Because women in Indonesian society gain more experience in the family, one of which is education instilled through family gender culture, women's career aspirations are believed to have their own characteristics. In today's society, the current condition of female students' career expectations is apprehensive. Most of the female students do not have any professional characteristics, such as career aspirations. This research involving 109 female students from various cultural contexts will divide their findings into two categories: patriarchal family education and matriarchal family education. The main objective of this research is to investigate the career expectations of female students in relation to patriarchal and matriarchal family education, and to compare the two household categories. As a result, the majority of female students from societies that place a patriarchal emphasis on gender have expectations of career self-efficacy, whereas those from societies that place a matriarchal emphasis on gender have expectations of outcomes. Parametric analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was used for comparative analysis. The test results show F = 75.011 for career expectations on self-efficacy and F = 145.467 for outcome expectation (OE). 0.000 is a significant value for both variations.

Mathematical beliefs and metacognitive knowledge play significant roles in solving mathematical problems; thus, this study aims to investigate the influence of middle school students' beliefs on their metacognitive knowledge when solving geometry problems. This study utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research methods. A linear regression test was used to determine the effect of middle school students' beliefs on their metacognitive knowledge. The results of the quantitative research analysis were followed up with a qualitative research approach to describe the metacognitive knowledge of students who have high and low confidence in solving geometric problems. This research involved 352 middle school students in the Tarakan area. Based on the results of linear regression, it is known that the beliefs of middle school students have a positive effect on their metacognitive knowledge when solving geometric problems. In addition, it was found that students with different beliefs could solve a given geometry problem, but the approach to solving it varied among subjects. Middle school students have diverse beliefs, but these variations do not affect their capacity to apply their metacognitive knowledge at every stage of solving mathematical problems.

The objective of this research was to assess the efficacy of project-based learning in enhancing the analysis of student worksheets in the domains of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) with the integration of the ecoprint technique, focusing on its influence on student motivation and creativity. This investigation was conducted as a quasi-experiment involving a sample size of 150 students selected through cluster sampling. Data collection was executed using standardized tests, with instrument validity ascertained through the Aiken index and instrument reliability determined via Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis (MANOVA) and descriptive quantitative methods. The study's findings reveal a significant disparity in the mean scores of both learning motivation and student creativity. In conclusion, the implementation of project-based learning coupled with STEAM-based student worksheet analysis utilizing the ecoprint technique yields a substantial enhancement in learning motivation and student creativity. These findings underscore the success of employing STEAM-based worksheets in conjunction with the ecoprint method to foster students' motivation and creativity, as ecoprint inherently encompasses all STEAM components within the manufacturing process.

Abstraction is essential to learning mathematics because the mathematical concepts obtained through abstraction will be more meaningful than directly receiving these concepts. This study aims to describe the pre-service teachers' abstraction in constructing relationships among quadrilaterals. This research method was explorative qualitative research with a purposive sampling technique. The subject of this research was a pre-service mathematics teacher who had taken a geometry course. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data condensation, data display, drawing and verifying conclusions. The research results showed that the participant used epistemic actions in an abstraction, such as recognising each quadrilateral type, building-with their properties, constructing relationships among them, and consolidating the abstract results made. Thus, the abstraction in constructing relationships among quadrilaterals can be observed from the epistemic actions: recognising, building-with, constructing, and consolidation, known as RBC+C.

This study explored the impact of digital disruption practices, particularly in the private banking sector (BPR), on employee performance. 124 BPR employees participated, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data were analysed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology. The findings revealed that nine out of ten tested hypotheses showed a positive and significant effect. However, the effect of Organizational Learning on Employee Performance, while positive, was not statistically significant. These results suggest that the digital transformation of the banking sector, particularly within BPR, should be implemented promptly as it offers long-term benefits. Additionally, such digitalisation efforts are expected to contribute significantly to financial inclusion and the development of the broader economic sector.

Abstract Reproductive cancers, including prostate and ovarian cancer, are highly prevalent worldwide and pose significant health challenges. The molecular underpinnings of these cancers are complex and involve dysregulation of various cellular pathways. Understanding these pathways is crucial for developing effective therapeutic strategies. This review aims to provide an overview of the molecular pathways implicated in prostate and ovarian cancers, highlighting key genetic alterations, signaling cascades, and epigenetic modifications. A comprehensive literature search was conducted using databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Articles focusing on molecular pathways in prostate and ovarian cancer were reviewed and analyzed. In prostate cancer, recurrent mutations in genes like AR, TP53, and PTEN drive tumor growth and progression. Androgen signaling plays a significant role, with alterations in the AR pathway contributing to resistance to antiandrogen therapies. In ovarian cancer, high-grade serous carcinomas are characterized by mutations in TP53, BRCA1/2, and homologous recombination repair genes. PI3K and MAPK pathways are frequently activated, promoting cell proliferation and survival. Epigenetic alterations, including DNA methylation and histone modifications, are also prevalent in both cancer types. The molecular pathways involved in prostate and ovarian cancer are diverse and complex. Targeting these pathways with precision medicine approaches holds promise for improving patient outcomes. Further research is needed to elucidate the mechanisms of resistance and identify novel therapeutic vulnerabilities.

This study aims to explain and provide an overview of brand coolness that affects brand love and engagement. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review with the PRISMA method to synthesize scientific evidence to answer specific research questions. The database used comes from journals on Google Scholar. The results show that brand reliability, social value and emotional resonance are three aspects that can form brand coolness that positively affects brand love, namely in terms of brands, society and consumers themselves. Brand coolness has a positive impact on brand engagement through usability, originality in products and subcultural appeal. This research adds theoretical updates about several points that need to be considered for brand existence to survive in consumers, which need to be considered with emotional involvement with the brand. This research contributes to developing literature on brand coolness indicators to influence brand love and engagement and help brands design management strategies to present the value of coolness more effectively. Future research can examine consumer reactions to brand coolness, brand prestige, and brand authenticity to further understand brands today with consumers' rapidly changing consumption patterns and lifestyles.

