As the internet of vehicles (IoV) technology develops, it promotes the intelligent interaction among vehicles, roadside units, and the environment. Nevertheless, it also brings vehicle information security challenges. In recent years, vehicle data sharing is suffering to algorithm substitution attacks (ASA), which means backdoor adversaries can carry out filtering attacks through data sharing. Therefore, this paper designs a blockchain‐based proxy re‐encryption (PRE) scheme with cryptographic reverse firewall (BIBPR‐CRF) for IoV. In our proposal, CRF can promise the internal safety of vehicle units. More specifically, it can prevent ASA attacks while ensuring chosen plaintext attack (CPA)‐security. Meanwhile, the PRE algorithm can provide the confidential sharing and secure operation of data. Moreover, we use a consortium blockchain service center (CBSC) to store the first ciphertext and re‐encrypt it with smart contracts on the blockchain, which can avoid single point of failure and achieve higher efficiency compared to proxy servers. Finally, we evaluate the performance of BIBPR‐CRF with regard to communication cost, computational cost, and energy consumption. This paper is concerned with a cancer invasion model that incorporates porous medium diffusion (Δum) and extracellular matrix remodeling effects [ηω(1 − u − ω)] in a bounded domain of R N (N ≥ 2). Rich achievements have been achieved for the case η = 0 in the past ten years for the nonlinear diffusion case, but there is no any progress for η > 0. In this paper, we pay our attention to the global existence of solutions of the case η > 0, and establish the critical exponent m * = 2 N − 2 N of global solvability. More precisely, if m > m*, the solution will always exist globally, while if m < m*, there exist blow-up solutions. In this system, the remodeling effect of extracellular matrix [ηω(1 − u − ω)] bring some essential difficulties to the estimation of the haptotactic term, so the main technique we used is completely different from the case of η = 0. Studies have found that blood flow to the renal medulla is an important determinant of pressure-natriuresis and the long-term regulation of arterial pressure. First, a brief review of methods developed enabling the study of the medullary circulation is presented. Second, studies performed in rats are presented showing medullary blood flow plays a vital role in the pressure-natriuresis relationship and thereby in hypertension. Third, it is shown that chronic reduction of medullary blood flow results in hypertension and that enhancement of medullary blood flow reduces hypertension hereditary models of both salt-sensitive rats and salt-resistant forms of hypertension. The key role that medullary nitric oxide production plays in protecting this region from ischemic injury associated with circulating vasoconstrictor agents and reactive oxygen species is presented. Background: Secretoneurin is a neuropeptide with several neuroprotective properties. Here, we discuss the importance of serum secretoneurin in assessing severity and predicting delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) and functional outcomes following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Methods: A prospective cohort study of 167 patients with aSAH and 100 controls was performed to determine serum secretoneurin levels. Severity was reflected by the Hunt-Hess and modified Fisher scores. Prognostic parameters included DCI and poor 6-month prognosis (extended Glasgow outcome scale scores of 1– 4). Univariate analysis followed by multivariate analysis was performed to determine the correlation between severity and prognosis. Results: Compared to controls, patients exhibited a marked elevation in serum secretoneurin levels. Serum secretoneurin levels, which were independently correlated with Hunt-Hess scores and modified Fisher scores, independently predicted DCI and bad 6-month prognosis. Serum secretoneurin levels, which were linearly related to the risk of DCI and poor prognosis under a restricted cubic spline, effectively distinguished the risks under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Subgroup analysis for prognosis or DCI prediction revealed no substantial interactions between serum secretoneurin levels and other variables, such as age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, alcohol consumption, and cigarette consumption. In addition, the prognosis model, in which serum secretoneurin, Hunt-Hess scale, and modified Fisher scale were merged, was graphically represented by a nomogram and performed well under the calibration, decision, and ROC curves. Conclusion: Serum secretoneurin levels significantly increased after aSAH, which was intimately correlated with disease severity and independently associated with DCI and worse outcomes, indicating that serum secretoneurin may be a potential prognostic biomarker of aSAH. Power-to-gas technology and demand response strategy are effective approaches to improve the flexibility and efficiency of energy systems. This paper proposes a multi-objective operation optimization model for an electro-thermal integrated energy system considering power to gas and demand response strategies. First, the structure of integrated energy system and the demand response model of different types of electro-thermal loads are proposed. Second, the operation optimization model of integrated energy system is established with three objectives of total cost minimization, carbon emission minimization, and energy curtailment rate minimization. A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining multi-objective particle swarm optimization and VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje technique is employed to solve the proposed model. Then, an industrial park in North China is studied. The results indicate that power to gas can reduce the total cost, carbon emission, and energy curtailment rate by 8.18%, 11.92%, and 75.80%, respectively, and the demand response also has a positive impact on system performance. Background: Stanniocalcin-1 (STC1) may harbor anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties, thereby exerting neuroprotective effects. This study was done with the intent to determine the role of serum STC1 in severity assessment and prognosis prediction of severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI). Methods: In this prospective longitudinal cohort study of 104 sTBI patients and 104 healthy individuals (controls), serum STC1 levels were quantified. Severity indicators were Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Rotterdam computed tomography classification. Follow-up time was 180 days and extended Glasgow outcome scale (GOSE) score 1– 4 was deemed as poor prognosis. Multivariate analyses were applied to assess severity correlations and prognosis associations. Discriminative efficiencies were estimated in terms of area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). Results: Patients exhibited significantly higher serum STC1 levels than controls. Serum STC1 levels were substantially elevated in order of GCS scores from 8 to 3, Rotterdam scores from 3 to 6 and 180-day GOSE scores from 8 to 1. Also, serum STC1 levels were independently correlated with GCS scores, Rotterdam scores and 180-day GOSE scores. Serum STC1 levels were independently associated with 180-day death, overall survival and poor prognosis, as well as were efficiently predictive of death and poor prognosis. Prediction model containing GCS scores, Rotterdam scores and serum STC1 levels, as opposed to any of them, showed higher discriminative ability for the risks of death and poor prognosis. Alternatively, serum STC1 levels were linearly correlated with risk of death, overall survival and poor prognosis under restricted cubic spline. Subgroup analysis showed that serum STC1 levels non-statistically significantly interacted with age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc. Conclusion: A significant elevation of serum STC1 levels is highly related to severity and clinical outcome, suggesting that serum STC1 may be a potential prognostic biomarker of sTBI. In this paper, we consider the chemotaxis-Navier-Stokes model with realistic boundary conditions matching the experiments of Hillesdon, Kessler et al. in a two-dimensional periodic strip domain. For the lower boundary, we impose the usual homogeneous Neumann-Neumann-Dirichlet boundary condition. While, for the upper boundary, since it is open to the atmosphere, we consider three kinds of different mixed non-homogeneous boundary conditions, that is, (i) Neumann-Dirichlet-Navier slip boundary condition; (ii) Zero flux-Dirichlet-Navier slip boundary condition; (iii) Zero flux-Robin-Navier slip boundary condition. For boundary conditions (i) and (iii), the existence and uniqueness of global classical solutions for any initial data and any large chemotactic sensitivity coefficient is established, and for boundary condition (ii), the existence and uniqueness of global classical solutions for any initial data and small chemotactic sensitivity coefficient is proved.
