In daily clinical practice, children and adolescents suffer from fear and anxiety when faced with dental care, classified as odontophobia, which refers to negative experiences of family members and childhood trauma. Given this circumstance, the present literature review aims to investigate the use of conscious sedation using Nitrous Oxide (N2O/O2), as an adjuvant in the face of fear and anxiety in the daily life of a pediatric dentistry clinic, sedation with Nitrous Oxide, is associated with oxygen, the use of Nitrous Oxide is called conscious sedation precisely to allow patients to remain conscious throughout the procedure. This denotes that tension and fear decrease enough for the patient to cooperate with the treatment, without suffering, while their responses and senses do not change. The work seeks to portray the significance of conscious sedation as an adjuvant in dental treatment and the dentist's management of fear and anxiety during care, based on a literature review. The upper lip frenum is a crease-shaped mucous membrane located in the oral region in the sagittal plane, often can present changes in its structure and shape, causing an interincisive diastema, problems in hygiene, speech and gingival recession, favoring vicious habits, and can generate compromised lip movement. This study aims to report a clinical case of upper lip frenectomy in a child patient highlighting the diagnosis, surgical treatment and prognosis. The clinical case refers to a seven-year-old female patient who, after the eruption of the upper central and lateral incisors, clinically presented the frenum with low insertion, causing interincisal diastema. After clinical and radiographic examination, upper labial frenectomy was planned, using the modified Archer technique. Therefore, we conclude that this technique is less traumatic to the infant patient, due to its simplicity and speed, with a positive result and good prognosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introducción: los padres son responsables del desarrollo de buenos hábitos de nutrición, higiene y visitas regulares al odontólogo por parte de los niños para garantizar una óptima salud oral. Objetivo: explorar la relación entre la evitación odontológica y la frecuencia síntomas orales percibidos por padres. Métodos: estudio exploratorio realizado en una muestra por conveniencia de 78 participantes entre 6-11 años. Los síntomas orales, la influencia de la salud oral en la vida diaria y el estado de salud oral percibido por padres se analizó mediante frecuencias absolutas y relativas. Resultados: el 51,9% de los participantes fueron de sexo masculino, la edad promedio fue 6,4±0,3 años. Los síntomas más frecuentes en el grupo de niños con evitación odontológica fueron dolor, encías sangrantes, llagas/heridas, comida pegada al paladar y comida entre dientes, el mal aliento se presentó similarmente en ambos grupos. Conclusiones: estos hallazgos interinos sugieren que los síntomas orales percibidos por padres son más frecuentes en niños con evitación odontológica.

Introdução: O papiloma vírus humano (HPV) é fator etiológico para diversas doenças na mucosa oral e na pele que podem sofrer processo de malignização. A vacinação é a principal forma de prevenção, imunizando meninas de 9 a 13 anos e meninos de 11 a 13 anos. Ainda não há um consenso sobre a prevalência do vírus HPV em crianças. Objetivo: Verificar a prevalência de HPV em crianças de 1 a 13 anos de idade com base em um banco de laudos de lesões biopsiadas com diagnóstico de papiloma analisadas em um laboratório de referência nacional. Material e Métodos: Foi feita a análise de laudos anatomopatológicos de biópsias recebidas pelo Laboratório de Patologia Bucal e Maxilofacial da Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de São Paulo em um período de 20 anos, compreendido entre ao anos 2002 a 2022. Informações de sexo, localização da lesão e hipóteses diagnósticas também foram coletadas. Resultados: Em um banco de 93.950 laudos, 4.203 compreendiam a faixa etária analisada e 99 (2,3%) tinham o diagnóstico de papiloma. A porcentagem de laudos do sexo masculino e feminino foi similar, sendo 50,5% e 49,5%, respectivamente. A localização da lesão mais frequente encontrada foi a região dos lábios (48%). Hipóteses diagnósticas mais citadas foram epúlide e verruga vulgar. Conclusão: A prevalência de papiloma em crianças brasileiras de 1 a 13 anos foi de 2,3%. Reconhecer características clínicas das lesões é essencial para um correto diagnóstico e intervenção precoce bem como para evitar o agravamento da doença.

