Abstract

Nanostructured thin films on a silicon substrate were obtained by the action of high-frequency repetitively pulsed f ~ 10–13 kHz laser radiation with wavelength λ = 1.064 μm and power density q = 57 MW/cm2 on an La0.13Bi0.87FeO3 target at a pressure in the vacuum chamber p = 4.6 Pa. The morphology of the La0.13Bi0.87FeO3 thin films was studied using atomic force microscopy. Transmission spectra of the films in the visible and near- and mid-IR regions were obtained. Abstract

Nanostructured thin films on a silicon substrate were obtained by high-frequency pulse-periodic (f ~ 8–10 kHz) action of a laser with wavelength λ = 1.064 μm and power density q = 36 MW/cm2 on Y0.1Sr0.9CoO3–x ceramics in a vacuum chamber at pressure p = 2∙10–2 mm Hg. Their morphology was studied using atomic force microscopy. Features of their transmission spectra in the visible and near- and mid-IR regions were revealed. Abstract

Nanostructured thin films on a silicon substrate were obtained by high-frequency pulse-periodic laser action (f ~ 10–15 kHz) with wavelength λ = 1.064 μm and power density q = 85 MW/cm2 on zinc oxide ceramic doped with scandium oxide in a vacuum chamber with pressure p = 2·10–2 mm Hg. The morphology of the obtained films was studied by atomic-force microscopy. Features of the transmission spectra in the visible and near and middle infrared regions were shown. The luminescence spectra obtained by excitation at various wavelengths were practically unchanged. The electrophysical properties of the ZnO + 0.9% Sc2O3/Si heterostructure were analyzed. Abstract

Методом высокочастотного импульсно-периодического (f -10-15 кГц) лазерного воздействия с длиной волны y = 1.064 мкм и плотностью мощности q = 85 МВт/см 2 на керамику из оксида цинка, легированную оксидом скандия, при давлении в вакуумной камере p = 2*10-2 мм рт. ст. получены наноструктурированные тонкие пленки на кремниевой подложке. Изучена морфология полученных пленок с помощью атомно-силовой микроскопии.