Many educators highly recommend integrating science learning with the themes of local wisdom. Orientation to indigenous knowledge and Western science is believed to facilitate students in connecting science learning with the actual condition of their surroundings. The applied curriculum yet widely provided an opportunity for such local integration in science learning. This study aim to investigates the indigenous science and values of Betawi tribe (Indonesia) traditional martial art "silat beksi" to identify ccontent's and valuable context for science learning in biology education on the topic of movements systems. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach of ethnoscience studies. Data analysis was carried out by qualitatively interpreting the results of interviews and direct observations (data reduction/categorisation, data appearance, drawing conclusions). The results showed twelve reconstructed moves of "silat beksi" based on the bones, joints, muscles and the type of movement. It shows a scientifically rich cultural context in the local wisdom of Betawi people. This research contributes to integrating aspects of local wisdom that are relevant to science learning. It also emphasizes the importance of studying and identifying local wisdom aspects in science learning before being integrated into the curriculum

The study aims to investigate the English presentation self-efficacy of ESP undergraduate students through a longitudinal-experimental research design. Rooted in Bandura's social cognitive theory, it addresses two research problems: how Indonesian ESP undergraduate students' English presentation self-efficacy developed when they were exposed to mastery experience in the form of presentation tasks, and how individual and group presentation tasks affected the English presentation self-efficacy development. Three groups of ESP undergraduate students (n = 107) taking ESP English for Management were purposively selected as the participants for the study. Each group was exposed to one of the three forms of interventions: individual presentation tasks, homogeneous-group presentation tasks, and heterogeneous-group presentation tasks. A Likert-type presentation self-efficacy questionnaire validated by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was utilized to collect the data in Weeks 3, 8, 12, and 16 of the semester. The study found that the Indonesian ESP undergraduate students' English presentation self-efficacy developed significantly as they completed the presentation tasks. The homogeneous-group presentation task outperformed both the heterogeneous-group and individual presentation tasks in enhancing English presentation self-efficacy. Implications for the teaching practices, study limitations, and future research recommendations are presented.

The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of MALL application using in the classroom. One of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) application used is Quizlet. The study employs a Classroom Action Research approach to assess the impact of Quizlet on third semester of Business Management students' vocabulary mastery. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and test. The result of this research show that MALL/Quizlet contribute to a substantial improvement in vocabulary test scores and leading students to enhance their vocabulary proficiency. The use of technology-based tools like Quizlet not only facilitated self learning but also improved pronunciation and contextual usage of words. The accessibility of devices like stability of internet connections, students self motivation, and effective supervision emerged as critical element impacting the efficiency of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL), particularly the utilization of Quizlet for enhancing vocabulary mastery.

This study is based on the bibliometrics analysis of research publications that focus on highlighting the argumentation on mathematics education. The main objective of this study is to analyze the distribution of research results, the main journals for publication, and the most productive authors, the pattern of authorship and the pattern of citation. Data was collected from Scopus database and was analyzed using VOSviewer software. A total of 173 articles published from 1995 to December 2021 were retrieved and perused. Graphs, tables, charts, and maps have been used to analyze and present collected data. The analysis results show that argumentation in mathematics education has been studied frequently with the concepts of proof, reasoning, teacher education, and geometry. Journal of Mathematical Behavior and Educational Studies in Mathematics have been the top journals, and the University of Rutgers has been the most influential institution, and the United States has had a significant prevalence in this field. The results of this study provide insights for researchers interested in mathematics education in this field, suggesting that they can explore various alternatives to the major research trends and the influential articles mentioned. Based on the results, recommendations for future studies are provided.

The objective of this study was to evaluate and characterize the argumentation patterns used by seventh-grade students in the context of algebraic addition and subtraction problems. A qualitative case study was conducted using the Claim-Evidence-Reasoning (CER) model (McNeill & Krajcik, 2008) and argument quality framework. To describe the arguments put forth by the participants, a sample of ten students with high mathematics proficiency and ten students with low mathematics proficiency were selected from the target population of junior high schools in a large region of West Java, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using written argumentation frame for algebraic operations (AFAO). The results revealed that, although none of the students employed the CH+EH+RH pattern (which represents the highest quality of arguments), students with high mathematics proficiency levels exhibited a greater prevalence of these argumentation patterns compared to those with low mathematics proficiency levels. The findings have implications as a valuable resource for teachers in monitoring the advancement of their students and preventing or alleviating diverse difficulties or inaccuracies that they may face. Based on the findings, a specific design for a classroom teaching activity is proposed.

Background: The Nutrition Heart Program is a community empowerment initiative implemented to enhance the weight of toddlers based on local food capabilities. The 2024 evaluation results revealed that 46.85% of participants experienced fluctuating weight trends. Narayan's four elements of community empowerment (access to information, inclusion/participation, accountability, local organizational capacity) play a crucial role in future program enhancements. Objectives: To assess the Nutrition Heart Program based on the four elements of community empowerment. Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative design and was conducted in 10 nutrition centers supported by Amerta Kasih. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews with cadre representatives, pregnant women, and field assistants at each nutrition center. Triangulation of methods was utilized to validate the validity of the results of data collection, namely by observation and document studies. Results: Access to information on the program includes the use of WhatsApp, flyers, field facilitators, and health workers. Most mothers of toddlers actively participated, although some were also mothers of toddlers who were passive due to work commitments. Cadres play an active role in program implementation, handling certain administrative reports are done by cadres as a form of accountability. There are no local organizations engaged in program implementation. Conclusions: Three of the four elements of community empowerment are evident in the nutrition heart program. Efforts should be made to establish or involve local organizations in program implementation of the program, as well as efforts to optimize the implementation of the other three empowerment elements.