Introduction: Parents are responsible for developing good nutrition, good hygiene habits and regular visits to the dentist by children to ensure optimal oral health. Objective: To explore the relationship between dental avoidance and the frequency of oral symptoms perceived by parents. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted with a in a convenience sample of 78 participants between 6-11 years old. Oral symptoms, the influence of oral health on daily life and the oral health status perceived by parents were analyzed using absolute and relative frequencies. Results: Results: 51.9% of the participants were male, the average age was 6.4±0.3 years. The most frequent symptoms in the group of children with dental avoidance were pain, bleeding gums, sores/wounds, food stuck to the palate and food between teeth; bad breath occurred similarly in both groups. Conclusions: These interim findings suggest that oral symptoms perceived by parents are more frequent in children with dental avoidance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: Many children do not cooperate for their dental work. Therefore, there would be a delay in dental treatments and cause severe pain and even loss of some teeth. The present study was conducted to compare the knowledge and attitudes of final year students and that of general dentists toward the use of anesthesia in pediatric dentistry. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 77 individuals in 2 groups (38 final year dental students and 39 general dentists) in Ahvaz. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 3 sections of demographic data, questions related to knowledge of general anesthesia (including 20 indicators with yes or no answers), and those related to attitude (including 20 items with completely agree, agree, disagree, and completely disagree answers). Comparing the knowledge and attitudes of the studied groups regarding the use of anesthesia and providing the necessary solutions for the optimal and correct use presented. SPSS was used to analyze the obtained data. Results: The present study showed that students and dentists had intermediate knowledge and attitude about the use of general anesthesia in pediatric dentistry, its complications, and its indications. However, they expressed concerns about the complications of general anesthesia or the lack of sufficient information provided by the dental education system to students. Conclusion: It is necessary to review the educational curriculum to increase students' information and equip dental schools, anesthesia facilities, and provide courses for general dentists. Resumen: Propósito: Muchos niños no cooperan para su trabajo dental. Por lo tanto, se produciría un retraso en los tratamientos odontológicos y provocaría fuertes dolores e incluso la pérdida de algunos dientes. El presente estudio se realizó para comparar los conocimientos y actitudes de estudiantes de último año y de odontólogos generales hacia el uso de la anestesia en odontopediatría. Métodos: Este estudio transversal descriptivo se realizó en 77 personas en dos grupos (38 estudiantes de odontología del último año y 39 dentistas generales) en Ahvaz. Los datos se recopilaron mediante un cuestionario que consta de tres secciones de datos demográficos, preguntas relacionadas con el conocimiento de la anestesia general (que incluye 20 indicadores con respuestas de sí o no) y aquellas relacionadas con la actitud (que incluye 20 ítems con completamente de acuerdo, de acuerdo, en desacuerdo y respuestas completamente en desacuerdo). Se presentaron comparando los conocimientos y actitudes de los grupos estudiados respecto al uso de la anestesia y brindando las soluciones necesarias para el uso óptimo y correcto. Se utilizó SPSS para analizar los datos obtenidos. Resultados: El presente estudio mostró que los estudiantes y los odontólogos tenían conocimientos y actitudes intermedias sobre el uso de la anestesia general en odontopediatría, sus complicaciones y sus indicaciones. Sin embargo, expresaron su preocupación por las complicaciones de la anestesia general o la falta de información suficiente que brinda el sistema de educación dental a los estudiantes. Conclusión: es necesario revisar el currículo educativo para aumentar la información de los estudiantes y equipar las escuelas de odontología, las instalaciones de anestesia y brindar cursos para odontólogos generales.

Objetivo. Conocer el riesgo de caries de los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) del programa de vinculación con la sociedad de la Carrera de Odontología de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo (Ecuador). Métodos. Este estudio fue observacional y descriptivo. La población de estudio fue de 200 infantes y, mediante los discernimientos de inclusión y exclusión, fue reducida a 143 infantes. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron las historias clínicas de la base de datos de los CDI, las cuales obtuvieron un valor en el programa Cariogram Reducido. Finalmente, las pruebas estadísticas se realizaron en el programa SPSS y Excel. Resultados. Los datos mostraron que el 52% de la muestra tuvo un riesgo relativamente bajo de caries. El infante al ir desarrollándose en sus etapas ira aumentando la predisposición de riesgo de caries, sin existir mayor diferencia acorde al género. La probabilidad real de evitar nuevas lesiones cariosas de la muestra de estudio fue del 68% y cada uno de los CDI adquirieron diferentes porcentajes, en cuanto se refere a los otros modelos de riesgo de caries. Conclusiones. El riesgo de caries relativamente bajo presenta altos porcentajes; mientras el de menor porcentaje es el riesgo alto

