Smart buildings， as prosumers， not only facilitate the local consumption of renewable energy sources （RES） but also coordinate internal flexible loads to reduce electricity consumption costs through peer-to-peer （P2P） electrical energy transactions. Based on this， the paper analyzes wind-photovoltaic （WPV） resources and flexible loads in smart buildings and proposes a P2P optimal scheduling strategy that incorporates joint transactions of electricity and regulation capacity. Initially， flexible load adjustments are used to provide regulation capacity， eliminating the prediction deviations of WPV outputs. Subsequently， the paper introduces a combined transaction mechanism for electricity and regulation capacity， where both electricity and regulation capacity are traded as market commodities in P2P transactions. Finally， case studies are conducted to analyze the proposed method and model. The results demonstrate that the proposed model not only effectively increases the local consumption of WPV but also encourages market participants to actively engage in P2P transactions.

Objective To investigate the key elements for model establishment and determine the evaluation indicators of animal models for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), providing a reference for improving modelling methods and optimizing the application of PID animal models. Methods The search query "Pelvic Inflammatory Disease" AND "Animal Model" OR "Rat" OR "Mouse" OR" Guinea Pig" OR "Rabbit" OR "Dog" OR "Pig" was used to retrieve relevant literature on PID animal models published from 2013 to 2023 in China Knowledge Network Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, and PubMed databases. The studies were analyzed and categorized based on experimental animal types, modelling methods, modelling cycles, detection indicators, positive control drugs, and administration duration. A database was established for statistical analysis. Results A total of 214 research articles on PID animal models meeting the inclusion criteria were identified. The most commonly used model animals are Sprague Dawley (SD) rats, followed by Wistar rats. The most frequently employed modelling method is a combination of mechanical injury and bacterial infection, followed by the phenol mucilage method. The most common modelling cycles for acute pelvic inflammatory disease (APID) and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID)/sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID) are 8 to 14 days, while for PID models without specific staging, the cycles are 7 days. High-frequency detection methods and indicators include histopathological observation using hematoxylin-eosin staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for serum-related indicators, morphological changes of tissues observed with the naked eye, and immunohistochemical detection of related protein expression in uterine tissues, and pathological scoring. The most frequently used positive control drugs are Fuke Qianjin Tablets, followed by Jingangteng Capsules. The most common administration duration for APID is 7 days, and for CPID/SPID models, it ranges from 15 to 21 days. Conclusion Currently, SD rats and Wistar rats are commonly used as experimental animals for PID models. The dual modelling method of mechanical injury combined with mixed bacterial infection aligns closely with clinical pathogenesis and can be used to establish a PID model that simulates postoperative uterine cavity infection. Depending on the research objectives, different positive drugs and detection indicators should be selected for comprehensive evaluation. Most existing PID animal model studies are based on western medical diagnosis, with fewer studies focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes. There is a need to integrate TCM theories of etiology and pathogenesis to construct PID animal models that are more in line with TCM clinical symptoms.

At present, there are few deep reduction technologies for endocrine disrupting toxicity(EDCs) in biochemical tailwater treatment, and conventional chlorine disinfection will cause increased biological toxicity, high operating cost and complex operation. In this paper, combining biochemical treatment with catalytic ozone oxidation treatment technology, a method for deep reduction and safe reuse of biochemical tail water endocrine disruption toxicity was proposed. Combined with pilot test results and demonstration projects, a process of “functional bacteria enhanced MBR+ozone catalytic oxidation” was constructed for deep reduction of endocrine disruption toxicity of biochemical tail water. The experimental results showed that the reduction rate of endocrine disruption toxicity in effluent water was 84.51%, and the average concentration was 0.8 ng/L, and the effluent met the requirements of the safety threshold of endocrine disruption toxicity and the safe discharge and reuse of biochemical tail water, it provides reference for the safe discharge and reuse of municipal sewage in the future.

Cyclosporine A, a cyclic polypeptide, exhibits potent immunosuppressive activity and exerts its effects through various mechanisms including immunosuppression, anti-inflammatory, inhibition of apoptosis, promotion of epithelial healing and goblet cell function recovery, enhancement of tear secretion, and close association with ocular surface disease repair. Owing to its significant efficacy, inhibition of disease recurrence and few side effects, the clinical application of cyclosporine A in the management of ocular surface diseases, including dry eye, corneal graft rejection following penetrating keratoplasty, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, noninfective keratitis and herpes simplex virus keratitis, has witnessed a substantial rise in recent years. Nevertheless, variations exist in the management of ocular surface inflammatory diseases when utilizing distinct concentrations and dosage forms of cyclosporine A. Therefore, the paper provides an overview of impacts of cyclosporine A on ocular surface diseases.

As the complexity of modern aircraft systems continues to grow, traditional development methods become increasingly challenging in terms of management and maintenance. Firstly, the development process of aviation flight control system is evaluated in the current system engineering practice, and the shortcomings of traditional development methods and the core principles and advantages of model-based system engineering(MBSE) are expounded, as well as the tools and methods commonly used in implementation. Then, it shows how MBSE supports the process of specification, design, analysis, verification and validation of complex systems by using models in flight control system development. Finally, the future research directions are proposed, including the development of advanced MBSE tools and methods, the prospect of MBSE combined with agile development, and the need to improve interoperability and standardization of MBSE practices. The study in this paper can provide the resources and ideas for aerospace industry professionals and systems engineers interested in using MBSE methodology and tools to improve the design, development, and performance of flight control systems.