Technological advances and the increasing complexity of challenges in the world of work demand more effective and contextual leadership training designs. This study aims to explore the characteristics of the included study, the effectiveness of Case-Based Learning (CBL) in improving learning outcomes in basic leadership training, as well as the factors that affect the success of its implementation. Using the PRISMA approach, articles that met the inclusion criteria were systematically analyzed from the ScienceDirect database. The results showed that although many studies supported the effectiveness of CBL in improving training outcomes, there was a variation in findings that pointed to the need for further research to understand the contextual factors that influence its success. Evidence shows that CBL is effective in developing leadership skills, teamwork, and management abilities. However, elements such as organizational culture, participant characteristics, and implementation methods can affect the results achieved. Training design that includes simulation, feedback, collaboration, as well as gender inclusivity plays an important role in the successful implementation of CBL. This study emphasizes the need for more in-depth studies to identify specific variables that affect the effectiveness of CBL in basic leadership training. These findings provide valuable insights for future leadership training program designers and encourage further exploration of CBL success factors in various contexts.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the variables Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in students who migrate to Bekasi. Based on the phenomenon that migrant students will always meet, interact, and communicate with fellow migrants and the native community, it will cause cultural diversity and changes in students so that the demands to adjust themselves increase. In order to be able to carry out good Self Adjustment in a migrant state, Social support and Religiosity may have an influence. This study has three hypotheses, namely there is an influence between Social support and Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H1); there is an influence between Religiosity on the relationship between Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H2); and there is a relationship between Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H3). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence between Social support and Self Adjustment; there is no influence between Religiosity and Self Adjustment; and there is an influence between Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in migrant students in Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pada variable social support dan religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau di Bekasi. Berdasarkan fenomena bahwa mahasiswa perantau akan selalu bertemu, berinteraksi, dan menjalin komunikasi dengan sesama perantau dan masyarakat asli sehingga akan menimbulkan keanekaragaman budaya dan perubahan pada diri mahasiswa sehingga tuntutan untuk menyesuaikan diri semakin meningkat. Untuk dapat melakukan self adjustment yang baik di perantauan, social support dan religiosity mungkin mempunyai pengaruh. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga hipotesis, yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara social support dengan self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H1); terdapat pengaruh antara religiosity terhadap hubungan self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H2); dan terdapat hubungan antara social support dan religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H3). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara social support terhadap self adjustment; tidak terdapat pengaruh antara religiosity terhadap self adjustment; dan terdapat pengaruh antara social support and religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa perantau di Bekasi.

The research aims to examine the characteristics of eco-literacy-based Indonesian language learning and to design a link between eco-literacy competencies and the objectives of Indonesian language learning in the Merdeka curriculum at the junior high school level as a curative solution to overcome environmental problems in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with design as a content analysis of the latest curriculum documents in Indonesia. The data collection technique is the documentation technique, using data sources from independent curriculum documents at the junior high school level. To obtain valid and reliable data, reading, listening, and analyzing basic competencies that intersect with environmental education are done. The data analysis technique is organization, synthesis, and identification. The research results show that ecoliteracy-based Indonesian language learning strategies include problem-solving, simulations, demonstrations, environmental-themed projects, discovery-based learning, and experiments. All Indonesian language learning texts in classes VII and VIII include head, hands, and heart aspects. The head aspect is related to learning objectives in the cognitive domain, which requires students to master the ability to identify, interpret, compare, and analyze environmentally friendly texts. The hand aspect is related to learning objectives in the psychomotor domain which requires students to be able to practice, write, and speak in accordance with environmentally friendly texts. The heart aspect is related to learning objectives in the affective domain, namely, requiring students to empathize with environmental issues.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the influence of workplace fun and psychological capital on Gen Z employees' intention to stay, and investigate the role of work engagement as a mediator in the relationship between the proposed variables. Design/Methods/Approach: Purposive sampling was used in this study. Data were obtained through an online survey distributed cross-sectionally, and 341 Gen Z employees working in Jabodetabek participated. The relationship between variables was analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) using Lisrel 8.51. Findings: The findings in this study show that workplace fun, psychological capital, and work engagement have a direct positive effect on intention to stay. Workplace fun and psychological capital also have a direct positive impact on work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement partially mediates the relationship between workplace fun and intention to stay, as well as psychological capital and intention to stay. Originality/Value: This research enriches the study of Gen Z in the workplace, focusing on the factors influencing Gen Z employees to stay. Furthermore, all industries and businesses from various sectors face the arrival of Gen Z, who will gradually become the primary workforce. The findings of this study extend the study of Gen Z employees within the scope of organizations from various sectors. Practical/Policy implication: Managers and organizations must foster a positive work environment with workplace fun to encourage Gen Z employees' willingness to stay. Furthermore, organizations must design appropriate ways to cultivate and preserve Gen Z employees' psychological capital and work engagement levels. This can be accomplished by offering innovative training and development, advancing career prospects, and involving Gen Z employees in achieving organizational objectives.

