As data grow exponentially, the demand for advanced intelligent solutions has become increasingly urgent. Unfortunately, not all businesses have the expertise to utilize machine learning algorithms effectively. To bridge this gap, the present paper introduces a cost-effective, user-friendly, dependable, adaptable, and scalable solution for visualizing, analyzing, processing, and extracting valuable insights from data. The proposed solution is an optimized open-source unsupervised machine learning as a service (MLaaS) framework that caters to both experts and non-experts in machine learning. The framework aims to assist companies and organizations in solving problems related to clustering and anomaly detection, even without prior experience or internal infrastructure. With a focus on several clustering and anomaly detection techniques, the proposed framework automates data processing while allowing user intervention. The proposed framework includes default algorithms for clustering and outlier detection. In the clustering category, it features three algorithms: k-means, hierarchical clustering, and DBScan clustering. For outlier detection, it includes local outlier factor, K-nearest neighbors, and Gaussian mixture model. Furthermore, the proposed solution is expandable; it may include additional algorithms. It is versatile and capable of handling diverse datasets by generating separate rapid artificial intelligence models for each dataset and facilitating their comparison rapidly. The proposed framework provides a solution through a representational state transfer application programming interface, enabling seamless integration with various systems. Real-world testing of the proposed framework on customer segmentation and fraud detection data demonstrates that it is reliable, efficient, cost-effective, and time-saving. With the innovative MLaaS framework, companies may harness the full potential of business analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: To redesign the spare parts (MRO) inventory management at Company XYZ's warehouse, considering the conditions after the COVID-19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: To address this research project, the authors integrated three methodologies: action research, Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining. These methodologies integrated the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) 4.0 framework applied in this project. Findings: The spare parts inventory value was reduced by 15%, and inventory turnover increased by 120% without negatively impacting the internal service level. Practical implications: Practitioners leading or participating in continuous improvement projects (CIPs) should consider data quality (data available and data trustworthiness), problem-solving approach and target area involvement to achieve CIP goals. Otherwise, the LSS 4.0 could fail or extend its duration by several weeks or months. Originality/value: This project shows the importance of controlling a target area before deciding to conduct a LSS 4.0 project. To address this problem, the LSS 4.0 team implemented 5S during the measure phase of the DMAIC. Also, this project offers significant practitioner and theoretical contributions to the body of knowledge about LSS 4.0. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

One of the problems of business analysis is obtaining and processing an ever-increasing volume of economic, financial, organizational, political and legal data. Multimodal business analytics is a new methodology combining the methods of classical business analysis with big data technologies, intelligent business analytics, multimodal data fusion, artificial neural networks and deep machine learning. The purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual foundations of the phenomenon of multimodal business analytics and substantiate the prospects for its use in economic science and practice. Methodologically, the study rests on the systems approach, i.e., multimodal business analytics is examined as a unique integrated phenomenon comprised of several interrelated components. The evidence base covers research studies of 2000–2022 on multimodal business analytics from Scopus and the Russian online database eLibrary.ru. Empirical methods were used to collect and evaluate the dynamics of the number of relevant publications and their segmentation by subject areas. We have proposed own thesaurus and ontology of the key terms that make up the phenomenon of multimodal business analytics. It is shown that the use of the concept allows expanding the range of data, exposing hidden interrelations of organizational and economic phenomena and synthesizing fundamentally new information needed for effective decision-making in business.

software quality ,business analysis ,requirements ,quality in use ,internal quality ,international standards ,Technology - Abstract
Software quality is a critical aspect of software development that significantly impacts business performance and customer satisfaction. However, defining software quality can be challenging, as different sources provide various definitions and perspectives. The article presents a literature review of software quality, acknowledging an ongoing debate over the years regarding the definition of software quality and the methods used for its assessment. Among all the different ideas about software quality, the article highlights key concepts that are crucial in understanding software quality: meeting requirements, satisfying users, using software features, and spotting defects. The article also checks out international standards like ISO/IEC 25010:2011 and ISO/IEC 5055:2021, introducing terms such as "Quality in use" and "Structural Quality." Unveiling a tripartite perspective elucidated in international standards—internal quality, external quality, and quality in use - the article underscores the intricate interplay between subjectivity and objectivity. The subjective dimension, influenced by user perception and contextual factors, is juxtaposed with more objective criteria such as conformance to requirements and the absence of defects. The standards provide helpful perspectives, but the human side of things, like user feelings and specific contexts, makes finding a universal definition tricky. The pivotal role of business analysis and requirements engineering in ensuring software quality is underscored. Business requirements, stakeholder needs, and the quality of functional and non-functional requirements emerge as integral components. The article argues that software quality is intricately tied to the quality of its requirements, presenting a dual perspective: compliance with quality criteria and alignment with stakeholders' expectations and business goals. Practical software quality assessment is built upon the foundational understanding of contextual nuances, user needs, and operational conditions, all discerned through business analysis.

