本論文では，欧米で展開されている対話的教育論に関する研究を道具論的アプローチと存在論的アプローチの二つに分類し，概観した。道具論的アプローチでは，対話を子どもの効果的な学習を実現するための手段であるとし，対話的教育の指標や原則を明らかにしている。つまり，道具論的アプローチにおける対話的というのは，ある特定の原則の達成，手段の使用によって達成されるものであることが明らかになった。一方，存在論的アプローチでは，対話を特定の教育の手段とするのではなく，人と人が入り込む関係であるとしている。その際に，対話に参加する教師のあり方，すなわち，教師も授業の中で子どもたちの教材理解に影響を受けながら，自身の既存の理解を問い直していくような教師の学びに焦点が当てられていることが明らかになった。, This paper provides an overview of the research on dialogic pedagogy theory developed in Europe and the United States, categorizing it into two approaches: the instrumental approach and the ontological approach. The instrumental approach considers dialogue as a means to achieve effective learning for children, and identifies indicators and principles of dialogic education. In other words, dialogic in the instrumental approach is revealed to be something that is achieved through the achievement of certain principles and the use of certain means. The ontological approach, on the other hand, does not see dialogue as a specific means of education, but as a relationship that people enter into. In these approaches, the focus is on the teacher's participation in the dialogue, where the teacher is also influenced by the children's understanding of the material in the classroom and questions his or her own existing understanding. It can also be inferred that the differences in the educational views behind these differences have a significant impact. While the instrumental approach aims to lead children to a point of achievement set before the class by the teacher based on educational objectives, the ontological approach aims for children to experience the dialogue itself rather than to reach a specific endpoint. Introduction. The article determines the relevance of research in the field of creating uniform forms and methods for describing the knowledge, experience, and competencies of employees for their further accounting in corporate knowledge management systems; a comparative analysis of approaches to describing intellectual capital and employee competencies is presented. Approaches and methods. As a methodological basis, the functional subdivision of employee competencies is used according to the sources of its occurrence. The research is conducted based on an ontological approach and Natural Language Processing. The prospects of using the proposed set of methods for describing competencies are demonstrated. The results of the study. The paper shows that the most effective method of describing corporate knowledge, the carriers of which are the company's employees, is an educational-competence approach that divides such knowledge into four components: competencies acquired in the process of education, work experience, co-author activity, as well as Background knowledge. Moreover, the competencies themselves can be uniformly determined using comparative methods of linguistic analysis using frequency analysis of texts of documents related to the employee. Examples of solving specific problems by using Natural Language Processing methods in solving the tasks of assessing the competencies of employees are given. Discussion and conclusions. The work conducted has shown the possibility of creating a unified effective methodology for describing the professional competencies of the company's employees, which is an integral part of the general complex of corporate knowledge. The components of the methodology are already widely used in production practice.

Evaluation of organizations with multi-level hierarchical structure (project groups, groups of researchers, military units, expert commissions, medical rapid response teams) is an urgent problem today, the solution of which will allow to organize their rapid dynamic adaptation in a new way to perform important operational tasks, as well as training team members in the absence of sufficient competencies, skills and experience. The assessment also reveals the strengths and weaknesses of both the team as a whole and each participant, which in the future provides opportunities for their further growth. Evaluation of the work of teams is complex, including both professional knowledge in a certain field of activity and team management skills (so-called leadership skills, the ability to organize the execution of tasks and the achievement of goals and obtaining positive work results). In order to improve the evaluations of hierarchical aggregated teams we propose the use of ontological approach: domain ontology defines knowledge about relevant combinations of competencies for hierarchical team positions. Information about competencies of applicants is acquired by portfolio analysis (resume, certificates, diplomas, merits, etc.). More complex tasks can use a hierarchical set of ontologies and Web-services for obtaining evaluation results and recommendations for competence improving for various sublevels. We describe the step-by-step method of team evaluation that use elements of semantic similarity between different information objects for the matching of applicants and equipment with team positions. Proposed approach to hierarchical team evaluation is a component for integrated multi-criteria decision-making oriented on some special case of user tasks: the set of evaluation criteria is determined by task and can be built on the basis of domain knowledge, but importance of particular criterion is defined by state of environment in different points in time. The literature on conflict and cohesion in social relationships in family firms has developed rapidly in recent decades. To take stock and provide directions to move this flourishing research area forward, we conduct a systematic review of the literature. We examine the prevailing conceptualizations of conflict and cohesion in social relationships in family firms, depict their drivers and outcomes, highlight their theoretical and empirical underpinnings, and propose an ontological framework to synthesize this large body of research. Drawing on our review, we identify some important research gaps and suggest fruitful directions for future research.