Berbagai upaya mendapatkan agar-agar yang baik telah dilakukan seperti modifikasi penanganan hingga modifikasi proses pengolahannya. Namun mutu bahan baku yang masih rendah, masih menjadi permasalahan. Beberapa studi terkait mutu yang berkaitan dengan penanganan, metode dan waktu pemanenan serta teknik penanaman telah banyak dilakukan. Namun identifikasi terhadap mutu agar-agar yang dihasilkan dari Rumput laut Gracilaria verrucosa hubungannya dengan lokasi hidupnya belum dilakukan, sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan informasi lokasi perairan yang terbaik diantara tiga lokasi (Serang, Brebes, dan Pasuruan) dilihat dari mutu agar-agar yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi dan ekperimental laboratorium. Agar-agar diolah sesuai dengan metode di PT. Java Biocolloid, yang meliputi seleksi bahan baku, perlakuan basa, perlakuan asam 1, pemucatan, perlakuan asam 2, ekstraksi, filtrasi, penjendalan, pengepresan, pengeringan dan penepungan. Pengujian karakteristik agar-agar dilakukan di laboratorium milik PT. Java Biocolloid, meliputi uji kadar air, kadar abu, viskositas, gelling point, dan pH. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dengan taraf signifikansi 95%, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Penelitan menunjukkan bahwa, agar-agar terbaik diperoleh dari Serang dengan viskositas 7,67 cP; gelling point 34,17oC; pH 7, 7; kadar air 20,15% dan kadar abu 4,35%. Nilai tersebut memenuhi standar PT. Java Biocolloid. Terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada viskositas, gelling point, kadar air dan kadar abu pada ketiga lokasi, sedangkan pH tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata. Uji Tukey menunjukkan bahwa viskositas dan gelling point agar-agar dari Serang berbeda dengan viskositas dan gelling point agar-agar dari Brebes dan Pasuruan. Kadar air agar-agar dari Serang dan Brebes berbeda dengan agar-agar dari Pasuruan. Kadar abu berbeda pada ketiga lokasi. ABSTRACT Some techniques have been done to produced good quality of agars such as modifying handling and processing steps. In fact, quality of raw material was the main problem. Several studies on the quality of seaweed have been carried out. However, identification of the quality of agars produced from Gracilaria verrucosa in relation to the location has not been done. Thus, this research is expected to shown the best location (Serang, Brebes, and Pasuruan) in terms of the agars quality. Research was carried out by observation and laboratory experiments. Agars was produced based on PT. Java Biocolloid methode, include raw material selection, alkaline treatment, acid treatment, bleaching, extraction, filtration, densification, pressing, drying, and flouring. Physicochemical characteristics was tested at the PT. Java Biocolloid laboratory, include water content, ash content, viscosity, gelling point and acidity. Data were analyzed by one way ANOVA (95% of significance level), followed by Tukey. Result shown that the best quality of agars is from Serang which 7.67 cP of viscosity; 34.17oC of gelling point; 7.7 of pH; 20.15% of water content; and 4.35% of ash. These compositions meets the PT. Java Biocolloid requirements. Statistic analysis show the differencies on viscosity, gelling point, water content, ash of agars at three locations, while location did not have effect on pH. Furthermore, viscosity and gelling point of agars from Serang were different from Brebes and Pasuruan. While water content of agars at Serang and Brebes is different from agars at Pasuruan. Ash content was different at all locations.

The inflammatory response is triggered by infections or tissue damage, often requiring effective anti-inflammatory treatments. Morinda citrifolia L. (noni fruit) contains bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, steroids, and triterpenoids with potential anti-inflammatory properties. The aims of this research to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects and optimal dosing of ethanol extract of noni fruit in reducing paw edema and improving histopathological conditions in male rats induced with Complete Freund's Adjuvant (CFA). This experimental study involved 30 male rats divided into six groups: normal control, negative control (CFA-only), positive control (triamcinolone 0.72 mg), and three treatment groups receiving noni fruit extract (150, 300, 600 mg/200 g BW). Edema volume was measured using a plethysmometer, and histopathological analysis of joint tissues was conducted. Noni fruit extract significantly reduced edema volume, with 600 mg/200 g BW being the most effective dose. However, histopathological analysis revealed persistent inflammatory cell infiltration and synovial hyperplasia in treated groups, indicating incomplete tissue repair compared to triamcinolone. Ethanol extract of noni fruit demonstrates significant anti-inflammatory effects, particularly at higher doses, but is less effective than triamcinolone in resolving tissue inflammation.

Abstract Prime editing (PE) allows for precise genome editing in human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), such as introducing single nucleotide modifications, small insertions or deletions at a specific genomic locus. Here, we systematically compare a panel of prime editing conditions in hPSCs and generate a potent prime editor, “PE-Plus”, through co-inhibition of mismatch repair and p53-mediated cellular stress responses. We further establish an inducible prime editing platform in hPSCs by incorporating the PE-Plus into a safe-harbor locus and demonstrated temporal control of precise editing in both hPSCs and differentiated cells. By evaluating disease-associated mutations, we show that this platform allows efficient creation of both monoallelic and biallelic disease-relevant mutations in hPSCs. In addition, this platform enables the efficient introduction of single or multiple edits in one step, demonstrating potential for multiplex editing. Our method presents an efficient and controllable multiplex prime editing tool in hPSCs and their differentiated progeny.