Due to the susceptibility of images to various factors such as scale changes, imaging conditions, and image noise, traditional feature point matching methods are difficult to achieve ideal matching accuracy, leading to many challenges in the automatic analysis and processing of power tower images. To improve the matching accuracy of similar feature points in aerial images of electric power tower, this study proposes a method for matching similar feature points in aerial images of electric power tower based on a vertex ring neighborhood, addressing the problem of large matching errors caused by factors such as scale and imaging conditions. This method first adopts the feature point extraction technique of electric power tower image based on decomposition and filtering, and constructs the Laplacian pyramid of the original image. Subsequently, filter banks are used to decompose the pyramid image in different directions, extract local extremum points as candidate feature point sets, and merge them to obtain the final feature point set. On this basis, taking into account the spatial relationships and geometric characteristics around the feature points, a texture mapping algorithm based on vertex ring neighborhood and patch classification is applied to construct a vertex ring neighborhood structure and extract geometrically representative electric power tower features. Finally, by using a texture feature point matching method based on the principle of similarity, the similarity between the real-time image and the reference image features is calculated for matching, and combined with the Babbitt coefficient to remove mismatched feature points, accurate matching of similar feature points in aerial electric power tower images is achieved. The experimental results show that this method has a mean square error of less than 0.1 Pixel in matching similar texture feature points of aerial power tower images under various working conditions, significantly improving the matching accuracy and providing an effective tool for automatic analysis and processing of power tower images.

Performance tests help to verify whether a business cluster can meet its access scale requirements, but current tools have problems such as evaluating proper parameters and requiring manual inputs, low performance, and difficulty in automation. A comprehensive quantitative request rate control mechanism and concurrent design approach based on coroutines were proposed, in contrast to JMeter's reliance on threads and locks. Furthermore, an architecture design for its corresponding TaaS service and a process automation scheme were introduced. This scheme automatically perceives responses, adjusts access rates accordingly, and schedules additional server executions using real business data, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and result intuitiveness.

AIM: To evaluate the performance of three distinct large language models(LLM), including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, and PaLM2, in responding to queries within the field of ophthalmology, and to compare their performance with three different levels of medical professionals: medical undergraduates, master of medicine, and attending physicians.METHODS: A total of 100 ophthalmic multiple-choice tests, which covered ophthalmic basic knowledge, clinical knowledge, ophthalmic examination and diagnostic methods, and treatment for ocular disease, were conducted on three different kinds of LLM and three different levels of medical professionals(9 undergraduates, 6 postgraduates and 3 attending physicians), respectively. The performance of LLM was comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of mean scores, consistency and confidence of response, and it was compared with human.RESULTS: Notably, each LLM surpassed the average performance of undergraduate medical students(GPT-4:56, GPT-3.5:42, PaLM2:47, undergraduate students:40). Specifically, performance of GPT-3.5 and PaLM2 was slightly lower than those of master's students(51), while GPT-4 exhibited a performance comparable to attending physicians(62). Furthermore, GPT-4 showed significantly higher response consistency and self-confidence compared with GPT-3.5 and PaLM2.CONCLUSION: LLM represented by GPT-4 performs well in the field of ophthalmology, and the LLM model can provide clinical decision-making and teaching aids for clinicians and medical education.

Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is a classic type of cardiovascular disease characterized by injury to cardiomyocytes leading to different types of cell death. The degree of irreversible myocardial damage is closely related to age, and ferroptosis is involved in cardiomyocyte damage. However, the mechanisms underlying ferroptosis regulation in aging myocardial I/R injury are still unclear. The present study aims to explore the underlying mechanism of piRNA regulation in ferroptosis. Using left anterior descending coronary artery ligation in an aging rat model and a D-galactose-induced rat cardiomyocyte line (H9C2) to construct an aging cardiomyocyte model, we investigate whether ferroptosis occurs after reperfusion injury in vitro and in vivo. This study focuses on the upregulation of piR-000699 after hypoxia/reoxygenation treatment in aging cardiomyocytes by observing hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury indicators and ferroptosis-related indicators and clarifying the role of piR-000699 in H/R injury caused by ferroptosis in aging cardiomyocytes. Bioinformatics analysis reveals that SLC39A14 is a gene that binds to piR-000699. Our data show that ferroptosis plays an important role in I/R injury both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, the results show the potential role of piR-000699 in regulating SLC39A14 in ferroptosis in aging cardiomyocytes under hypoxia/reoxygenation conditions. Together, our results reveal that the mechanism by which piR-000699 binds to SLC39A14 regulates ferroptosis in aging myocardial I/R injury.

