This article explores the dynamics of nanofluids consisting of copper (TiO2) nanoparticles suspended in water, as they interact with sensor surfaces between two parallel squeezing plates with porous characteristics. This research specifically targets applications involving enhanced heat transfer and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) control in nanofluid systems. The primary aim is to analyze the effects of nanoparticle aggregation and non-aggregation on sensor surfaces, considering MHD formations and heat transfer in the energy and momentum equations. The research adopts a steady-state fluid condition and utilizes similarity transformations to convert partial differential equations into more manageable ordinary differential equations. The methodology involves shooting methods for solving these nonlinear ordinary differential equations and employs graphical analyses to study the impacts of various parameters such as permeability, magnetic influence, squeeze flow, and radiation on the temperature and velocity profiles of the nanofluid. The results reveal significant dependencies of temperature and velocity profiles on the studied parameters, illustrating varied behaviors in scenarios of both aggregation and non-aggregation of nanoparticles. The findings emphasize how each parameter distinctively influences the heat and flow characteristics of the nanofluid, offering insights into optimizing conditions for better performance and control in practical applications. Future research could focus on extending the model to include transient fluid states and exploring the effects of other nanoparticle materials and shapes. There is also potential to investigate the interactions under different environmental conditions and to incorporate more complex boundary conditions to simulate real-world applications more accurately. Further experimental validation of the theoretical predictions would be beneficial to enhance the reliability and applicability of the findings.

Racial/ethnic minority groups have a disproportionate burden of kidney cancer. The objective of this study was to assess if race/ethnicity was associated with a longer surgical wait time (SWT) and upstaging in the pre-COVID-19 pandemic time with a special focus on Hispanic Americans (HAs) and American Indian/Alaska Natives (AIs/ANs). Medical records of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) patients who underwent nephrectomy between 2010 and 2020 were retrospectively reviewed (n = 489). Patients with a prior cancer diagnosis were excluded. SWT was defined as the date of diagnostic imaging examination to date of nephrectomy. Out of a total of 363 patients included, 34.2% were HAs and 8.3% were AIs/ANs. While 49.2% of HA patients experienced a longer SWT (≥90 days), 36.1% of Non-Hispanic White (NHW) patients experienced a longer SWT. Longer SWT had no statistically significant impact on tumor characteristics. Patients with public insurance coverage had increased odds of longer SWT (OR 2.89, 95% CI: 1.53–5.45). Public insurance coverage represented 66.1% HA and 70.0% AIs/ANs compared to 56.7% in NHWs. Compared to NHWs, HAs had higher odds for longer SWT in patients with early-stage RCC (OR, 2.38; 95% CI: 1.25–4.53). HAs (OR 2.24, 95% CI: 1.07–4.66) and AIs/ANs (OR 3.79, 95% CI: 1.32–10.88) had greater odds of upstaging compared to NHWs. While a delay in surgical care for early-stage RCC is safe in a general population, it may negatively impact high-risk populations, such as HAs who have a prolonged SWT or choose active surveillance.

This study investigates analytically the stability analysis of a nonlinear convective boundary layer (BL) flow of the nanofluids GO-EG and GO-W on a shrinking surface in the presence of a magnetic field and viscous dissipation. We provide a second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation (NODE) for temperature distribution (TD) and a third-order NODE for velocity profile (VP) coupling based on the thermophysical characteristics of the base fluid and nanofluid as well as similarity transformations (STs) in the fundamental governing equations of momentum and energy. The analytical method HAM is used to answer the equations that have been gathered. In many different industries, such as manufacturing, automotive, microelectronics, and defense, cooling of various types of equipment and devices has very important challenges. In this paper, we explore how to generate solitary, peakon, periodic, cuspon and kink wave solution of the well-known partial differential equation Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) by using exp-function and modified exp-function methods. The presented methods construct more efficiently almost all types of soliton solution of KdV equation that can be rarely seen in the history. These methods appear to be straightforward and symbolic calculations are used to solve the problem. All resulting answers are verified for accuracy using the symbolic computation program with M a p l e. To show the physical appearance of the model, 3D plots of all the generated solutions are then displayed. The obtained solutions revealed the compatibility of the proposed techniques which provide the general solution with some free parameters. In this study, the Falkner–Skan stream (FSS) of ZnO-EG across a moving wedge is investigated using artificial neural networks backpropagated using a Bayesian regularization strategy (ANN-BRS). The PDEs of the Falkner–Skan are converted into a set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The reference dataset is created using the mathematical solver in Mathematica and includes moving wedge boundaries, radiation boundaries, nanoparticle volume division boundaries and Falkner–Skan power-regulation boundaries for all proposed scenarios (ANN-BRS). Examined is the effect of practical cut off points on the stream field and temperature profiles, including the radiation limit, moving wedge limit, nanoparticle volume division and Falkner–Skan power. When nanoparticles are present, viscosity and heat conductivity rise, which can be physically explained. Increases in Falkner–Skan power have both positive and negative effects. When the settings are adjusted to their highest values, the maximum rate of heat transmission is realized. The effects of radiation boundary and so on are identical due to the linear augment. As a result, as the parameters are increased, the rate of heat transmission increases. Based on the intended data points that were obtained, the estimated answer is calculated for every scenario utilizing the testing, training and validation