BackgroundUnderstanding the characteristics of social support of family caregivers of persons with severe mental illness, and identifying the associated factors are the preconditions of developing evidence-based intervention strategies to improve social support for this vulnerable group. Among the limited studies concerned family caregivers of patients with severe mental illness, the majority focused on their own individual factors, leaving patient- and family-level associated factors largely under-investigated.ObjectiveTo explore the social support and associated factors among family caregivers of persons with severe mental illness, providing a theoretical basis for the development of evidence-based strategies to enhance the level of social support in this group.MethodsA cross-sectional design was used. Multistage sampling was used to select three tertiary grade A mental health organizations from three cities located in eastern, central, and western China, respectively (one was extracted from each city) , then from which, family caregivers of persons with severe mental illness who received outpatient services between August 2018 and December 2019 were selected, and their family caregivers (n=1 001) were recruited as participants. A self-administered survey was conducted in the family caregivers using a questionnaire〔consisting of two parts: demographics and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) 〕compiled by our research team to collect their individual and family information and social support status, as well as patients' (the care receivers') information. Multiple linear regression was employed to identify associated factors for the total score and domain scores of SSRS.ResultsThe mean total score of SSRS for the family caregivers was (34.4±9.1) . And the mean score for its three domains, subjective social support, objective social support, and social support utilization was (20.3±6.2) , (7.5±2.8) , (6.6±2.3) , respectively. In the process of the development of the ceramic industry, a large amount of ceramic solid waste is generated, and how to make high‐value reuse of ceramic solid waste has also become a problem of common concern. In this article, a new method of making porous thermal insulation materials reusing waste electric porcelain was successfully developed. In this work, a porous light refractory with bulk density of 0.99 g/cm3 and apparent porosity of 59% was prepared by the novel method. Which room temperature flexural and compressive strengths are 11.52 MPa and 1.84 MPa, respectively. These properties makes the waste electric porcelain‐based porous light refractory can be applicated as lightweight heat insulation materials for high‐temperature kilns, high‐temperature catalyst carriers, high‐temperature phase‐change heat storage support materials, etc. which will create higher application value and research significance. Near‐infrared (NIR) light powdered CO2 photoreduction reaction is generally restricted to the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers and the supply of active hydrogen (*H). Herein, the study reports a retrofitting hydrogenated MoO3‐x (H‐MoO3‐x) nanosheet photocatalysts with Ru single atom substitution (Ru@H‐MoO3‐x) fabricated by one‐step solvothermal method. Experiments together with theoretical calculations demonstrate that the synergistic effect of Ru substitution and oxygen vacancy can not only inhibit the recombination of photogenerated carriers, but also facilitate the CO2 adsorption/activation as well as the supply of *H. Compared with H‐MoO3‐x, the Ru@H‐MoO3‐x exhibit more favorable formation of *CHO in the process of *CO conversion due to the fast *H generation on electron‐rich Ru sites and transfer to *CO intermediates, leading to the preferential photoreduction of CO2 to CH4 with high selectivity. The optimized Ru@H‐MoO3‐x exhibits a superior CO2 photoreduction activity with CH4 evolution rate of 111.6 and 39.0 µmol gcatalyst−1 under full spectrum and NIR light irradiation, respectively, which is 8.8 and 15.0 times much higher than that of H‐MoO3‐x. Fiber‐reinforced polymers composites (FRPs) are widely used in the industrial field, but their failure mechanism in extreme environments is usually unclear. In this work, the effect of high‐temperature, high‐pressure and H2S/CO2 extreme environment, similar to oil and gas field conditions, on raw fibers and unidirectional FRPs was investigated. The results showed that the glass fibers (GFs) suffered extensive degradation with the presence of metal sulfides in the precipitate, whereas basalt fibers (BFs) showed localized degradation. The flexural modulus of glass fiber reinforced polymer composite (GFRP) after degradation decreased by 28.8% compared to 25.6% for the basalt fiber reinforced polymer composite (BFRP). The interlaminar shear strength and flexural strength of the BFRP decreased by 20.3% and 24.7% respectively. In contrast, the GFRP had a reduction of 55.2% in flexural strength after degradation. Finite element method (FEM) analysis showed that the GFRP exhibited severe cohesive interface damage, while the primary failure mode of BFRP remained essentially unchanged with a combination of fiber damage and cohesive interface damage. This study confirms the superior degradation resistance of BF/BFRP over GF/GFRP in the simulated environment and highlights its promising application potential in oil and gas field service. The visibility of retail frontages is critical for earning profits from spontaneous traffic visits to retail shops located along a street. The urban tree canopy plays a crucial role in enhancing the street-side environment, yet more is not always better when considering the placement of retail shops behind trees with big canopies. Related evidence in the literature is rarely provided, and an unclear relationship has been reported to exist between the number of shops for a specific retail type and the quantified ratio of the canopy shade in a street view. In this study, both big data crawling and deep learning were employed to