Objective To comprehensively analyze the reported preparation methods for animal models of perimenopausal syndrome (PS), to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation elements and detection indexes, so as to provide useful references for the optimization of the relevant animal models as well as the standardization of their application in the efficacy evaluation of new drugs. Methods In this paper, literature research methods were applied using "perimenopausal syndrome" as the subject term. The publication period of the literature was limited to January 2016 to February 2023. Relevant literature on the preparation of PS animal models was retrieved from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, and PubMed. After screening the experimental literature that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, detailed information on experimental animal strains, modeling methods, duration of drug administration, positive drugs, detection indexes and other relevant information were collected. After the above information was standardized, the PS animal model database was established using Excel 2010 software. The model preparation elements and evaluation indexes were summarized systematically, and the statistical results were processed and analyzed using Excel 2010 software. Results A total of 247 articles were screened. SD rats (164 times, 65.86%) and Wistar rats (35 times, 14.06%) were often used to prepare PS animal models. Bilateral ovariectomy (139 times, 53.87%) and natural aging (43 times, 16.80%) were chosen as modeling methods. The ages of rats used for modeling ranged from 7 weeks to 18 months, with 3-month-old rats (22 times, 21.78%) being the most common. The detection indexes were comprehensively evaluated from multiple perspectives, including serum biochemistry, vaginal exfoliated cell smear, histomorphology, general observation, behavioral observation, and organ tissue protein immunoblotting. Western medical evaluation indexes were commonly used to test the successful preparation of models, with vaginal exfoliated cell smears being the most frequently used method (125 times, 85.04%). A model was considered successfully prepared when estrous cycle disorder or irregularity was observed. Some literature also determined modeling success by detecting a significant decrease in serum estradiol levels (5 times, 3.04%). Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome evaluation often used a combination of Chinese and Western medical evaluation indexes for comprehensive evaluation, with researchers determining the TCM syndrome through vaginal exfoliated cell smears supplemented by general observation (3 times, 2.04%). Conclusion There are many methods for preparing PS animal models, but there are still significant differences in the selection of animal species, age, criteria for successful modeling, and TCM syndrome evaluation in the related literature.

DC fault current limiters can rapidly restrict the rise of fault currents， but attention needs to be paid to their dynamic current-limiting characteristics during fault impact. To address this， a study on the fault impact characteristics of a resistive-type current limiter is conducted. Firstly， mathematical expressions for the DC voltage and the withstandable fault current before and after the limiter is connected are theoretically analyzed and derived. Subsequently， a high-current DC impact platform is established， and a laboratory prototype of the current limiter is developed. A limiter model is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform to conduct simulation analysis of the impact characteristics. Finally， high-current impact tests are performed on the resistive-type current limiters with single-coil and multi-coil parallel structures. Simulation and experimental results indicate that with increasing fault impact， the limiters’ resistance rises more rapidly and to a greater extent after reaching the critical limits， resulting in a more effective current-limiting performance. Additionally， at lower impact voltages， the current-limiting resistance exhibits a rapid rise followed by a decrease trend.

With the increasing instability and the participation of more participants in the aviation manufacturing supply chain,the risks faced by the management of the aviation manufacturing supply chain is also increased. For the risk management in the aviation manufacturing supply chain network,the complex network is taken as a tool to study the identification of key nodes in the supply chain network to help the aviation supply chain improve its risk resistance ability. By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of China's aviation manufacturing supply chain network,the formation mechanism of the supply chain and dividing the supply chain hierarchy are proposed to construct the aviation manufacturing supply chain complex network and define the indicators. Three classical centrality algorithms,namely degree centrality,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality,and the traditional K-Shell method are weighted and improved. And in combination with the entropy-TOPISIS method,a WKC algorithm for identifying the key nodes of the supply chain for the weighted network is proposed. The feasibility and validity of this algorithm are verified by constructing a network to analyze a numerical example. The results show that the proposed WKC algorithm has scientific principles and low computational complexity,and provides a certain reference for risk management in the supply chain of high-end equipment manufacturing industries such as aviation manufacturing.

Objective To analysis the modeling characteristics of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) animal models, and provide the reference for the standardization of DOR animal models. Methods The research articles on DOR animal models were retrieved. Microsoft Excel 2010 software was used to summarize the experimental animal species, modeling methods, modeling cycles, high-frequency detection indexes and types of positive drugs documented in the literature, and the data results were evaluated and analyzed by NoteExpress software. Results A total of 93 research articles on DOR that met the criteria were enrolled. And it was found that, SD rat was the most frequently used animal type (68 times, 73.12%), followed by C57BL/6 mouse (13 times, 13.98%), while the tripterygium wilfordii treatment was the most frequently used modeling method (38 times, 40.86%), followed by the cyclophosphamide treatment (28 times, 30.11%) for DOR animal models. The high frequency detection indicators were vaginal exfoliation cytology detection (93 times, 23.97%) and HE staining to observe histopathological changes (72 times, 18.56%). Among these 64 research articles containing positive control drugs, the most frequently used western drug was estrogen (50 times,62.50%) and Chinese Traditional medicine was Kuntai capsules (2 times, 2.50%). Conclusions SD rats are mostly used to induce modeling in animal experiments on DOR through tripterygium wilfordii and cyclophosphamide, which can effectively improve the experimental efficiency. It is recommended to integrate the results of ovarian histopathology and serum biochemical indexes for model assessment.

