Abstract Background The objective of this investigation is to analyze the levels and clinical relevance of serum PYCARD (Pyrin and CARD domain-containing protein, commonly known as ASC—apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase activation and recruitment domain), interleukin-38 (IL-38), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in individuals afflicted with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Our study comprised 88 individuals diagnosed with RA who sought medical attention at the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University during the period spanning November 2021 to June 2023, constituting the test group. Additionally, a control group of 88 individuals who underwent health assessments at the same hospital during the aforementioned timeframe was included for comparative purposes. The study involved the assessment of IL-38, IL-6, PYCARD, anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) levels in both groups. In order to reveal the influence law of coating thickness on the blackness， corrosion resistance and hardness of black micro-arc oxidation coatings on aluminum alloy for promoting their practical application，6061 aluminum alloy was treated by micro-arc oxidation in silicatevanadate composite solution systems，and black ceramics coatings with different coating thickness on aluminum alloy were obtained through controlling micro-arc oxidation time.The surface structure， composition and roughness of the black ceramic coatings were characterized by thickness gauge， roughometer， SEM and EDS.Moreover， the effects of coating thickness on the blackness， microhardness and corrosion resistance of the black ceramic coatings were studied by using colorimeter， Vickers hardness tester and electro-chemistry workstation.Results showed that the coating thickness had great influence on the surface morphology， roughness， color features， microhardness and corrosion resistance.As the micro-arc oxidation time increased， the thickness of coatings increased， the surface of the coating became rougher， the number of discharge micropores on the surface declined， and the diameter of the discharge micropores increased.When the thickness increased to 30.786 μm， the size of discharge micropores increased significantly， reaching 10 μm.As the coating thickness increased， the blackness and microhardness of ceramic coatings improved， while the corrosion resistance increased firstly and then decreased.When the thickness reached 20.781 μm， the ceramic coating had higher microhardness and blackness， and showed the best corrosion resistance， with the self-corrosion current density of 1.093×10-6 A/cm2 in 3.5%(mass fraction) NaCl solution.

Aiming at the main problems that affect the security of airborne computing platform after virtualization, such as time-space isolation, fault isolation and schedulability, this paper studies the security level evaluation of airborne computing platform under virtualization environment. Considering the characteristics of virtualized avionics system, a security calculation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and gray correlation analysis(GARD) is proposed. The safety evaluation decision tree of airborne virtualization computing platform is established, and the weight of each safety capability is calculated by AHP method, and the overall safety score of the system is given. On this basis, combined with GRAP method and referring to the safety evaluation of avionics system, the safety level with the highest adaptability between the test system and DAL safety level requirements is calculated, realizing security grade evaluation of airborne computing platform under virtualization environment.

The past few years have witnessed an increasing incidence of nodular goiter (NG), with a well-documented higher prevalence in females than males. This gender disparity has led research to focus primarily on female subjects, potentially overlooking common pathogenic mechanisms in both sexes. In this study, we investigated the shared pathogenesis of NG in males and females. Utilizing a rat model and RNA sequencing, we identified differentially expressed genes associated with the disease. We further validated these findings in normal human thyroid cells and human papillary thyroid cancer cells. A randomized experiment was conducted with equal numbers of male and female rats divided into control and NG model groups. The NG model was established using propylthiouracil and various assessments such as thyroid ultrasonography, thyroid index, thyroid function, and thyroid histology were performed. Transcriptome analysis revealed numerous upregulated and downregulated genes in both male and female model groups. Key genes like KDR, FLT1, PDGFB, and CAV1, and pathways including PI3K-Akt, MAPK, Ras, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, calcium signaling, and Rap1 signaling pathways were linked with the disease. Western blot and immunofluorescence analysis confirmed these findings, which were further supported by cell-based experiments. In conclusion, our findings suggest that abnormal expression of specific genes and pathways leading to irregular cell growth, blood vessel formation, and inflammation may be common factors in the pathogenesis of NG in both males and females.

Two-dimensional (2D) Janus transition metal dichalcogenides MXY manifest novel physical properties owing to the breaking of out-of-plane mirror symmetry. Recently, the 2H phase of MoSH has been demonstrated to possess intrinsic superconductivity, whereas the 1T phase exhibits a charge density waves state. In this paper, we have systematically studied the stability and electron–phonon interaction characteristics of MoSLi. Our results have shown that both the 2H and 1T phases of MoSLi are stable, as indicated by the phonon spectrum and the ab initio molecular dynamics. However, the 1T phase exhibits an electron–phonon coupling constant that is twice as large as that of the 2H phase. In contrast to MoSH, the 1T phase of MoSLi exhibits intrinsic superconductivity. By employing the ab initio anisotropic Migdal-Eliashberg formalism, we have revealed the two-gap superconducting nature of 1T-MoSLi, with a transition temperature (Tc) of 14.8 K. The detailed analysis indicates that the superconductivity in 1T-MoSLi primarily originates from the interplay between the vibration of the phonon modes in the low-frequency region and the dz2 orbital. Abstract Objectives Allergic rhinitis (AR) refers to a form of respiratory inflammation that mainly affects the sinonasal mucosa. The purpose of this study was to explore the level of immune cell infiltration and the pathogenesis of AR. Methods We performed a comprehensive analysis of two gene expression profiles (GSE50223 and GSE50101, a total of 30 patients with AR and 31 healthy controls). CIBERSORT was used to evaluate the immune cell infiltration levels. Weighted gene coexpression network analysis was applied to explore potential genes or gene modules related to immune status, and enrichment analyses including gene ontology, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, gene set enrichment analysis, and gene set variation analysis, were performed to analyze the potential mechanisms in AR. A protein–protein interaction network was constructed to investigate the hub genes, and consensus clustering was conducted to identify the molecular subtypes of AR. Results Compared to the healthy controls, patients with AR had high abundance levels and proportions of CD4+ memory‐activated T cells. One hundred and eight immune‐related differentially expressed genes were identified. Enrichment analysis suggested that AR was mainly related to leukocyte cell‐cell adhesion, cytokine‐cytokine receptor interaction, T‐cell activation, and T‐cell receptor signaling pathway. Ten hub genes, including TYROBP, CSF1R, TLR8, FCER1G, SPI1, ITGAM, CYBB, FCGR2A, CCR1, and HCK, which were related to immune response, might be crucial to the pathogenesis of AR. Three molecular subtypes with significantly different immune statuses were identified. Conclusion This study improves our understanding of the molecular mechanisms in AR via comprehensive strategies and provides potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets of AR.

