Objective To investigate the expression levels of thyroid transcription factor-1 （TTF-1） and CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer and analyze their relationship with lymphangiogenesis. Methods The ovarian cancer tissue samples were collected from 60 patients with ovarian cancer and corresponding ovarian tissue samples from 20 patients pathologically diagnosed with benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue were collected as the control group. Tissue sections were prepared for immunohistochemical staining of TTF-1， CyclinD1 and D2-40. The staining results of TTF-1 and CyclinD1 were evaluated based on semi-quantitative integration method. D2-40 staining results were assessed according to Weidner evaluation method. Lymphatic vessel density （LVD） was calculated. Results The positive expression rates of TTF-1 and CyclinD1 were 58% and 83% in the ovarian cancer tissues， which were higher than 5% and 10% in the normal cancer tissues（all P < 0.001）， respectively. The positive expression rates of TTF-1 and CyclinD1 were significantly increased in the ovarian cancer tissues with pathological stageⅢ-Ⅳ， lymph node metastasis， peritoneal metastasis， T3-T4 stage， N1 stage and M1 stage （all P < 0.05）. Age and histological type were not correlated with the positive expression rates of TTF-1 and CyclinD1 （all P > 0.05）. The LVD of ovarian cancer tissues with pathological stageⅢ-Ⅳ， lymph node metastasis and peritoneal metastasis was significantly increased （all P < 0.05）. The LVD of ovarian cancer tissues with positive expression of TTF-1 and CyclinD1 was significantly higher than that of ovarian cancer tissues with negative expression （both P < 0.05）. Conclusions TTF-1 and CyclinD1 are highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues. Patients with severe ovarian cancer， lymphangiogenesis and metastasis have high expression of TTF-1 and CyclinD1， which may be potential new targets for ovarian cancer interventions.

Problem: Pregnancy complications such as spontaneous abortion, preeclampsia, and preterm birth persist, despite current interventions aimed at their prevention and treatment largely proving unsuccessful. Interleukin‐27 (IL‐27), composed of p28 and EBI3 subunits, binds to IL‐27R, which consists of gp130 and IL‐27Rα (also known as WSX‐1 or TCCR), and plays a pivotal role in tumor development and inflammation regulation. At the maternal‐fetal interface, IL‐27 expression has been detected in trophoblasts, endometrial stromal cells, and decidual cells. Abnormal levels of IL‐27/IL‐27R have been linked to adverse pregnancy outcomes, including spontaneous miscarriage, preeclampsia, and preterm birth. This review aims to explore the expression of IL‐27 at the maternal‐fetal interface and its signaling pathway, uncovering the complex role of IL‐27 in pregnancy complications. Method of Study: A comprehensive literature review was conducted using PubMed/Medline, Scopus, and Embase databases, analyzing studies on IL‐27 expression and its signaling pathways at the maternal‐fetal interface. The review focused on identifying the presence of IL‐27 in various cell types and linking abnormal IL‐27/IL‐27R expression to pregnancy complications such as spontaneous miscarriage, preeclampsia, and preterm birth. Discussion and Conclusion: IL‐27 plays a complex role at the maternal‐fetal interface, with abnormal expression linked to several pregnancy complications. These findings highlight the need for further research to elucidate IL‐27's mechanisms and develop targeted interventions. In this study, a targeted nanocarrier was developed by functionalizing graphene oxide with polyethyleneimine and folic acid, intended for loading oridonin. The nanocarrier was successfully synthesized and characterized using an ultraviolet spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The nanocarrier demonstrated a remarkable oridonin loading capacity, reaching 424.8 μg/mg, as determined by ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography. In vitro drug release experiments exhibited a pH‐dependent release profile, with a higher cumulative release in an acidic environment. The release mechanism followed the Ritger–Peppas equation model. Cytotoxicity assays indicated minimal toxicity of the nanocarrier. Enhanced cellular uptake by MCF7 cells was observed for carriers functionalized with folate and polyethyleneimine. These findings highlight the potential of functionalized graphene oxide as a promising carrier for oridonin delivery in biomedical applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the development of the electric market, electric load forecasting has been increasingly pursued by many scholars. Because the electric load is affected by many factors, it is characterized by volatility and uncertainty, and it cannot be forecasted accurately only by a single model. In the research, a short‐term load forecasting integrated model is proposed to solve the problem of inaccurate forecasting of a single model. The key point of using the integrated model to forecast is to optimize the decomposed sequence to improve the accuracy of the forecast. empirical wavelet decomposition (EWT) is used to decompose the sequence into stationary sequences and avoid modal aliasing; the sparrow search algorithm (SSA) simulates the forecasting and anti‐forecasting behavior of the sparrow population, which is very similar to the electricity consumption behavior of various industries and has good optimization effect; generalized regression neural network (GRNN) is used for forecast and reconstruction; This is the EWT‐SSA‐GRNN model. This paper studies and analyzes the power load of a city in southern Australia. The aim of this study was to prepare oridonin liposomes and evaluate the physicochemical characteristics and pharmacokinetics in rats. A three‐level, three‐factor Box–Behnken design was used to optimize the preparation of oridonin liposomes. A highly sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatographic quantification method using ultraviolet detection was established and validated for the determination of oridonin in rat plasma. Twelve Sprague–Dawley