Lift capacity is the key performance of the launch vehicle, and high chemical energy bi-propellants are commonly used for the modern large liquid rockets. The residual unburned propellant has a strong effect on the lift capacity and the lift efficiency, especially for the orbital stages. In this paper, the bias residual control of high mixture ratio propellant is studied, three models, including equal-probability depletion model (EPDM), equal-mass residual model(EMRM) and optimum residual model(ORM) are analyzed. Comparing with the traditional equal-probability depletion, the bias residual control of bi-propellants, especially for LOX and LH2, is benefit to the lift capacity. The effect between EMRM and ORM on the residual unburned propellant is negligible, and the EMRM is preferred in engineering.

Modeling of the hydrogen production systerm is of great significance to energy consumption reduction and the study of the interaction characteristics of different flows in integrated energy systems. The working principle and physical characteristics of the alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production system are analyzed. A static model of the alkaline electrolyzer for hydrogen production is established through electrochemical equations and parameter fitting. Based on the model， a dynamic model of the equivalent circuit of the electrolyzer load is analyzed. The broadband impedance spectrum （BIS） of the electrolyzer is obtained by using DC plus small disturbance voltage. The values of impedance parameters in the model are calculated by Fourier analysis. Finally， the values are simulated by a model established in MATLAB environment. The accuracy of the dynamic model is verified by in comparison to the measured data.

ObjectiveTo analyze the gross pathological data of sudden cardiac death （SCD） with different causes, to provide data support for the identification of sudden cardiac death with unknown causes.MethodsA total of 167 adult SCD cases in the archive of the Forensic Expertise Institute of Nanjing Medical University from 2010 to 2020 were collected. The gross pathological data of SCD cases were summarized and the characteristics of different causes of death were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe ratio of male to female SCD cases was 3.4∶1. Coronary heart disease was the leading cause of SCD， and mainly distributed in people over 40 years old. SCD caused by myocarditis was mainly distributed in young people and the mean age of death was （34.00±9.55） years. By analyzing the differences in cardiac pathological parameters of SCD with different causes, it was found that the aortic valve circumference was significantly dilated in the SCD caused by aortic aneurysm or dissection （P

Background The long-term mortality of kidney transplantation patients with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome remains high, and the efficacy of the main treatment eculizumab is still controversial.Objective A comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis of clinical trials using eculizumab in renal transplant patients with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of this therapy and its impact on renal function.Methods A comprehensive systematic search was conducted across multiple reputable databases, including Ovid (MEDLINE, EMBASE), PubMed, and the Cochrane Library (since database inception), to identify relevant studies exploring the use of eculizumab in patients with atypical hemolytic uremic kidney transplantation. Various renal function parameters, such as dialysis, rejection, glomerular filtration rate, serum creatinine, lactate dehydrogenase, and platelet count, along with patient relapse rates, were extracted and summarized using a combination of robust statistical methods, including fixed effects, random effects, and general inverse variance methods.Result Eighteen trials with 618 subjects were analyzed. Our analysis suggests that the use of eculizumab is associated with a reduced likelihood of AHUS recurrence (odds ratio (OR) = 0.05, 95% CI: 0.00–0.13), as well as a significant reduction in the need for dialysis (odds ratio (OR) = 0.13, 95% CI: 0.01–0.32). Additionally, eculizumab treatment led to lower serum creatinine levels (mean differences (MD) = 126.931μmoI/L, 95% CI: 115.572μmoI/L–138.290μmoI/L) and an improved glomerular filtration rate (mean differences (MD) = 59.571 ml/min, 95% CI: 57.876 ml/min–61.266 mL/min). Our results also indicate that the use of eculizumab reduces the likelihood of rejection (odds ratio (OR) = 0.09, 95% CI: 0.01–0.22). Furthermore, the drug was effective in improving platelet counts (×10∧9/L) (mean differences (MD) = 163.421, 95% CI: 46.998–279.844) and lactate dehydrogenase levels (mean differences (MD) = 336.608 U/L, 95% CI: 164.816 U/L–508.399 U/L).Conclusions Based on the meta-analysis, treatment with eculizumab can reduce dialysis rates and improve patients’ quality of life by enhancing renal function.

The outcome of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) patients is poor, given resistance to gemcitabine. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) has been implicated in the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancer; however, its function and mechanism in PAAD resistance to gemcitabine (GEM) are yet unknown. Herein, we demonstrate that lncRNA DSCR9 is significantly reduced in PAAD in vitro and in vivo. CCK-8, BrdU and flow cytometry assays show that overexpression of DSCR9 markedly suppresses pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and invasion, and promotes apoptosis under gemcitabine treatment. BTG2 acts as a tumor suppressor by reducing the proliferation and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells and increasing gemcitabine-induced apoptosis. Immunofluorescence (IF) staining combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) of pancreatic cancer tissues shows that DSCR9 and BTG2 are both increased in pancreatic cancer tissues. Luciferase assay shows that miR-21-5p simultaneously binds to DSCR9 and 3′UTR of BTG2; DSCR9 relieves miR-21-5p-induced inhibition of BTG2 by competing with BTG2 for miR-21-5p binding. Overexpression of miR-21-5p enhances the invasiveness of pancreatic cancer cells by promoting cancer cell proliferation and invasion and attenuating gemcitabine-induced apoptosis. Overexpression of miR-21-5p attenuates the effect of DSCR9 overexpression on BTG2 expression and invasiveness of pancreatic cancer cells. Finally, miR-21-5p expression is increased, while BTG2 expression is decreased in pancreatic cancer tissues. miR-21-5p is negatively correlated with DSCR9 and BTG2. In conclusion, the DSCR9/miR-21-5p/BTG2 axis modulates pancreatic cancer proliferation, invasion, and gemcitabine resistance.