Оцінювання організацій і колективів з багаторівневою ієрархічною структурою (проєктні групи, групи дослідників, військові підрозділи, експертні комісії, медичні групи швидкого реагування) є сьогодні актуальною проблемою, вирішення якої дозволить по новому організувати їх швидку динамічну адаптацію для виконання важливих оперативних завдань, а також підготовку членів команди при відсутності достатніх компетенцій, навиків та досвіду. Оцінювання також виявляє слабкі та сильні сторони як колективу в цілому, так і кожного учасника, що у перспективі надає можливості їх подальшого росту. Оцінювання роботи колективів є комплексним, що включає як фахові знання з певної галузі діяльності, так і навички керування колективом (так звані навички лідерства, уміння організувати виконання завдань та досягнення цілей і отримання позитивних результатів роботи). Щоб покращити оцінювання ієрархічних агрегованих команд запропоновано використовувати онтологічний підхід: онтологія предметної області визначає знання про відповідні комбінації компетенцій для позицій учасників в організаційній структурі колективу. Інформація про компетенції претендентів отримується шляхом аналізу портфоліо (резюме, сертифікати, дипломи, заслуги). У випадку, коли наявність компетенцій є недостатньою для отримання певної позиції, система автоматично підбирає курси для отримання цих компетенцій. Більш складні завдання формування колективу можуть використовувати ієрархічний набір онтологій та вебсервісів для отримання результатів оцінювання та рекомендацій щодо підвищення компетентності. Створено покрокову методику виконання задачі оцінювання колективу з застосуванням методів семантичної подібності між моделями інформаційних об’єктів для підбору претендентів на посади, вибору апаратури, обладнання, озброєння. Апробовано підхід ієрархічного агрегатного оцінювання колективів, орієнтований на інтегроване багатокритеріальне прийняття рішень в умовах, коли сам набір критеріїв залежить від особливостей задачі і може бути створений на основі знань предметної області, але в різні моменти часу відносна значущість цих критеріїв може змінюватися. Цей підхід планується розширити за допомогою засобів і методів керування знаннями, інтелектуального аналізу даних і машинного навчання, які використовуються для отримання компетентних знань. Subject matter: means of information support for the negotiation process on the organization of cooperative production of aircraft. Goal: an outline of the process of developing effective means of information support for negotiations on cooperative production, which will provide financial savings, firstly, by reducing the negotiation time, and secondly, is reducing the likelihood of making irrational decisions that can lead to additional costs during project implementation. Tasks: Increase the efficiency of the negotiation process on the organization of cooperative production by creating a problem-oriented methodological basis, and on this basis - software tools for the development, deployment and operation of the appropriate decision support system. Methods: system analysis and set theory, for the formal presentation of relevant information about the subject area "Negotiations on cooperative aircraft production"; ontological engineering, in particular the IDEF5 standard, as well as elements of expert systems technology, for building an ontological decision support system. Results: an aggregate of methodological tools for the synthesis of ontological decision support systems was developed during negotiations on the organization of cooperative production of aircraft, a scenario example of organizing an ontological dialogue in the environment of an ontological decision support system for defining an aircraft model as an object of cooperative production was given. Conclusions: the need to supplement the mathematical support of traditional negotiation support systems with special methodological means is shown to increase the efficiency of information support for the negotiation process on organizing cooperative production in aircraft