Enamel defects are changes in tooth structure, their etiology originates from systemic, local, or genetic factors. Tuner's hypoplasia is an anomaly in tooth formation that directly affects the aesthetics of the tooth, clinically Tuner's teeth present with grooves, whitish stains to a brownish-yellow color, and have a predisposition to dental caries, due to their morphology. The objective of this work is to present a clinical case of direct restoration in a patient with Turner's hypoplasia, to address the importance of the differential diagnosis in the operative management of this anomaly. Objective: To analyze the literature and identify the measures applied for children and available for preventing early childhood caries in primary care. Methods: We included in vivo experimental and epidemiological studies in children, which verified the measures available for preventing early childhood caries. In vitro studies, qualitative, case reports, case series, review studies, and conference abstracts were excluded. We used the software Rayyan to verify the studies regarding duplicity. Results: The search retrieved 1423 articles in PubMed database, 274 in Web of Science, and 30 in Scopus, totalizing 1757 references. After the exclusion of duplicates, 1423 studies were verified in the software Rayyan about the other eligibility criteria, which excluded 1390 articles. Thirty-three studies were selected for full reading. Considering the preventive measurement applied for children, 5 studies were included in the review. Of the 5 studies, 4 reported topical fluoride application as the preventive measure for early childhood prevention in children. All studies reported the use of at-home supervised toothbrushing with fluoride dentifrice. Conclusion: The effective preventive measures for reduction of early childhood caries for children included supervised toothbrushing with fluoride dentifrice (at least 1000 ppm F) and topical application of fluoride varnish on recall appointments. Introduction: Parafunctional oral habits are the primary or secondary cause of malocclusions or dentomaxillofacial anomalies which severity varies depending on age. Objective: To determine the prevalence of parafunctional oral habits in 12-13 years adolescents. Methods: An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out in 450 adolescents that presented a permanent complete teething according to their age, belonging to Manuel Ascunce Domenech Secondary School of Guantánamo province, who were assisted in the Stomatologic Clinic of 4 de Abril Teaching Polyclinic in that city from December, 2022 to January, 2023. The selected variables were sex, age, as well as the presence and type of parafunctional habit. The chi-square test was used with a significance level α=0.05. Results: The prevalence of parafunctional oral habits was 38.0%; of these, the most frequent were queilophagia (33.9%) and mouth breathing (25.2%), mainly in women (50.3%) and the 12 years group (62.6%). Conclusions: A low prevalence of parafunctional oral habits was found in 12-13 years adolescents and queilophagia was the most significant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introducción: Los hábitos orales son de acción neuromuscular y están directamente relacionados con el sistema estomatognático. La importancia de esta investigación consiste en concientizar a los padres y a los Odontólogos en la importancia de conocer los factores de riesgo relacionados a la succión digital. Objetivo: Identificar la prevalencia de succión digital y factores etiológicos, Clínica UCSG 2022. Materiales y métodos: este estudio es de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva y analítica, se realizó gracias a la toma de registro de 62 pacientes de la Clínica de Odontopediatría de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. Resultados: los menores que presentaron este hábito fueron niños de 8 años, entre los factores de riesgo se encontró como prevalente la crianza, lo cual está confirmado en otros estudios, por otro lado, la causa más frecuente fue el aburrimiento, en lo cual otros autores sugieren que la causa más frecuente es el autoconsuelo y el confort. En este estudio entre las consecuencias en la oclusión, se notó mayormente los diastemas y mordida abiertas. En este sentido se usaron mayormente aparatología fija y removible, aunque un estudio sugiere un método más moderno como el uso de una pulsera con alarma la cual resultó un buen método de tratamiento. Conclusión: La mayoría de los pacientes no tuvieron el hábito de succión digital. En cuanto a los pacientes que, si presentaron este mal hábito, se encontró que entre los factores de riesgo predominó el método de crianza y la causa más prevalente fue el aburrimiento, entre los problemas oclusales más frecuentes fueron diastemas y mordida abierta anterior o lateral. O objetivo é analisar as características dos estudos e tendências nas publicações científicas e recomendações clínicas relacionadas ao COVID-19 em odontopediatria. A busca eletrônica foi realizada nas bases de dados MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection e LILACS/BVS, sem restrições. Foram incluídos estudos que usaram termos referentes a COVID-19, odontopediatria e crianças no título, resumo ou palavras-chave. Os dados bibliométricos e as características do estudo foram extraídos. Cada estudo foi categorizado de acordo com seu desenho, amostra e tema principal. Quarenta e nove estudos foram incluídos, sendo a maioria revisões (n=25; 51,00%), estudos observacionais (n=23; 47,00%) e estudo clínico (n=1; 2%). Os principais temas foram emergências odontológicas (n=9; 18,30%), biossegurança (n= 8; 16,30%) e teleodontologia (n=6; 12,20%). As emergências odontológicas mais relatadas foram trauma (n=12; 63,10%), edema (n=9; 47,30%) e dor (n=9; 47,30%). Concluiu-se que poucos estudos sobre COVID-19 e odontopediatria foram realizados, com a maioria das revisões e estudos observacionais sobre emergências odontológicas publicados na Ásia.

