and knowledge management strategies are examined within the scope of the research model by collecting data from information technology companies with R&D departments.

Yapılan araştırmalar kapsamında örgütler çalışanlarını yeteneklerine ve uzmanlıklarına göre konumlandırdıklarında, bu durum çalışanların performansına ve verimliliklerine olumlu yönde katkı sağlayabilmektedir. Ancak çalışanlara baskı uygulanmaya başlandığında, sahip oldukları bilgi birikimlerinin dışında görev ve sorumluluklar verildiğinde çalışanlarda örgütden ayrılma isteği oluşmaya başlamaktadır. Yani, mobbing ve rol belirsizliğinin olduğu durumlarda, kontrolü kaybeden bireyler, görevlerini yerine getirirken kendilerini baskı altında hissetmekte ve istemiyerek çalışmaktadırlar. Bu durum çalışanların işlerine olan tutkularını da yok etmektedir. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 25 ve AMOS programları kullanılmıştır. Analizlerde öncelikle faktör ve güvenirlilik analizi yapılmış olup, bu analizlerden sonra değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesinde korelasyon analizi, hipotezlerin test edilmesinde regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda mobbing ve rol belirsizliği, çalışanların işten ayrılma niyetlerini ortaya çıkarmakta ve performanslarını düşürebilmektedir. Araştırma modeli kapsamında hizmet sektöründe (lojistik firmaları) faaliyetde bulunan kurumlardaki 321 çalışandan veriler toplanarak mobbing, rol belirsizliği, işten ayrılma niyeti ve çalışan performansı arasındaki ilişkiler ve etkiler incelenmiştir., Within the scope of the researches, when organizations position their employees according to their abilities and expertise, this can contribute positively to the performance and productivity of the employees. However, when the pressure is put on the employees, when the duties and responsibilities are given out of their knowledge, the desire to leave the organization starts to emerge. In other words, in cases of mobbing and role ambiguity, individuals who lose control feel themselves under pressure and unwillingly work while performing their duties. This situation also destroys the passion of the employees for their jobs. SPSS 25 and AMOS programs were used to analyze the data. Firstly, factor and reliability analysis were performed in the analyzes, and after these analyzes, correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationships between variables, and regression analysis was performed to test hypotheses. As a result of the research, mobbing and role uncertainty reveal employees' intention to leave and decrease their performance. Within the scope of the research model, data were collected from 321 employees in institutions operating in the service sector (logistics companies), and the relationships and effects between mobbing, role uncertainty, intention to leave and employee performance were examined.

Work stress experienced by employees at intense work pressure can both adversely affect employees psychologically and cause organizations to get negative outcomes. That employees experience workload does not indicate that they are under stress. It is necessary to be aware that workload and stress are different concepts. Employees who are experiencing workload can be positively reflected to the organization when they do their job gladly, willingly and fondly. However, negative effects may occur if employees work under stress. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of work stress, workload, psychological empowerment on organizational commitment. The sample mass of the study consists of 344 white-collar employees in different companies in the service sector. After analyzing factor and reliability of the findings by using IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS programs, hypotheses were tested with regression analyzes and the results were evaluated. In addition, Hayes process was used to analyze the mediator variable effect. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that organizational commitment is positively affected when psychological empowerment is applied to employees.

Work intensity and organizational communication are the most importantproblems are made it by competitive environment in business sectors that have laborintensive. Organizational communication, on the other hand, comes to the forefront inensuring the harmony between the employees and being loud and clear of the hierarchicalrelationship between the superior and subordinate. In the research, it was aimed toexamine the loneliness and organizational effectiveness of the employees who have workintensity, and if there is a change in loneliness and organizational effectiveness in case oforganizational communication. Therefore, within the scope of the research, a questionnairestudy was carried with 340 white-collar (engineer) employees in the textile companies.Analyzes were made using SPSS 25 and AMOS program. According to the results of theanalysis, the workloads and organizational communication of the employees preventthe employees from feeling lonely. At the same time, work intensity and organizationalcommunication positively affect to organizational effectiveness. Araştırmada iş yoğunluğu yaşayan çalışanların yalnızlık durumlarının ve örgütsel etkinliğin ne yönde etkilendiğini, bununla birlikte örgütsel iletişimin olması durumunda yalnızlık ve örgütsel etkinlikde bir değişim olup olmadığının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, araştırmanın amacı kapsamında tekstil firmalarında çalışan 340 beyaz yakalı (mühendis)’dan anketler toplanmıştır. Analizler, SPSS 25 ve AMOS programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çalışanların yaşamakta oldukları iş yoğunlukları ve örgütsel iletişim, çalışanların yalnızlık hissine kapılmalarını önlediği bulunmuştur. Aynı zaman da iş yoğunluğu ve örgütsel iletişimin, örgütsel etkinliği pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Bu analizlerden sonra korelasyon analizi yapilarak degiskenler arasindaki iliskiler incelenmis, regresyon analizi yapilarak hipotezler test edilmistir.