rats were randomly assigned and injected with 15 mg/kg of oridonin or oridonin liposomes via the tail vein. Pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated using a compartmental modeling approach using PKsolver software. The optimum conditions were as follows: soybean phospholipids/cholesterol ratio, 3.9:1; soybean phospholipids/drug ratio, 8.5:1; and soybean phospholipid concentration, 1.1%. Under these conditions, the mean particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, and encapsulation efficiency of oridonin liposomes were 170.5 nm, 0.246, −30.3 mV, and 76.15%, respectively. The pharmacokinetic results showed that liposomes could significantly prolong the elimination half‐life (from 2.88 ± 0.55 to 13.67 ± 3.52 h), increase the area under the concentration–time curve (from 1.65 ± 0.17 to 6.22 ± 0.83 μg h/ml), and decrease the clearance (from 6.62 ± 1.38 to 1.96 ± 0.24 L/kg h). The oridonin liposomes increased the elimination half‐life and area under the concentration–time curve and provided a reference for the development of drugs with a short half‐life. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the effect of career identity on career success among Chinese male nurses and to examine the mediating role of work engagement in this relationship. Background: Recently, with the development of the nursing career, male nurses take up a higher share and play a more important role in the nursing team. With its own particularity and advantages, this group's stability closely relates to the future of the nursing team. Therefore, promoting the career success of the male nurses is essential to the nursing team development. Methods: The data were collected in China. A sample of 557 male nurses completed measures of career identity, work engagement and career success scale. Structural equation model was adopted to verify the research hypotheses. Results: Career identity was significantly and positively related to male nurses' work engagement and career success (p <.01). And work engagement partially mediated the association between career identity and career success. Conclusion: Career identity is critical to predicting and enhancing male nurses' career success. Work engagement plays an intervening mechanism explaining how career identity promotes career success among male nurses. Implications for Nursing Management: Nursing management should minimize the impact of the traditional concept, implement the gender equality and provide moderate care for male nurses to facilitate balanced development of gender by upgrading the management system. The administrators should carry out skill training based on male nurses' features and the need of the department. Given full play to their respective advantages, male nurses will make great progress in professional development and achieve greater career identity and work engagement. Meanwhile, the further exploration of better incentive mechanism also makes sense in improving career identity and work engagement by the reform of performance appraisal mechanism and salary adjustment according to their ability. This paper is concerned with optimizing the configuration of a set of platform products and the associated supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and multiple suppliers using a three-move dynamic game-theoretic approach. The variants in the product family share a common platform for developing/configuring variant modules which are substitutable in the sense that high-end module options can functionally replace low-end ones at higher prices. As the customer in the supply chain, the manufacturer takes its leading role by making the first move to give decisions on platform products development (PPD) and supplier selection. The concerned suppliers make the second move to optimize their decisions including price discounts and their ordering policies. The manufacturer finishes the game by taking the last move to make his ordering decisions. The ranges of the rational reactions for the players are derived from the analyses of their payoff models, and an enumerative algorithm is developed to find the subgame perfect equilibrium of the game through the technique of backward induction. The game model and the proposed solution procedure are illustrated through a series of simulation experiments and sensitivity analyses using a numerical example. The results have allowed us to draw some meaningful interpretations and useful managerial insights. The use of platform commonality and modularity has been found generally beneficial not only to the supply chain as a whole but also to individual players that are eventually configured into the game. Flexibility of the suppliers' capability is also found to affect the PPD decisions. Aim: To explore the relationships among self‐efficacy, information literacy, social support and career success of clinical nurses and identify factors influencing clinical nurses' career success in northwestern China. Background: Understanding the influencing factors of career success is important for the professional development of nurses and the improvement of clinical nursing quality. Many influencing factors of career success have been identified, but there is no large‐scale research on the relationships among self‐efficacy, information literacy, social support and career success of clinical nurses based on Kaleidoscope Career Model. Studies examining the association of the four factors remain limited. Methods: A total of 3011 clinical nurses from 30 hospitals in northwestern China were selected in the cross‐sectional survey, and the response rate was 94.71%. The clinical nurses completed the online self‐report questionnaires including self‐efficacy, information literacy, social support rating scale and career success scale. The data were analysed by SPSS23.0 statistical software using t test, analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and multiple linear regression. Structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyse the influencing factors of career success using Mplus 8.3. Results: The career success of clinical nurses in northwestern China was at a medium