Tüketici sözleşmelerinden olan mesafeli sözleşme, tüketici ile satıcı/sağlayıcının eş zamanlı fiziksel varlığı olmadan, uzaktan iletişim araçları kullanılmak suretiyle akdettikleri sözleşmedir. Mesafeli sözleşme bir sözleşme tipini ifade etmemektedir. Mesafeli sözleşme, sözleşmenin nasıl akdedildiği ile ilgili olup, bu sözleşme kurulurken uzaktan iletişim araçları kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle çeşitli sözleşme tipleri mesafeli sözleşme olarak kurulabilir. Hangi sözleşme tipinin mesafeli olarak kurulabileceği ise mesafeli sözleşmenin kapsamını ifade eder. Ancak mesafeli sözleşme olarak kurulabilecek çok fazla sözleşme tipi bulunmaktadır. Mesafeli olarak kurulabilen sözleşme tipi isimli veya isimsiz sözleşme olabilir. Bu nedenle düzenlemelerde hangi sözleşme tiplerinin mesafeli olarak kurulamayacağına yer verilmektedir. Çalışmamızda öncelikle mesafeli sözleşme kavramına yer verilmektedir. Ardından bu sözleşmenin kapsamı çeşitli düzenlemelere göre ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca isimli sözleşmelerden olan satış sözleşmesinin mesafeli olarak kurulması ile isimsiz sözleşme olan abonelik sözleşmesinin mesafeli olarak kurulması mesafeli sözleşmenin kapsamında olan sözleşmelere örnek olarak incelenmektedir., The distance contract one of the consumer contracts is the contract concluded by the consumer and the seller/provider using the means of remote communication without the simultaneous physical presence. The distance contract does not refer to a contract type. The distance contract is related to how the contract is concluded and remote communication tools are used when establishing this contract. Therefore, various types of contracts can be established as distance contracts. The distinction between which type of contract can be established is the extent of the distance contract. However, there are many types of contracts that can be established as distance contracts. The type of contract that can be established as a distance can be a contract with the typical or atypical contract. For this reason, it is stated in the regulations which types of contracts cannot be established distant. In our study, the concept of distance contract is given first. The scope of this agreement is then examined. The scope of the contract is handled according to various regulations. In addition, the distinction between the establishment of the contract of sale and the establishment of atypical contract contract, which are within the scope of the distance contract, are examined as examples.

PubMedID: 28864648 Objective. To arrive at consensus for candidate outcomes for disease activity assessment in largevessel vasculitis (LVV) in clinical trials. Methods.A Delphi survey including 99 items was circulated among international experts for 3 rounds. Results. Fifty-seven items were accepted for both giant cell arteritis and Takayasu arteritis. Sixty-seven percent of experts voted to have a common approach for both diseases with additional disease-specific items such as weight loss, scalp tenderness/necrosis, morning stiffness, dizziness, visual symptoms, and imaging. Conclusion. This study highlights similarities and differences in experts' perspectives for assessing clinical activity in LVV and may guide a consensus-driven core set of validated outcomes. Aim: To analyze the effect of TLR-9 (-1486 T>C) and TLR-9 (C>T) gene polymorphisms both at TLR-9 levels and together with their sepsis parameters. In this regard, the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used in order to detect TLR-9 gene polymorphisms, whereas the ELISA technique was used to analyze TLR-9 serum levels in 80 sepsis patients and 100 healthy individuals. Materials and Methods: The study group consisted of 80 patients with a diagnosis of sepsis and 100 healthy individuals. TLR-9 C>T polymorphism was identified by PCR-RFLP. Results: There was no substantial difference observed between sepsis and control groups in terms of TLR-9 (-1486 T>C) and TLR-9 (C>T) genotype and allele distribution. When serum TLR-9 levels were compared to TLR-9 (-1486 T>C) and TLR-9 (C>T) genotype and allele distribution, there was a statistically substantial decrease in TLR-9 serum levels of both TLR-9 (-1486 T>C) TT and TLR-9 (C>T) TT individuals in the sepsis group (p=0.011 and p=0.036, respectively). Conclusion: There is no relation between sepsis and both TLR-9 (C>T) and TLR-9(-1486 T>C) polymorphisms; however, there is a relation between sepsis and decreased serum TLR-9 levels of both TLR-9 (-1486 T>C) TT and TLR-9 (C>T) TT polymorphisms due to sepsisassociated immunosuppression.

WOS: 000348600800009, In this study Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Karaman, Konya and Nigde province' farms which are dominant in apple cultivation has been compared in terms of early warning adoption level and some social economic indicators. With this scope in the study region stratified sampling method had been used and sampling size has been determined 267 farms. In these regions early warning system has been used since the late 80's for black spot and codling moth. Especially after 2000's successful results of the system provide that a positive effect of the farmers' adoption level. According to the study results there is a high adoption level of farmers on apple cultivation from early warning system thus 41.6% of the farmers exactly adapt the pesticide application time from early warning system but farmers have lack of information about the system. There is a positive relation between adoption and education level, both levels increase at the same time. Early warning adoption levels also decrease unit production cost of apple.