unravel this relationship for retail shops in Changchun, Northeast China. The entire study area was divided into 6037 grid cells with a side length of ~0.6 km, wherein the number of shops of five retail types (food and beverage, shopping, life services, entertainment, and hotel) were quantified by computer counting their points of interest (POIs). The canopy shade was evaluated using the green view index (GVI) quantified through the ratio of canopy pixels divided by all the pixels in a street view image obtained through an online map API. A neighboring road network was categorized into four classes: class I road density mainly reduced the number of retail shops, and the road densities of classes III and IV accounted for more retail shops. The relationship between the number of retail shops and the GVI could be fitted with positive skewness curves for class II roads, where the critical peak of the GVI was estimated to be about 3.27%. The optimization scheme indicated that more retail shops should be placed along class I and II roads. The electrocatalytic urea oxidation reaction (UOR) provides a promising alternative pathway for oxygen evolution in water electrolysis due to its lower thermodynamic barriers. Developing efficient nonprecious metal UOR catalysts is important. Rational design of heterogeneous structures to regulate the morphology and electronic structure is an effective method to improve the activity of electrocatalysts. Herein, a unique heterostructure of ultrathin NiCo-LDH supported by FeNiCoS4 was constructed for the UOR via a facile hydrothermal followed by electrodeposition process. The electrode exhibits superior activity and stability in a solution of 1 M KOH containing 0.33 M urea, with a potential of 1.366 V at 50 mA cm−2 and excellent durability over 48 h. The outstanding performance is attributed to the high conductivity of FeNiCoS4, ultrathin NiCo-LDH and the strong interface interaction between the two components, regulating the local electronic structure of the active metals. Motivation High-resolution Hi-C contact matrices reveal the detailed three-dimensional architecture of the genome, but high-coverage experimental Hi-C data are expensive to generate. Simultaneously, chromatin structure analyses struggle with extremely sparse contact matrices. To address this problem, computational methods to enhance low-coverage contact matrices have been developed, but existing methods are largely based on resolution enhancement methods for natural images and hence often employ models that do not distinguish between biologically meaningful contacts, such as loops and other stochastic contacts. Results We present Capricorn, a machine learning model for Hi-C resolution enhancement that incorporates small-scale chromatin features as additional views of the input Hi-C contact matrix and leverages a diffusion probability model backbone to generate a high-coverage matrix. We show that Capricorn outperforms the state of the art in a cross-cell-line setting, improving on existing methods by 17% in mean squared error and 26% in F 1 score for chromatin loop identification from the generated high-coverage data. We also demonstrate that Capricorn performs well in the cross-chromosome setting and cross-chromosome, cross-cell-line setting, improving the downstream loop F 1 score by 14% relative to existing methods. We further show that our multiview idea can also be used to improve several existing methods, HiCARN and HiCNN, indicating the wide applicability of this approach. Finally, we use DNA sequence to validate discovered loops and find that the fraction of CTCF-supported loops from Capricorn is similar to those identified from the high-coverage data. Capricorn is a powerful Hi-C resolution enhancement method that enables scientists to find chromatin features that cannot be identified in the low-coverage contact matrix. Rechargeable potassium-ion batteries (PIBs) have shown great potential as an alternative to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) owing to the abundant and available potassium reserves. However, their applications are hindered by unsatisfactory cycling stability of cathode materials. Herein, through electrochemical ion-exchange of the Na0.85Li0.12Ni0.22Mn0.66O2 compound, we reported P2-K0.56Na0.11Li0.12Ni0.22Mn0.66O2 (P2-KNaLNM) as a potential high-performance cathode for PIBs. The presence of Li plays a key role in suppressing the K+/vacancy ordering within transition metal slabs. Therefore, P2-KNaLNM underwent a simple single-phase reaction during intercalation/extraction of K+ ions. Consequently, P2-KNaLNM delivers a reversible capacity of 90.2 mA h g−1 and good capacity retention of 89.6% over 150 cycles at 0.2C between 1.5 and 4.6 V (vs. K+/K). Furthermore, a satisfactory capacity retention of 91.5% after 300 cycles is achieved at 0.5C because of the excellent K+ kinetics during the charge and discharge process. Renewable energy, such as wind power and photovoltaic power, has uncertain and intermittent characteristics and zero marginal cost characteristics. The traditional power market mechanism is difficult to adapt to the new power system with a high proportion of renewable energy, and the original market system needs to be reformed. This paper discusses the application of a VCG auction mechanism in the electricity market, proposes a two-stage VCG market-clearing model based on the VCG mechanism, including the day-ahead market and the real-time market, and discusses the nature of the VCG mechanism. In order to address the discrepancy between the actual output of stochastic generator sets in the real-time market and their pre-scheduled output in the day-ahead market due to prediction deviations, a method for calculating punitive costs is proposed. A reallocation method based on market entities' contributing factors to budget imbalance is proposed to address the issue of budget imbalance under the VCG mechanism, in order to achieve revenue and expenditure balance. Through an example, the incentive compatibility characteristics