BACKGROUND: In the contemporary healthcare environment, optimizing patient care strategies is of importance, particularly in neurosurgical environments. While traditional nursing methods have the foundation of patient care, there exists a growing recognition of the potential benefits of comprehensive nurse management. Despite this acknowledgment, there remains a gap in understanding the comparative effectiveness of comprehensive nurse management versus traditional approaches in reducing postoperative psychological stress, enhancing patient satisfaction, and promoting adherence in neurosurgical patients. OBJECTIVE: This study compares the efficacy of comprehensive nurse management against traditional methods in facilitating the postoperative recovery of neurosurgical patients. METHODS: Taking the traditional nursing management and detailed nursing management of neurosurgical patients in a municipal neurosurgical hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 as an example, the neurosurgery was divided into 50 patients in the detailed nursing management group and 50 patients in the traditional nursing management group. In the clear nursing management group, there were 50 patients, 20 male patients, with an average age of 58.7 ± 3.8 years, and 30 female patients, with an average age of 60.4 ± 4.3 years; In the traditional nursing management group, there were 50 patients, 26 male patients, with an average age of 59.7 ± 3.7 years, and 24 female patients, with an average age of 59.4 ± 3.9 years; Among the 100 patients, there were 60 cases of cerebral infarction, 25 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage and 15 cases of other neurosurgical diseases. RESULTS: Hundred neurosurgical patients were divided into two groups: comprehensive nursing management group and traditional nursing management group. The results showed that the comprehensive treatment effect of patients with detailed nursing management was better than that of the routine nursing group. At the same time, the complications were reduced, and the patient's satisfaction was higher. CONCLUSION: Through retrospective analysis and investigation of patients, this paper discusses the clinical application of a detailed nursing management model in neurosurgery, which can reduce the probability of infection and other complications and improve the quality of life and treatment effect of patients. Ionic liquids (ILs) with remarkable performance offer opportunities to advance green and low-carbon chemical processes. Thus, much work is focused on building an innovative theory and knowledge framework to unravel the nature of ILs. Moreover, there is an increasing trend to utilize ILs in rapidly emerging fields. Aiming to provide an overview of the recent advances and challenges of ILs in the development of green processes for renewable resources, this review highlights the properties and functions of ILs in IL gating and as electrolyte additives, modifiers, exfoliation agents, nucleation substrates, tunable solvents, versatile carriers and biosensor components in three representative and revolutionary production processes, namely, new energy, electronic information materials, and biotechnologies. Ionic liquids (ILs), due to their inherent structural tunability, outstanding miscibility behavior, and excellent electrochemical properties, have attracted significant research attention in the biomedical field. As the application of ILs in biomedicine is a rapidly emerging field, there is still a need for systematic analyses and summaries to further advance their development. This review presents a comprehensive survey on the utilization of ILs in the biomedical field. It specifically emphasizes the diverse structures and properties of ILs with their relevance in various biomedical applications. Subsequently, we summarize the mechanisms of ILs as potential drug candidates, exploring their effects on various organisms ranging from cell membranes to organelles, proteins, and nucleic acids. Furthermore, the application of ILs as extractants and catalysts in pharmaceutical engineering is introduced. In addition, we thoroughly review and analyze the applications of ILs in disease diagnosis and delivery systems. By offering an extensive analysis of recent research, our objective is to inspire new ideas and pathways for the design of innovative biomedical technologies based on ILs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