Effect of annealing treatment on tensile properties, intergranular corrosion, macrostructure and microstructure of Al-6.0Mg-1.0Zn-0.8Mn-0.2Cu-0.2Er-0.1Zr hot-rolled plate as studied by hardness testing, tensile testing, intergranular corrosion, OM, EBSD and TEM. The results show that the stabilization work window of the plate is 230℃/18 h, 240℃/6 h and 250-270℃/2 h. After 250℃/2 h, the alloy plate presents the best comprehensive performance with 263 MPa yield strength and 6.732 mg/cm2 mass loss. 250℃/2 h is selected as the optimal stabilization process for hot rolled plate by combining the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Through selected area electron diffraction (SEAD) and energy spectrum analysis, the second phase at the grain boundary and in the grain are all the T-Mg32(AlZn)49 phases. After annealing at 250℃/2 h, the T phase in grains gradually grows up and re-dissolves, and the morphology changes from square to short rod. The T phase are discontinuous and the spacing becomes larger at grain boundary, which shows good corrosion resistance.

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) have enormous potential in producing human tissues endlessly. We previously reported that type V collagen (COL5), a pancreatic extracellular matrix protein, promotes islet development and maturation from iPSCs. In this study, we identified a bioactive peptide domain of COL5, WWASKS, through bioinformatic analysis of decellularized pancreatic ECM (dpECM)-derived collagens. RNA-sequencing suggests that WWASKS induces the formation of pancreatic endocrine progenitors while suppressing the development of other types of organs. The expressions of hypoxic genes were significantly downregulated in the endocrine progenitors formed under peptide stimulation. Furthermore, we unveiled an enhancement of iPSC-derived islets’ (i-islets) glucose sensitivity under peptide stimulation. These i-islets secrete insulin in a glucose responsive manner. They were comprised of α, β, δ, and γ cells and were assembled into a tissue architecture similar to that of human islets. Mechanistically, the peptide is able to activate the canonical Wnt signaling pathway, permitting the translocation of β-catenin from the cytoplasm to the nucleus for pancreatic progenitor development. Collectively, for the first time, we demonstrated that an ECM-derived peptide dictates iPSC fate toward the generation of endocrine progenitors and subsequent islet organoids.

Objective： To explore the relationship between functional properties of rice glutelin fibril aggregates （RGFAs） solution formed by different storage and heating time. Methods: The RGFAs samples were prepared by heating rice glutelin （RG） at 85 ℃ and pH 2.0 for 2~15 h, and stored at 4 ℃ for 1 day and 4 days, respectively. The surface hydrophobicity, emulsifying property, shear viscosity of RGFAs samples as well as the gelatinization characteristics and hydrolysis rate of the mixture of RGFAs and starch were measured. Results: After storage at 4 ℃ for 4 days, the emulsifying properties were significantly improved. The surface hydrophobicity of RGFAs solution formed by heat treatment for 2~10 h decreased significantly （P＜0.05）, while the surface hydrophobicity of RGFAs solution formed after 15 h of heat treatment did not change significantly （P＞0.05）, and the shear viscosity of 15 h-RGFAs solution decreased. The gelatinization temperature of the mixture of starch and 2 h-RGFAs stored for 1 day was the lowest （83.98±0.08） ℃, and the hydrolysis rate of the mixture of starch and RGFAs samples stored for 1 day was lower than that of other samples. Conclusion: The inhibition of wheat starch hydrolysis by RGFAs samples stored for 1 day was better than that by RGFAs samples stored for 4 days.

Objective To construct a photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor based on a 3-dimensional (3-D) rigid DNA bridge nanoprobe for the analysis of DNA methylation sites. Methods Titanium dioxide (TiO2) suspension was dropped onto the surface of ITO electrode to form a thin film; gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were deposited on the TiO2 nanofilm by potentiometric stripping, and then the 3-D rigid DNA bridge probe was fixed to the electrode surface by Au-S binding. Furthermore, the 5-methylcytosine antibody and cadmium telluride quantum dots (Ab-CdTe QDs) conjugate were prepared. In the presence of the target sequence, the 5-methylcytosine specifically bound to the antibody, and made Ab-CdTe QDs connect to the electrode surface, and then a co-sensitized structure with AuNPs/TiO2 was formed to enhance the photoelectric signal. The PEC signal response of the sensor was measured in phosphate buffer (PBS) containing L-ascorbic acid (AA). Results 3-D rigid DNA bridge nanoprobes were successfully prepared. The optimal concentration of TiO2 suspension was 4 mg/mL, and that of 5-methylcytosine antibody was 10 μg/ml. Under the optimal experimental conditions, 5 electrodes prepared under the same condition were tested parallelly, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was only 1.8%. After 4 weeks, the photocurrent of the sensor still maintained 92.5% of the initial value. Meanwhile, the sensor presented good selectivity to the target sequence, and the photoelectric response value exhibited a linear relationship with the number of DNA methylation sites. The regression equation was ΔI=-0.004 7+4.011 4×N, and the coefficient of determination R2 was 0.999 7. Conclusion The developed photoelectrochemical sensor involves excellent stability and specificity, and can be used for quantitative detection of multi-site DNA methylation.