of the VCG mechanism are verified, the problems of the locational marginal pricing (LMP) mechanism in the stochastic electricity market with a high proportion of renewable energy are analyzed, the electricity prices of the LMP mechanism and the VCG mechanism under different renewable energy proportions are compared, and the redistribution of the budget imbalance of the VCG mechanism is analyzed. The Gasi reservoir in the Qinghai oilfield is a typical high-temperature and high-salinity reservoir, with an average temperature and average salinity of 70.0 °C and 152,144 mg/L, respectively. For over 30 years since 1990, water flooding has been the primary method for enhancing oil recovery. Recently, the Gasi reservoir has turned into a mature oilfield. It possesses a high water cut of 76% and a high total recovery rate of 47%. However, the main developing enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technology for the development of the Gasi reservoir in the next stage is yet to be determined. Surfactant–polymer (SP) flooding, which can reduce the oil–water interfacial tension and increase the viscosity of the water phase, has been widely applied to low-temperature and low-salinity reservoirs across China in the past few decades, but it has rarely been applied to high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs such as the Gasi reservoir. In this study, the feasibility of SP flooding for high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs was established. Thanks to the novel surfactant and polymer products, an SP flooding formula with surfactants ZC-2/B2 and polymer BRH-325 was proposed for Gasi. The formula showed a low interfacial tension of 10−2 mN/m and a high viscosity of 18 MPa·s in simulated reservoir conditions. The oil displacement experiment demonstrated that this formula can enhance the oil recovery rate by 26.95% upon water flooding at 64.64%. This study provides a feasible EOR candidate technology for high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs, as exemplified by the Qinghai Gasi reservoir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Water cycle process will deeply affect water vapour isotope composition, in addition to the evaporation and condensation processes, the exchange process is also a crucial process that influences isotopic variations. To explore the mechanism of isotope exchange under isothermal saturation conditions, we developed an isotope exchange calculation equation for water vapour (IECEWV) based on the conservation of exchange quantity and conducted indoor trials with 100 control groups to validate the IECEWV. The experimental findings demonstrated that the isotopic values of water vapour exhibited enrichment, depletion, and stabilisation during the exchange process when the droplet size first increased and then stabilised, because of the interaction between the exchange state, isotopic gradients, and specific surface area of the droplets according to IECEWV. The variation trend of IECEWV calculated isotopes in water vapour was consistent with experimental value, with average maximum relative errors of 1.66 % for δ 2H and 3.19 % for δ 18O, and IECEWV analysis further indicates isotopes exchange can lead to the hydrogen and oxygen isotope line of water vapour deviate from the origin. Furthermore, the linear relationship between hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in water vapour after exchanged can be characterised by linear clusters with the same slope, the d -excess of water vapour remains essentially constant. Future studies may combine the IECEWV with the Rayleigh fractionation model to explore the coordinated changes in precipitation and atmospheric water vapour isotopes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aims. Building on conservation of resources theory, our study investigates how inclusive human resource management (IHRM) promotes nurses' innovative behavior through job crafting and further examines the moderating role of shared leadership. Background. Nurses' involvement in innovation is essential to improve nursing care delivery and accommodate changing medical environments, especially in the face of crisis events like the COVID-19 outbreak. However, knowledge about the relationship between human resource management and nurses' innovative behavior remains scarce. Methods. We collected three-wave data from 338 on-duty registered nurses at four public hospitals in China from November 2022 to January 2023. We used SPSS 22 to conduct hierarchical regressions to test our hypotheses. Results. IHRM positively predicted innovative behavior of nurses with the mediating role of job crafting. In addition, we found that IHRM was more effective in promoting job crafting and subsequent innovative behavior when nurses perceived high levels of shared leadership. Conclusion. IHRM initiated by the organization and shared leadership style are two collaborative approaches to facilitating nurses' job crafting, thereby responding to the imperative need to foster nurses' innovative behavior. The present study emphasizes the important roles of IHRM and shared leadership in promoting nurses' job crafting and subsequent innovative behavior, providing theoretical and practical implications for nursing management in the current dynamic and challenging environment. Hierarchical porous carbon exhibits enormous application potential in the field of energy storage. In this paper, we develop a facile method to prepare hierarchical porous carbon (HPC) derived from wood powder and using KMnO4 as the activator. The optimized HPC‐600 samples possess the large specific surface area with hierarchical porous structure and massive oxygen–containing functional groups. The HPC‐600 electrode shows a specific capacitance of 362.7 F g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 and a capacitance retention of 101.5 % after 10, 000 cycles. In addition, the assembled HPC‐600//HPC‐600 symmetric supercapacitor delivers an energy density of 18.4 Wh kg−1 at a power density of 600 W kg−1.