construction; it is substantiated that for the program implementation of the system of information support for negotiations on the organization, it is advisable to use the ontological approach; the architecture of the intellectual core of the ontological decision support system for organizing the negotiation process for organizing the cooperative production of aircraft in the form of a hierarchy of frames, with the organization of knowledge-based inference by means of attached procedures is proposed; a scenario example of the formation of a decision on the choice of an aircraft model for the organization of cooperative production in the environment of an ontological decision support system is given., Предмет: средства информационной поддержки процесса проведения переговоров по организации кооперационного производства (ПОКП) воздушных судов (ВС). Цель: изложение процесса разработки эффективных средств информационной поддержки переговоров о кооперационном производстве, которые обеспечат экономию финансов, во-первых, за счет сокращения сроков переговоров, а во-вторых - снижения вероятности принятия нерациональных решений, которые могут привести к дополнительным затратам при реализации проекта. Задача: Повышение эффективности процесса проведения переговоров по организации кооперационного производства, за счет создания проблемно-ориентированного методического базиса, а на этой основе – программных средств разработки, развертывания и эксплуатации соответствующей системы поддержки принятия решений. Методы: системный анализ и теория множеств, для формального представления релевантной информации о предметной области "Переговоры о кооперационном производстве воздушных судов"; онтологический инжиниринг, в частности стандарт IDEF5, а также элементы технологии экспертных систем, для построения онтологической системы поддержки принятия решений (ОСППР). Результаты: разработан комплекс методических средств синтеза онтологических систем поддержки принятия решений в ходе проведения ПОКП ВС, приведен сценарный пример организации онтологического диалога в среде ОСППР по определению модели ВС как объекта кооперационного производства. Выводы: показана необходимость дополнения математического обеспечения традиционных систем поддержки переговоров специальными методическими средствами, для повышения эффективности информационной поддержки процесса переговоров по организации кооперативного производства в самолетостроении; обосновано, что для программной реализации системы информационной поддержки ПОКП целесообразно использование онтологического подхода; предложена архитектура интеллектуального ядра ОСППР по организации процесса ПОКП ВС в форме иерархии фреймов, с организацией вывода на знаниях с помощью присоединенных процедур; приведен сценарный пример формирования решения по выбору модели ВС для организации кооперационного производства в среде ОСППР., Предмет: засоби інформаційної підтримки процесу проведення переговорів по організації коопераційного виробництва (ПОКВ) повітряних суден (ПС). Результати: розроблено комплекс методичних засобів розроблення онтологічних систем підтримки прийняття рішень в ході проведення переговорів про організацію кооперативного виробництва (КВ) повітряних суден (ПС); наведено сценарний приклад організації онтологічного діалогу у середовищі ОСППР щодо визначення моделі ПС як об’єкту КВ. Висновки: показана необхідність доповнення математичного забезпечення традиційних систем підтримки переговорів спеціальними методичними засобами для підвищення ефективності інформаційної підтримки процесу переговорів щодо організації кооперативного виробництва в літакобудуванні; обґрунтовано, що для програмної реалізації системи інформаційної підтримки ПОКВ) доцільне використання онтологічного підходу; запропоновано інтелектуальне ядро онтологічної системи підтримки прийняття рішень щодо процесу ПОКВ) ПС побудувати у формі ієрархії фреймів з організацією виведення на знаннях за допомогою приєднаних процедур; наведено сценарний приклад формування рішення щодо вибору моделі ПС для організації КВ у середовищі ОСППР.