The aim of this research is to show the effects of the relations between capability similarity and opportunistic behaviors and competitiveness and performance from firms. The research provides the basis for capability similarity and opportunistic behaviors. The research was carried out in companies with at least 100 stores, which are centrally located in Istanbul and have a significant share in the service sector. The data were statistically analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.2 Package Program. The research showed that the organizations' capabilities and opportunistic behavior influenced their performance and competitiveness. Companies are struggling to ensure both employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction to survive in today's competitive world. Therefore, ensuring competitiveness is objectively the main strategic goal of any company. The research developed a novel framework of competition using a structural perspective and empirical tests the proposed relationships using data from the service sector in Turkey. Since the research was conducted in the service sector and companies located in Istanbul, it contains certain restrictions. Resumen El objetivo de este estudio es mostrar los efectos de las relaciones entre la similitud de capacidades y los comportamientos oportunistas y la competitividad y el desempeño de las empresas. El estudio proporciona una base para la similitud de capacidades y los comportamientos oportunistas. La investigación se llevó a cabo en empresas con al menos 100 tiendas, que están ubicadas en el centro de Estambul y tienen una participación significativa en el sector de servicios. Los datos se analizaron estadísticamente utilizando el programa del paquete SmartPLS 3.2. La investigación concluye que las capacidades y el comportamiento oportunista de las organizaciones inciden en su desempeño y competitividad. Las empresas luchan por garantizar tanto la satisfacción de los empleados como la del cliente para sobrevivir en el competitivo mundo actual. Por lo tanto, asegurar la competitividad es objetivamente el principal objetivo estratégico de cualquier empresa. El estudio desarrolló un marco de competencia novedoso usando una perspectiva estructural y una prueba empírica de las relaciones propuestas, empleando datos del sector de servicios en Turquía. Dado que la investigación se realizó en el sector de servicios y empresas ubicadas en Estambul, contiene ciertas restricciones. Resumo O objetivo deste estudo é mostrar os efeitos das relações entre a similaridade de capacidades e comportamentos oportunistas, a competitividade e o desempenho das empresas. O estudo proposto fornece uma base para similaridade de habilidades e comportamentos oportunistas. A pesquisa foi realizada em empresas com pelo menos 100 lojas, localizadas no centro de Istambul e com participação significativa no setor de serviços. Os dados foram analisados usando o programa SmartPLS 3.2 e este programa foi usado para todas as análises estatísticas. Ao final da investigação, observou-se que as capacidades e o comportamento oportunista das organizações afetaram seu desempenho e competitividade. As empresas lutam para garantir a satisfação dos funcionários e clientes para sobreviver no mundo competitivo atual. Portanto, garantir a competitividade é objetivamente o principal objetivo estratégico de qualquer empresa. O estudo desenvolve uma nova estrutura de concorrência usando uma perspectiva estrutural e testa empiricamente as relações propostas usando dados do setor de serviços na Turquia. Uma vez que a investigação foi conduzida no setor dos serviços e em empresas localizadas em Istambul, contém certas restrições.