The implementation of the sustainability concept through Environmental, social, governance (ESG) by companies is an important step to address global challenges related to sustainability issues. The ESG guidelines of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance are one of the efforts made by the Indonesian government to address sustainability issues. Unlike previous studies, this study uses the ESG guidelines in assessing ESG disclosures of Indonesian companies. It is necessary to analyze how the level of ESG disclosure of Indonesian companies based on these guidelines can affect the search for company performance focused on company value, cost of capital and carbon performance. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the implementation and disclosure of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) based on these guidelines to company value, cost of capital, and carbon performance. This study uses a random effects model to analyze the relationship between variables with a sample size of 754 (Companies, years). The results show that ESG has a positive and significant effect on company value, ESG has a negative and significant effect on cost of capital, and ESG has a negative and significant effect on carbon performance. This study can explain that stakeholders are more interested in companies that seem to care about sustainability issues. The government needs to strive for more adequate regulations and sanctions to address sustainability issues and also protect stakeholders.

The study aims to identify and determine the forms of ritual practices among football players and to reveal the reasons and motivations behind players resorting to these practices. It also seeks to understand the players' opinions and beliefs regarding the impact and functions of these practices on their behavior during competition. The study sample consists of 41 football players. We used the descriptive method, and the results indicate that players tend to engage in religious-based rituals to a very high degree, often practicing them individually and privately. In addition to religious rituals, players also highly engage in routine rituals (such as chants, motivational gatherings...), while they avoid practicing non-religious rituals (such as superstitions, charms, etc.). The Clitoria ternatea flowers, a prevalent local commodity in Indonesia, are extensively found, particularly in the East Java region. One approach to enhance the utility and economic significance of these flowers involves isolating their active component, specifically anthocyanin. Anthocyanins have several health benefits, especially in preventing cardiovascular disease, improving vision, and being anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer. The isolation methods used in this research were conventional solvent extraction (CSE) and ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UEA) methods. The use of UAE has been experimentally proven to accelerate the extraction rate of bioactive compounds. This dal is caused by a driving force in the form of energy produced from bubble cavitation resulting from ultrasonic energy. The specific aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the two methods in anthocyanin isolation. The extraction stages were carried out at 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70°C operating temperatures, with an S/L ratio of 1:10, 1:15, 1:20:1:25, and 1:30 with samples conditioned in dry and wet conditions. The optimal conditions for ultrasound-assisted extraction (UEA) involve dry samples with a S/L ratio of 1:30 at a temperature of 70°C with the resulting final concentration of 16.5234 g/L. This configuration ensures an efficient extraction process, completed in less than 30 minutes, thereby preventing the degradation of anthocyanins. Analysis indicates that the extraction process adheres to a second-order kinetic model with a constant (k) of 0.1039. Stability testing revealed that the first–order kinetic model accurately represents the impact of temperature on anthocyanin degradation.

The development of technology in radiolink networks has grown rapidly and is suitable to be implemented on wide coverage area networks, but weather and physical environment factors greatly affect signal conditions. The background that has been stated, this study proposes migration to fiber optic access media because it is able to send data faster and is not affected by electromagnetic interference and is stable. Furthermore, this study conducted an optimization analysis on the SDWAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network) network, SDWAN functions as a firewall that can provide connectivity support and infrastructure network development in branch offices with system security in one centralized platform. The test method used in this study is a connectivity test from each remote fortigate located in the branch office. While the analysis method used is Quality of Service (QoS), which is a method to find out data delivery (Packet Loss, Delay and Jitter) using the FortiManager application, which is the analytical and experimental proof of concept of the SDWAN network model using the BGP method for auto failover testing.

Abstraction is fundamental in mathematics learning because students can discover the studied concepts through abstraction. Bibliometric analyses of abstraction research in mathematics education have yet to be published. A bibliometric analysis is conducted to explore trends in abstraction research. The mathematics education researchers will gain insights from studying the development of abstraction research over the last fifteen years. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the primary journals published, the most productive authors, universities, and countries and to identify current trends in abstraction research. Data were collected from the Scopus database and analysed using VOSviewer and R software. A thorough review was conducted on 271 articles published between 2008 and 2022. The collected data was analysed and presented using R studio and VOSviewer software. The publication of abstraction research has increased every year. Abstraction studies related to geometry, computational thinking, and preschool are trend and abstraction studies related to gesture, preschool child, arithmetic, physiology, mathematical concepts, geometry, language, and cognition. Abstraction research is exciting because it will still trend until 2022. This study offers valuable insights to researchers interested in mathematics education for exploring alternative research directions to the primary research trends. Based on these results, recommendations for further research are given so that they can explore various options for research trends.

Tahadduts Bi Al-Ni'mah is an expression of gratitude given to the creator for all the pleasures he has given to his servants. In the values of gratitude, it is a sense of gratitude in life, be it health, wealth, complete physical and others. The meaning of Tahadduts bin-ni'mah is not necessarily by telling it directly with words. Body language or behavior can also be said to show gratitude for the blessings given by Allah which have the potential to build and motivate others to do good too. In this study using the research method The type of research method that the author uses in writing this journal is a library study, namely a study conducted by searching for and discussing literature, journal books and documents related to research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is Tahadduts bi Ni'mah is the opinion of the interpreters related to QS. ad-Dhuha verse 11, which is the evidence in the practice of tahadduts bi ni'mah. Tahadduth bi al-ni'mah is a concept in Islam that emphasizes the importance of being grateful for all the blessings given by Allah SWT. This concept means busying oneself by mentioning the name of Allah and being grateful for His infinite gifts.

Population growth led to massive construction development, with increasing demand every year. One of those demands is housing construction. The high demand for this house has led to the emergence of new contractors on a local scale, with products and services of unstable quality. Hence, the contractors need to be more competitive in the industry. This research aims to identify and analyze the important factors influencing quality assurance (QA) and the competitiveness of local contractors in housing construction projects. The analysis is grounded in three primary frameworks: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), PMBOK 6th Edition (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 4 of 2009. The research design used statistical analysis, Relative Importance Index (RII), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify key factors. Research findings indicate that leadership commitment, project resources, and quality documentation are the three most critical factors. Regardless of the identified critical factors, all factors contribute to a significant influence on successful performance. The proposed strategic approach involves sequentially improving the "quality of work output," followed by "customer retention" and "project cycle efficiency." These findings can serve as a guideline for contractors in making decisions to enhance their competitiveness.

