The new eriophyid species, Phyllocoptes khazariensis sp. nov. was found on Cupressus sempervirens L. (Cupressaceae) during a survey on eriophyoid mite fauna of Sari county, Mazandaran province, north of Iran, in summer 2017. Two new Phyllocoptine species (Eriophyidae: Phyllocoptinae) including Shevtchenkella acerutinissp. nov. and Epitrimerus cupresservirenssp. nov. were collected from Acer velutinum Boiss. (Sapindaceae) and Cupressus sempervirens L. (Cupressaceae), respectively in Sari county, Mazandaran province, North of Iran. They are described and illustrated. Two new species of eriophyid mites in the tribe Anthocoptini from northern Iran were described and illustrated in this paper. Aculus carpitulussp. nov. and Heterotergum sariensissp. nov. were collected from Carpinus betulus L. (Betulaceae) and Quercus castaneifolia C. A. Mey., 1831 (Fagaceae), respectively, in Sari County, Mazandaran Province, North of Iran. No symptoms were observed on the infested host plants. Heterotergum sariensissp. nov. is the first Heterotergum species from plants of the family Fagaceae in the world.