Objective of the study: The present study examines how innovation culture and radical innovation elicit sustainable competition. The study proposes institutionalization as an important underlying mechanism that originates from innovation culture and radical innovation and provides the basis for sustainable competition. Design/methodology/approach: The data were collected from 763 employees working in smartphone companies located in Istanbul, Turkey. The analysis was performed employing PROCESS macro in order to test the hypothesized relationships. Findings: Results show that both innovation culture and radical innovation have a positive impact on institutionalization and sustainable competition. Moreover, the data also support the mediation effect of institutionalization in predicting sustainable competition. Practical implications: The findings imply that the structure of the firms must be ready for change in order to reap the benefits of sustainable competition. In fact, the creation of an innovation culture is very important in technology-intensive firms because there is a need to create common values that encourage employees to adopt innovative behaviors for sustainable competition. Furthermore, radical innovation can be more advantageous for firm-outcomes when large structural differences are identified and bridged successfully. Originality/value: The study develops a novel framework of innovation-competition using a structural perspective, empirically testing the proposed relationships using data from the technology-intensive industry of Turkey. Objetivo: O presente estudo examina como a cultura de inovação e a inovação radical geram competição sustentável. O estudo propõe a institucionalização como importante mecanismo subjacente, que se origina tanto da cultura da inovação quanto da inovação radical, e fornece a base para uma competição sustentável. Projeto/metodologia/abordagem: Os dados foram coletados de 763 funcionários que trabalham em empresas de telefonia móvel, localizadas em Istambul, Turquia. A análise foi realizada utilizando a macro PROCESS para testar os relacionamentos hipotetizados. Resultados: Os resultados mostram que tanto a cultura da inovação quanto a inovação radical têm impacto positivo na institucionalização e na competição sustentável. Além disso, os dados também apoiaram o efeito de mediação da institucionalização na previsão da competição sustentável. Implicações práticas: As descobertas implicam que a estrutura das empresas deve estar pronta para mudanças para colher os benefícios da competição sustentável por meio da inovação radical e da cultura de inovação. A criação de uma cultura de inovação é muito importante em empresas intensivas em tecnologia, pois é necessário criar valores comuns para incentivar os funcionários a comportamentos inovadores para competições sustentáveis. A inovação radical pode ser mais vantajosa para os resultados da empresa quando grandes diferenças estruturais são identificadas e superadas com sucesso. Originalidade/valor: O estudo desenvolve uma nova estrutura de inovação-competição usando perspectiva estrutural e testa empiricamente as relações propostas usando dados da indústria intensiva em tecnologia da Turquia. Objetivo: El presente estudio examina cómo la cultura de la innovación y la innovación radical provocan una competencia sostenible. El estudio propone la institucionalización como un mecanismo subyacente importante, que se origina tanto en la cultura de la innovación como en la innovación radical, y proporciona la base para una competencia sostenible. Diseño/metodología/enfoque: Los datos se recopilaron de 763 empleados que trabajan en empresas de telefonía móvil, ubicadas en Estambul, Turquía. El análisis se realizó empleando la macro PROCESO para probar las relaciones hipotetizadas. Hallazgos: Los resultados muestran que tanto la cultura de la innovación como la innovación radical tienen un impacto positivo en la institucionalización y la competencia sostenible. Además, los datos también respaldaron el efecto mediador de la institucionalización en la predicción de la competencia sostenible. Implicaciones prácticas: Los resultados implican que la estructura de las empresas debe estar preparada para el cambio a fin de cosechar los beneficios de la competencia sostenible a través de la innovación radical y la cultura de la innovación. La creación de una cultura de innovación es muy importante en las empresas intensivas en tecnología porque existe la necesidad de crear valores comunes para alentar a los empleados hacia un comportamiento innovador para competencias sostenibles. La innovación radical puede ser más ventajosa para los resultados de la empresa cuando se identifican y superan con éxito grandes diferencias estructurales. Originalidad/valor: el estudio desarrolla un marco novedoso de innovación-competencia utilizando una perspectiva estructural y prueba empíricamente las relaciones propuestas utilizando datos de la industria intensiva en tecnología de Turquía.

Purpose The aim of the research is to analyze sustainability in energy companies in terms of financial innovation, innovation strategy and organizational innovation. Design/methodology/approach The analysis of this research was done by using the Mplus 7 package program, and the research model was tested using the existing latent variables and their expressions. Data from 298 administrative staff (white collar) working in companies operating in the energy sector were analyzed. Findings Both independent and mediation effects of financial innovation and innovation strategy positively affect sustainability performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that in order for sustainability performance to be positive, importance should be given to financial innovation, innovation strategy and organizational innovation activities. Research limitations/implications As the data were collected from energy companies in this research, it is not correct to generalize the evaluations. Therefore, in terms of the limitations of the research, the sector and sample size should be taken into account in future studies. Originality/value This research conducted in energy companies focuses on the importance of sustainability and has a unique value in the literature as the data is collected and analyzed from white-collar employees.

COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on people worldwide. We conducted an international survey (n = 3646) examining the degree to which people's appraisals and coping activities around the pandemic predicted their health and well-being. We obtained subsamples from 12 countries—Bangladesh, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, India, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Turkey and the United States. For each, we assessed appraisals and coping strategies as well as indicators of physical and mental health and well-being. Results indicated that, despite mean-level societal differences in outcomes, the pattern of appraisals and coping strategies predicting health and well-being was consistent across countries. Use of disengagement coping (particularly behavioural disengagement and self-isolation) was associated with relatively negative outcomes. In contrast, optimistic appraisals (particularly of high accommodation-focused coping potential and the ability to meet one's physical needs), use of problem-focused coping strategies (especially problem-solving) and accommodative coping strategies (especially positive reappraisal and self-encouragement) were associated with relatively positive outcomes. Our study highlights the critical importance of considering accommodative coping in stress and coping research. It also provides important information on how people have been dealing with the pandemic, the predictors of well-being under pandemic conditions and the generality of such relations.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to examine the effects of production capabilities, competition intensity and marketing and sales capabilities on the export and production performances of textile companies engaged in export-oriented production return to normal life from the pandemic.Design/methodology/approachWithin the scope of the research, a sample of 683 white-collar expert participants was taken and a scale consisting of 29 statements in total was presented to them. The structural equation modeling (SEM) model was analyzed with the study SmartPLS. At the first stage, the relations between the scale expressions and the variables were given with factor loads and weights, validity/reliability analyzes were made for the model, and finally, the research model was tested.FindingsAs a result of the analysis in the research, it can be explained that the production capabilities and marketing and sales capabilities are important for the performance of the companies, at the same time the intensity of competition keeps the companies in a dynamic structure and the intensity of competition is also important for the companies to develop themselves.Research limitations/implicationsConsidering the limitations of the research, data were collected from white-collar employees working in export-oriented textile companies in Istanbul. Because in order to answer the questions about the variables representing the research model, expert and authorized employees were required.Practical implicationsIt can be explained that the performance of companies in the production sector is positively affected if they discover opportunities in risky environments so that they can gain an advantageous position over their competitors in an intense competitive environment. Because it can be assumed as a result of the analysis that textile companies want to evaluate the opportunities in the competitive environment by using their production, marketing and sales abilities during the pandemic process.Originality/valueThe research is unique in that it sets an example for future studies by examining the effects of production capabilities, competitive intensity and marketing and sales capabilities, which are likely to affect the performance of textile companies in the return of normal life from pandemic conditions.