Introducción: las enfermedades orales, en particular la caries dental, la enfermedad de las encías y los fibromas, son un problema de salud pública que afecta a todos los ámbitos de la vida, independientemente de la economía, la cultura o la edad. Objetivo: caracterizar los hábitos bucales asociados con maloclusiones dentarias en pacientes pediátricos según juicio de expertos. Método: se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo de corte transversal en las clínicas odontológicas Dentsalud, Smilemakers, Clean Dent y Odontomax, pertenecientes al país Ecuador en el año 2022. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizaron encuestas para garantizar la confiabilidad de los datos que se obtuvieron, esta encuesta incluye las siguientes variables: clase de maloclusión, hábito oral, edad y medidas preventivas. La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante la opinión de expertos. Resultados: los especialistas afirman, 4 especialistas para un 57 % que sus pacientes pediátricos presentan maloclusión dentarias clase II, 3 especialista para un 43 % refieren que sus pacientes presentan maloclusiones dentarias por el uso del chupete o biberón. Conclusiones: Los autores concluyen que, según los criterios de los odontólogos especializados, los pacientes pediátricos con maloclusión dentaria se caracterizan por ser de la clase II, usar el chupete o biberón con mayor frecuencia en las edades de 5 a 7 años, y que para prevenir esta entidad hay que detener los malos hábitos.

Introducción: Las anomalías de la forma, en niños y niñas, son en gran medida frecuentes, por ello su estudio es importante para precisar diagnósticos, dado que pueden tener diferentes implicancias odontológicas. A la altura de la cúspide mesiopalatina de los segundos molares superiores temporarios, primeros molares superiores permanentes, y con menor frecuencia en los segundos molares superiores permanentes, es posible reconocer una cúspide accesoria o tubérculo denominada de Carabelli (TC).Objetivos: Determinar la prevalencia del TC en pacientes del Hospital de Odontología Infantil (HOI) “Don Benito Quinquela Martín” de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Asimismo, comprender, con respecto a su etiología, si existe alguna relación con el origen étnico de la familia. Para ello se incorporó la variable nacionalidad de los padres para examinar el posible vínculo entre la presencia del TC y la procedencia étnica del paciente.Materiales y Métodos: Se evaluó una muestra de 363 niños que ingresaron por primera vez al Servicio de Clínica y Orientación del HOI durante el período comprendido entre agosto 2019 y marzo 2020.Resultados: La prevalencia del TC observada fue del 34 %, por lo menos en alguna de las piezas dentarias, con una mayor tendencia en el sexo masculino en un 55%, y un 45% en el sexo femenino.Conclusiones: La hipótesis propuesta fue que la prevalencia del TC en los pacientes que acuden al del HOI es inferior al 50 % y fue validada debido a que el 34% de los pacientes presentan el TC.