The article provides analysis of the stages of music philosophy formation from the perspective of ontological approach in the context of cultural-historical tradition: from antiquity to the present day. It has been found out that the ancient parallel "music - philosophy" for many centuries preconditioned the discourse in the context of revealing a dialectical contradiction between rational comprehension of music existence and its irrational nature. In this respect, it was discovered that historically ontological interpretation of music took place within the limits of dichotomy: the classical (rational) - non-classical (irrational). It has been proved that there is now a re-actualization of the ontological approach to the interpretation of music, which is due to its special place in the structure of the universe and the understanding of the spiritual horizons of the evolution of mankind in the musical Universe., У статті проаналізовано етапи становлення філософії музики з позицій онтологічного підходу в контексті культурно-історичної традиції: від античності до наших днів. З’ясовано, що антична паралель «музика – філософія» на багато віків зумовила дискурс у межах виявлення діалектичного протиріччя між раціональним осягненням буття музики та її ірраціональною природою. У зв’язку з цим виявлено, що історично онтологічна інтерпретація музики відбувалася в межах дихотомії: класичне (раціональне) – некласичне (ірраціональне). Доведено, що наразі спостерігається реактуалізація онтологічного підходу до інтерпретації музики, що зумовлено її особливим місцем у структурі світобудови й осмисленням духовних горизонтів еволюції людства в музичному Універсумі.

Building information modelling (BIM) is increasingly appropriate for infrastructure projects, and in particular for transport infrastructure. It is a digital solution that integrates the practices of the construction industry in facility management during the whole life cycle. This integration is possible through a single tool, which is the 3D digital model. Nevertheless, BIM standards, such as industry foundation classes, are still in the pipeline for infrastructure management. These standards do not fully meet the requirements of operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure. This paper shows how BIM could be implemented to address issues related to the operation and maintenance phase for transport infrastructure management. For this purpose, a new ontological approach, called Industry Foundation Classes for Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructures (IFCInfra4OM), is detailed. This ontology aims to standardise the use of building information modelling for operation and maintenance in road infrastructures. To highlight the interest of the proposed ontological approach, a building information model of a section on the A7 Agadir–Marrakech Highway in Morocco is produced according to IFCInfra4OM. The methodology is presented. The results obtained, including the IFCInfra4OM data model, are submitted. In the last section, an overview of the IFC extension approach is submitted.

This paper reports an ontological approach to designing intelligent decision support to control the quality of multi-layered double-glazed windows within the framework of a virtual instrument-building enterprise (VIE) that produces solar energy complexes. It is shown that improving the efficiency in solving the tasks related to managing the quality of VIE products necessitates the application of an ontological engineering toolset to create a unified knowledge space that would cover the manufacturing phase of a product's life cycle. The methodical basis for making an ontological information-analytical system (OIAS) to manage product quality was the tool platform "TODOS" (Ukraine) whose means were used to synthesize a set of ontological models that make up the intelligent core of OIAS. The OIAS knowledge-based inference procedure has been described when making a decision about a deviation in the manufacturing process that led to the emergence of damage. This procedure implies the implementation of direct and reverse inference based on the knowledge in the ontological environment and makes it possible to identify the sources of defects and damage and generate a solution to eliminating these sources. Procedures have been devised to assess the effectiveness of the development and application of OIAS to automate the quality management of multi-layered double-glazed windows. These procedures employ a set of indicators that reflect both the technical and economic components of the quality control process. It has been shown that during 2019 a typical subcontractor enterprise that applied the developed system managed to reduce the number of defective products by about 73 %. Further research areas have been identified, including the development of methodical means and, based on them, the toolsets for the deployment of industrial ontological quality management systems, Викладено онтологічний підхід до організації інтелектуальної підтримки прийняття рішень з управління якістю багатошарових склопакетів, в рамках віртуального приладобудівного