Objective: The miR-497 promotes proliferation and migration in MHCC97L cells. Methods: After 24 h transfected with miR-Zip or miR-497, in MHCC97L cells, the proliferation of MHCC97L was analyzed by CCK-8. The migration was detected by transwell in MHCC97L transfected with miR-Zip or miR-497. The expression of RIPK1 and NF-κB were analyzed by qPCR and western blot in MHCC97L with miR-Zip or miR-497. Results: The proliferation of MHCC97L expressed miR-497 was significantly increased than that of expressed miRZip MHCC97L. The migration of MHCC97L expressed miR-497 was significantly improved than that of MHCC97L with miR-Zip. The expressions of RIPK1 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA were increased in cells with miR-497; The expression of RIPK1 and NF-κB protein were upregulated in the cells with miR-497. Conclusion: The miR-497 promote the proliferation and migration of the MHCC97L cell via regulating RIPK1-NF-κB pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