This paper explores the formation mechanisms of various architectural forms in a cultural transition region. A field investigation involving 504 ancestral shrines with Guangfu and Hakka styles in Shenzhen was performed. Then, spatial distribution analysis was conducted to reveal the regional structure of aggregation, penetration and juxtaposition of the architectural forms. Case studies were adopted to explain the integration modes of the architectural forms. The results show that, juxtaposition, as a typical mode of coexistence of architectural forms in cultural transition zones, mainly occurs in regions dominated by weak cultures. Through gathering densely in a small region, a weak culture can gain the ability to compete with a strong culture, thus forming a basis for achieving an equilibrium state. The approaches to the integration of architectural forms are diverse. The transformation of the architectural plane involves changes in social organization and cultural essence. The alteration of construction details and decoration involves a compromise regarding noncritical elements adopted by the weak culture to maintain its original characteristics. Finally, their shared human and natural environmental “genes” give the buildings in the cultural transition region an underlying commonality. This study offers a significant addition to the cultural geography and architectural morphology literature.

随着人民日益增长的美好生活需要和科学技术的快速发展，我国食品行业，尤其是大豆蛋白加工产业的发展登上了新的台阶。为更好地引导大豆蛋白加工产业的健康可持续发展，对大豆蛋白加工产业的现状及发展趋势进行综述。从原料、产业链、加工企业及市场需求等4个方面，介绍了我国大豆蛋白原料供需、加工企业规模、产品结构等方面情况，分析了大豆蛋白产业亟须解决的问题及发展趋势。国产非转基因大豆在大豆蛋白加工产业中存在竞争优势，提高我国非转基因大豆的自给能力，研发高附加值的大豆蛋白产品，有利于形成与进口大豆错位竞争、相互补充的格局，从而促进我国大豆蛋白产业长期高质量发展。With the increasing needs of the Chinese people for a better life and the rapid development of science and technology, the development of Chinese food industry, especially the soybean protein processing industry, has reached a new level. In order to better guide the healthy and sustainable development of the soybean protein processing industry, the current situation and development trend of the soybean protein processing industry were reviewed. The supply and demand of soybean protein raw materials, the scale of processing enterprises, and product structure in China were introduced from four aspects: raw materials, industrial chain, processing enterprises, and market demand. The development trend, and urgent difficulties that need to be solved of the soybean protein industry were analyzed. The domestic non-transgenic soybeans has competitive advantages in the soybean protein processing industry. Improving the self-sufficiency of non-transgenic soybean in China and developing high value-added soybean protein products are conducive to form a pattern of dislocation competition and mutual supplementation with imported soybeans, so as to promote the long-term high-quality development of Chinese soybean protein industry.

A novel type of integral damping gear （IDG） is developed and designed to study the influence of different damping liquid viscosity of IDG on the vibration and noise reduction characteristics of the gear transmission system. The IDG damping mechanical model is established, and the effectiveness of IDG control of gear system vibration is analyzed. An experimental platform for the first-order spur gear transmission system is built to compare the vibration at the support of the ordinary spur gear system and the IDG system with different damping liquid viscosity. The results show that IDG can effectively control the vibration of the gear transmission shaft system. In the range of damping fluid viscosity used in this experiment, with the increase of the damping fluid viscosity used in IDG, the vibration of the gear shaft system decreases gradually, and the average vibration reduction amplitude of IDG under the maximum viscosity is more than 50%. At the same time, IDG can effectively reduce the noise of the gear system, and the maximum viscosity can reduce 7.6 dB（A） noise. It is further proved that IDG has excellent vibration and noise reduction characteristics, which ensures the smooth operation of the gear transmission system and provides a new idea for vibration and noise reduction of the gear system.

Abstract Background The gut microbiota plays an essential role in maintaining gut homeostasis and improving performance, with the composition of microbial communities visibly differing across different laying stages in hens and significantly correlating with egg production. To gain further insights into the association between microbial community characteristics and laying periods in Hy-Line variety brown and Isa brown laying hens, we conducted a 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing survey. Results Our result revealed the diversity of bacteria in the early laying period was commonly higher than peak, and in Hy-Line variety brown laying hens were generally higher than Isa brown. Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) and permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) revealed that the structure and composition of the gut microbiota of laying hens exhibited significant differences among different groups. Phylum Firmicutes, Bacteroidota, Proteobacteria, and Fusobacteriota were found that dominant in the host’s feces. Therein, the abundance of Fusobacteriota was higher in the peak period than in the early period, while the abundance of Cyanobacteria in the early period was higher in two breeds of hens. Furthermore, random forest based on machine learning showed that there were several distinctly abundant genera, which can be used as potential biomarkers to differentiate the different groups of laying periods and breeds. In addition, the prediction of biological function indicated the existing discrepancy in microbial function among the microbiota of four groups. Conclusions Our findings offer new insights into the bacterial diversity and intestinal flora composition of different strains of laying hens during various laying periods, contributing significantly to the improvement of production performance and the prevention of chicken diseases.