підприємства (ВПП) з виробництва комплексів сонячної енергетики. Показано, що для підвищення ефективності вирішення завдань, пов'язаних з управлінням якістю продукції ВПП, необхідне створення, засобами онтологічного інжинірингу, єдиного простору знань, що охоплює виробничий етап життєвого циклу виробу. Методичною основою для створення онтологічної інформаційно-аналітичної системи (ОІАС) управління якістю продукції стала інструментальна платформа «ТОДОС» (Украина), засобами якої синтезований набір онтологічних моделей, що становлять інтелектуальне ядро ОІАС. Описано процедуру виведення на знаннях в ОІАС при формуванні рішень про відхилення в технологічному процесі, що призвели до виникнення виробничого браку. Дана процедура передбачає реалізацію прямого та зворотного виведення на знаннях в онтологічному середовищі, що надає змогу виявити джерела виникнення дефектів та браку і сформувати рішення щодо усунення цих джерел. Розроблено методики оцінювання ефективності розробки і застосування ОІАС для автоматизації управління якістю багатошарових склопакетів. В цих методиках використано комплекс показників, що віддзеркалюють як технічну, так й економічну складову ефективності процесу контролю якості. Показано, що протягом 2019 р. на типовому підприємстві – субпідряднику за допомогою розробленої системи вдалося знизити кількість бракованої продукції приблизно на 73%. Вказано напрямки подальших досліджень, що передбачають розробку методичних, а на їх основі – інструментальних засобів розгортання виробничих онтологічних систем управління якістю, Изложен онтологический подход к организации интеллектуальной поддержки принятия решений по управлению качеством многослойных стеклопакетов, в рамках виртуального приборостроительного предприятия (ВПП) по производству комплексов солнечной энергетики. Показано, что для повышения эффективности решения задач, связанных с управлением качеством продукции ВПП, необходимо создание средствами онтологического инжиниринга, единого пространства знаний, охватывающего производственный этап жизненного цикла изделия. Методической основой для создания онтологической информационно-аналитической системы (ОИАС) управления качеством продукции стала инструментальная платформа «ТОДОС» (Украина), средствами которой синтезирован набор онтологических моделей, составляющих интеллектуальное ядро ОИАС. Описана процедура вывода на знаниях в ОИАС при формировании решений об отклонении в технологическом процессе, которые привели к возникновению производственного брака. Данная процедура предусматривает реализацию прямого и обратного вывода на знаниях в онтологической среде, дает возможность выявить источники возникновения дефектов и брака и сформировать решение по устранению этих источников. Разработаны методики оценки эффективности разработки и применения ОИАС для автоматизации управления качеством многослойных стеклопакетов. В этих методиках использован комплекс показателей, которые отражают как техническую, так и экономическую составляющую эффективности процесса контроля качества. Показано, что в течение 2019 на типичном предприятии- субподрядчике с помощью разработанной системы удалось снизить количество бракованной продукции примерно на 73 %. The ontological approach in the development of KOS is an attempt to overcome the limitations of the traditional epistemological approach. Questions raise about the representation and organization of ontologically-oriented KO units, such as BFO universals or ILC phenomena. The study aims to compare the ontological approaches of BFO and ILC using a hermeneutic approach. We found that the differences between the units of the two systems are primarily due to the formal level of abstraction of BFO and the different organizations, namely the grouping of phenomena into ILC classes that represent complex compounds of entities in the BFO approach. Ontological engineering is performed for studies on the environmental impact of energy objects. The work was carried out within the framework of the project supported by the Russian Foundation of Basic Research “Methods of building an ontological knowledge space for intelligent decision-making support in the energy sector and environment, in terms of the quality of life”. The study proposes developing a set of interconnected ontologies with the view to harmonizing terminology of different subject domains for research and decision support. The basic terminology used to examine the environmental impact of energy objects and to perform appropriate quantitative assessments is considered. Semantic methods are proposed, in particular, an ontological analysis of the subject domain, to systematize environmental assessments and establish relationships between the main indicators describing the impact of energy sector activity on the components of the environment. The ontological approach allows systematizing and visualizing the relationship between the components of the environment, energy objects and their characteristics, and impact factors. Ontological engineering made it possible to build a sequence of research and systematize the methodology used to assess the energy-related environmental impact.