COMPUTER software developers ,BUSINESS software ,CORPORATE image ,BUSINESS intelligence - Abstract
These days, we are taking part at an increasing rate of business digitization, and without a doubt, we encounter difficulties in maintaining a clear overview of the business processes within an organization. Considering each business flow a puzzle piece of the entire company landscape, we aim to highlight the importance of documenting each 'working piece' with no other priorities. Having this focus in mind, as business intelligence and software developers, we can't imagine this puzzle with a missing piece. Being aware of the fact that a solid base is built piece by piece, both the image of the company and its productivity can suffer because of omissions related to essential details, details that in the context of competition in today's marketplace end up making the difference between the clients' choices. So, each piece, each workflow, no matter how small, is essential to the overall success of a company. In this paper, we wish to emphasize the importance of proper documentation that presumes a wellpointed business analysis, the foundation upon which a successful business thrives. In recent years, the energy consumption structure has been accelerating towards clean and low-carbon globally, and China has also set positive goals for new energy development, vigorously promoting the development and utilization of renewable energy, accelerating the implementation of renewable energy substitution actions, and focusing on improving the consumption capacity of new energy. However, due to the intermittent and unstable characteristics of renewable energy, it is difficult to meet the demands of the power load side in practical applications. Energy storage is an important link for the grid to efficiently accept new energy, which can significantly improve the consumption of new energy electricity such as wind and photovoltaics by the power grid, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the grid system, but energy storage is a high-cost resource. Therefore, this paper focuses on the energy storage scenarios for a big data industrial park and studies the energy storage capacity allocation plan and business model of big data industrial park. Firstly, based on the characteristics of the big data industrial park, three energy storage application scenarios were designed, which are grid center, user center, and market center. On this basis, an optimal energy storage configuration model that maximizes total profits was established, and financial evaluation methods were used to analyze the corresponding business models. Finally, taking an actual big data industrial park as an example, the economic viability of energy storage configuration schemes under two scenarios was discussed, and an energy storage system construction plan was proposed to promote the zero-carbon target of the big data industrial park.

ROBOTIC process automation ,PROCESS mining ,TECHNOLOGICAL innovations ,COMPUTER software development - Abstract
Robotic process automation, has revolutionized businesses and operations in the 21st century. This innovative technology makes automated tasks easier than ever before, allowing for faster processes and greater business efficiency. In an age that prizes convenience and speed, robotic process automation's success has been felt in a variety of industries including insurance, healthcare, banking, transportation, and more. Robotic process automation combined with process mining is a game-changing approach to operational efficiency. Through this innovative combination, businesses are able to take advantage of their existing data in order to autonomously and rapidly identify opportunities for automation across their organizational processes. In addition, this allows companies to monitor the performance of the robotically automated processes, enabling them to quickly understand which processes are working and which could benefit from further optimization. With robotic process automation through process mining, companies have streamlined their operations and enhanced customer experience in ways that were not possible just a few years ago. In this paper we aim to highlight the benefits of the fusion of these two technologies, software robots development and process mining, oriented both on the actual implementation, configuration and the final results. Star Model (SM) is a framework used for designing Project-Based Organizations (PBO) with a wide acceptance. Some researchers have chosen the SM considering its completeness, holistic perspective and the interdependence between its five components: Strategy, Process, Behaviour, Human Resources and Structure. For SM use and implementation, this framework is available as a text guideline. If the size and complexity of the designing and analyzing organization increases, this activity could be manual and difficult. Ontologies are a means for describing domain models and provide computational inference useful for the analysis of these models. This paper proposes an ontology of the SM for PBO designing, describing its components and relationships in a high level of abstraction. The resulting model seeks to be helpful for understanding and managing the complexity of the designed organization and a tool for business analysis--the above considering the automatic analysis possibilities available through the computational inference of ontologies. It is well known that in the Croatian economy very little attention is paid to business analysis and business risk management. Also, incompetence and inadequate expertise of top management, as well as superficial and insufficiently professional supervision of business by companies' owners, continuously generate problems with liquidity, over-indebtedness, and losses within Croatian companies. Failure to (timely) address these problems is in essence the cause of a large number of bankruptcies and liquidations of business entities, which ultimately produces serious problems for the Croatian economy in general. In this paper, business analysis and the analysis of business risks of the Uljanik d.d. group. during the period from 2016. to 2017. will be evaluated in order to determine the creditworthiness of the company at that time, respectively before the announcement of the company's bankruptcy in 2019. This paper will try to determine whether the difficulties in business could be promptly identified and whether the company's management structure in the mentioned period could react faster and more decisively based on the assessment of the company's creditworthiness and the knowledge gained during the analysis. The optimal choice of financial and qualitative indicators was used in the evaluation of creditworthiness by which it is possible to make a more reliable assessment of creditworthiness taking into account internal and external factors that affect the company's operations. In the used credit score model, the final credit rating is determined by synthesis and common use of financial and qualitative indicators and provides comprehensive and credible information about the business entity and its business risks and in that way allows the correct business decisions to be taken on time.