In the dental care of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies are used, which seek to manage behavior and anxiety, especially in children, in order to avoid abandoning treatment, since it has a negative impact on their oral health. At present, Information and Communication Technologies are presented as tools that can be used effectively in the office; In this sense, this research aims to describe technological appropriation as a resource in behavior management for the dental consultation of patients with autism. For the methodological development, a descriptive study with a documentary design was carried out, articles were selected in which experimental and in vitro designs and review articles were applied; The bibliographic search was carried out through the PubMed, Scielo and Redalyc databases, a total of 5212 were obtained, after a review process based on the established criteria, they were reduced to 7 full-text publications. The results show that, although it is a field in development, there are experiences of technological appropriation in the dental care of patients with autism, in which the conventional use of ICT has transcended to generate new practices, which, on the one hand, improve communication. patient-dentist and adaptation to the environment, and on the other, they reduce the anxiety levels of patients allowing the development of treatments. It is concluded that in the process of technological appropriation it constitutes an effective tool for managing the behavior of the patient with ASD in the dental office, rather than a substitution of conventional behavior management techniques, what is sought is an integration of the same to the resources offered by ICT. Introduction: Invasive dental procedures with their barrage of instrumentation, smells, sounds, and are often considered to be one of the most anxiety producing events in society. The behavior of children in the dental environment is often complicated, however, most children are easily treated with behavioral counseling techniques and parental support, however, in some cases require pharmacological management to withstand invasive dental treatments. Pharmacologic treatment in these cases ranges from mild anxiolysis to general anesthesia. Since safe sedation requires adequate training of the dentist, this review aims to describe oral sedation and its application in children at the dental level. Methodology: this research is based on an exhaustive review of the literature, with a search and analysis of information based on the topic in question through databases such as PubMed, Scopus, SciELO and Google scholar. Results and discussion: the American Dental Association provides precise definitions for each level of sedation and anesthesia, based on these standardizations, state dental organizations have developed rules and regulations for pediatric sedation in dentistry, which is influenced by the demands of society, regulatory agencies, international guidelines, financial implications, and professional training. Conclusions: pediatric dental sedation is a very useful tool that can be used successfully in the hands of a specialized professional and with a clear and specific regulation that avoids possible adverse effects on patients. O estudo teve o objetivo de analisar o perfil de atendimento de urgência em Odontopediatria, além de identificar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos discentes de Graduação em uma Universidade Federal brasileira. Trata-se de um estudo transversal com duas vertentes, retrospectiva e prospectiva. Na vertente retrospectiva, foram analisadas fichas de atendimento a crianças menores de 12 entre os anos de 2016 e 2019. Na vertente prospectiva, foram avaliadas as dificuldades dos discentes durante os procedimentos odontopediátricos de urgência, por meio da aplicação de questionário. Foram incluídas 4.785 fichas de atendimento. O procedimento mais realizado pelos alunos foi a exodontia simples (31,0%). Observou-se alto grau de dificuldade para os alunos de 7º, 8º e 9º períodos, especialmente nos procedimentos de endodontia e manejo do traumatismo dentário. Verificou-se uma necessidade de maior acompanhamento e apoio aos alunos nos atendimentos em Odontopediatria no serviço de urgência.

Objetivos: Estudiar el comportamiento y la ansiedad de pacientes de 4-8 años durante la primera visita dental, relacionando dicho comportamiento con las prácticas parentales. Material y métodos: Se diseñó un estudio clínico transversal observacional. La selección de los pacientes se realizó mediante un muestreo no probabilístico consecutivo de conveniencia. Los padres cumplimentaron un cuestionario antes de la visita, y se realizó la evaluación del niño mediante la observación para determinar su nivel de ansiedad y el tipo de comportamiento. Resultados: 18 niños de edades comprendidas entre 4 y 8 años participaron en el estudio. El 72,2 % de los participantes tuvo un nivel de ansiedad “inquieto” y el 27,8 % “relajado”. El 72,2 % tuvo un comportamiento “levemente positivo”. El estilo de crianza mayoritario fue el “autoritativo” con un 83,3 %. No se ha visto una diferencia estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de ansiedad y el comportamiento de los niños en la primera visita dental y el estilo de crianza (p>0,5). Conclusiones: El nivel de ansiedad de los niños no está influenciado con el estilo de crianza. Sin embargo, se ha visto un mejor comportamiento en la primera visita dental en los niños con padres autoritativos.

