The main objective of scene text recognition is to recognize text in complex images and convert it into editable text. However, scene text recognition research has long been focused on English, and there is a lack of research on other small languages, such as Uyghur language. This paper conducts a series of studies on Uyghur text recognition in natural scenes, with the following main contributions: 1) To address the lack of Uyghur scene text recognition datasets, we established the Synthetic Uyghur Scene Text dataset SUST and the Real Uyghur Scene Text dataset RUST, and we augmented RUST with STR-Aug; 2) The contemporary existing STR models are selected to conduct experiments on the dataset proposed in this paper, through which we search for the model structure suitable for Uyghur scene text recognition; 3) According to the characteristics of Uyghur text, this paper designs a lightweight Uyghur text recognition model named LUSTR, which takes into account both lightweight and accuracy, and achieves good performance in the Uyghur scene text recognition dataset proposed in this paper. Aimed at the problems in continuous crowd sensing,such as the increased privacy requirements,the unreliable perception data collected and the low enthusiasm of users to participate,this paper proposes an incentive mechanism based on symmetric encryption and double-layer truth discovery(SDIM).First,the symmetric encryption algorithm is used to protect the privacy of the perceived data.When the privacy requirements are high and the number of perceptions is large,the computing overhead and the time of data encryption and reward computing will be greatly reduced.Second,based on a double-layer truth discovery model,an incentive mechanism supporting data reliability evaluation is proposed.The purpose is to simultaneously realize the real time reward of continuous crowd sensing,and improve the fairness of reward when the participants have malicious behavior.Finally,the dual privacy analysis of the proposed method is illustrated.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively calculate the true value and the reward according to the data reliability.Notably,it is obviously superior to the comparative model in the time of data encryption and reward computing,and can calculate the reward more fairly when the participants have malicious behavior.

Objectives: In China, primary healthcare (PHC) facilities have high antibiotic prescribing rates for upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs), which are primarily viral and self-limited. This study aimed to identify the main factors influencing PHC physicians' antibiotic decisions for URITs based on the theory of planned behavior. Methods: A convergent mixed-methods study was conducted at 30 PHC facilities across Shaanxi Province, China. A total of 108 PHC physicians completed a five-point Likert Scale questionnaire focused on behavioral components of antibiotic prescribing, including attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, belief in past experiences, and prescribing intentions. Twenty-two physicians participated in semi-structured interviews. Results: Respondents had a good awareness of AMR (Mean = 4.49) and a weak belief regarding the benefit of antibiotics (Mean = 2.34). The mean score for subjective norms was 3.36, and respondents had good control over their prescribing behavior (Mean = 4.00). A reliance on past prescribing experiences was observed (Mean = 3.34), and physicians' antibiotic prescribing intention was 3.40 on average. Multiple linear regression revealed that physicians showing a more favorable attitude towards antibiotics (p = 0.042) and relying more on their past experiences (p = 0.039) had a higher antibiotic prescribing intention. Qualitative interviews indicated that most physicians would consider prescribing antibiotics when facing diagnostic uncertainty. Low utilization of diagnostic tests, limited effectiveness of training programs, inadequate knowledge of guidelines, and lack of feedback on antibiotic prescriptions all contributed to antibiotic overprescribing. Conclusions: PHC physicians in China demonstrated strong intentions to prescribe antibiotics for URTIs when facing diagnostic uncertainty. Beliefs about antibiotics and previous prescribing behavior were significantly linked to prescribing intentions. Multifaceted interventions that focus on facilitating diagnostic tests, improving the quality of training, effectively implementing clinical guidelines, and providing practical feedback on antibiotic prescriptions may help reduce antibiotic overprescribing in China's PHC facilities. Objectives: Overuse of antibiotics in healthcare remains prevalent and requires urgent attention in China, particularly in primary healthcare (PHC) facilities. This study aimed to describe the patterns of antibiotic prescriptions for acute upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs) in PHC facilities in China and to investigate how PHC physicians' knowledge influences their antibiotic prescribing behavior. Methods: A cross-sectional survey linking physician questionnaire responses and their prescription data was conducted in Shaanxi Province, China. The proportions of URTI visits that received at least one antibiotic, combined antibiotics, and broad-spectrum antibiotics were the main outcomes reflecting antibiotic prescribing behavior. Multivariate mixed-effects logistic regressions were applied to analyze the relationship between PHC physicians' knowledge about antibiotics and their antibiotic prescribing behavior. Results: A total of 108 physicians filled out the questionnaires between February 2021 and July 2021, and a sample of 11,217 URTI visits attended by