This study aims to illustrate the subjectification of women's bodies as one of the notions of postfeminist sensibility. Subjectification involves depicting women in a patriarchal setting as empowered individuals with agency, highlighting their reservoirs of strength and spheres of influence, challenging the perception of complete powerlessness. The object of investigation in this study is the music video by Doja Cat entitled "WOMAN" (2021), with a primary focus on examining the dynamic interaction among female talents within the context of the surrounding characters and environment. The author employs textual and visual analysis with qualitative methods and Fiske's Television Culture. In terms of theory, the analysis of the objects was supported by drawing upon Rosalind Gill's postfeminist sensibility. The study's analysis reveals that female talents, initially characterized by power and agency, faces a threat in the presence of patriarchy. This compels them to leverage their bodies and traditional roles as tools for negotiation. This study finds out that subjectification also can be an effort for women to negotiate patriarchal relationships as the bodies were used as tools to assert control and authority over the opposite sex without engaging as an object instead as a subject. This also counters the typical male gaze that makes women look passive or disempowered.

Latar belakang. Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh akibat kekurangan gizi secara kronis. Di Indonesia, prevalensi stunting pada tahun 2021 adalah 24,4 persen. Kondisi prevalensi stunting di Sumatera Utara juga sangat memprihatinkan. Sebanyak 13 dari 33 kabupaten/kota yang berada di Sumatera Utara memiliki prevalensi stunting di atas 30%. Kecamatan Medan Denai adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kota Medan dengan kasus gizi buruk anak tertinggi. Salah satu faktor risiko kejadian stunting adalah tingkat pendidikan ibu. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting. Metode. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dengan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 96 responden yaitu ibu anak balita yang berdomisili dan menyekolahkan anaknya di TK/PAUD di Kecamatan Medan Denai yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil. Pada 96 responden ditemukan tingkat pengetahuan tentang stunting yang sedang (60,4%), rendah (30,2%), dan tinggi (9,4%). Objective: To investigate the potential of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and zinc sulphate (ZnSO4) in mitigating reproductive dysfunction caused by di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) in rats and to understand the underlying mechanisms, specifically oxidative stress and sex hormone receptor activity. Methods: Thirty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five equal groups (n=7 per group). Group 1 was administered 0.5 mL of distilled water and served as the control group. Group 2 was given only DEHP (750 mg/kg/day), while group 3, 4 and 5 were given DEHP (750 mg/kg/day) plus NAC (100 mg/kg/day), DEHP (750 mg/kg/day) plus ZnSO4 (0.5 mg/kg/day), and DEHP (750 mg/kg/day) plus NAC (100 mg/kg/day) as well as ZnSO4 (0.5 mg/kg/day), respectively. All treatments lasted for 21 days. Samples were obtained after the rats were sacrificed, and hormones levels in the serum and markers of oxidative stress in the testicles were analyzed using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The amount of androgen receptors in the testicles was determined by immunohistochemistry, and the susceptibility of testosterone and DEHP to bind to androgen receptor and 5α-reductase was determined by molecular docking studies. Results: DEHP decreased reproductive hormones, testicular antioxidant enzymes, increased malondialdehyde levels, and negatively impacted histology of the pituitary and testes. NAC or ZnSO4 treatment showed a marked improvement in testicular antioxidant status and hormone levels, as well as a positive effect on the histology of the pituitary and testes. The combination of both treatments appeared to be more effective. The affinity of DEHP to bind to androgen receptors may lead to disruption of androgen receptor signaling, which can further result in dysfunction of hormones related to androgen. However, NAC is more likely to form stronger binding interactions with follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone receptors, as well as gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors, when compared to DEHP. Conclusions: The possibility that NAC and ZnSO4 could downregulate DEHP-induced sex hormone changes is suggested by their potential to reduce toxicity.

The designs of gamification platforms are diverse and constantly evolving. Excessive use of various game mechanisms in learning platforms can distract from the learning process. However, the fit of game mechanisms is still uncertain. Thus, this study investigates the effect of achieving fit when implementing game mechanisms on learning outcomes by applying the well-known task-technology fit theory (TTF). TTF is frequently employed to improve fit between tasks to be completed and the technology applied. The findings indicate that achieving gamification fit can reduce the cognitive load of students and result in enhanced learning performance in terms of learning outcomes. Data collected from 266 participants were analyzed using the technique of the partial least squares to validate the developed research model. The findings of this study can aid educators and educational technology designers in identifying the design mechanisms and characteristics that can be used to ensure design fit on gamification platforms.

Background: Recent studies suggest neuromodulation as a potential therapeutic strategy for neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD), despite their complex pathophysiology and limited treatments' efficacy, requiring further investigation. Objective: This study aims to explore the impact of neuromodulation techniques on the symptoms and progression of AD and PD, focusing on their underlying mechanisms and therapeutic benefits. Method: A comprehensive review of recent literature was conducted, encompassing published articles, results of clinical trials, animal studies, and meta-analyses regarding various neuromodulation techniques, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), deep brain stimulation (DBS), and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). Data on cognitive function, motor control, and quality of life were extracted and analyzed. Results: Neuromodulation techniques demonstrated promising outcomes in both AD and PD. TMS showed significant improvement in cognitive functions in AD patients, while DBS resulted in substantial relief of motor symptoms and improved quality of life in PD patients. Additionally, mechanisms such as enhanced neuroplasticity, modulation of neurotransmitter systems, and the potential for neuroprotective effects were identified as key contributors to these benefits. Conclusion: Neuromodulation offers potential therapeutic solutions for managing symptoms and slowing neurodegenerative disorders like AD and PD, but further research is needed to understand long-term effects and optimal protocols.