Failure in reengineering or innovation management will not only decrease the performance of the organization but also endanger its sustainability. Objective. To carry out a study on energy companies to investigate the importance of the subject. Methodology.The reason energy companies are selected for the research is that innovation and change come to the fore with the need for new energy sources. LISREL, SPSS 25 and SPSS PROCESS V.3 were used in the analyses. Results. As a result of the research, it can be said that innovation management in energy companies has a positive impact on both sustainability and performance. At the same time, both the independent and the mediation variable effect of reengineering is positive. Conclusions. Innovation and change are inevitable and can be explained as a result of research where positive results can be achieved if properly managed.

Managerial support for innovation plays an important role in improving the competitive positions of public and private companies. To determine the outcomes of managerial support for innovation, we conducted a survey among 333 senior staff working in 20 logistics companies in Turkey. The findings of the study show that managerial support for innovation and financial innovation improve the corporate sustainability and innovation performance of companies in the logistics sector.

If the companies in the service sector do not express themselves correctly and do not provide the required service, they fall behind in the competition race and have to leave the sector. Thus, the effect of leadership within senior managers on employees is reflected in organisation performance, which gain more importance every day. The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationships between the variables of leader effectiveness, learning orientation and effective communication, and team creativity and service innovation. As a result of our analyses, it was determined that leadership effectiveness and learning orientation have a positive impact on effective communication, team creativity, and service innovation. This indicates that if an organisation has effective leadership and learning orientation, it positively contributes to effective communication, team creativity, and service innovation in the service sector. 348 questionnaires collected from white-collar employees were used for evaluation; factor and reliability analysis were conducted on the Likert scale questions; correlation analysis was carried out to examine the relationships between variables; regression analysis was performed to test the hypotheses.

Mobbing is the state where the employee is subjected to psychological violence in the workplace, that is, without physical violence, the stress, burnout, intention to quit, and suicide. Role uncertainty, When employees do not encounter any negative attitudes and behaviors, employees' attitudes and behaviors reflect positively to the organizations. However, only employees who are under the pressure of role ambiguity also desire to leave the organization. In addition, higher service quality can be provided to stakeholders in organizations with organizational citizenship behavior. Within the scope of the aim of the research, a survey was conducted with 360 employees. The analyzes were performed using IBM SPSS 25 Statistical Package Program and AMOS. Correlation analysis; regression analysis was used to test hypotheses. Within the scope of the research model, the effects of production workers on organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior are examined in cases of psychological violence and role uncertainty.