La comunicación entre los individuos es esencial para desarrollarse, expresarse y convivir. El proceso de comunicación entre los odontopediatras debe profundizarse de acuerdo a la edad del individuo que se trata y según el desarrollo que el mismo tiene de lenguaje. A continuación se exponen herramientas para ayudar al odontopediatra a establecer puentes de comunicación efectivos en su paciente de acuerdo a la edad del desarrollo. Para establecer una comunicación efectiva es necesario que el profesional maneje estrategias para codificar el mensaje de tal manera que sea decodificado por el niño en desarrollo. Este trabajo pretende por medio de una propuesta innovadora dar herramientas prácticas para la comunicación efectiva en la consulta odontopediátrica, involucrando las características y evolución del desarrollo del lenguaje mientras se brindan recomendaciones particulares de acuerdo con la edad, con la finalidad de contribuir al manejo conductual del niño, cuyo objetivo primordial es establecer una buena comunicación.

Objetivo: avaliar a prevalência do bruxismo no paciente pediátrico atendido em uma instituição de ensino superior do norte de Minas Gerais. Material e Métodos: trata-se de uma pesquisa observacional, transversal e quantitativa. Foi feita uma busca ativa de todos os pacientes que foram atendidos no período de setembro de 2017 a julho de 2021 na clínica escola, sendo incluídos pacientes de ambos os sexos, faixa etária entre 4 e 12 anos de idade e que tinham o registro de bruxismo no prontuário. Foram excluídos da pesquisa pacientes que apresentaram apenas dentes permanentes. Resultados: a prevalência de bruxismo apresentada pelos pacientes pediátricos da instituição foi de 20,2%, formada em sua maior parte pelos meninos (53,3%). Observou-se que 56,7% praticavam a onicofagia. Sobre a personalidade, a maioria é brincalhona e extrovertida, 40,0%os responsáveis relataram que as crianças estão sempre/frequentemente ansiosas. Conclusão: a prevalência encontrada foi de 20,2% de crianças bruxonomas. O diagnóstico correto e precoce do bruxismo infantil depende da participação ativa dos pais.

Objective: To analyze the scientific production related to the knowledge, attitudes and practices on dental health of parents in relation to COVID-19. Methods: A bibliometric analysis was carried out in the scientific database of Web of Science. Results: Six documents published in high impact journals (Q1, Q2, Q3) were analyzed, identifying the countries, journals, institutions with the highest production, collaboration indexes and key word co-occurrences. Conclusion: The scarce production registered in Web of Science on the subject of the study promotes opportunities for future research adapted to the context of different countries and cultures. In addition, the documents establish that most parents were unaware of the transmission by close contact with asymptomatic patients and the risk during dental practices, accepting practices of self-medication of prescribed medicines, attitudes that influenced the decision of whether or not to take their children for dental consultation. O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar as representações sociais construídas por estudantes de Odontologia sobre o atendimento prestado a crianças. A população-alvo do estudo foi constituída por estudantes de graduação em Odontologia da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES), entrevistados no 10º período, após terem frequentado as disciplinas de clínica odontopediátrica. As respostas às questões norteadoras foram registradas em áudio, submetidas à análise de conteúdo e interpretadas pela abordagem processual das representações sociais. Participaram 26 estudantes, com média de 23,8±1,4 anos de idade, e a temática da entrevista semiestruturada envolveu expectativas prévias e vivência clínica. As representações que emergiram passaram pelo processo de organização em categorias. As representações sociais construídas por estudantes de Odontologia sobre o atendimento de crianças foram relacionadas à experiência gratificante e proveitosa, embora esta vivência possa ter sido complexa e desafiadora. Ademais, sob a ótica dos estudantes, é necessário ter paciência, ser compreensivo com a criança, manifestar carinho no atendimento, conquistar a confiança e usar a criatividade.
