The aim of this study is designed an improved ResNet 50 network to achieve automatic classification model for pain expressions by elderly patients with hip fractures. This study built a dataset by combining the advantages of deep learning in image recognition, using a hybrid of the Multi-Task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Networks (MTCNN). Based on ResNet50 network framework utilized transfer learning to implement model function. This study performed the hyperparameters by Bayesian optimization in the learning process. This study calculated intraclass correlation between visual analog scale scores provided by clinicians independently and those provided by pain expression evaluation assistant(PEEA). The automatic pain expression recognition model in elderly patients with hip fractures, which constructed using the algorithm. The accuracy achieved 99.6% on the training set, 98.7% on the validation set, and 98.2% on the test set. The substantial kappa coefficient of 0.683 confirmed the efficacy of PEEA in clinic. This study demonstrates that the improved ResNet50 network can be used to construct an automatic pain expression recognition model for elderly patients with hip fractures, which has higher accuracy.

Plant roots are sensitive to potassium (K+) deficiency signals. Therefore, regulating root growth by exogenous methods is a vital strategy to improve low K+ tolerance of sweetpotato. We studied the effects of exogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) on growth, K+ absorption, and root characteristics in sweetpotato exposed to low K+ treatment (LK). LK significantly inhibited dry mass, K+ concentration and accumulation, as well as the root elongation (length) and branching (forks and crossings) in sweetpotato seedlings. However, exogenous IAA increased the length, ratio, and density of lateral roots and promoted absorption and accumulation of K+, which effectively alleviated the inhibitory effect of low K+. Exogenous IAA also increased the expression levels of auxin synthesis (IbYUC6 and IbTAR2) and transport (IbPIN1, IbPIN3, and IbPIN8) genes in leaves and roots, which promoted the increase of endogenous IAA content. Furthermore, exogenous IAA was more effective on low-K-tolerant variety (XS32) than low-K-sensitive variety (NZ1) under LK stress, depending on their different IAA synthesis and transport strategies. These results indicated that exogenous IAA enhanced root responsiveness of sweetpotato to low K+ stress by modulating auxin biosynthesis and transport, thereby improving the tolerance of sweetpotato to low K+ stress. The photocatalytic performance of g-C3N4 could be effectively improved by reducing the recombination rate of photogenerated electron–hole pairs. In this work, g-C3N4 was combined with CoWO4 to construct Z-scheme heterojunction by ultrasonic impregnation method. The successful synthesis of CoWO4/g-C3N4 composites was confirmed by comprehensive characterization. Systematic studies showed that the well-matched band structures between them contributed to the formation of close interfacial contacts, which could effectively increase the transfer rate of photogenerated electrons. The photocatalytic degradation performance showed that the degradation efficiency of tetracycline (TC) reached 98.3% in 150 min under ultraviolet light, which was mainly due to the establishment of Z-scheme heterojunction. At the same time, CoWO4/g-C3N4 composites could still maintain good stability after four cycles. In addition, the possible photocatalytic mechanism of CoWO4/g-C3N4 composites was also proposed. The COVID‐19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to healthcare systems worldwide, prompting governments to allocate substantial resources toward public health spendings (PHS). However, the uncertainties surrounding the pandemic have raised questions about the effectiveness and sustainability of such expenditures. This research analyzes the nonlinear link between pandemic uncertainty (PNU) and PHS in countries with highest PNU (USA, India, France, Germany, UK, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, and China). Previous studies have employed panel data methodologies to establish consistent findings regarding the relationship between pandemics and health spendings, regardless of the fact that several countries have not autonomously recognized this connection. In contrast, this current research adopts a distinctive tool called "quantile‐on‐quantile," which enables the examination of time series dependency within each economy, providing both international and country‐specific perspectives on the relationship between the variables. The estimations indicate that PNU leads to an increase in PHS in the vast majority of economies chosen by us, focusing on definite segments of the data distribution. Moreover, the data demonstrates that there are differences in the asymmetry between the variables across various nations. This underscores the need for policymakers to take careful deliberation when formulating policies related to health spendings and addressing the challenges posed by pandemic uncertainty. The germination of seeds is a prerequisite for crop production. Protrusion is important for seed germination, and visible radicle protrusion through seed covering layers is the second phase of the process of seed germination. Analyzing the mechanism of protrusion is important for the cultivation of rice varieties. In this study, 302 microcore germplasm populations were used for the GWAS of the protrusion percentage (PP). The frequency distribution of the PP at 48 h and 72 h is continuous, and six PP-associated QTLs were identified, but only qPP2 was detected repeatedly two times. The candidate gene analysis showed that LOC_Os02g57530 (ETR3), LOC_Os01g57610 (GH3.1) and LOC_Os04g0425 (CTB2) were the candidate genes for qPP2, qPP1 and qPP4, respectively. The haplotype (Hap) analysis revealed that Hap1 of ETR3, Hap1 and 3 of GH3.1 and Hap2 and 5 of CTB2 are elite alleles for the PP. Further validation of the germination phenotype of these candidate genes showed that Hap1 of ETR3 is a favorable allele for the germination percentage; Hap3 of GH3.1 is an elite allele for seed germination; and Hap5 of CTB2 is an elite allele for the PP, the germination percentage and the vigor index. Knowledge transfer is the basis for R&D teams and enterprises to improve innovation performance, win market competition and