Thermoelastic stress analysis (TSA) can be used to determine the stress field of structures or materials under cyclic loadings through temperature under adiabatic conditions. So high-frequency cyclic loadings are considered as a fundamental condition. However, loading frequencies in many practical applications do not meet the adiabatic conditions. In order to improve the accuracy of TSA under low-frequency fatigue loadings, the non-adiabatic response in TSA was derived by combining the classical thermoelastic equation and heat conduction equation. This response was used to create a modified model that accounted for heat transfer and temperature distribution under low-frequency loading conditions. Otherwise, fatigue test and finite element method were used to evaluate the correctness of the modified model using epoxy resin material. The results showed that the temperature change obtained from the modified model were in good agreement with the experiment results. Simple Summary: The problem of low fertility in Tibetan pigs has a long history. In order to solve the problem of low fertility in Tibetan pigs, in this study, we successfully constructed cDNA libraries of the transcriptome from ovarian tissues of Tibetan and Yorkshire pigs using RNA-Seq technology, analyzed and screened the genes significantly enriched in the pathways closely related to the regulation of reproduction, and finally identified AR, CYP11A1, CYP17A1, INHBA, ARRB2, EGFR, ETS1, HSD17B1, IGF1R, MIF, SCARB1, and SMAD4 as important candidate genes. The 12 differentially expressed genes screened in relation to reproduction were validated using RT-qPCR. The results showed that six genes were highly significantly (p < 0.01) higher in expression in Tibetan pigs than in Yorkshire pigs, i.e., AR, CYP17A1, EGFR, ETS1, IGF1R, and SMAD4; on the other hand, six genes were highly significantly (p < 0.01) lower in expression in Tibetan pigs than in Yorkshire pigs, i.e., CYP11A1, INHBA, ARRB2, HSD17B, MIF, SCARB1. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the regulatory genes in Tibetan pigs. The purpose of this study was to explore and verify genes that regulate the reproductive traits of Tibetan pigs at the mRNA level. The ovarian tissues of Tibetan pigs (TPs) and Yorkshire pigs (YPs) were selected as research objects, and cDNA libraries of the ovarian tissue transcripts of Tibetan pigs and Yorkshire pigs were successfully constructed by the RNA-Seq technique. A total of 651 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened, including 414 up-regulated genes and 237 down-regulated genes. Through GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, it was found that these differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in cell process, reproductive process, reproduction, cell proliferation, binding, and catalytic activity, as well as oxidative phosphorylation, endocrine resistance, thyroid hormone, Notch, and other signal transduction pathways. Genes significantly enriched in pathways closely related to reproductive regulation were analyzed and selected, and the AR, CYP11A1, CYP17A1, INHBA, ARRB2, EGFR, ETS1, HSD17B1, IGF1R, MIF, SCARB1, and SMAD4 genes were identified as important candidate genes. Twelve differentially expressed genes related to reproduction were verified by RT-qPCR. The results showed that the expression of the AR, CYP17A1, EGFR, ETS1, IGF1R, and SMAD4 genes was significantly higher in Tibetan pigs than in Yorkshire pigs, while the expression of the CYP11A1, INHBA, ARRB2, HSD17B, MIF, and SCARB1 genes in Tibetan pigs was significantly lower than in Yorkshire pigs. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the molecular mechanism of reproductive trait effect genes and the application of molecular breeding in Tibetan pigs. Membrane trafficking pathways mediate key microglial activities such as cell migration, cytokine secretion, and phagocytosis. However, the underlying molecular mechanism remains poorly understood. Previously, we found that synaptotagmin‐11 (Syt11), a non‐Ca2+‐binding Syt associated with Parkinson's disease (PD) and schizophrenia, inhibits cytokine release and phagocytosis in primary microglia. Here we reported the in vivo function of Syt11 in microglial immune responses using an inducible microglia‐specific Syt11‐conditional‐knockout (cKO) mouse strain. Syt11‐cKO resulted in activation of microglia and elevated mRNA levels of IL‐6, TNF‐α, IL‐1β, and iNOS in various brain regions under both resting state and LPS‐induced acute inflammation state in adult mice. In a PD mouse model generated by microinjection of preformed α‐synuclein fibrils into the striatum, a reduced number of microglia migrated toward the injection sites and an enhanced phagocytosis of α‐synuclein fibrils by microglia were found in Syt11‐cKO mice. To understand the molecular mechanism of Syt11 function, we identified its direct binding proteins vps10p‐tail‐interactor‐1a (vti1a) and vti1b. The linker domain of Syt11 interacted with both proteins and a peptide derived from it competitively inhibited the interaction of Syt11 with vti1a/vti1b in vitro and in cells. Importantly, application of this peptide induced more cytokine secretion in wild‐type microglia upon LPS treatment, phenocopying defects in Syt11 knockdown cells. Altogether, we propose that Syt11 inhibits microglial activation in vivo and regulates cytokine secretion through interactions with vti1a and vti1b. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Liver metastasis is a common cause of death in progressive colorectal cancer patients, but the molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Here, it is reported that a conserved and oxidative pentose phosphate pathway‐associated circular RNA, circNOLC1, plays a crucial role in colorectal cancer liver metastasis. It is found that circNOLC1 silencing reduces the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway‐related intermediate metabolites and elevates NADP+/NADPH ratio and intracellular ROS levels, thereby attenuating colorectal cancer cell proliferation, migration, and liver metastasis. circNOLC1 interacting with AZGP1 to activate mTOR/SREBP1 signaling, or sponging miR‐212‐5p to upregulate c‐Met expression, both of which can further induce G6PD to activate oxidative pentose phosphate pathway in colorectal cancer liver metastasis. Moreover, circNOLC1 is regulated by the transcription factor YY1 and specifically stabilized HuR induces its parental gene mRNA expression. The associations between circNOLC1 and these signaling molecules are validated in primary CRC and corresponding liver metastasis tissues. These findings reveal that circNOLC1 interacting with AZGP1 and circNOLC1/miR‐212‐5p/c‐Met axis plays a key role in oxidative pentose phosphate pathway‐mediated colorectal cancer liver metastasis, which may provide a novel target for precision medicine of colorectal cancer. This paper proposed an improved potential rapidly exploring random tree star (P-RRT*) algorithm for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The algorithm has faster expansion and convergence speeds and better path quality. Path planning is an important part of the UAV control system. Rapidly exploring random tree (RRT) is a path-planning algorithm that is widely used, including in UAV, and its altered body, P-RRT*, is an asymptotic optimal algorithm with bias sampling. The algorithm converges slowly and has a large random sampling area. To overcome the above drawbacks, we made the following improvements. First, the algorithm used the direction of the artificial potential field (APF) to determine whether to perform greedy expansion, increasing the search efficiency. Second, as the random tree obtained the initial path and updated the path cost, the algorithm rejected high-cost nodes and sampling points based on the heuristic cost and current path cost to speed up the convergence rate. Then, the random tree was pruned to remove the redundant nodes in the path. The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm could significantly decrease the path cost and inflection points, speed up initial path obtaining and convergence, and is suitable for the path planning of UAVs. Aqueous Zn−Mn battery has been considered as the most promising scalable energy‐storage system due to its intrinsic safety and especially ultralow cost. However, the traditional Zn−Mn battery mainly using manganese oxides as cathode shows low voltage and suffers from dissolution/disproportionation of the cathode during cycling. Herein, for the first time, a high‐voltage and long‐cycle Zn−Mn battery based on a highly reversible organic coordination manganese complex cathode (Manganese polyacrylate, PAL−Mn) was constructed. Benefiting from the insoluble carboxylate ligand of PAL−Mn that can suppress shuttle effect and disproportionationation reaction of Mn3+ in a mild electrolyte, Mn3+/Mn2+ reaction in coordination state is realized, which not only offers a high discharge voltage of 1.67 V but also exhibits excellent cyclability (100 % capacity retention, after 4000 cycles). High voltage reaction endows the Zn−Mn battery high specific energy (600 Wh kg−1 at 0.2 A g−1), indicating a bright application prospect. The strategy of introducing carboxylate ligands in Zn−Mn battery to harness high‐voltage reaction of Mn3+/Mn2+ well broadens the research of high‐voltage Zn−Mn batteries under mild electrolyte conditions. Aqueous zinc metal batteries (AZMBs) as one of the next-generation energy storage technologies have attracted both academic and industrial attention due to their high safety, low cost, and high specific energy, yet are facing interfacial challenges at the electrolyte/anode interface, e.g. uneven physical diffusion of Zn2+ flux, severe chemical corrosion, and disordered electrochemical deposition behavior of the zinc metal anode. To address these issues, herein, we propose a facile and effective electrolyte modulating strategy to construct a physico-chemo-electrochemically coupled stable interface between the aqueous electrolyte and zinc anode. The aqueous electrolyte modified using a tiny amount of water-soluble ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EMIMBF4) can form a positively charged organic EMIM+ adsorption layer and a protective inorganic Zn2+-conducting layer through the in situ decomposition of BF4− on the zinc anode surface, thus effectively homogenizing the Zn2+ diffusion flux and decreasing the chemical corrosion rate. Moreover, EMIM+ provides an electrostatic shielding layer, leading to the preferential and ordered electrodeposition of Zn2+ along the Zn (002). Benefiting from this physico-chemo-electrochemically multifunctional interfacial layer, the Zn//Zn symmetric cells achieve a considerably extended lifespan of up to 1200 h at 5 mA cm−2 and 5 mA h cm−2, and more than 450 h even at an ultrahigh current density and large deposition capacity (10 mA cm−2 and 10 mA h cm−2). Zn//Cu asymmetric cells also exhibit excellent reversibility with a high coulombic efficiency of 99.75%. Furthermore, the physically, chemically, and electrochemically stabilized interface enables the AZMB with a quinone-based cathode to offer high specific capacity (256.9 mA h g−1) and a decent capacity retention rate (83.9% after 300 cycles).