According to the requirements of sustainable green development, the efficient green synthesis of fluorine chemical products is an inevitable trend. In this work, we used ionic liquids as an effective catalyst in an important fluorochemical reaction – hexafluoropropylene dimerization for the first time. The effects of ionic liquids with different spatial positions, substituents and nucleophilic anions on the catalytic performance of hexafluoropropylene dimerization were systematically studied. The results showed that the strong nucleophilic trisubstituted thiocyanate imidazole ionic liquid [C6mmim][SCN] had the highest activity under the optimum reaction conditions, the turnover frequency (TOF) was 108.36 h−1 and the selectivity was 97.96%. Compared with the traditional metal salt catalyst system, the catalytic activity of ionic liquids was double. In addition, based on the XPS analysis results and density functional theory (DFT), a possible reaction mechanism was proposed. The effective catalytic activity of ionic liquids was mainly attributed to the strong nucleophilicity of anions and the weak interaction between cations and anions. This work will successfully provide a green synthesis route for hexafluoropropylene dimerization and further promote the efficiency and greening of fluorine chemical reactions. Supported Au catalysts have been the focus of oxidation esterification of methylacrolein (MAL) to methyl methacrylate (MMA) in recent years, but most of them have difficulty in achieving both high conversion and high selectivity. Here, we report an easily prepared catalyst-loaded Au on NiO-decorated MgO–Al2O3, using which resulted in 97.7% MAL conversion and 91.9% MMA selectivity. XPS showed that Au existed mainly as Au0, while Ni existed as NiO. The addition of appropriate amounts of Ni reduced the binding energy of Au and the percentage of Auδ+ and enhanced the interaction between Au and the support, so as to obtain high reaction activity. In situ FTIR showed that the high selectivity for MMA formation was attributed to a special η1-(C,O) mode. Furthermore, the mechanism of the reaction was deduced from the above experimental results and different adsorption modes. In oxidative esterification of methacrolein to methyl methacrylate, mass transfer of O2 and N2 in methanol is of vital importance for the determination of reaction kinetics and design of industrial units. The mass transfer coefficients kL of O2 and N2 in methanol were determined by the decreasing‐pressure method in a gas‐liquid stirred reactor at temperatures ranging from 298.15 to 333.15 K, pressures ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 MPa, and agitation speeds ranging from 100 to 200 rpm. It could be shown that kL‐O2 and kL‐N2 increased with increasing temperature and agitation speed, but did not change significantly with partial pressure. On the basis of the experimental results, theoretical and empirical equations were proposed. This work provides an example of a study on the mass transfer of gases in a liquid. A novel europium complex [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O derived from 1,3‐bis (1‐carboxylatoethyl)imidazolium bromide ([H2bcei]Br, C9N2O4H11=bcei2−) was synthesized by solvothermal method. [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O possesses 3D structure constructed by Eu−O coordination bonds. In this complex, there are two coordinated environments around Eu3+, and Eu1 and Eu2 are eight‐ and seven‐ coordinated chemical sphere, respectively. The hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions between H2O molecules, Br− ions and the 3D framework with positive charges enhance its thermostability. So above the temperature of 290 °C, the 3D framework of [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O begins to decompose. The high‐resolution emission spectrum of the complex had been measured, which is consistent with the results of the X‐ray crystal structure analysis, and luminescence lifetime for the complex is 0.937 ms. Summary of main observation and conclusion: Macrocycle has attracted the attention of many researchers in the field of medicinal chemistry due to its unique advantages and good prospects, but the difficulties in drug design and synthesis of macrocycle limit its applications. In this study, a series of macrocyclic derivatives designed from anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor lorlatinib were synthesized as Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) selective inhibitors. Among them, 17f had the best inhibitory activity (IC50 = 0.177 μmol·L–1) and selectivity for JAK2 over JAK1 and JAK3, which indicated that design of the macrocyclic derivatives might be a feasible strategy for the discovery of novel selective JAK2 inhibitors. Aberrant activation of B cell receptor (BCR) signal transduction cascade contributes to the propagation and maintenance of B cell malignancies. The discovery of mall molecules with high potency and selectivity against Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), a key signaling molecule in this cascade, is particularly urgent in modern treatment regimens. Herein, a series of pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione derivatives were reported as potent BTK inhibitors. Compounds 17 and 18 displayed strong BTK inhibitory activities in the enzymatic inhibition assay, with