Amaç – Bu çalışmanın amacı hizmet sektöründe yoğun olarak çalışmakta olan beyaz yakalıların, örgüt içinde karşılaştıkları dışlanma ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlali sorunlarının güven ortamı yaratıldığında iş tatmini üzerindeki etkilerini tespit etmektir. Dışlanmanın ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlalinin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirerek, örgüt içinde güven ortamı yaratıldığı takdirde, hangi sonuçların elde edilebildiği tartışılarak, çalışanların davranışlarındaki değişikliklerin neler olabileceği düşüncesini sorgulatmayı amaçlayan bir çalışmadır. Yöntem – Araştırmanın amacı kapsamında hizmet sektöründe bulunan 388 beyaz yakalı çalışan ile anket çalışması yürütülmüştür. SPSS 25.00 İstatistik Paket Programı kullanılarak elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiş, likert ölçeğinin kullanıldığı ifadelerde faktör analizi ve güvenirlilik analizi yapılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesinde korelasyon analizi; hipotezlerin test edilmesinde regresyon analizi ve ara değişken analizinde sobel testi yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Elde edilen bulgulara göre; çalışanlar örgütlerinde dışlanma ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlali yaşadıklarında, iş tatmin düzeyleri negatif anlamda etkilenmektedir. Ancak güven ortamının yaratılması ve çalışanlara güven duygusunun benimsetilmesi durumunda dışlanma ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlalinin yarattığı negatif durum ortadan kalkmakta, çalışanların iş tatmin seviyeleri yükselmektedir. Tartışma – Güven ortamının güçlü bir şekilde örgütlerde sağlanması durumunda çalışanların yaşamış oldukları dışlanmadan dolayı hissettikleri negatif düşüncelerin ortadan kalkmasının farklı örgüt yapılarında detaylarıyla incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Özellikle beyaz yakalı çalışanlarda yapılan bu çalışmanın mavi yakalılar üzerinde yapılması durumunda elde edilecek sonuçlar önem arz etmektedir. Psikolojik sözleşme ihlali nedeni ile yaşanan negatif düşüncelerin güven ortamının sağlanması durumunda ortadan kalkması, çalışanların örgütlerde yöneticilerine güven duygusuna ne kadar ihtiyaç duyduklarının göstergesi olmaktadır. Gelecek çalışmalarda farklı örgüt yapılarından elde edilecek araştırmalar dışlanma ve psikolojik sözleşme ihlali kavramlarının teorik açıdan gelişmesine zenginlik katacaktır. Purpose - The aim of this study is to determine the effects of white collar workers working intensively in the service sector on the job satisfaction when the problems of exclusion and psychological contract violations are created. By evaluating the effects of the violation of exclusion and psychological contract on the job satisfaction, It is a study aiming to question the idea of changes in employee behaviors by discussing how results can be achieved if an atmosphere of trust is created within the organization. Design/methodology/approach - Within the scope of the study, 388 white-collar employees were employed in the service sector. The data obtained by using SPSS 25.00 Statistical Package Program were evaluated and factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed in the questions using likert scale. Correlation analysis of the relationships between variables; sobel test was used to test hypotheses and regression analysis. Findings - According to the findings; when employees experience a violation of exclusion and psychological contract in their organizations, job satisfaction levels are negatively affected by the expected response. However, in case of creating an environment of trust and trust in employees, the negative situation caused by the violation of exclusion and psychological contract is eliminated, and it has been concluded that the job satisfaction levels of the employees have increased. Discussion - If the environment of trust is provided strongly in organizations, the elimination of negative thoughts that employees feel due to the exclusion they have experienced needs to be examined in detail in different organizational structures. Especially in the case of white-collar workers, the results of this study are important for blue-collar workers. The disappearance of negative thoughts in the case of breach of psychological agreement is an indicator of how much employees need trust in organizations. In future studies, researches from different organizational structures will enrich the theoretical development of the concept of violation of exclusion and psychological contract.

The purpose of this study is to determine the desired characteristics of entrepreneur candidates and how and where they can get support within their current situation. In addition, the study includes definitions of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship concepts, an examination of desired characteristics of entrepreneur candidates, information about the activities that should be carried out before implementing business ideas, and a review of previous studies. In this study, a survey has been conducted with reference to young, entrepreneurial candidates within university at various faculties and departments. As a result of the study, it is clear that university students are generally not ready for an entrepreneurship. But, if their self-confidence gets stronger, they do show entrepreneurship intentions. In line with the study, the survey was carried out with 613 university students, and the data was analyzed using IBM SPSS 23 Statistical Software Programming where demographic information was subjected to descriptive analysis. Likert scale questions were subjected to factor analysis and reliability analysis. Furthermore, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships between variables, regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses, and a sobel test was used to measure the effect of intervening variables.

E-commerce brings companies and customers together in an exchange market environment, beyond any physical, cultural, and legal boundaries, and on an unimaginable scale, which was considered to be technically impossible before. The companies' online facilities have been improved and become accessible to everyone through smart phones, tablets, etc. as the web pages and social networks started to direct individuals towards e-commerce. E-commerce not only raises economic concerns related to competition and pricing, but also reveals new social and environmental threats that can be quite widespread and viral. Several studies have been conducted to examine the transformation of traditional business models into e-businesses, the impact of e-commerce businesses on traditional business activities, or opportunities brought by technological innovations. For this reason, the effects of the competitive strategies will be explained in terms of ensuring sustainable competitive advantage within e-commerce companies.

Objective. Analyze the relationships between the variables of employee surveillance, supervisor support, organizational cynicism, and time pressure. Methodology. The sample group of the study consists of 417 white-collar employees in private and public sector. After the analysis of the findings were made with the SPSS 25 program, the results were analyzed and evaluated. Analysis data were collected from both public and private institutions operating in Istanbul. Results. As a result of the analysis, it is understood that time pressure and supervisor support have significant effects on organizational cynicism and employee surveillance. Conclusions. With the analysis of the data received in the scope of research model, it may be drawn a conclusion that employees expect support from their supervisors, otherwise they start to move away from the institution. Objetivo. Analizar las relaciones entre las variables de vigilancia de los empleados, apoyo del supervisor, cinismo organizacional y presión del tiempo. Metodología.El grupo de muestra del estudio está formado por 417 empleados de cuello blanco del sector privado y público. Los resultados se analizaron y evaluaron con el programa SPSS 25. Los datos del análisis se recogieron en instituciones públicas y privadas que operan en Estambul. Resultados. Como resultado del estudio se entiende que la presión del tiempo y el apoyo del supervisor tienen efectos significativos sobre el cinismo organizativo y la vigilancia de los empleados. Conclusiones. Con el análisis de los datos recibidos en el ámbito del modelo de investigación se puede concluir que los empleados esperan el apoyo de sus supervisores, de lo contrario comienzan a alejarse de la institución. Os dados para análise foram coletados em instituições públicas e privadas que operam em Istambul. Resultados. Como resultado do estudo, entende-se que a pressão do tempo e o apoio do supervisor têm efeitos significativos no cinismo organizacional e na vigilância dos funcionários. Conclusões. Com a análise dos dados recebidos no âmbito do modelo de pesquisa, pode-se concluir que os funcionários esperam o apoio de seus supervisores, caso contrário, começam a se afastar da instituição.

