为探索食用葵花籽清选、分级、选种、定价的理论依据，完善建立葵花籽的离散元法分析模型，对食用葵花籽的主要尺寸及均齐性进行了分析。选择内蒙古自治区主栽的3个品种食用葵花籽（1013、SH361、SH363）为研究对象，使用统计学方法，以籽粒的三轴尺寸(长度、宽度、厚度)、平均径（算术平均径、几何平均径）、百粒重为指标，分析葵花籽三轴尺寸的统计分布特性、均齐性以及平均径与百粒重的关系，并按宽度对葵花籽进行了清选分级试验。结果表明：不同品种葵花籽的三轴尺寸均服从正态分布并存在线性相关，且总体上存在显著性差异；葵花籽的均齐性存在差异且其几何平均径、算术平均径与百粒重的变化趋势一致；1013品种选用圆孔筛10 mm和8 mm规格，SH361和SH363品种选用圆孔筛10 mm和8.5 mm规格时，分级效果满足要求。In order to explore the theoretical basis for cleaning, grading, selection, pricing of sunflower seeds, and improve the discrete component analysis model of sunflower seeds, the main dimensions and homogeneity of edible sunflower seeds were analyzed. The three typical edible sunflower seeds (1013, SH361, SH363) planted in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were used as research objects, and the statistical distribution characteristics of the three-axis sizes, homogeneity and relationship between average diameter and hundred-grain weight of the sunflower seeds were analyzed with the three-axis size(length, width and thickness), mean size(geometric mean diameter, arithmetic mean diameter) and hundred-grain weight as indexes. The width grading test of sunflower seeds was carried out. The results showed that the three-axis sizes of different varieties of sunflower seeds followed a normal distribution and were linearly correlated with significant differences in general. The homogeneity of sunflower seeds was different, and its geometric mean diameter, arithmetic mean diameter and hundred-grain weight had the same changing trend. When round hole sieves of 10 mm and 8 mm were used for 1013, and round hole sieves of 10 mm and 8.5 mm were used for SH361 and SH363, the grading effect could meet the requirement.

The traditional medical image segmentation network has a large number of parameters and slow computing speed, and cannot applies effectively to the real-time detection technology. To address this issue, this paper proposed a lightweight medical image segmentation network called SPTFormer. Firstly, this network constructed a self-blocking Transformer module, which reshaped the feature map through an adaptive blocking strategy and utilized parallel computing to improve the attention operation speed while paying attention to local detail features. Secondly, this network constructed an SR-CNN module, which used the shift-restored operation to improve the ability to capture local spatial information. By experimenting on ISIC 2018, BUSI, CVC-ClinicDB and 2018 data science bowl, compared with the TransUNet model based on Transformer, the accuracy of the proposed network improves by 4.28%, 3.74%, 6.50%, and 1. 16%, respectively, the GPU computation time reduces by 58%. The proposed network has better performance in medical image segmentation applications, which can well balance the network accuracy and complexity, and provides a new solution for real-time computer-aided diagnosis. Objective: To explore the feasibility and safety of focused ultrasound ablation surgery for uterine fibroids under daytime surgical mode. Methods: Patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Based on the informed consent of the patients, they were randomly divided into observation group A, observation group B, and control group using a random number table method. Each group had 25 cases. The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy, while the observation group A was treated with conventional hospitalization mode focused ultrasound ablation surgery, while the observation group B was treated with daytime surgery mode. Compare the treatment effectiveness of three groups of patients for uterine fibroids, including surgical time, hospital stay, postoperative VAS score, postoperative autonomous activity time, and treatment cost. Compare the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions among the three groups of patients. Finally, conduct outpatient follow-up at 3 months after surgery for all patients, evaluate the symptoms of uterine fibroids through symptom severity (SSS) score, and measure the volume of uterine fibroids through MRI imaging examination, Evaluate the quality of life of two groups of patients using the Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire 74 (GQOLI-74). Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 100.00%, the observation group A was 96.00%, and the observation group B was 96.00%. There was no difference in the total effective rate among the three groups (P>0.05); There was no difference in surgical time between the three groups of patients (P>0.05). The hospitalization time, postoperative VAS score, postoperative autonomous activity time, and treatment cost of observation group B and observation group A were lower than those of the control group, and the hospitalization time and treatment cost of observation group B were lower than those of observation group A (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in Group A and Group B was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no difference between Group A and Group B (P>0.05); There was no difference in preoperative SSS score, uterine fibroid volume, and GQOLI-74 dimension average score among the three groups of patients (P>0.05). After surgery, the SSS score and uterine fibroid volume of the three groups of patients decreased, while the GQOLI-74 dimension average score increased (P<0.05). However, there was no difference between the three groups of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion: Focused ultrasound ablation surgery has a significant therapeutic effect on uterine fibroids, and its therapeutic effect is not significantly different from laparoscopic myomectomy. Objective: To explore the characteristics of L3 skeletal muscle index in patients with cirrhosis of different etiology and its predictive value for nutritional status of patients. Methods: 120 patients with cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected for the study, including 40 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis, 40 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis, and 40 cases of liver cirrhosis with autoimmune hepatitis. Compthe L3 SMI characteristics of hepatitis B cirrhosis, alcoholic cirrhosis, and autoimmune hepatitis cirrhosis. Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between L3 SMI and nutritional status in patients with cirrhosis. The independent risk factors affecting the nutritional status of cirrhosis were established by Logistics regression model. The predictive value of L3 SMI for nutritional status in cirrhosis was evaluated using receiver operating curve (ROC). Results: The expression levels of L3 SMI, 25 (OH) D, ALB, PA and TRF in autoimmune hepatitis cirrhosis group were significantly lower than those in alcoholic cirrhosis group and hepatitis B cirrhosis group (P<0.05), and alcoholic cirrhosis group was significantly lower than that in hepatitis B cirrhosis group (P<0.05). LSM was significantly positively correlated with 25 (OH) D, ALB, PA and TRF in patients with cirrhosis (P<0.05). The nutritional status of patients with cirrhosis was incorporated into logistics regression model as dependent variable (normal nutrition =0, malnutrition =1). The results showed that 25 (OH) DALB, PA, TRF and L3 SMI were risk factors (P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that 25 (OH) DALB, PA, TRF and L3 SMI were independent risk factors affecting the nutritional status of patients with cirrhosis (P<0.05). L3 SMI predicted the Youden index of 0.765, sensitivity 85.00 (%), specificity 82.00 (%), AUC value 0.810, 95%CI: 0.685~0.912. Conclusion: There are significant differences in L3 skeletal muscle index in patients with cirrhosis of different etiology, and L3 skeletal muscle index can be used in clinical prediction and evaluation of nutritional status in patients with cirrhosis. The technology of high pressure leaching process to treat laterite nickel ore is becoming more and more mature, which has significantly improved the development and utilization rate of low grade laterite nickel ore in the world. As the country with the richest nickel resources, Indonesia has widely mined brown iron laterite nickel ore. Systematic chemical analysis, X ray diffraction analysis and optical microscope analysis were carried out to characterize this type of lateritic nickel ore, and detailed process mineralogy research was carried out The analysis result shows that nickel in the lateritic nickel ore is mainly distributed in the particle size of 一 0. 074 mm2 which accounts for 96. 60 % of the iron minerals;The proportion of occurrence in is 56. 29%. Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of patients with cirrhosis of different etiology. Methods: Complete data of patients who came to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected. At the same time, they were diagnosed as cirrhosis, which was caused by postheb cirrhosis (78 cases) and alcoholic cirrhosis (42 cases).The general data, complications and diseases of the two groups were analyzed, and the prognostic factors of patients with posthepatitis B cirrhosis and alcoholic cirrhosis were analyzed. Results: There were statistical significance in gender, occupation, clinical manifestations (jaundice, black stool, hematemesis, spider naevi, spleen enlargement), liver size reduction, complications (upper digestive tract hemorrhage, hepatic encephalopathy), and concomitant diseases (fatty liver, diabetes, pancreatitis, gallstones) of the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of disease progression was significantly higher in the postheb cirrhosis group than in the alcoholic cirrhosis