Apoiando-se nas várias concepções/tendências de Educação Física em duas regiões geográficas diferentes – Europa e Brasil – o autor tenta mostrar que existem concepções idênticas e diferentes de olhar o ato pedagógico da Educação Física em contextos formais, informais e não formais. Quanto ao sentido do idêntico, far-se-á um elogio à ideia de “um comum” que estrutura uma identidade global e, por isso, universal. Esse fato parece evidenciar que existe um caminho (eixo) ontológico/ metafísico comum que trespassa e diz o que é a Educação Física. Essa constatação está acima das diversidades (e convicções) sociais, curriculares, linguísticas, políticas, ideológicas e geográficas., Relying on various concepts / tendencies of Physical Education in two different geographic regions – Europe and Brazil – the author tries to show that there are similar and different conceptions of looking at the act of teaching Physical Education in formal, informal and non-formal contexts. Through the sense of identical it will be done a compliment to the idea of “a common”, that organizes a global identity and therefore universal. This fact seems to evidence that there is a common ontological/ metaphysical way (axis) that pierces and tells what Physical Education is. Потреба в знаннях, якими можна оперувати із застосуванням машинних методів обробки, стрімко поширюється. Виникає потреба впровадження нових підходів в організації знань. Актуальною проблемою є відсутність інтегрованої бази знань, що містить розподілені по різним джерелам окремі знання та має інтуїтивно зрозумілий інтерфейс. У роботі запропоновано удосконалення методу семантичної мережі предметної області за рахунок корегування структури мережі в процесі її використання для подальшої ідентифікації об’єктів на базі розробленої семантичної моделі, а також формування запитів до бази знань на природній мові. The need for knowledge that can be operated using machining methods is rapidly expanding. There is a need to introduce new approaches to knowledge organization. An urgent problem is the lack of an integrated knowledge base, which contains separate knowledge distributed over different sources and has an intuitive interface. The work proposes an improvement of the method of the semantic network of the subject area by adjusting the structure of the network in the process of its use for further identification of objects based on the developed semantic model, as well as the formation of queries to the knowledge base in the natural language. Потребность в знаниях, которыми можно оперировать с применением машинных методов обработки, стремительно распространяется. Возникает потребность внедрения новых подходов в организации знаний. Актуальной проблемой является отсутствие интегрированной базы знаний, содержащей распределеные по разным источникам отдельные знания и имеет интуитивно понятный интерфейс. В работе предложено усовершенствование метода семантической сети предметной области за счет корректировки структуры сети в процессе ее использования для дальнейшей идентификации объектов на базе разработанной семантической модели, а также формирование запросов к базе знаний на естественном языке.

In ‘The politics and performances of European blood procurement’, Nathan Wittock argues that policymakers and sociologists working on and studying blood too often approach blood donation as a ‘gift’ from donors to recipients. This predominant focus on the gift relationship tends to stress the altruist motivations of blood donors, ignoring the high level of complexity on the institutional and the ontological level. In his attempt to re-emphasize the historical, institutional and societal context, Nathan points to the need to reorient this tradition of sociology of blood donation to a sociology of blood procurement. Following an ontological approach, he looks into alternative ways to capture what blood is through specific historic and contemporary networks, and in specific actions. The aim is to open up the debate and think about other-than-gift conceptualizations of blood: e.g. blood as a risk object, an object of citizenship (struggles), an economic object, an object of technocratic policymaking and a medical-therapeutic object. Asking what blood is and highlighting that it can be multiple things, the thesis probes to think about what version is stressed, why, by whom, according to what rules and procedures and using what assumptions. This ontological approach allows to acknowledge the entanglement of blood’s different enactments, and gives way to a more nuanced understanding of the politics and performances of European blood procurement.