procedures. In this study a novel mathematical model for electroosmotic flow for Cu-water based nanofluid with heat transfer phenomenon is reported for scraped-surface heat exchanger. The flow is initiated due to motion of lower wall of the channel and axial pressure gradient. The flow is modelled with aid of low Reynolds number and lubrication approximation theory. Exact analytical expressions are gathered for axial velocity, and stream functions for various stations of scraped-surface heat exchanger. Physical phenomenon of electro osmotic parameter are investigated on velocity profile, velocity distribution and pressure rise at edge of the blades. It is reported that electro-osmotic parameter mainly works as dragging force, it can be used to control the flow. This controlling mechanism may be helpful in mixing different materials in scraped-surface heat exchanger. Pressure rise at edge of the blades mainly rises below the blades with electro-osmotic, whereas, this profiles is suppressed for region above the blades and between the blades. A mathematical model is explored to establish the electroosmotic flow for Cu-water nanoliquids within a ciliated symmetric micro-channel, the flow is established with aid of ciliary motion and axial pressure gradient. Nanofluid comprise of Cu as a nanofluid particles and water as base fluid. Maxwell-Garnelt model is exploited for viscosity and thermal conductivity of nanoliquid. Magnetic field is applied in the transverse direction and external electric field is enforced in the axial direction. Equations of motion are simplified for nanofluid flow in the microchannel by employing low Reynolds number and long wavelength approximation theory. Sometimes, an increased reaction is caused by an immune system of the body to a non-toxic agent (e. g. eggs, dust, pollens or some drugs). This is called allergy or hypersensitivity. The regulatory T cells decrease these allergic reactions. Nowadays, it is noticed that immune system has a deep relationship with micro-organism present in the intestine, that can be explained by the example, that some bacteria of intestine increase production of Treg cells by producing butyric acid like fatty acids. This can also understand that sufficiently different types of T cell receptors of Treg cells are needed to stop the inflammatory response produced by intestinal bacteria. In this study, the dynamic relation of T helper cells, intestinal bacteria and Treg cells are illustrated by a conformable mathematical model. Memory effects are figured out and displayed through graphs. Different plots also show the effects of increasing/decreasing amount of Treg induction efficiency on the whole system. An innovative concept of water-based Cu–Al2O3 hybrid nanofluid has been employed to investigate the behavior of flow and heat transfer inside a rectangular channel whose permeable walls experiences dilation or contraction in height. The transformed set of ordinary differential equations is then solved by a well-known Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg algorithm. The analysis also includes three different shapes of copper nanocomposites, namely, platelet, cylinder and brick- shaped. The impact of various embedded parameters on the flow and heat transfer distributions have been demonstrated through the graphs. All the flow properties, temperature profile and rate of heat transfer at the walls are greatly influenced by the presence of copper nanoparticles. The paper is devoted to a new extension in Gegenbauer wavelet method (GWM) to investigate the transfer of heat and MHD boundary-layer flow of ferrofluids beside a flat plate with velocity slip. A homogenous model study is conducted in which we assumed the heat transfer and forced convective flow of ferrofluids along a flat plate with a uniform wall heat flux. In the direction of transverse to plate, a magnetic field is imposed. Three various magnetic nanoparticle types including Mn-ZnFe2O4, CoFe2O4, Fe3O4 are incorporated inside the base fluid. Two types of base fluids (water and kerosene) with bad thermal conductivity as compared to nanoparticles of solid magnetic have been assumed. The mathematical model is tackled via modified Gegenbauer wavelet method (MGWM). A simulation is accomplished for individual ferrofluid mixture by assuming the prevailing impacts of uniform and slip heat fluxes. The variation of heat transfers and skin friction were also observed at the surface of the plate and we analyzed the better heat transfer for every mixture. Kerosene-based magnetite (Fe3O4) delivers the better rate of heat transfer at wall due to its association with the kerosene-based Mn-Zn and cobalt ferrites. The slip velocity and magnetic field effects on the temperature, dimensionless velocity, rate of heat transfer and skin friction are examined for various magnetic nanoparticles inside the kerosene oil and water. We observed that the primary influence of magnetic field reduces the dimensionless surface temperature and accelerates the dimensionless velocity as compared to the hydrodynamic case, thus enhancing the rate of heat transfer and skin friction ferrofluids. Moreover, a detailed evaluation of outcomes obtained by MGWM, already published work and numerical RK-4 were found to be in excellent agreement. The error and convergence analysis are presented. The combined effects of heat transfer and chemical reaction are studied for the flow through a semi-infinite asymmetric channel with orthogonally deformable porous walls. The similarity transforms have been used to reduce the conservation laws to a corresponding system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The resulting equations are solved, both analytically and numerically, by using Homotopy Analysis Method (HAM) and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta (RK-4) method, respectively. The convergence of the analytical solution is assured through the so-called total squared residual error analysis. The analysis of Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) for the solution of fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs) is presented. A unified convergence theorem is given. In order to validate the theory, the solution of fractional-order Burger-Poisson (FBP) equation is obtained. In this paper, we use the variation of parameters method to solve a class of eighth-order boundary-value problems. The analytical results are calculated in terms of convergent series. Error estimates are tabulated and are compared with some other well known techniques which reveal the complete reliability of the suggested scheme.