This study aims to reveal the role of trust in mediating the effect of financial literacy on investment intentions on the securities crowdfunding platform. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 180 investors. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results showed that financial literacy significantly affects investment intention and trust in the securities crowdfunding platform. In addition, trust in the platform also plays an important role in increasing trust in the fundraiser. This study concludes that financial literacy and trust in the platform have a significant impact on investors' intention to invest, and support the application of Trust Transfer Theory in the context of securities crowdfunding.

The shift from traditional classroom settings to online learning has become prevalent in most higher education institutions. A key tool facilitating this transition is the Learning Management System (LMS). Commonly used e-learning platforms include Google Classroom and Zoom. This research was aimed to identify the factors that influence the students’ acceptance of technology in the education field. It involved the master's students in the computer science program at Brawijaya University as the participants. To fill in the gap in the previous research, the research employed the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), incorporating additional external factors such as the impact of application features and their interoperability. The methodology involved formulating hypotheses and using path analysis to examine the relationships between these factors. The results revealed that the variables PE, PEX, EEX, FC, PI, and PA influence both Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU), with values of significance below 0.05. Similarly, PEOU and PU are shown to significantly affect actual system use.

Purpose – We examine the effects of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure and green building policies on the stock returns of Islamic and conventional banks. Methodology – Data were obtained from 17 Islamic banks and 17 conventional banks from eight countries (Arab Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Bahrain) over seven years from 2017 to 2023. We conducted panel least squares with fixed effects (dummy variables) for cross-sections using EViews to process the data. Findings – The estimated results show that the green building policy variable is statistically significant to the stock return of Islamic banks, while the environmental, social, and governance variables are not. Meanwhile, the social dimension is statistically significant for the stock returns of conventional banks, but environmental, governance, and green buildings are not. Implications – Investors and policymakers should consider the implementation of ESG and green building policies to contribute on sustainability issues and gain financial return. Originality – This study tests non-financial performance, such as ESG disclosure and green building policy, on the stock returns of Islamic and conventional banks, which has not been extensively studied by the existing literature.

Introduction: The focus of coverage on female athletes is starting to shift, with more recognition of the achievements and dedication to Sports. Despite improvements in representation, there is still a gap in public recognition of female athletes compared to males, specifically in sports awards or promotional platforms. Objective: This study aimed to explore the representation of female athletes in sports media with a focus on achievement emphasis, gender stereotypes, and coverage orientation. Methodology: Systematic literature review (SLR) was used to investigate the form in which female athletes were represented in the media during different periods. Results: The results showed inequality between female and male athletes, as females were often offered less recognition and attention commensurate with the achievements. Additionally, gender stereotypes influenced the representation of female athletes in sports coverage due to more concentration on the physical or aesthetic aspects than achievements in sports. During the review, significant changes in the approach of media to female athletes were detected over time. Conclusions: Changes in the representation of female athletes in sports media are essential to creating a more equitable and inclusive narrative of the achievements. The results signified a need for changes in the media coverage of female sports, emphasizing the achievements and dedication as well as minimizing existing gender stereotypes.

Introdução: Desde a vigência da Política Nacional de Doenças Raras, publicada pela Portaria GM/MS 199/2014 observa-se um crescente interesse do Ministério da Saúde do Brasil na estruturação de sua rede de cuidado no campo das doenças raras, bem como na avaliação de tecnologias em saúde nesse tema, visando a inclusão no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) de medicamentos, procedimentos e diretrizes clínicas para o diagnóstico, tratamento e manejo dessas doenças. Objetivos: Descrever as recentes incorporações de tecnologias em saúde para o tratamento de doenças raras realizadas pela Comissão Nacional de Incorporação de Tecnologias no SUS (CONITEC) e o seu impacto orçamentário estimado. Método: Estudo descritivo utilizando informações sobre os processos de incorporação concluídos e em análise, disponíveis no sítio eletrônico da CONITEC. Resultados: Até julho de 2018, foram identificadas no site da Conitec 3 avaliações na área de doenças raras com recomendação positiva de incorporação: idursulfase alfa para mucopolissacaridose tipo II, laronidase para mucopolissacaridose tipo I e tafamidis para polineuropatia familiar relacionada à idade. O impacto orçamentário médio estimado para a aquisição desses 3 medicamentos para os próximos 3 anos é de R$ 838,1 milhões. Outras 7 demandas no tema encontram-se em avaliação: nusinersena para atrofia medular espinhal, evolucumabe para hipercolesterolemia familiar homozigótica, alfa-alglicosidase para Doença de Pompe, agalsidase alfa e beta na Doença de Fabry, triagem neonatal para deficiência de glicose-6-fosfato desidrogenase, eltrompague olamina e romiplostim para trombocitopenia idiopática. Também foram identificadas publicações de novas diretrizes clínicas ou atualizações nos temas: Doença de Gaucher, Doença de Wilson, Acromegalia, Fenilcetonúria, Púrpura trombocitopênica idiopática, Síndrome de Guillain-Barré, Síndrome de Turner, Hepatite autoimune, Deficiência de Biotinidase, Amiloidoses Hereditárias Associadas à Transtirretina e Mucopolissacaridose I e II. Conclusão: Observa-se uma crescente e relevante atuação do Ministério da Saúde do Brasil para qualificar o cuidado e ofertar tratamentos de forma universal e gratuita a fim de reduzir a mortalidade e a incapacidade por doenças raras, com a incorporação de tratamentos de alto custo, diretrizes clínicas específicas e avaliações criteriosas pautadas nos princípios da medicina baseada em evidência.