BACKGROUND The carbonatite-type molybdenum metallogenic belt in East Qinling is the largest molybdenum metallogenic belt in the world. The Huanglongpu deposit is one of the earliest discovered carbonatite-type molybdenum deposits in China. Our field survey found that the uranium grade of ores in this deposit was higher than the industrial uranium grade, being similar to the Huayangchuan U-Nb-Pb-REE deposit in the Qinling Orogenic Belt. However, the occurrences and mineralogical characteristics of radioactive elements are still unclear. OBJECTIVES To explore the main mineral assemblages, U occurrences and other characteristics of uranium ores in the Huanglongpu deposit. METHODS The detailed geological survey, μ-XRF, SEM and EDS analyses were carried out on the high-radioactivity ore from the Huanglongpu deposit. RESULTS The results showed that major uranium minerals in the Huanglongpu deposit were brannerite, betafite and uraninite, which were associated with calcite, feldspar, pyrite, molybdenite and chalcopyrite. Significant alteration and replacement of uranium minerals were observed in the studied ore sample. The betafite was transformed into Nb-rich Ti-Fe oxides after alteration. After alteration of brannerite and uraninite, a large number of cavities were formed within those minerals. The post-ore fluids were possible from meteoric water. The textural differences of altered brannerite and uraninite on BSE images suggested the variable chemical composition. CONCLUSIONS μ-XRF technology has a great application prospect in the future research of uranium deposit genesis and prospecting prediction.

According to the common structure characteristics of the plug-in fillet weld, a new weld defect detecting method was presented in this paper. The flexible phased array probe was inserted into the internal surface of the tube under water immersion during the detection process. The beam focusing model of convex flexible phased array was theoretically analyzed. Meanwhile, the acoustic focus beam with CIVA software were simulated. The typical flaws were added to the model of plug-in fillet weld, and defect response were obtained. The sample of the plug-in fillet weld with artificial flaws is manufactured, the system was calibrated in the laboratory. The experiment results indicated that this technique can successfully detect the typical flaws of crack, slag and porosity. Finally, the technique was applied to the manufacture quality inspection of the products, one incomplete penetration and one porosity were detected. The detecting system can effectively ensure the general welding flaws of the product were detected.

In this paper, we establish some sharp maximal function estimates for certain Toeplitz-type operators associated with some fractional integral operators with general kernel. As an application, we obtain the boundedness of the Toeplitz-type operators on the Lebesgue, Morrey and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces. The operators include the Littlewood-Paley operator, Marcinkiewicz operator and Bochner-Riesz operator.

In the era of big data, data contain great value and become important strategic resource in today??s information society. However, a large number of inconsistent data occur during the process of data update and management, which causes unpredictable side effects for enterprises. There are three repair methods based on functional dependencies. The first two methods strongly rely on the Master data or confidence value of given tuples provided by enterprises, which are hard to fulfill in real application. And the third kind of repair method based on the minimal deletion principle will cause the loss of information. Moreover, when solving the conflicts of [X→Y], existing methods only support modifying Y attribute. In view of the shortcomings mentioned above, with the situation of missing tuple confidence, this paper proposes an increased data repair with confidence value token, which can be divided into two parts: the first part is to generate confidence value token automatically by analyzing operator log and knowledge rules, and the second part includes an increased repair strategy which can determine the repair of X or Y attributes according to the confidence value token. Meanwhile, the target value is chosen to repair dirty data with the combination of conditional probability. Experimental results show that the proposed method has high reliability and scalability.

To reveal the effect of freeze-thaw on the pore structure of coal, a freeze-thaw test was carried out on the coal sample using a freeze-thaw machine. The pore evolution of coal samples under different freeze-thaw cycles was analyzed by using acoustic velocimeter and nuclear magnetic resonance equipment. The result shows that freeze-thaw can damage the pore structure and promote the development of pore of coal sample, and reduce the wave velocity of coal samples. With increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the micropore and mesopore of coal sample continue to expand and communicate, resulting in a significant increase in the number of macropore, the connectivity of pores, total porosity, residual porosity effective porosity and permeability of coal samples has increased, indicating that freeze-thaw can improve the permeability of coal seam, which is conducive to the extraction of coalbed methane.

From the three perspectives of government policy support, school teaching system and enterprise talent demand, it puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of a talent training model that adapts to intelligent mining, so as to cultivate innovative talents and realize the scientific application and development of intelligent mining.