these physicians from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 were included in the analysis. The overall mean score of our respondents on the knowledge questions was 5.2 (total score of 10). Over sixty percent (61.2%; IQR 50.2–72.1) of the URTI visits received antibiotics. The percentages of URTI visits prescribed with combined and broad-spectrum antibiotics were 7.8% (IQR 2.3–10.2) and 48.3% (IQR 36.7–58.7), respectively. Third-generation cephalosporins were the most frequently used antibiotics. Physicians with lower antibiotic knowledge scores were more inclined to prescribe antibiotics (p < 0.001), combined antibiotics (p = 0.001), and broad-spectrum antibiotics (p < 0.001). Conclusions: Physicians' insufficient knowledge was significantly associated with antibiotic overprescribing. Professional training targeting physicians' knowledge of antibiotics is urgently needed to improve the rational use of antibiotics in grassroots healthcare facilities in China. Macrophages, known for their phenotypic plasticity, play a critical role in maintaining homeostasis and inflammation-related pathogenesis. Although identifying diverse macrophage phenotypes holds promise for enhancing diagnoses and treatments of diseases mediated by macrophages, existing methodologies for differentiating macrophages often lack precision. They are limited by the cumbersome procedures that require large-scale equipment, such as flow cytometry and transcriptomic analysis. In this context, we have engineered fluorescent polyadenine (polyA)-mediated sticky flares that enable practical visualization of macrophages. This technology facilitates the highly sensitive detection of macrophage phenotypes through the specific recognition of intracellular mRNAs, permitting in situ imaging. Our approach demonstrates the potential for determining macrophage polarization status at the single-cell level within dynamic immune microenvironments, thereby providing crucial diagnostic and prognostic information that could guide the development of tailored treatments for macrophage-related diseases in personalized medicine. Left hemisphere injury can cause right spastic arm paralysis and aphasia, and recovery of both motor and language functions shares similar compensatory mechanisms and processes. Contralateral cervical seventh cross transfer (CC7) surgery can provide motor recovery for spastic arm paralysis by triggering interhemispheric plasticity, and self‐reports from patients indicate spontaneous improvement in language function but still need to be verified. To explore the improvements in motor and language function after CC7 surgery, we performed this prospective observational cohort study. The Upper Extremity part of Fugl‐Meyer scale (UEFM) and Modified Ashworth Scale were used to evaluate motor function, and Aphasia Quotient calculated by Mandarin version of the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB‐AQ, larger score indicates better language function) was assessed for language function. In 20 patients included, the average scores of UEFM increased by.40 and 3.70 points from baseline to 1‐week and 6‐month post‐surgery, respectively. The spasticity of the elbow and fingers decreased significantly at 1‐week post‐surgery, although partially recurred at 6‐month follow‐up. The average scores of WAB‐AQ were increased by 9.14 and 10.69 points at 1‐week and 6‐month post‐surgery (P <.001 for both), respectively. Post‐surgical fMRI scans revealed increased activity in the bilateral hemispheres related to language centrals, including the right precentral cortex and right gyrus rectus. These findings suggest that CC7 surgery not only enhances motor function but may also improve the aphasia quotient in patients with right arm paralysis and aphasia due to left hemisphere injuries. Background and Purpose: In major depressive disorder (MDD), exploration of biomarkers will be helpful in diagnosing the disorder as well as in choosing a treatment and predicting the treatment response. Currently, tRNA‐derived small ribonucleic acids (tsRNAs) have been established as promising non‐invasive biomarker candidates that may enable a more reliable diagnosis or monitoring of various diseases. Herein, we aimed to explore tsRNA expression together with functional activities in MDD development. Experimental Approach: Serum samples were obtained from patients with MDD and healthy controls, and small RNA sequencing (RNA‐Seq) was used to profile tsRNA expression. Dysregulated tsRNAs in MDD were validated by quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction (qRT‐PCR). The diagnostic utility of specific tsRNAs and the expression of these tsRNAs after antidepressant treatment were analysed. Key Results: In total, 38 tsRNAs were significantly differentially expressed in MDD samples relative to healthy individuals (34 up‐regulated and 4 down‐regulated). qRT‐PCR was used to validate the expression of six tsRNAs that were up‐regulated in MDD (tiRNA‐1:20‐chrM.Ser‐GCT, tiRNA‐1:33‐Gly‐GCC‐1, tRF‐1:22‐chrM.Ser‐GCT, tRF‐1:31‐Ala‐AGC‐4‐M6, tRF‐1:31‐Pro‐TGG‐2 and tRF‐1:32‐chrM.Gln‐TTG). Interestingly, serum tiRNA‐Gly‐GCC‐001 levels exhibited an area under the ROC curve of 0.844. Moreover, tiRNA‐Gly‐GCC‐001 is predicted to suppress brain‐derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression. Furthermore, significant tiRNA‐Gly‐GCC‐001 down‐regulation was evident following an 8‐week treatment course and served as a promising baseline predictor of patient response to antidepressant therapy. Conclusion and Implications: Our current work reports for the first time that tiRNA‐Gly‐GCC‐001 is a promising MDD biomarker candidate that can predict patient responses to antidepressant therapy.