SMALL business ,MUSHROOM industry ,RATE of return ,COST effectiveness - Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the income and financial viability of the Crispy mushroom industry in Indonesia for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). As indicators, four techniques are used: revenue/cost (R/C), benefit cost (B/C), return on investment (ROI), and break event point (BEP). Investment appraisal is used to establish whether a financial part of the transaction is possible, based on measurements against stated criteria. The evaluation technique offers several advantages and downsides. As a result, it is preferable to employ multiple methodologies simultaneously when evaluating a business to acquire the best results. It begins by calculating the entire revenue, which comes to 1.64. The total income and total manufacturing expenses exceed zero, resulting in a profit of Rp. 64. Return on Investment (ROI) can be defined as the ratio of net profit to costs in each business, which in this example is 64%. Break Event Point has two searches, one in rupiah and one in number of productions, and in this study, the results of the Break Event Point are 36 pcs, which means that if the Crispy Mushroom produces less than that amount from the total quantity of production, the business will be concerned about cost loss. There is a large variability in profitability and productivity between farms operating with automatic milking systems (AMS). The objectives of this study were to identify the physical factors associated with profitability and productivity of pasture-based AMS and quantify how changes in these factors would affect farm productivity. We utilised two different datasets collected between 2015 and 2019 with information from commercial pasture-based AMS farms. One contained annual physical and economic data from 14 AMS farms located in the main Australian dairy regions; the other contained monthly, detailed robot-system performance data from 23 AMS farms located across Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Chile. We used linear mixed models to identify the physical factors associated with different profitability (Model 1) and partial productivity measures (Model 2). Additionally, we conducted a Monte Carlo simulation to evaluate how changes in the physical factors would affect productivity. Our results from Model 1 showed that the two main factors associated with profitability in pasture-based AMS were milk harvested/robot (MH; kg milk/robot per day) and total labour on-farm (full-time equivalent). On average, Model 1 explained 69% of the variance in profitability. In turn, Model 2 showed that the main factors associated with MH were cows/robot, milk flow, milking frequency, milking time, and days in milk. Model 2 explained 90% of the variance in MH. The Monte Carlo simulation showed that if pasture-based AMS farms manage to increase the number of cows/robot from 54 (current average) to ∼ 70 (the average of the 25% highest performing farms), the probability of achieving high MH, and therefore profitability, would increase from 23% to 63%. This could make AMS more attractive for pasture-based systems and increase the rate of adoption of the technology.

The article is aimed at defining the feasibility of using the Sitniks CRM software for small commodity businesses, examining its compliance with the standard and the main competitive advantages among such products. Analyzing and generaling the scientific works of many scholars, the positive impact of high-quality information provision on the activities of the enterprise is proved. However, despite the obvious benefit of using automation systems, a bigger share of Ukrainian entrepreneurs do not use CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management systems) either due to lack of awareness or unsuccessful implementation experience. The article uses comparative and matrix analyses. A comparative analysis of competitors shows that the researched CRM system stands out among others with a high level of flexibility and personalization, which is the main advantage of this software. During the SWOT analysis, the factors influencing the development of the company were worked out in detail. It is found that the main drawback of this software is a relatively long implementation period, and its capabilities and threats are, accordingly, scaling and increasing competitors in a niche. It is concluded that the Sitniks CRM system is not just a system for simplifying and automating business processes, but a platform that has sufficiently powerful functionality due to customization, integration, tracking capabilities and ease of use. The implementation of this software will lead the company to increase productivity, allowing to effectively plan and control, as well as establish strong relationships with customers.

The purpose of management control is to increase the motivation of managers and to create a greater convergence of objectives within an organization. It is a well-established management principle that what cannot be measured cannot be managed. However, it is equally true that what cannot be monitored cannot be well managed. This is where business dashboards come in. Living in an age of digitalization in which the world is changing and adapting to the complex systems of society, businesses must always be prepared with the tools necessary for adaptation. This article describes some important concepts in enterprise performance measurement management exemplified by Nike. In addition, a dashboard will be designed and the importance of monitoring key performance indicators will be highlighted.