To reduce risk factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in the denture fabrication workforce, low-cost ergonomic interventions can be highly effective. This study aims to identify the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in the laboratory of PT X and reduce, enhancing worker comfort, productivity, and overall well-being. Using quantitative methods through RULA and REBA, as well as analysis of the ErgoFellow application, it was found that more than 50% of workers experienced musculoskeletal symptoms in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and wrists in the last 12 months. The Nordic Body Map questionnaire showed discomfort in most respondents due to their work. The results of the work posture analysis showed that the casting and sun-blasting workstations had a score of 4 with a moderate risk profile. In contrast, the night cooling workstation had the highest score of 6 with a moderate risk profile, indicating the need for further improvement. The night cooling station in particular requires investigation regarding the lowering of the stove position and adjustment of the pan position to reduce the risk to the arms and shoulders and improve safety. These recommendations are expected to improve working conditions and mitigate musculoskeletal risks at PT X.

The evolution of Indonesian vernacular architecture research is examined using bibliometric analysis. We investigate publishing trends, authorship patterns, thematic focuses, and geographical distribution of research from 2000 to 2024 using Scopus data from 89 publications. Since 2015, research on sustainability, cultural identity, and preservation has increased significantly. Analysis shows a fragmented research community with room for more collaboration, especially between domestic and international organizations. Java and Bali are the most researched, indicating a geographical imbalance. Disaster resilience, digital documentation, bioclimatic performance, sustainable tourism, and vernacular urban adaptation are trends. The study finds research gaps, notably in eastern Indonesia, and advises additional research. Researchers, policymakers, and practitioners studying and preserving Indonesia's rich architectural legacy can benefit from this comprehensive review. This project maps the present research landscape to assist future research and preserve Indonesian vernacular architecture.

The rapid development of technology has shifted the way of life to be more efficient, especially in e-commerce. Indonesia is predicted to lead the growth of global e-commerce by 2024 and the sector has faced the challenge of retaining competent employees to continue innovating. This study examines the influence of intrinsic motivation and supportive leadership on the innovative behavior of employees in Indonesian e-commerce companies, with career sustainability and psychological security as mediation. The data was collected through surveys of employees at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Lazada. The analysis using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS includes descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of intrinsic motivation and supportive leadership on innovative behavior. Then, career sustainability mediates between supportive leadership and innovative behavior but does not mediate intrinsic motivation against innovative behavior in 186 Generation Z employees of Indonesian e-commerce companies. It is hoped that this study will be used as a reference for e-commerce companies in Indonesia to implement strategies in improving the innovative behavior of their employees.

Traditional houses are part of the culture of every country. Indonesia is a country that has a variety of traditional houses. The traditional Banyuwangi house is known as the "Using" house. This house can be explored in terms of ethnomathematics and used as part of learning mathematics. This research is focused on knowing and describing mathematics learning that integrates the ethnomathematics of "Using" house, thematic, and connected models. The research was also conducted to determine the effectiveness of the learning that has been carried out. The results showed that the use of the "Using" house in ethnomathematical-thematic-connected-based mathematics learning: (1) could be done using the trivium concept (literacy, matheracy, and technoracy); (2) can be done thematically by integrating four subjects (Indonesian, social sciences, fine arts, and mathematics); (3) can be connected by integrating two mathematical concepts (two-dimensional geometry and arithmetic); (4) through seven phases of learning; and (5) effective because 80% of students can solve problems as expected.

This study aims to describe the abstraction of epistemic action, which includes recognition, building-with and construction in junior high school students with low spatial ability in constructing cube nets. The research method used in this study is an exploratory qualitative method with the primary data in the form of interviews with two junior high school students with low spatial abilities who were selected using an inclusive purposive sampling technique. Based on data analysis on the two subjects, it was found that the two subjects constructed a cube net of 14 plain cube nets, 14 colour cube nets and 14 cube nets with variations of domino motifs. In the activity of constructing the cube nets, the two subjects used different epistemic actions; subject SR1 constructed the cube nets as a whole using only two epistemic actions, referred to as recognition and building-with. The activity of subject SR2 in constructing cube nets as a whole uses more epistemic actions that are tiered and interrelated with each other, where the first action that occurs is recognition, the second is building-with, and the third is construction.

One of the cultural outcomes of the Madurese community is the traditional "tanean lanjang" house with a long front yard, designed from several "batih" (nuclear) families, consisting of a married couple with unmarried children. This study explores geometric concepts of the traditional house to demonstrate how they can be useful for learning mathematics. The descriptive qualitative study described the mathematical concepts found in the "tanean lanjang" traditional house or settlement in Madura. Furthermore, an ethnographic method was also used to analyze documents, ethnographic notes, and documentation (photos). Data analysis techniques employed an interactive model of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the cultural values and geometric concepts of the "tanean lanjang" traditional house comprised (1) kinship and brotherhood values, (2) harmony in the household, and (3) strength in the household. The geometric concepts contained in the traditional "tanean lanjang" house include 2-dimensional shape (i.e., rectangle, trapezoid, triangle), perimeter of 2-dimensional shape, area of 2-dimensional shape, 3- dimensional shape (i.e., triangular prism), the volume of 3-dimensional shape, curve, and the concept of reflection in geometry.