In the context of Turkey, this study looks to understand how reengineering and information management practices can affect a firm's innovation capability and sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage can be gained in situations that can't be applied simultaneously by competitors and cannot be copied by them, and at the same time, the capability to continuously transform new products/services, and processes and systems is indicative of innovation capability. Additionally, if successful in reengineering and information management, it can be successful in competition and innovation. Three hundred fifty three white-collar workers at energy companies are the sample of the study. Single and multiple linear regression analysis were performed for testing of the hypotheses. The findings showed that reengineering and information management have a positive impact on both sustainable competitive advantage and innovation capability.

Efforts to keep employee turnover at minimum levels are directly proportional to employee satisfaction and their willingness to stay in the organization. Employees' dissatisfaction, leaders' attitudes and behaviours, human resources policies determine the life of the organizations. The increase in the employment turnover rate can decrease the performance of the organization, bring additional costs and cause employee trainings to be ineffective. In particular, the qualified employees can easily leave the organization if they do not like the management approach leads to the formation of different management understandings and perspectives. The leadership style of the managers and the human resources policies can shape the future of the organizations. Kurumlarda çalışanların yaşadıkları memnuniyetsizlikler, liderlerin çalışanlar üzerindeki tutum ve davranışları, aynı zamanda kurumların ömürlerini de belirlemektedir. Kurumlarda yaşanan iş devir oranındaki artış aynı zamanda kurumun performansında düşüşe sebep olabilmekte, maliyet unsurunu ortaya çıkarabilmekte, çalışanlara verilen eğitimlerin sonuçsuz kalmasına sebep olabilmektedir. The ever-increasing performance of corporations is evidenced by the leadership roles of top managers and the applied human resources policies. The dissatisfaction experienced by the employees in the institutions, the attitudes and behaviors of the leaders on the employees, determines the life time of the institutions. At the same time, the increase in the employment turnover rate in institutions can lead to a decrease in the performance of the institution, bring out the cost factor and cause the training given to the employees to be inconclusive. It is important that senior management should make contributions to the decisions that will be made by the senior management and their leadership roles. The sample of the study constitutes 323 white-collar workers in the private and public sector in Central Anatolia. After the factorial and reliability analyzes were performed in the IBM SPSS 23 program, hypotheses were tested and analyzed by regression analysis.

Knowledge and knowledge sharing is very important in the service sector, which has a dynamic structure. It is also important to share knowledg efficiently among employees in order to get things right. The aim of the study is to examine the impact of empowering leadership and knowledg sharing in terms of performance criterias in the service sector (logistics companies). As a result of surveys collected from logistics companies, the effect of empowering leadership and knowledge sharing on employee performance, organizational performance and job performance variables were determined. In the scope of aim of the study, a survey was conducted with 386 personnel working in the logistic companies. Data analysis was done using SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.80 programs. After factor and reliability analyses, correlation analysis, regression analysis were performed and also sobel test was done for the analysis of measuring the mediating variable effect.