Objective: Uncertainty assessment of the content of synthetic capsaicin, natural capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in edible oils and fats by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was carried out, and the sources of uncertainty and the key factors affecting the test results were analyzed, so as to improve the accuracy of test results. Methods: To establish a mathematical model for the uncertainty of the content of synthetic capsaicin, natural capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in edible oils and fats, to analyze the factors that may introduce uncertainty in the detection process, and to evaluate each uncertainty component. Results: The contents of synthetic capsaicin, natural capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in edible oil were （0.250±0.032）, （0.123±0.015）, （0.130±0.014） μg/kg, k=2. Conclusion: This uncertainty is mainly derived from the linear fitting of the standard curve and the uncertainty introduced by the analysis of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Li-rich manganese cathode material(LMCM)is considered to be the most promising cathode material for the next generation of Li-ion battery due to the advantages of high specific capacity (>250 mAh·g-1) and low cost. However, due to factors such as irreversible structural transformation of the cathode material during cycling, these materials suffer from many problems including high first irreversible capacity loss, energy decay, poor rate performance and voltage decay. The problems of LMCM can be partially improved by lattice doping, coating modification and structural optimization design, and the electrochemical performance as a cathode material for Li-ion batteries can be improved. This paper focuses on the primary problems and modification research work of LMCM. The causes of the problems existing in LMCM were firstly analysed. Then, the current research status of the main modification methods was elaborated. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of each modification method were discussed while the future research directions were pointed out. The current industrialization process and major challenges of LMCM materials were also discussed.Due to LMCM’s problems and the slow development of supporting materials,it is only produced in small batches in a few enterprises at present.

BACKGROUND The Huayangchua polymetallic deposit is a super-large mineral deposit that has economic endowments of uranium and rare earth resources. The deposit is characterized by the unique ore types and complex mineral assemblage. Systematic mineralogical studies can reveal the main rare-earth minerals and the occurrence of REE, providing an important reference for the comprehensive utilization and metallurgical technology of rare earth elements. OBJECTIVES To provide new insight for mineralogy using the in-situ observation and analysis technology. METHODS The field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron microprobe analysis (EMPA) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) were used to systematically study ore minerals of the Huayangchuan deposit. RESULTS The rare earth elements in the Huayangchuan deposit mainly occurred in two states. Independent rare-earth minerals included allanite (La2O3 6.49%-7.61%, Ce2O3 11.50%-14.00%), monazite (La2O3 16.30%-21.21%, Ce2O3 32.06%-39.18%), bastnasite (La2O3 12.86%-14.20%, Ce2O3 36.67%-39.90%), fergusonite (La2O3 1.19%-2.11%, Ce2O3 1.29%-2.30%, Y2O3 22.67%-25.88%), and xenotime (La2O3 2.29%-3.58%, Ce2O3 1.89%-2.37%, Y2O3 39.77%-42.80%). REE also occurred as isomorphism in apatite, pyrochlore and sphene. CONCLUSIONS REE occurs as rare-earth minerals in the Huayangchuan deposit, including allanite, monazite, bastnasite, fergusonite and xenotime, as well as isomorphism in apatite, pyrochlore and sphene. The REEs in the Huayangchuan deposit are dominated by light rare earth elements, such as La and Ce, with minor heavy rare earth element Y.

Objective: To explore the possible preventive mechanism of Hunan expert group recommended Chinese medicine prescription of No. 2 (Pre-No. 2) against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by network pharmacology method. Methods: The target proteins of effective components and active compounds in Pre-No. 2 were screened by searching the Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP). A component-target-disease interac-tion network of Pre-No. 2 was constructed by Cytoscape 3.7.2, gene ontology (GO) analysis, and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) analysis of target protein pathway by DAVID. Results: A total of 163 compounds and 278 target protein targets in Pre-No. 2 were collected from the TCMSP database. Kaempferol, wogonin, 7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone, formononetin, isorhamnetin, and licochalcone A were the most frequent targets in the regulatory network. GO enrichment analysis showed that Pre-No. 2 regulated response to virus, viral processes, humoral immune responses, defense responses to virus and viral entry into host cells. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the formula regulated the NF-κB signaling pathway, B cell receptor signaling pathway, viral carcinogenesis, T cell signaling pathway and FcγR-mediated phagocytosis signaling pathway. Conclusions: Pre-No. 2 may play a preventive role against COVID-19 through regulation of the Toll-like signaling, T cell signaling, B cell signaling and other signaling pathways. It may re-gulate the immune system to protect against anti-influenza virus.

BackgroundClinical internship is an indispensable stage for nursing students to graduate successfully and become qualified nurses. However, COVID-19, a novel coronavirus disease with strong human-to-human transmission, hit China in late 2019 and forced the Chinese government to suspend classes and clinical internships. To cope with this situation, e-internship, which facilitate varied interactions without the need for direct contact, is used as an alternative strategy to help nursing students continue their internships.ObjectivesTo describe the perceptions and experiences of undergraduate nursing students in e-internships during the COVID-19 pandemic.MethodsA descriptive phenomenological design was adopted. Seventeen undergraduate nursing students in a major teaching hospital in Changsha, China, were recruited into the study. Data were collected through semi-structured, in-depth, face-to-face interviews. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using Colaizzi's approach.ResultsFour themes were captured from the data analysis: perceived images of clinical nurses in e-internships, psychological experience, perceived benefits of e-internships, and perceived limitations of e-internships.ConclusionsOur findings suggest that e-internship is a suitable method for training and cultivating undergraduate nursing students during a crisis. To enhance the efficiency of e-internships, guidelines and standards should be formulated, and effective measures should be taken to build better e-internship platforms. In the future, we suggest combine on-site internships with e-internships, thereby fully using their advantages, and improve the efficiency of internships as much as possible.