group (P<0.05). The incidence of disease progression was significantly higher in the postheb cirrhosis group than in the alcoholic cirrhosis group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that Child-Pugh grade C, the presence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding hepatic encephalopathy and infection were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: The differences between posthepatitis B cirrhosis and alcoholic cirrhosis are mainly reflected in gender, occupation, clinical manifestations, complications and co-diseases. The risk factors affecting prognosis of posthepatitis B cirrhosis are Child-Pugh grade B and C, the presence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and hepatic encephalopathy. The relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystals grown by vertical Bridgman method are cylindrical ingots with no natural crystallization face. The crystallographic orientations are required before cutting and processing. In this work, we proposed a simple method for determining crystallographic orientations of ferroelectric single crystal using powder X-ray diffractometer and X-ray orientation instrument. Firstly, the Miller indices of the strongest diffraction peak of arbitrarily cut plane are determined by a powder X-ray diffractometer. Secondly, the cut plane of crystal ingots is determined according to the Miller indices of the strongest diffraction peak by an X-ray orientation instrument. Thirdly, the intersection direction of the two crystallographic planes is obtained by X-ray orientation instrument. The three-dimensional orientations of ferroelectric single crystal are obtained based on the intersection direction and the crystallographic planes of the strongest diffraction peak. The application of this method to Pb(Mg1/3 Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 single crystals demonstrates that it is a high accurate, high efficient, convenient, and waste-free method for crystallographic orientation. 从太平洋多金属结核区东区两个站点沉积物中直接提取环境总基因组,通过PCR及TA克隆分别构建了16S rRNA基因文库.经序列分析结果表明,2个文库共93个克隆分属13个类群,包括α变形菌纲、β变形菌纲、γ变形菌纲、δ变形菌纲、浮霉菌门、酸杆菌门、噬纤维菌-黄杆菌-拟杆菌群、硝化螺旋菌门、放线菌门、绿弯菌门、厚壁菌门、异常球菌-栖热菌门和OP11类群.其中,γ变形菌纲的细菌在2个站点沉积物中都是优势种群,变形菌纲、浮霉菌门、放线菌门、噬纤维菌-黄杆菌-拟杆菌群、硝化螺旋菌门是2个站点共有的细菌类群.DOTUR和LIBSHUFF数据分析结果表明,两个站点的沉积物均具有丰富的细菌多样性,并且物种组成具有显著性差异.

BACKGROUND: For young patients with femoral neck fracture, the primary purpose of treatment is to achieve anatomical reduction and fixation to promote fracture healing. However, current studies have shown that after the occurrence of femoral neck fracture, the incidence of nonunion was 10%-30%; the incidence of femoral head necrosis was 15%-30%. Therefore, the risk to these patients is substantial. OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma combined with femoral neck system in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young patients. METHODS: The clinical data of 52 patients (aged 18-55 years) with femoral neck fracture treated in Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were included. Among them, 18 patients were treated with closed reduction and internal fixation with three cannulated screws (group A); 18 patients were treated with closed reduction and femoral neck system internal fixation (group B); 16 patients were treated with closed reduction and femoral neck system internal fixation combined with platelet-rich plasma (group C). The quality of fracture reduction was evaluated by anterior and lateral X-ray of femoral neck. Fracture healing at 6 months and 1 year after operation was evaluated by Fernandez-Esteve callus score. Hip joint function at 6 months and 1 year after operation was evaluated by Harris hip score. The incidence of femoral neck shortening was compared and analyzed between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) All the 52 cases completed the operation successfully and no complications such as infection, re-fracture, or deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities occurred. They were followed up for at least one year. (2) The postoperative fracture healing in group C was better than that in groups A and B (P < 0.05). Harris hip score in group C was higher than that in groups A and B at 6 months and 1 year after operation (P < 0.05). At 6 months after operation, the Fernandez-Esteve callus score in group C was higher than that in groups A and B (P < 0.05). The incidence of femoral neck shortening in group C was lower than that in group A after operation (P < 0.05). (3) The surgical treatment of femoral neck fracture with femoral neck system combined with platelet-rich plasma is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect, promote fracture healing, reduce the occurrence of femoral neck shortening and improve the prognosis of patients. Objective To evaluate the