One of the prerequisites for being an effective leader is good communication, with successful organisational communication positively impacting not only the leader but also employees. In fact, in organisational structures with participative leadership, an efficient working environment is most cogently created by ensuring a harmonious relationship between employees and leadership. In the research conducted in the manufacturing sector, white-collar employees working in automobile companies were the focus group: specifically chosen because they are at a significant status level and their working environment is quite intense. Within the scope of the purpose of the research, survey studies were carried out with 334 employees in 2019, and the analysis was conducted with the SmartPLS 3.2 program. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that organisational communication and participative leadership in organisations are positively affected by organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Örgütsel iletişim ve katılımcı liderlik ile örgüt yapılarında çalışanlar ve lider arasında uyumlu bir ilişki sağlanarak verimli bir çalışma ortamı yaratılabilmektedir. Araştırma, üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren otomobil firmalarında çalışan beyaz yakalı çalışanlar üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Özellikle, beyaz yakalı çalışanların önemli bir statüde olmaları ve yoğun bir çalışma ortamında bulunmalarından dolayı araştırmada örneklem kitlesini oluşturmuşlardır. Araştırmanın amacı kapsamında 334 çalışan ile 2019 yılı içinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Analizler SmartPLS 3.2 programı ile yapıldı ve yapılan analizler sonucunda, örgütlerde, örgütsel iletişim ve katılımcı liderliğin örgütsel bağlılık ve iş memnuniyetini olumlu etkilendiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Objective of the Study: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships between the variables of diversity management, charismatic leadership, innovation speed, innovation performance, and company performance.Methodology/Approach: A survey study was conducted with 427 employees (both technicians and engineers) working at companies that operated in the manufacturing industry in the scope of the research purpose. SPSS 25 and SPSS AMOS programs were used incrementally, and the acquired data were evaluated and analyzed.Originality/Relevance: In this research, white-collar workers constituted our sampling group because they play a key role in product innovation. While gathering the analysis data, the first 500 companies registered in Istanbul Chamber of Industry were determined, and manufacturing companies operating in Istanbul constituted the main part of the study.Main Results: As a result of the analysis, it is understood that diversity management and charismatic leadership have a positive influence on innovation and performance.Theoretical/Methodological Contribution: In terms of innovation and company performance, the study revealed the mediation effect of charismatic leadership linked to diversity management.Social/management contributions: In order for organizations to carry out creative and innovative activities, it is very important to effectively manage different ideas and thoughts within organizations. In fact, charismatic leadership positively affects employees, helping them to perform better. Therefore, employees must be actively involved in order to successfully carry out innovation. Özçınar, Mehmet Faruk ( Aksaray, Yazar ), In today’s competitive environment and global world, where the boundaries have disappeared as a result of the continuous development in communication and technology, the attitudes and behaviours of the employees in their organisations are becoming more important in terms of employees’ performance, strategic human resources management (SHRM), leadership roles of senior managers. In this study, the effects of (SHRM) and servant leadership on ‘rule breaking’ behaviours and ‘job satisfaction’ of the employees in their organisation have been examined. Our findings and analyses show that private organisations are afraid of losing customers in competitive environments and therefore their employees go beyond the determined procedures to sustain the interests of their organisation. Future studies should focus on the attitudes and behaviors of individuals in order to develop new theoretical concepts and better studies related to human resources and leadership styles. The sample population of our study consists of 385 white-collar employees working in the public and private sectors in the Central Anatolia region. 228 were employed in the private sector and 157 in the public sector. Findings were subjected to factor and reliability analyses using SPSS AMOS 22 program, hypotheses were tested by regression analysis and the results were analysed and evaluated.

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationships between leadership effectiveness, knowledge sharing behavior, business performance, firm strategy, and firm performance. In this study, to reveal the relationships, statistical analyses were applied to the data collected using one-to-one questionnaire techniques while the relationships between the variables were tried to be revealed. In this study, the importance of knowledge sharing behavior and the positive effects of both independent variable and mediator variable on the organization are emphasized. In addition, the positive effect of leadership effectiveness and knowledge sharing behavior on work performance, firm strategy, and firm performance variables was detected. Analysis was made using LISREL, IBM SPSS 23 software program, and SPSS PROCESS V.3 add-in, and confirmatory and explanatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed on questions using Likert-type scale. In the analysis of the relationships between variables in the correlation menu of the main menus of SPSS Program, the regression menu was used to test the hypotheses and to reveal the mediation variable effect of the PROCESS V.3 add-in. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed by LISREL program.

Purpose – The survival and growth of a business in the 21st century depends on its ability to create and maintain a competitive advantage. In particular, the ability to create a sustainable competitive advantage enables an enterprise to maintain and improve its competitive position in the market. This can also be achieved through the management style and employees. Nowadays, it is not possible to obtain efficiency from the educated workforce that has become qualified. The self-sacrificing, self-fulfilling, self-sacrificing workforce works more efficiently than the labor force, which obeys orders only under the supervision of the tasks assigned to them. Therefore, the research aimed to determine the effects of the relations between organizational citizenship behavior and employee involvement with the variable effect of the organizational support tool of transformational leadership. Design/methodology/approach – SmartPLS 3.2 program was used for factor analysis of surveys collected for this purpose, Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) Path analysis and Mediation effect analysis. In this research, 398 white collar employees working in the service sector constitute the sample group. Findings – Transformational leadership and organizational support had positive effects on employee participation and organizational citizenship behaviors, and mediation effect of organizational support was revealed as a result of the analyzes. Discussion – Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is referred to as optional workplace behavior that exceeds the basic business needs of employees. These behaviors are often described as behaviors other than those that need to be done in the act. OCB has been the subject of extensive research since it was first introduced almost thirty years ago. According to the results of the research, rotating leadership and organizational support positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. OCB was also seen as "close and supportive" behavior that reflects the willingness of the employees who exhibited the behavior to maintain their relationship with their colleagues or the organization itself and contribute to the success of the target. Therefore, it is possible for employees in organizations that feel the support of the organization and whose leadership style is appropriate to feel belonging to the organization and to consider themselves as one of the organization.