In order to validate the durability attribution of leaf-spring rubber bushing fast and effectively,with the inputs of six-component force from proving ground,and taking rear suspension multi-body model as a carrier,based on the road load data,by applying virtual iteration technique,the dynamic load of bushing has been extracted. In order to keep the connection between the test-rig and the road of proving ground,according to equivalent damage theory,the fatigue test procedure of test-rig has been draw up by using multi-block fatigue load method,and the time consuming of test-rig has been shortened,and acceleration factor of 5. 03 was achieved by comparing the test time of test-rig and proving ground,the bushing has ultimately passed the durability validation of test-rig.

To obtain a low-cost anode with low oxygen evolution potential and high catalytic activity for zinc electrowinning, Pb-0.2%Ag alloy was coated on an aluminum matrix surface by extrusion cladding technology, and a film layer with high catalytic performance was formed on the surface of the Pb-0.2%Ag alloy and Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag anode by anodization in a fluorine-containing sulfuric acid solution. The thickness and hardness of the film were studied using a microscopic image analyzer and digital microhardness tester, and the ultimate tensile strengths of the two anodes were compared using an electronic tensile tester. The phase, morphology, and electrochemical performance of the Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag and Pb-0.2%Ag anode surface film were investigated using X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, anodic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag anode surface forms a dense and thick oxide film layer more easily than the Pb-0.2%Ag anode and the hardness of the film layer is increased by 41.64%; moreover, the main phase is β-PbO2, and the oxide film layer exhibits good electrocatalytic activity. The ultimate tensile strength of the new anode was 1.3 times that of the traditional anode, which greatly improves the mechanical properties of the anode material. Analytical data of anodic polarization curves reveal that the Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag/PbO2 anode shows low oxygen evolution potential (1.35 V vs MSE, 500 A·m-2) and high exchange current density (7.079×10-5 A·m-2) in zinc electrowinning system. Analytical data of cyclic voltammetry and EIS curves indicate that the Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag/PbO2 anode has higher electrocatalytic activity, larger surface roughness, and smaller charge transfer resistance. In the zinc electrowinning experiment, the average cell voltage of the fence-like Al-rod-Pb-0.2%Ag/PbO2 anode was 75 mV less than that of the traditional Pb-0.2% Ag anode, and the production of anode slime was greatly reduced.

Objective: Natural language processing (NLP) was used to excavate and visualize the core content of syndrome element syndrome differentiation (SESD). Methods: The first step was to build a text mining and analysis environment based on Python language, and built a corpus based on the core chapters of SESD. The second step was to digitalize the corpus. The main steps included word segmentation, information cleaning and merging, document-entry matrix, dictionary compilation and information conversion. The third step was to mine and display the internal information of SESD corpus by means of word cloud, keyword extraction and visualization. Results: NLP played a positive role in computer recognition and comprehension of SESD. Different chapters had different keywords and weights. Deficiency syndrome elements were an important component of SESD, such as “Qi deficiency” “Yang deficiency” and “Yin deficiency”. The important syndrome elements of substantiality included “Blood stasis” “Qi stagnation”, etc. Core syndrome elements were closely related. Conclusions: Syndrome differentiation and treatment was the core of SESD. Using NLP to excavate syndromes differentiation could help reveal the internal relationship between syndromes differentiation and provide basis for artificial intelligence to learn syndromes differentiation. Objective: To investigate the potential molecular mechanism of Xin Hui Tong Formula (XHTF) in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) by using network pharmacology and bioinformatics. Methods: The targets network of CHD was constructed through Therapeutic Targets Database (TTD) and Drugbank database; The XHTF pharmacodynamic molecule-targets network and the XHTF pharmacodynamic molecule-CHD targets network were explored by the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform (TCMSP). And the multi-targets mechanism and molecular regulation network of XHTF in the treatment of CHD were explored from multiple perspectives by Gene Ontology (GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database pathway enrichment analysis. Results: A total of 88 CHD targets were screened out through the Therapeutic Targets and the Drugbank database. 393 compounds and corresponding 205 drug targets of XHTF were retrieved from TCMSP. A total of 13 known targets directly related to the development of CHD were retrieved from the disease-related databases: TP53, MAPK14, NFKB1, HSPA5, PLG, PTGS2, ADRB1, NOS2, CYP3A4, GRIA2, CYP2A6, GRIA1, PTGS1. XHTF also contained 118 drug targets that directly interact with CHD targets. GO enrichment analysis showed that the biological processes of 13 direct targets proteins were found to be mainly enriched in response to drug, cellular response to biotic stimulus, long-chain fatty acid metabolic process, fatty acid metabolic process and regulation of blood pressure. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis found that XHTF participated in the CHD pathological process mainly through retrograde endocannabinoid signaling, regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes, cAMP signaling pathway, chemical carcinogenesis and other pathways. Conclusions: XHTF plays a role in the treatment of CHD through multiple targets and multiple pathways, and provides a scientific basis for the theory of “virtual standard” in the treatment of CHD.