An enterprise as a subsystem or element of the environment and an enterprise as a system or a separate whole means an organization that is determined by the structure and form, in which the transformation of inputs into outputs is performed in order to make a profit. It follows that the company has a structural and functional dimension. The structural aspect is focused on observing and determining the ability to work, and the functional dimension on observing and determining the manner and consequences, the results of that work. The differences in management in the current or traditional and modern conditions are reflected in the changes in the way of thinking, the way of behaving and the orientation. Continuity of functioning, as well as reliance on one's own actions, which are important business conditions in the past, have been replaced by current and future expected conditions that mark discontinuity, complexity and dependence on decisions of others, ie on decisions from the environment. Of course, such changes are also reflected in planning, control and information, ie analysis of the balance sheet as a component of management. Management problems are structured differently, instead of simplicity, complexity has emerged.

The use of digital technology in the business analysis involves two tasks. The first is the introduction of digital technology analysis of business activities in business entities. The second task is to adapt the information obtained through digital technologies in accounting and reporting. It is planned to develop a methodology for teaching students modern knowledge, skills and competencies in the use of digital technologies in business analysis by teaching the theoretical, methodological, organizational and practical bases of analysis in the course of teaching "Digital technologies in business analysis" by the Department of "Economic Analysis" of Tashkent Institute of Finance. Information-analytical systems and their functional, structural features are revealed through the use of digital business analysis methods. The use of particular digital technologies for analysis to ensure digital information storage is the next step in studying science. The study of digital systems facilitates the learning of software tools used to apply business analysis techniques. The possibilities of business analysis software, analytical modules in integrated financial information systems are studied as a separate topic. Aim: This study aimed to determine the use of probiotics Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus casei as alternative antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs) to improve growth performance and business analysis. Materials and Methods: This study used a completely randomized factorial design. The first factor was the time of administration (1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks) and the second was the use of probiotics (control without probiotics; 0.1% AGP and 0.5% Bifidobacterium spp. + 0.25% L. casei). One hundred and eighty laying hens (Lohmann strain), of 30 weeks old, were divided into 12 treatment groups, composed of five replicates, each consisting of three laying hens. Results: The results showed that using 0.5% Bifidobacterium spp. + 0.25% L. casei in weeks 1 and 2 showed the lowest feed intake (FI) (112.11-112.19 g/day), the highest egg weight (60.28 g) in the 1st week, the lowest feed conversion ratio (FCR) (2.21-2.23), and highest feed efficiency (44.75-45.25%) for 3-4 weeks, and the highest hen-day production (86.66-86.90%) for 3-4 weeks and the most profitable business analysis (IDR. 30,353). Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that the addition of 0.5% Bifidobacterium spp. + 25% L. casei probiotics can be used as a substitute for AGP; it can reduce the FI and FCR, increasing egg weight, feed efficiency, and hen-day production, as well as illustrating the results of the most profitable business analysis.

Vannamei shrimp farming is a fisheries sub-sector that is being promoted by the government. The right strategy is needed in the development of vannamei shrimp farming, so that the farming activities can run sustainably. This research aimed to determine the management of vannamei shrimp farming activities, business analysis, internal and external factors and appropriate development strategies for Mini-Scale Shrimp Farming on Plastic Pond (BUSMETIK) in Tegal City. This research was descriptive research and did not test the hypothesis. This research used a case study method, which was a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the respondent collection technique used was non probability sampling. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. In addition, business analysis and SWOT analysis were also conducted to the data. The sample chosen in this research was Gemilang Minajaya Fish Farming Group of Tegal City. The results showed that Gemilang Minajaya Fish Farming Group of Tegal City with a pond area of 1,221 m2 was a vannamei shrimp producing area that was quite influential in Tegal City, with production volume from 2018 reaching 2,111.21 Kg. However, its farming activities had not fully met Best Management Practice (BMP), especially in the process of managing farming waste and the lack of green belt areas. It was suspected that the high organic matter in water quality was caused by the results of the farming waste. The condition that currently attacked vannamei shrimp was a white feces disease. From business analysis point of view, the income was Rp. 46,469,122/cycle with business efficiency (R/C ratio) of 148. Based on internal factor analysis, the greatest strength (S) was facilities and infrastructure (0.67) and external factor analysis showed that the biggest threat (T) was shrimp disease ( 0.76). The right alternative strategy was ST (Strengths-Threats) with a total score of 4.1 and the SWOT quadrant was in position II which was more likely to rely on existing strengths to take advantage of opportunities despite high threats. The alternative strategy used was to exploit the potential of existing land, optimize farm environmental factors to reduce threats of disease and establish cooperation with various fisheries stakeholders to establish green belt areas as an embodiment of sustainable and environmentally-friendly fisheries development.