role and potential mechanism of interleukin (IL)-18/IL-18 binding protein (BP) in mediating the killing effect of natural killer (NK)-92MI cells upon endothelial cells from α-1, 3- galactosyltransferase gene-knockout (GTKO) porcine models. Methods NK-92MI cells were divided into the NK, NK+IL-18, NK+GTKO, IL18+NK+GTKO and IL-18+IL-18BP+NK+GTKO groups. The messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) levels of inflammationrelated genes in NK-92MI cells were detected by quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The killing effect of NK-92MI cells on endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay. The apoptosis of endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was assessed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay. The expression levels of proteins with killing effect and apoptosis-related proteins were determined by Western blot. Results Compared with the NK, NK+IL-18 and NK+GTKO groups, the expression levels of interferon (IFN)-γ, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, IL-8, IL-3, IL-6 and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) mRNA were up-regulated in NK-92MI cells in the IL18+NK+GTKO group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with the IL-18+NK+GTKO group, the expression levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-8, IL-3, IL-6 and GM-CSF mRNA were down-regulated in NK-92MI cells in the IL-18+IL-18BP+NK+GTKO group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with the NK+GTKO group, the expression levels of perforin, granzyme B and IFN-γ proteins in NK-92MI cells were up-regulated, the killing rate of NK-92MI cells against endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was enhanced, the apoptosis rate of endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was increased, and the ratios of B cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2)- associated X protein (Bax)/Bcl-2 and cleaved Caspase-3/Caspase-3 in endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models were elevated in the IL-18+NK+GTKO group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with the IL-18+NK+GTKO group, the expression levels of perforin, granzyme B and IFN-γ proteins were down-regulated, the killing rate of NK-92MI cells against endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was decreased, the apoptosis rate of endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models was decreased, and the ratios of Bax/Bcl-2 and cleaved Caspase-3/Caspase-3 in endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models were declined in the IL-18+IL-18BP+NK+GTKO group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions IL-18BP may block the expression of inflammationrelated genes in NK-92MI cells induced by IL-18 and the killing effect of NK-92MI cells on endothelial cells from GTKO porcine models. 为提取果树的空间分布信息,以果树生长期内不同月份的Sentinel-2多光谱遥感影像为数据源,以大沙河流域果树为研究对象,通过分析不同月份的光谱信息得出最佳监测时期,并在此基础上,选择不同时期的5种植被指数[归一化植被指数(NDVI)、比值植被指数(RVI)、增强型植被指数(EVI)、结构密集型色素指数(SIPI)和归一化水指数(NDWI)],结合机器学习技术构建决策树提取模型.结果发现,3、4、7、8月份的影像适于果树面积提取.通过Feature_importances_属性筛选出贡献度高的不同时期的植被指数作为输入特征,结合超参数学习曲线和网格搜索技术确定决策树模型的Max_depth和Min_samples_leaf参数分别为5和10时模型的效果最佳.参数调整后绘制决策树模型,模型在训练集和测试集上的精度分别达到了0.9194和0.8751.提取结果表明,研究区内的果树主要种植在大沙河两岸,东部与西北部的果树种植地块较为零碎,总的果树种植面积为6838 hm2.在验证样本的基础上,通过混淆矩阵计算提取结果的精度,结果显示,Kap-pa系数为0.87,果树种植区提取的用户精度和制图精度分别为92.91％和90.77％.结果说明,本文所提出的方法适用于大区域果树的遥感提取,可为基于中高分辨率遥感影像的果树种植区监测提供有效的技术手段. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common joint disease in clinic. OA mostly involves the load-bearing joints of the lower limbs, which is easy to cause joint deformity and affect the quality of life after the disease. At present, early treatment of OA focuses on symptomatic treatment and slowing down the wear of articular cartilage. Various cytokines play an important role in the development of OA. Among the interleukin (IL) family, IL-1β/6/8 are associated with the occurrence and progression of OA and are major inflammatory factors. IL-4/10 play a protective role in the joints as an anti-inflammatory component. Tumor necrosis factor-α is also a major component that promotes joint inflammation. In vitro and in vivo studies show that transforming growth factor-β, insulin-like growth factor, and fibroblast growth factor (FGF) can delay the progression of OA. By investigating the roles of the relevant cytokines, we can not only gain insight into the pathogenesis of OA, but also provide new ideas for the treatment of OA. Cytokines are expected to solve the dilemma of suboptimal efficacy of current traditional treatments for OA. At present, many beneficial research results are achieved in the field of cytokine application to the prevention and treatment of OA, and a part of them begins to enter clinical trials and applications.