There are a number of methods that determine the content, form, structure and procedure of the test. However, there is no toolkit based on a systematized and structured description of the objects of study. One of the successful approaches is ontological, where the knowledge of the subject domain is represented in a formalized form. The ontological aspects of the description include a range of issues ranging from structuring information to the linkages of objects. Among the features of the ontological description, we note the presence of levels of concepts and explicit indication of categories of higher order. In this paper we propose an ontological approach to the verification of knowledge acquisition, the discovery of poorly digestible sections of the training course. Computer ontology provides efficient machine processing of knowledge It allows to build on the basis of computer ontology a system of automated synthesis of test tasks. In contrast to the usual subjective approach, the ontological approach involves strict structuring of terms and concepts. Ontological knowledge base provides the unity of the interdisciplinary knowledge space. The approach is different in applying of computer ontologies, which ensures the systematization of concepts, taking into account their interconnection. Computer ontologies are used for automation of construction of tests, which involve taking into account the deviations of the pupil's structure of concepts from the real e-course ontograph, its structuring and division into branches corresponding to certain fragments of e-course. Used hierarchy ontograph (both formed in the student, and real). The algorithm of automated synthesis of tests is presented, which implements the above-mentioned ontological approach., У даній роботі пропонується онтологічний підхід до перевірки засвоєння знань, виявлення погано засвоюваних розділів навчального курсу. Це дозволяє на основі комп'ютерної онтології побудувати систему автоматизованого синтезу тестових завдань. Онтологічна БЗ забезпечує єдність міждисциплінарного простору знань. Підхід відрізняється застосуванням КО, що забезпечують систематизацію концептів, врахування їх взаємозв'язку. КО використовуються при автоматизації побудови тестів, що передбачають врахування відхилень сформованої в учня структури понять від реального онтографу ЕК, його структуризацію та розбивку на гілки, що відповідають певним фрагментам ЕК. Використовується ієрархічність онтографу (як сформованого в учня, так і реального).

The results of the studies, directed toward the development of methods and models of the ontologically controlled e-courses on the basis of ontologies of the set of subject disciplines, mechanisms of ontologic management and the architecture of the system of the automated construction of courses, were presentedThe possibilities of ontological approach to electronic learning were analyzed. It was shown, that the ontological knowlwdge bases are one of the components of innovative technologies in e-learning and can become a basis for developing effective e-courses in different disciplines and specialitiesIt was shown that the ontological approach to development of e-courses, on condition of automation of this process, ensures the reduction of costs for their creation and enhances the result of learning.The concept of developing the ontologically managed e-courses, which includes the use of methodology of e-courses synthesis on the basis of ontologies of subject disciplines and the library of reference information, was developed. There was demonstrated an example of creation of the ontologically controlled e-course on the discipline “Data bases” with the help of the program of compiling ontograhs and automated construction of e-courses developed in Java language. The process of developing e-courses on the basis of its information and functional models was demonstrated. It was shown, that a high degree of formalization and structurization of ontology of subject discipline as well as the integrated ontological approach to the innovative methods of e-learning can serve as a platform for creating effective e-courses in the system of higher education., Проаналізовано можливості онтологічного підходу до електронного навчання. Розроблено концепцію створення онтолого-керованих е – курсів, що включає методологію використання онтології, механізми онтолого-управління процесом розробки, архітектуру системи та відповідний інструментарій. Запропонована методологія, яка базується на системно-онтологічному підході до побудови моделей електронного курсу, забезпечує високу ступінь формалізації й структуризації онтології предметної дисципліни та ефективну реалізацію процесів автоматизованої побудови е – курсів для різних рівнів вищої освіти, Проанализированы возможности онтологического подхода к электронному обучению. Разработана концепция создания онтолого-управляемых э-курсов, включающая методологию использования онтологии, механизмы онтолого-управления процессом разработки, архитектуру системы и соответствующий инструментарий. Предложенная методология, базирующаяся на системно-онтологическом подходе для построения моделей электронного курса, обеспечивает высокую степень формализации и структуризации онтологии предметной дисциплины и эффективную реализацию процессов автоматизированного построения э-курсов для различных уровней высшего образования

An important problem in development of an integrated multi-functional system of video monitoring and recognition of objects is the problem of an interface that would provide a link between various programme applications of the system and between applications and users. This interface must be configured with reference to the object that the system of video monitoring will be attached to, and it must be based on data transmission channels, skills and competences of users. The authors specify the basic requirements to the software and the user interface. The concept is implemented as a self-software facility that has successfully passed a test in ergonomics and speed. In this project, an attempt is made to develop and implement a user interface that assures the best relationship between individual modules of an integrated system and between the system and the user. Therefore, the interface is to meet the following requirements: flexibility, volatility, mobility, and frequency of principal forms and templates. Design and development of a user interface incorporates development of pattern dialogues, resolution of user problems, WIMP (window, icon, menu, pointing device), applied graphic scenes, as well as connection of the interface to the application. The characteristics of users are employed as the criteria of the interface adaptability; they can be divided into the following semantic groups: demographic indicators, individual psychological features, psychomotor qualities, cognitive abilities, training and qualification, motivation, nature of the system interaction with software applications. This approach assures a high productivity of user actions through improvement of ergonomics and better performance of the interface.

