To summarize the practice of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds based on integration of medical care model for a patient with severe acute biliary pancreatitis. Doctors and nurses in charge developed the nursing plan cooperatively, and nurses carried out targeted nursing interventions based on the analysis of disease prognosis, clinical lab examination and clinical symptoms. The nursing rounds based on integration of medical care model was conducive to the recovery of the patient. Fully understand the development of suppliers in order to make better supplier selection. This paper is based on the knowledge graph, through the knowledge updating of the knowledge graph combined with the Transformer model for knowledge extraction of supplier entity relationship, forming the ternary semantic information of supplier entity relationship. Then, based on the big data platform for the construction of supplier holographic portrait and knowledge storage, through information integration, analysis and other links to identify the supplier attributes for label definition. Taking cell phone product suppliers as an example, we use Python technology to obtain relevant data and validate the specific role of supplier holographic portrait in terms of the supplier’s comprehensive strength, behavioral prediction, transaction closeness, and comprehensive evaluation. The results show that: the correlation between the comprehensive strength of suppliers and the amount of winning bids is strong, and its R2 test result is 0.5924, and it can realize the behavioral prediction of suppliers in the supply chain. Supplier H offers a range of cell phone products in 2022, which is 17.62%21.17% higher than the benchmark market price. The holographic portrait of suppliers based on a knowledge graph combined with a big data platform can meet the need to carry out an all-around analysis of suppliers and provide more accurate support for diversified decision-making on the demand side.

Purpose: Pain management for spinal facet joint (SFJ) and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain is challenging, often requiring interventions like radiofrequency ablation (RFA) or corticosteroid injections (CI). This study aims to assess and compare the effectiveness of CI and RFA in treating SFJ and SIJ pain. We combine these treatments due to their shared pathophysiology, similar therapeutic interventions, and the necessity for an integrated approach to spinal pain management. Patients and methods: Literature search from PubMed, Scopus, CENTRAL and Google Scholar for published studies upto 31st December 2023, and reporting data of patients who were treated using CI of RFA for SFJ and SIJ pain. Pooled standardized mean difference (SMD) with a 95% Confidence Interval (CI) was calculated. Results: Our meta-analysis incorporated thirteen studies. Overall, patients, treated with CI had a higher pain intensity score compared to patients treated with RFA (SMD=0.92; 95% CI: 0.19 to 1.65) at 3 months, and at 6 months (SMD=1.53; 95% CI: 0.66 to 2.40) after the treatment. No significant association was reported at 12 months (SMD=1.47; 95% CI: − 0.03 to 2.97). Subgroup analysis based on joint types revealed increased pain intensity scores in patients who were treated with CI for SIJ (SMD=1.25; 95% CI: 0.39 to 2.11) and SFJ (SMD=1.33; 95% CI: 0.09 to 2.57) pain. A negative but not significant effect was detected in patients, treated with CI for cervical joint pain (SMD=− 0.40; 95% CI: − 0.90 to 0.10). Patients treated with CI exhibited higher functional disability score compared to patients treated with RFA at 3 months (SMD=1.28; 95% CI: 0.20 to 2.35) post-treatment. Conclusion: This study suggests that RFA may offer superior pain relief with longer duration compared to steroid injections for spinal facet and sacroiliac joint pain. Silicon carbide nanofiber/silicon carbide (SiCnf/SiC) composites with a laminar stacking structure were prepared by the slurry impregnation hot‐press sintering using aluminum (Al) powder, boron (B) powder, and carbon black as sintering aids. SiCnf paper was fabricated using nanofibers and impregnated with the slurry of SiCnp and sintering aids, and the SiCnf/SiC preforms were fabricated by the alternating stack of the SiCnf paper and SiCnp. The pyrolysis carbon and boron nitride interface layers were deposited on the surface of SiCnf by chemical vapor deposition and vacuum impregnation‐pyrolysis methods. The effects of different sintering temperatures on the relative density, porosity, sectional microscopic morphology, and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the fracture toughness of SiCnf/SiC composites is significantly improved. The mechanical properties of the composites were optimized at a sintering temperature of 1950°C and a sintering pressure of 30 MPa, with flexural strength and fracture toughness of 548 MPa and 15.86 MPa·m1/2, respectively. In this work, stacked SiC fibers paper‐reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites (SiCnf/SiC CMCs) were prepared by nanoimpregnation and transient eutectic (NITE) process using ultra‐long single‐crystal SiC nanofibers. The effect of the SiCnf surface modification via boron nitride (BN) interphase deposition as well as the sintering additive (Al2O3–Y2O3) content on the density, microstructure, and mechanical properties of SiCnf/SiC CMCs has been investigated systematically. The results revealed that the laminated SiCnf/SiC CMCs feature a significant saw‐tooth‐like curve on the load–displacement test, which indicates that the obtained laminated structure with the weak interlayer binding owning to the BN coating treatment possesses significant toughening to the SiC ceramics. Specifically, the SiCnf/SiC CMCs with the sintering additive content of 12 wt% revealed a fracture toughness of over 10 MPa m1/2 after 60 min of BN interface deposition, which is 104.31% higher than that of the composites prepared without BN coating. In the paper [IMRN, 2022, no. 2, 1245-1269] of Brazke–Schikorra–Sire, the authors characterised the BMO function $u : \mathcal {M} \to \mathbb {R}$ by a Carleson measure condition of its $\sigma$ -harmonic extension $U:\mathcal {M}\times \mathbb {R}_+ \to \mathbb {R}$. This paper is concerned with the similar problem under a more general Dirichlet metric measure space setting, and the limiting behaviours of BMO & Carleson measure, where the heat kernel admits only the so-called diagonal upper estimate. More significantly, without the Ricci curvature condition, we relax the Ahlfors regularity to a doubling property, and remove the pointwise bound on the gradient of the heat kernel. Here, we report a strategy enabling triple switchable chemo‐, regio‐, and stereodivergence in newly developed palladium‐catalyzed cycloadditions of allenes. An asymmetric pseudo‐stereodivergent cycloaddition of allenes bearing a primary leaving group at the α‐position, where a dynamic kinetic asymmetric hydroalkoxylation of racemic unactivated allenes was the enantio‐determining step, is realized, providing four stereoisomers [(Z,R), (Z,S), (E,S), and (E,R)] containing a di‐substituted alkene scaffold and a stereogenic center. By tuning reaction conditions, a mechanistically distinctive cycloaddition is uncovered selectively with the same set of substrates. By switching the position of the leaving group of allenes, a cycloaddition involving an intermolecular O‐attack is disclosed. Diverse mechanisms of the cycloaddition reactions of allenes enable rapid access to structurally and stereochemically diverse 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazines in high efficiency and selectivity. Let |$({\mathcal{M}},d,\mu)$| be the metric measure space with a Dirichlet form |$\mathscr{E}$|⁠. In this paper, we obtain that the Campanato function and the Lipschitz function do always coincide. Our approach is based on the harmonic extension technology, which extends a function u on |${\mathcal{M}}$| to its Poisson integral P t u on |${\mathcal{M}}\times\mathbb{R}_+$|⁠. With this tool in hand, we can utilize the same Carleson measure condition of the Poisson integral to characterize its Campanato/Lipschitz trace, and hence, they are equivalent to each other. This equivalence was previously obtained by Macías–Segovia [Adv. Math. 1979]. However, we provide a new proof, via the boundary value problem for the elliptic equation. This study examined the psychometric properties of Strengths Knowledge Scale (SKS) and Strengths Use Scale (SUS) in a sample of 442 adolescents by the exploratory structural equation modeling. Correlations between strength use/strength knowledge and flourish, positive affect, negative affect, depression, anxiety, stress, and GPA were examined to illustrate criterion-related validities. Results showed good internal consistency reliability, expected structure factor, and convergent validity of the SKS and the SUS in the current sample.

Objective. This study is aimed at investigating the expression of Met and YAP in gastric cancer and their impact on clinical prognosis. Methods. Tissue samples and clinical data were collected from 89 patients with gastric cancer. Immunohistochemistry was performed to quantify the expression of Met and YAP using tissue microarray. The correlation between the expressions of Met, YAP, and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was determined using a chi-square test. Survival analysis was conducted using the Kaplan-Meier method, while multivariate survival analysis was performed using the Cox proportional hazard model. Bioinformatics analysis was carried out by downloading chip data from TCGA. Results. The expression levels of both Met and YAP were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues compared to adjacent tissues (P < 0.001). Met expression showed a positive association with P53 and CD133, whereas YAP expression correlated positively with tumor grade and CD133 (P < 0.05). Pearson's analysis revealed a significant correlation between Met expression and VEGFR as well as CD133, while YAP expression correlated with Ki67 and VEGFR (P < 0.05). Patients with high levels of both Met and YAP exhibited decreased survival time (P < 0.01). Furthermore, Met expression, N stage, and VEGFR were identified as independent risk factors for gastric cancer prognosis (P < 0.05), whereas no such association was observed for YAP expression. Bioinformatics analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between the expressions of Met and YAP; both proteins were highly expressed in gastric cancer patients accompanied by markedly reduced survival time. Conclusion. The expressions of Met and YAP are closely associated with the survival outcomes as well as clinicopathological features in patients with gastric cancer. ZIF-8-derived single atom catalysts (SACs) have been widely reported and show prospects for various electrocatalytic reactions. In addition to the coordination environments of the single atoms, the geometric shape and morphology of ZIF-8 also affect the catalytic performances, which is somewhat unnoticed and not studied thoroughly at the current stage. Herein, we report a polyelectrolyte brush-templated-growth approach to synthesize ZIF-8-derived SACs with different hollow carbon nanoarchitectures. An anionic spherical poly(acrylic acid) brush (PAA-SPB) with a highly negatively charged polyelectrolyte brush layer is rationally designed and used to grow ZIF-8 nanocrystals in situ via a spatial confinement strategy. Such an approach is verified for the synthesis of Fe, Co, Cu, and Pd single-atom catalysts, respectively. In particular, the as-synthesized Fe single-atom catalysts are used to highlight the advantages of this synthetic approach, realizing superior oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) performance and outperforming the benchmark Pt/C. The morphology and structure of a ZIF-8-derived carbon matrix based on PAA-SPB and its effect on the ORR performance are studied intensively. It is revealed that more Fe single atom active sites are exposed, while the mass transfer in the electrochemical process is promoted via the elaborate tuning of carbon architectures. This work provides a new synthetic strategy that is facile, controllable, and general for achieving the delicate design of the high-performance single-atom catalysts from the aspect of the supports.
