Abstract

Redes sociales, páginas web de compra, foros de debate o el acceso cualquier tipo de información y contenidos, son un espacio donde cada persona puede adoptar un rol diferente (Chou, T., 2015). Al mismo tiempo que esta evolución para el empleo correcto de la red, se desarrolló un complejo entramado delictivo, que logra sortear cualquier medida de seguridad que se haya intentado implementar. En este trabajo se analizarán los principales datos delincuenciales a través de la red entre 2015 y 2019, buscando la causa de estos y las posibles justificaciones a la falta de esclarecimiento de los hechos delictivos, ya bien afecten de forma unipersonal o colectiva en base a los datos facilitados por el ministerio del interior. Este trabajo, pretende dar una aproximación de la figura de la ciber víctima, las características propias de las dos figuras que comprende: el delincuente y la víctima., Social networks, shopping websites, discussion forums or access to any type of information and content are a space where each person can adopt a different role. At the same time as this evolution for the correct use of the network, a complex criminal network has developed, which manages to circumvent any security measures that have been tried to be implemented. Abstract

This study evaluates the effect of using alumina (Al2O3)-water nanofluids stabilized by sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) on the thermal performance and capillary limit of a screen mesh heat pipe. Nanofluids were prepared using three Al2O3 concentrations (0.1 mass/%, 0.5 mass/%, and 1.0 mass/%) and two SDBS concentrations (0.064 mass/% and 0.32 mass/%). The stability of the nanofluids was studied by means of UV-absorbance measurements prior to the experimental test. The results show that the thermal resistance of the heat pipe decreased by up to 50% with Al2O3 and SDBS at concentrations of 0.5 mass/% and 0.32 mass/%, respectively. Nevertheless, the capillary limit was reduced between 25 and 45 W compared to the operation with water. Finally, the capillary limit was improved by 5 W (compared to water) using an Al2O3 concentration of 0.1 mass/% and no surfactant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Profound transformations are affecting the research systems around the world. We witness the emergence of new or restructured organizations to steer public research or promote innovation, new programmatic directions within these organizations, increased funding dedicated to research in academic settings, and new domestic and international partnerships and collaborations. A multiplicity of organizations and funding sources have appeared, creating a complex web where resources circulate along with knowledge in ways that are reshaping research systems in the South. This book gathers a large sample of these changes presented during a symposium organized by IDRC, IRD, IFRIS, and OECD, seeking to better understand their institutional, political and economic drivers. These cases document the building of scientific capacity and the broader use of results from scientific research and presents lessons for public policy. A large variety of case studies of specific research organizations and comparative analysis of the wider research system are presented in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

¿Qué significa realmente aprender? ¿Qué es en verdad la memoria? El aprendizaje es un proceso complejo que tiene una relación muy estrecha con la memoria. No se puede decir que un alumno que memoriza las respuestas de un examen haya aprendido, pero si un estudiante no es capaz de almacenar determinada información, tampoco podrá aprender. A lo largo de los años, muchos filósofos y científicos han tratado de identificar las mejores técnicas para comprender cómo funcionan el aprendizaje y la memoria, y los mejores modelos para explicarlas. Compartir conceptos, teorías, métodos y técnicas necesarias para solventar los problemas y vicisitudes inherentes a la labor pedagógica, educativa y psicosocial, es uno de sus objetivos; pero sobre todo el profundizar en su reflexión para ponerlos en práctica en el trabajo diario como educadores, psicólogos, gestores del conocimiento. La educación vinculada a la psicología promueve al desarrollo de facultades físicas, intelectuales y espirituales del ser humano, para alcanzar su completo desarrollo. El acto de educar incluye también las bases del conocimiento que promociona la psicología; por ello es necesario entrenarse en la adquisición de instrumentos con responsabilidad para la construcción positiva de un mejor mundo.