the IC 50 values of 1.2 and 0.8 nM, respectively, which were comparable to that of ibrutinib (IC 50 = 0.6 nM). Additionally, compound 17 had a more selective profile over EGFR than ibrutinib. According to the putative binding poses, the molecular basis of this series of compounds with respect to potency against BTK and selectivity over EGFR was elucidated. In further experiments at cellular level, compounds 17 and 18 significantly inhibited the proliferation of Ramos and TMD8 cells. Janus Kinase 2 (JAK2) is a kind of intracellular non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase and has been certified as an important target for the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms and rheumatoid arthritis. However, the low selectivity and potential safety issues restrict the clinical applications of JAK2 inhibitors. Here we found that crizotinib showed good inhibitory activity against JAK2 by enzymatic assays (IC 50 = 27 nM). Then we carried out structure-based drug design and synthesized a series of compounds with an aminopyridine scaffold. Finally, compound 12k and 12l were identified as the promising inhibitors of JAK2, which exhibited high inhibitory activity (IC 50 = 6 nM and 3 nM, respectively) and selectivity for JAK2 over JAK1 and JAK3, and showed potent antiproliferative activities toward HEL human erythroleukemia cells. This study applied an efficient virtual screening strategyintegratingmolecular docking with MM-GBSA rescoring to identify diverse humandihydroorotate dehydrogenase (hDHODH) inhibitors.Eighteen compounds with IC50values ranging from 0.11 to18.8 μM were identified as novel hDHODH inhibitorsthat exhibited overall species-selectivity over Plasmodiumfalciparumdihydroorotate dehydrogenase (pfDHODH). Compound 8, the most potent one, showed lowmicromolar inhibitory activity against hDHODH withan IC50value of 0.11 μM. Moreover, lipopolysaccharide-inducedB-cell assay and mixed lymphocyte reaction assay revealed that mostof the hits showed potent antiproliferative activity against B andT cells, which demonstrates their potential application as immunosuppressiveagents. Separation of methacrolein (MAL) is a critical technique for the production of methyl methacrylate, which is an important raw material for the preparation of acrylic resins applied in a variety of end-uses. In this work, an azeotropic distillation process and an ionic liquid (IL) green process were developed for the separation of MAL with BmimBF4. The two processes were simulated with Aspen plus. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results which were attained in a pilot plant. Also the economic and green degree analysis of these two processes was investigated. Abstract: An investigation was carried out of oxidative esterification of aldehydes with alcohols and oxygen to corresponding esters over Pb, Mg-doped Al2O3-supported Pd catalyst. This catalyst was prepared by impregnating method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that Pd atoms with Pb atoms formed bimetallic Pd3Pb crystals, and Mg existed on the support as MgO with electron effect on Pd3Pb crystals. The reactions of aldehyde with alcohol in the presence and absence of oxygen over the doped and undoped Pd catalysts were examined to evaluate the effects of Pb and Mg. It was found that the doping agents Mg had positive effect on reaction rate acceleration only in the presence of oxygen, Pb or the collaboration of Pb and Mg had positive effect on reaction rate acceleration and selectivity enhancement in the presence of oxygen or not. Janus kinases (JAKs) including JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, and TYK2 are members of a family of intracellular nonreceptor tyrosine kinases, which have been demonstrated to be critical in the cell signaling pathway and involved in inflammatory diseases and cancer. V617F mutation in JAK2 has been implicated in polycythaemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythaemia (ET) and myelofibrosis (MF). Here, we described the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of a series of 2-aminopyridine derivatives. The results of enzymatic activity assays supported compound 16m-(R) as a potential and selective JAK2 inhibitor, which exhibited high inhibitory activity with an IC 50 of 3 nM against JAK2, and 85- and 76-fold selectivity over JAK1 and JAK3, respectively. The inhibition of Plasmodium falciparum dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (PfDHODH) potentially represents a new treatment option for malaria, as P. falciparum relies entirely on a de novo pyrimidine biosynthetic pathway for survival. Herein, we report a series of pyrimidone derivatives as novel inhibitors of PfDHODH. The most potent compound, 26, showed high inhibition activity against PfDHODH (IC50 = 23 nM), with >400-fold species selectivity over human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (hDHODH).
