Reinforced concrete structures often fail prematurely due to rebar corrosion.Adding corrosion inhibitors can effectively mitigate rebar corrosion and enhance the durability of reinforced concrete structures.Lignosulfonate， as a green and efficient component， exhibits good corrosion-inhibiting properties.However， its water-reducing effect is bad， and it cannot independently meet the technological demands of modern concrete technology for high fluidity and strength.In this study， sodium lignosulfonate was modified by grafting hydroxyl and carboxyl groups to synthesize sodium lignosulfonate derivatives.These derivatives were then incorporated into simulated pore solutions and cement mortar to investigate their corrosion-inhibiting effects on rebar.Results showed that， in both simulated alkaline chloride environments and mortar accelerated corrosion environments，the sodium lignosulfonate derivatives increased the charge transfer resistance and reduced the corrosion current density，demonstrating significant corrosion inhibition.When the water-cement ratio was 0.35，the flowability of the cement paste with the addition of sodium lignosulfonate derivatives reached 350 mm， with a water-reducing effect comparable to that of polycarboxylate， thus meeting the requirements for concrete flowability and strength.

Background Somatosensory and motor dysfunctions are common after stroke, both lead to limitations in activities of daily living and social participation, there is still a lack of research evidence to analyze the relationship between the two from multiple perspectives. Objective To investigate the relationship between somatosensory and motor function among overall, upper and lower extremities in different-age-group patients within one year after stroke. Methods This prospective study enrolled the poststroke patients within one year from several hospitals in Fujian Province from October 2022 to April 2023. The sensory subscale of the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA-S) and the sensory subitem of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were used to evaluate the patient's somatosensory function. The motor subscale of the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA-M), Brunnstrom assessment, Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the motor subitem of NIHSS were used to evaluate the patient's motor function. Modified Barthel Index (MBI) was used to evaluate the patient's activities of daily living (ADL). Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was used to evaluate the patient's psychosomatic function. They were divided into two groups (the elderly group/the young and middle-aged group) according to their age, we compared the differences in general information and rehabilitation assessments between the two groups. And we analyzed the correlation between somatosensory function and motor function/ADL/psycho-psychological function. Results A total of 254 patients were included, with an average age of (61.0±12.3) years and an average disease course of 30.0 (17.0, 65.5) days. There were 112 cases (44.1%) in the elderly group and 142 cases (55.9%) in the young and middle-aged group. We propose a simple model of colloidal suspension, whereby individual particles change their diffusivity from high (hot) to low (cold), as the local concentration of their closest peers grows larger than a certain threshold. Such a non-reciprocal interactive mechanism is known in biology as quorum sensing. Upon tuning the parameters of the adopted quorum sensing protocol, the suspension is numerically shown to go through a variety of two-phase (hot and cold) configurations. This is an archetypal model with potential applications in robotics and social studies.

ObjectiveTo analyze the pathogenic characteristics of Salmonella senftenberg isolate causing food poisoning in Xinxiang in 2021.MethodsEpidemiological investigation of food poisoning event was performed. Pathogenic bacteria were separated and identified from 11 samples. Ten Salmonella isolates were subjected to serotyping， drug susceptibility testing， detection of characteristic gene fragments （mogA， sseL， mgtC， bcfA， araB） of 5 virulence island （SPIs） and pulsed field gel electrophoresis （PFGE） typing analysis.ResultsSerum antigenic formulas of all Salmonella isolates were 1，3，19；g，s，t Salmonella senftenberg. All Salmonella isolates were resistant to cefazolin， kanamycin， gentamicin and amikacin. Among them， two isolates from the patient feces were also resistant to ampicillin， tetracycline，doxycycline，chloramphenicol，trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. PFGE clustering analysis showed that there was no difference in the bands among the 10 strains （2 cases strains， 5 food strains， and 3 environmental strains）， suggesting that they were highly homologous. Five Salmonella pathogenicity island characteristic gene fragments were detected among 10 isolates.ConclusionSalmonella senftenberg caused the food poisoning event. The isolates carried 5 Salmonella pathogenicity island characteristic gene fragments and 2 isolates exhibited multi-drug resistance. Relevant departments should pay more attention to this issue.