The purpose of this study how organizational change and environment determine the effects of the relationships between innovation performance and firm competitiveness with the environment change variable effect. Within the scope of the research model, the effects of environment and organizational change, which are thought to be a factor in the competitive environment, are examined on the competitive capabilities and innovation performances of firms. Within the scope of the research, questionnaires were collected from 300 white collar employees. SPSS 25 Program was used for the analysis of the scales representing the variables used in the collected questionnaires. In the analysis of the data prepared using the 5-point Likert scale, firstly; factor and reliability analysis, and then correlation and regression analyzes were performed. In addition, regression analysis and sobel test were performed for the analysis of the effect of the mediation variable. As a result of the study, it is observed that there is an effect on the relationship between Innovation performance and Firm competitiveness in the relationship between Organizational change and variable effect. Environmental impacts and organizational change can directly and indirectly affect the competitive aspects of organizations.

Çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen veriler analizedildiğinde; Duygusal Tükenmenin çalışanlar üzerinde negatif ama içselmotivasyonun olumlu yönde etkisinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Likert ölçeğinin kullanıldığı sorulardaDoğrulayıcı ve açıklayıcı faktör analizi yapıldıktan sonra güvenirlilik analiziyapılmıştır. Araştırma modeli kapsamında; Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerinincelenmesinde korelasyon analizi; hipotezlerin test edilmesinde regresyonanalizi ve ara değişken etkisinin analizinde sobel testi kullanılmıştır.

The aim of the research is to investigate and analyse how they are successful in industry firms of manifacturing sector in Turkey that is in the order of emerging countries, against rivalry in terms of both technological and innovation strategy. In the industrial sector where technological fluctuations are experienced intensively, it is important how companies make use of these fluctuations and how effective the innovative decisions that they take strategically. Hypothesis testing model for the study covered 344 white-collar employees in 19 companies located in the industrial sector operating in Turkey (engineers) has made a survey covering. In the analysis of hypothesis, sobel test was used for the analysis of regression analysis and mediation effect. When the constraints of the research were examined, only the firms in Istanbul were researched in terms of sample size. It is possible to obtain more reliable results of the study will represent the general case of the Turkey. The obtained empirical results support all hypotheses and show that technological fluctuations are perceived correctly by firms and they are fed by technological developments in the sector.

The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the effects of information sharing on the operational performance of technology companies in the competitive environment in the management skills and innovative focus of the firms in the technology sector. Due to the limitations of the research, only the technology firms formed our sample group and we can give the analysis results only through the technology companies. The sample population of the research should also be considered in terms of the intensive technology-oriented industrial firms. A research model has been developed to examine the relationships between variables and to test hypotheses. The data obtained from the collected 312 questionnaires were responded by the engineers working in 28 technology companies. In particular, because of the fact that the sample population is engineers, they have taken part in our research because they assume important duties and responsibilities in both the operational part and in the innovation orientation. In conclusion, we have proved the advantage of sharing information and being innovative in order not to fall back from competition for technology companies.

Innovation is considered to be one of the most important research areas in the field of science and technology policies in recent years and it is seen as the main driving force of economic growth and welfare increase. In today's competitive global economy, a firm's product innovation capability determines its competitiveness and effectiveness in national or international production and trade networks. Companies that follow a cost leadership strategy can mainly compete at a lower price, which they can do by reducing their costs through efficient resource/production/distribution and scale economies The sustainability of the companies in this competitive environment with sustainable profitability depends on the determination of the competitive strategies to be put into practice and the strategy they implement in the most rational way. In this study, 383 white collar (engineer) employees were surveyed. The factor analysis (explanatory and confirmatory) and reliability analysis of the scales was conducted using SPSS 25 and AMOS Program. The correlation and regression analysis, and sobel and Hayes process tests were performed to examine the effect of mediator variable. The results showed that there is a statistically positive and meaningful relationship between technology orientation and product innovation. In addition, it was found that the cost leadership and differentiation strategies have a mediation effect in this relationship.

The aim of this study is to research how organizational innovativeness and ınternal cooperation influence the firm Performance and new product performance. The survey was conducted with 270 employees. SPSS 25 Program was used for the analysis of the scales representing the variables used in the collected questionnaires. In the analysis of the data prepared using the 5-point Likert scale, firstly; factor and reliability analysis, and then correlation and regression analyzes were performed. In addition, regression analysis and sobel test were performed for the analysis of the effect of the mediation variable. In the first part of the questionnaire which consists of two parts, the questions related to the department where the employees are, their work and training are included. In the second part of the questionnaire, there are scales representing the variables examined within the scope of the research. The Internal-to-Firm Transaction Costs variable, which evaluates the mediation effect, has a positive effect on both firm performance and new product performance. This situation shows how important the control of costs is for production companies. Firms that evaluate the control of costs for performance and new product are also successful in the competitive environment.