level. The linear multivariate regression analysis showed that self‐efficacy (β =.513), social support (β =.230), information support (β =.106), information consciousness (β = −.097), information knowledge (β =.067), information ethics (β = −.053), hospital grade (β =.118), marital status (β = −.071) and age (β = −.037) entered regression equation of clinical nurses' career success (all P <.05). SEM results showed that the career success was negatively correlated with demographic characteristics and positively correlated with social support and self‐efficacy. Conclusion: Demographic characteristics, self‐efficacy, social support and information literacy are the influencing factors of nurses' career success, which should be considered in the process of promoting nurses' career success. Implications for nursing management: Nursing managers need to acknowledge the significance of nurses' career success both for the realization of their own value and for the improvement of clinical nursing quality. They should encourage nurses to enhance self‐efficacy and render more social support through incentive policies and foster nurses' information literacy through information technology training so as to improve their career success. Autophagy is involved in the pathogenesis of multiple pathogen infection. Previous studies have reported that human cytomegalovirus (CMV) activates autophagy in the early stage of infection and then inhibits autophagy. Little is known about the role of autophagy in murine CMV (MCMV) infection, especially in MCMV-induced hepatitis. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of autophagy in MCMV hepatitis. BALB/c mice were infected with MCMV and a series of experiments involving western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, H&E (Hematoxylin and Eosin) staining and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction were performed in this study. The expression of SQSTM1/p62, PI3K, the ratio of phosphorylated Akt to total Akt, and the ratio of phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) to total mTOR were increased, and the expression of light-chain 3 (LC3)-II were decreased in the livers of infected mice on days 3 and 7 postinfection (p.i.). Compared with the untreated infected group, increased transcription level of MCMV glycoprotein B (gB), increased expression levels of interleukin1-β (IL-1β), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), decreased expression level of type I interferon α (IFN-α), as well as aggravated liver pathological injury were detected in starvation-treated infected group on days 3 and 7 p.i.; whereas decreased transcription level of MCMV gB, decreased expression levels of IL-1β, AST and ALT, increased expression level of type I IFN-α, as well as alleviated liver pathological injury were detected in chloroquine (CQ)-treated infected group on day 3 p.i. In conclusion, autophagy is inhibited through activating the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in the liver of BALB/c mice during MCMV infection, and autophagy may promote MCMV replication and aggravate liver pathological damage and inflammation. Further understanding of the interactions between autophagy and MCMV infection and its potential mechanism may bring new important cues to the control of MCMV infection and antiviral therapy. We develop a mathematical model for two situations: a single supply chain configured for multiple products sharing a common platform, and multiple supply chains separate for individual products. The model is applied and solved for a case study of a notebook computer manufacturer to study two impacts of product platform commonality. One is the robustness of the supply chain performance against the demand variability and the other is the improvement of the supply chain performance by taking advantage of quantity discounts offered by suppliers. The experimental results have found that the presence of platform commonality encourages the manufacturer to take advantage of the quantity discount to improve its performance. Another important finding is that platform commonality not only improves the supply chain performance (total cost) but also its robustness against the demand variability.

This study aims to investigate the diagnosis of acidification and efficient recovery of a laboratory-scale anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) which treats synthetic glucose wastewater under mesophilic conditions (35°C). The diagnosis of the ASBR showed that acidification occurred on the seventh day after adding 20 mmol/L of sodium 2-bromoethanesulfonate into the reactor. A three-step recovery strategy was employed to recover the acidified reactor efficiently and to study its restoration process. Results indicated that the acidified ASBR can be revived in approximately 50 d. The specific methanogenic activities of the sludge, which were based on the substrate of acetate, propionate, and butyrate, were restored at 0.85, 0.67, and 0.51 (gCOD-CH4)/(gVSS∙d), respectively. The fluorescent observation images revealed large amounts of Methanosarcina-like and rod-shaped methanogens distributed in the sludge flocs after reactor restoration, thus ensuring that the fermentative, acidogenic, and methanogenic processes proceeded effectively in the anaerobic system. The effect of long-term bioaugmentation on nitrogen removal, nitrification activity, and microbial ecology for an anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic (A2O) pilot-scale plant operated in low sludge retention time (SRT) to treat municipal wastewater was investigated. Reject water from sludge treatment was used as a feed to cultivate the nitrifier contained in activated sludge for bioaugmentation. Under the conditions of 10 h hydraulic retention time, 8 d of SRT, and 14°C water temperature ammonia removal efficiency increased by 25%, and specific ammonia utilizing rate and specific nitrite utilizing rate increased by 1.86 and 1.90 times, respectively. The percentages of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria (NOB) in the total number of bacteria increased from 2.4 and 2.1% to 6.8 and 7.8%, respectively.
