Besides, the use of a manual screening causes pain complaints of workers in some parts of the workers’ body. In this study, a screening tool designed to facilitate the work and shorten the time of screening in the process of making tofu. Tools that have been created using the motor so can reduce worker fatigue and injury and speed up screening process. By using the tool, the savings are Rp. 1.000.600/month and screening times can be shortened by 55.1%.

Limbah di Industri Rajungan Desa Bulu Kabupaten Jepara belum bisa dikelola dengan baik dikarenakan industri ini belum memiliki SPAL dan IPAL. Limbah cair hasil pengolahan industri ini dialirkan langsung ke laut yang menjadikan pencemaran laut. Tujuan perencanaan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain SPAL dan IPAL serta RAB yang dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan pembangunan SPAL dan IPAL yang direncanakan di industri rajungan Desa Bulu. Hasil penelitian pada teknis ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah air limbah yang dihasilkan pada saat proses pengolahan perhari rata-rata ialah 0,51 m3/hari atau 507,5 liter/hari atau 0,02 m3/jam. Sistem pengolahan yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada industri rajungan yaitu menggunakan sistem anaerobic filter dengan lima unit pengolahan yaitu bak pemisah minyak dan lemak, bak ekualisasi, bak pengendapan awal, anaerobic filter dan bak pengendapan akhir. Berdasarkan perhitungan total biaya perencanaan SPAL dan IPAL KUB. Berkah Samudra Rajungan Jepara di Desa Bulu sebesar Rp. 56.500.000.

Abstract Murabahah Covenant is a product issued by banks that use Sharia principles in their operations, which in a short span of time to become a popular public financing products. This research aims at identifying, describing and analyzing the realization of the Al Musawah principle of Murabahah financing in Islamic banking, this study is the type of research that uses the approach Statute Normative Approach and Conceptual approach. Murabahah is a sale and purchase of goods at home with the added advantage that agreed between the bank and the customer. In Murabahah, the seller said the purchase price of the goods to the buyer, then hinted he would return in a certain amount. The results showed that of the seven groups of clauses in which there are rights and obligations of both sides, there are two groups that do not comply with the principle (Al Musawah): the group of clause about Total Financing, Financing Forms, Purpose Financing and Financing Deadline, in the article about the amount of financing should include negotiation process between the two sides, and the deadline to enter is clearly a limit in the form of range (minimum-maximum) and the clause on Affirmative Covenant containing the accumulation of customer obligations, should include penalties on arrears should be based agreement of the parties and specified in the financing agreement. Key Words: financing contract, al musawah, murabahah Abstrak Akad Pembiayaan Murabahah merupakan produk yang dikeluarkan oleh bank yang menggunakan prinsip Syariah dalam operasionalnya, yang dalam kurun waktu singkat mampu menjadi produk pembiayaan yang digemari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi, mendeskripsikan dan analisis perwujudan asas Al Musawah dalam Akad pembiayaan Murabahah di perbankan Syariah, maka penelitian ini jenis penelitian normatif yang menggunakan pendekatan Statute Approach dan Conceptual approach. Murabahah adalah jual beli barang pada harga asal dengan tambahan keuntungan yang disepakati antara pihak bank dan nasabah. Dalam Murabahah, penjual menyebutkan harga pembelian barang kepada pembeli, kemudian ia mengisyaratkan akan laba dalam jumlah tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tujuh kelompok klausul yang di dalamnya terdapat hak dan kewajiban dari kedua belah pihak, terdapat dua kelompok yang tidak sesuai dengan asas (Al Musawah): yaitu kelompok klausul tentang Jumlah Pembiayaan, Bentuk Pembiayaan, Tujuan Pembiayaan dan Batas Waktu Pembiayaan, di dalam pasal tentang jumlah Pembiayaan seharusnya mencantumkan proses negoisasi antara kedua belah pihak, dan dalam batas waktu memasukkan secara jelas batas dalam bentuk rentang (minimal-maksimal) dan kelompok klausul tentang Affirmative Covenant yang berisi akumulasi kewajiban nasabah, seharusnya mencantumkan tentang denda tunggakan harus berdasar kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dan tercantum dalam akad pembiayaan. This paper evaluates the dynamics of ethnicity and politics in the 2007 and 2012 gubernatorial elections in Jakarta. Previous research has mostly emphasised the negative impact of ethnicity on politics in the reformasi era, particularly through ethnic polarisation. By closely evaluating the major ethnic groups living in the mega-city, i.e. the Javanese, Betawi and Chinese, the author shows that the relationship between ethnicity and voting patterns is an intricate one that is not static, particularly if one evaluates a commonly overlooked but crucial factor – the time frame. The author argues that ethnicity continues to play a role in elections even though it is less significant than education and flood variables. The relationship between ethnicity and voting patterns is thus very dynamic, being related to the political context at the time of an election. The findings in this paper open up new questions on ethnicity and politics in a plural society like Indonesia.

ABSTRACT Borax and rhodamine B are preservative and dye banned to be used in food products. However, some traders still use borax and rhodamine B to their food and drink products. Cilok is a kind of food liked by schoolchildren and categorized as street vendor food (PKL). Most of food sold by street vendor has not touched by strict control from BPOM, so its quality is not good. Pentol cilok is a food made by starch. It tastes delicious and chewy. Furthermore, it is liked by schoolchildren. Cilok is also served by adding the sauce in order to make it tastier. It is common to add dye in that sauce and the dye is not natural dye nor food coloring. In the cilok, the contamination of microbe especially Salmonella sp. is influenced by unhygienic process. This research aims to find out borax and Salmonella sp. contamination and also the existence of rhodamine B on the cilok sauce. The methods used in this research are qualitative, quantitative, and the detection of Salmonella sp. contamination. The result shows, of the 8 tested samples, 4 samples (sample B, C, E, and H) contain little amount of borax, the sauce contains no rhodamine B. This can be seen from Rf value and color reaction test. On the testing of Salmonella sp., there are bacteria before boiling process (when cilok is still in the form of dough) and there are no bacteria after boiling and steaming process, so it is safe to be consumed.