A experiência e o aprendizado adquiridos em simuladores estão diretamente relacionados à qualidade e ao realismo dos cenários de treinamento propostos. Em contrapartida, o processo de construção de cenários de treinamento é uma atividade complexa, que envolve um grande volume e variedade de informações e, que demanda da equipe responsável conhecimentos multidisciplinares (design do ambiente virtual, educação, domínio especifico, etc.) . Nesta pesquisa propõe-se uma abordagem sistemática para a construção de cenários de treinamento de operadores de sistemas elétricos em ambientes de simulação. Esta abordagem se apoia dentre outras fontes: na instanciação de ontologias de domínio; nas normas IEC 61970-301 e ISO 10015; no contexto do treinamento em sistemas elétricos; na observação de treinamentos realizados na empresa CHESF e em documentos relacionados, gentilmente cedidos por esta empresa do setor elétrico. Com base nos termos, relacionamentos e restrições definidos, foram descritos os elementos constituintes de um cenário de treinamento, possibilitando o seu reuso em diferentes cenários, a partir de sua combinação e configuração, de acordo com informações armazenadas em uma base de conhecimento. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram: propor uma abordagem sistemática dos cenários visando facilitar a construção dos cenários a partir da formalização do conhecimento em ontologias do domínio; disponibilizar uma estrutura de dados reutilizável capaz de auxiliar tutores no processo de autoria do ambiente virtual; facilitar a compreensão dos requisitos de treinamento; favorecer a reusabilidade e a escalabilidade dos objetos representados nos cenários tais como: os componentes de animação e os modelos de simulação. As ontologias e o processo de desenvolvimento de cenários de treinamento foram validados a partir da descrição de cenários reais para o treinamento no simulador 2D utilizado na empresa CHESF- Simulop e na construção de cenários para o Simulador 3D- SimuLIHM, desenvolvido no LIHM da UFCG. The industrial training of system operators in simulated environments favours the assimilation of technical procedures by reproducing similar to real situations experienced in the workplace. The experience and learning acquired in simulators is directly related to the quality and realism of the proposed training scenarios. However, the process of building training scenarios is a complex one, involving a large volume and variety of information. It also demands from the development team a multidisciplinary knowledge of the virtual environment design, education, specific field, etc.). In this research it is proposed a systematic approach for building training scenarios in simulation nvironments, for electric system operators. This approach was based, amidst other sources, on: the instantiation of domain ontologies; IEC 61970-301 and the ISO 10015 standards; in the context of training in electrical systems; training observations conducted at the Brazilian electricity company- CHESF and related documents kindly made available by this company. The components of a training scenario were described on the basis of the terms; relationships and constraints defined, thus enabling their reuse in a variety of other scenarios, through their configuration and combination, in accordance with the information stored in a knowledge base. The objectives of this study were: to propose a scenario authoring process to facilitate the building of scenarios supported by the formalization of knowledge in domain ontologies; to provide a reusable data structure capable of assisting tutors in the virtual environment authoring process; to facilitate the understanding of training requirements; to promote reusability and scalability of the objects represented in scenarios such as: animation components and simulation models. Both the ontologies and the training scenarios development process were validated through the authoring of real scenarios for training in 2D simulator in CHESF- Simulop and, authoring scenarios for the 3D-SimuLIHM Simulator, developed in LIHM UFCG.
