Práce se zabývá aktivizačními metodami ve výuce matematiky na 2. stupni základních škol. Tyto metody mají posloužit nejen k lepšímu pochopení problematiky v tomto předmětu, ale také k zvýšení zájmu žáků. Teoretická část se zabývá jednotlivými typy aktivizačních metod, které jsou vhodné pro využití v předmětu matematika. V praktické části bylo využito mých dosavadních zkušeností ve výuce tohoto předmětu. Žáci byli seznámeni s těmito metodami a následně je hodnotili v dotazníku, který je v této práci vyhodnocen., This final paper deals with using activating teaching methods in lessons od mathematics in higher classes of elementary schools. Not only should these methods help pupils understand the subject, but they should increase pupils' interest in mathematics as well. The theoretical part discusses individual types of activating teaching methods suitable for elementary-school mathematics. The practical part reports on my current experience in teaching mathematics. Creative accounting is a 21st century phenomenon and in the context of the economic crisis and deficit budget it has been receiving increasing attention, in particular in the area of prevention and detection of accounting manipulation. The focus of the research on small and micro-enterprises stems from little attention paid to these enterprises and the undeniable importance of small and micro-enterprises for the economy. Primary research is based on the examination of a phenomenological paradigm, i.e. it focuses on understanding human behaviour on the basis of a reference framework for research participants. The main research method used in research is a comparative case study, which is one of few methods that allow research of this sensitive topic. Research will focus on the existence of a big bath in the company’s ratio of profit and turnover as a determinant of a change in the company’s approach to creative accounting., Kreativní účetnictví je fenomén 21. století a v kontextu hospodářské krize a deficitního rozpočtu je stále diskutovanějším tématem a to zejména v oblasti prevence a odhalování účetních manipulací. Zaměření výzkumu na malé a drobné podniky vychází z menší pozornosti, která je těmto podnikům věnována a z nepopiratelného významu malých a drobných podniků pro ekonomiku. Primární výzkum je založen na zkoumání fenomenologického paradigmatu, čili zaměřuje se na pochopení lidského chování na základě referenčního rámce účastníků výzkumu. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou, která je ve výzkumu využita, je komparativní případová studie, která jako jedna z mála umožňuje výzkum takto citlivého tématu. Výzkum se soustředí na existenci velké vany poměru hospodářského výsledku a obratu společnosti jako determinantu změny přístupu podniku ke kreativnímu účetnictví.

Purpose of the article This article is an illustrative case study describing usage of EVA indicator in chosen specific company. Key part of the article deals with application of EVA indicator in company. It consists of procedure how to adjust accounting data into required form and determine weight costs of capital. Then there is calculation of EVA indicator and other indicators based on it. Last part is comparison of results. Methodology/methods The basic method is case study. Its aim is to demonstrate good understanding or causation explanation of particular example. It takes into account the overall context of the problem. Scientific aim The objective of the article is to come near to theoretical economic procedures and highlight the problematic areas within the practical application of EVA indicator in the business. Next aim is to emphasize the importance of EVA indicator. Findings This article illustrates some problematic issues that companies may face while calculating EVA indicator. Czech accounting standards do not correspond with international accounting standard methodology known as IFRS for compiling statements. First difficult area was conversion of assets into net operating assets NOA. Then operating profit is modified in respect of so-called unusual costs and revenues. The next issue in calculation of EVA indicator is stating average weight costs on capital. The last area of problems is the time flow of leasing contracts, value of liabilities arising from them and assessing the lifetime of leased property. Conclusions The article empirically examined the effectiveness of EVA indicator with regard to its relation to the accounting performance indicators. It was proved that although the company reported financial health within the frame of financial analysis, it gave owners only slightly increasing economic value added. The article points out the need of usege of EVA indicator in corporate practice.

Purpose Purpose of the article is to describe the information needs of individual users of financial statements. Individual users have different needs of information, but in one need they are agreed. Some information, requiring users of accounting information the financial statements does not. Shortcomings of financial statements result from incomplete harmonization of Czech financial statements to International Financial Reporting Standards. Scientific aim The main aim of this article is evaluating how output accounting information company contained in company financial statements come up to the expectations person, who are ask for the information. This may point to the shortcomings of the financial statements. Methods The article is based on studies published in theme of information needs users of financial statements. Studies will be confronted with information potential of financial statements focused of the equity. In this article is mainly used logical and empirical methods. From logical methods was selected base pair-methods: Induction-illiation, analysis-synthesis and abstraction- concretization. From empiric methods was selected method comparison. Findings The user of accounting information are agreed in one need. They need infrormation about going concern company. Financial statements does not contain this information. The reproduction of the equity can ensure going concern. The equity can be viewed in two ways. Looking in the equity like to production capacity the company, is one way. This method brings the idea that company can continue, when the equity is reproduced. But this method needs valuating all balance and profit and loss sheet items in regular price. Assess value in historical price causes overvalued trading income (undervalued of costs) and undervalued the equity. Conslusions Reproduction of the equity must be ensured to going concern company. It can be ensured by assess valuation in regular prices instead historical. Stiffen up the condition

The thesis is divided into two parts, to theoretical and the practical one. In the beginning of theoretical part of the work are defined hypothesis and later are described financial analysis, its implements and methods. In the practical part is performed the analysis of accounting documents used for vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as the analysis by financial ratio indicators. Based on the given analysis the improvements of the company’s current situation will be proposed.

In the practical part I focused on specific company, Art Lighting Production, Ltd., to which I have applied the methodology of financial analysis. In conclusion, I evaluated the financial health and efficiency of the company, with subsequent proposals for measures to be taken to improve the situation in the company.