seek sustainable development. In order to explore the path to promote knowledge transfer within the R&D team, this study considers the bounded rationality and risk preference of individuals, incorporates prospect theory into evolutionary game, constructs a perceived benefits matrix distinct from the traditional benefits matrix, and simulates the evolutionary game process. The results show that, R&D personnel's knowledge transfer decisions depend on the net income difference among strategies; only if perceived cost is less than the sum of perceived synergy benefit, perceived organization reward value, and perceived organization punishment value, can knowledge be fully shared and transferred within the R&D team. Moreover, R&D personnel's knowledge transfer decisions are interfered by the irrational psychological factors, including overconfidence, reflection, loss avoidance, and obsession with small probability events. The findings help R&D teams achieve breakthroughs in improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer, thereby enhancing the capacity of enterprises for collaborative innovation. The landscape of financial technology is undergoing a continuous evolution, driven by the relentless advancement of information technology. In this transformative milieu, digital finance has emerged as a novel financial paradigm, offering a blueprint for fostering inclusive finance. With a particular emphasis on its implications for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), this article harnesses a comprehensive dataset spanning the years 2011 to 2021, encompassing digital inclusive finance and SMEs listed on the SME board. Employing fixed effects models, this study performs a regression analysis to verify the driving effect of digital inclusive finance on SMEs' innovation activities. The findings unequivocally affirm the potency of inclusive finance in ameliorating the longstanding financing constraints that have historically constrained the growth trajectory of SMEs. Furthermore, the study elucidated the nuanced nature of the promotional impact of digital inclusive finance on SMEs, contingent upon their distinct property rights and technological attributes. Specifically, the empirical findings unveil a discernible pattern wherein digital inclusive finance exerts a conspicuously stronger promotional effect on non-state-owned enterprises and high-tech SMEs' endeavors in technological innovation. The conclusions derived from this research furnish a salient point of reference for governmental authorities engaged in the formulation and advancement of digital inclusive finance strategies, thereby imparting strategic guidance for the cultivation of innovation and holistic development within the SME sector. Open-pit mining activities inevitably affect the surrounding ecological environment. Therefore, it is crucial to clarify the disturbance characteristics of open-pit mining activities on the surrounding vegetation and scientifically implement ecological restoration projects. This study investigates the impact of open-pit coal mining in arid and semi-arid regions on surrounding vegetation from a vegetation phenology perspective. Initially, we construct a high-frequency time series of vegetation indices by Harmonized Landsat 8 and Sentinel-2 surface reflectance dataset (HLS). These time series are then fitted using the Double Logistic and Asymmetric Gaussian methods. Subsequently, we quantify three pivotal phenological phases: Start of Season (SOS), End of Season (EOS), and Length of Season (LOS) from the fitted time series. Finally, utilizing mine boundaries as spatial units, we create a buffer zone of 100 m increments to statistically analyze changes in phenological phases. The results reveal an exponential variation in vegetation phenological metrics with increasing distance from the mining areas of Heidaigou-Haerwusu (HDG-HEWS), Mengxiang (MX), and Xingda (XD) in northwest China. Then, we propose a method to identify the disturbance range. HDG-HEWS, MX, and XD mining areas exhibit disturbance ranges of 1485.39 m, 1571.47 m, and 671.92 m for SOS, and 816.72 m, 824.73 m, and 468.92 m for EOS, respectively. Mineral dust is one of the primary factors for the difference in the disturbance range. The HDG-HEWS mining area exhibits the most significant disruption to vegetation phenological metrics, resulting in a delay of 6.4 ± 3.4 days in SOS, an advancement of 4.3 ± 3.9 days in the EOS, and a shortening of 6.7 ± 3.5 days in the LOS. Furthermore, the overlapping disturbance zones of the two mining areas exacerbate the impact on phenological metrics, with disturbance intensities for SOS, EOS, and LOS being 1.38, 1.20, and 1.33 times those caused by a single mining area. In this study, Ti–6Al–4V welded joints were subjected to a high-energy shot peening (HESP) treatment. The structural characteristics of the Ti–6Al–4V welded joints were investigated by optical microscopy (OM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD). The Rockwell hardness and residual stress in different regions of the Ti–6Al–4V welded joints were assessed before and after treatment. Tension tests were then performed to investigate the effect of HESP on the welded samples. Experimental results showed that an Surface nanocrystallization (SNC) layer can be prepared on a Ti–6Al–4V welded joint via HESP. The average grain size of the SNC layer was approximately 30 nm after HESP. HESP also resulted in a higher surface hardness compared with that of the original sample. After treatment, surface compressive residual stresses formed in welded joints, and the residual peak stress of the weld zone was decreased from 650 MPa to −638 MPa. The surface hardness and surface residual stress were distributed more uniformly on the surface of the welded joint. After treatment, the tensile properties were improved.

Phosphate is one of the essential mineral nutrients. Phosphate transporter genes (PHTs) play an important role in Pi acquisition and homeostasis in tomato plants. However, basic biological information on PHT genes and their responses of symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal in the genome remains largely unknown. We analyzed the physiological changes and PHT gene expression in tomatoes (Micro-Tom) inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Funneliformis mosseae) under different phosphate conditions (P1: 0 µM, P2: 25 µM, and P3: 200 µM Pi). Twenty-three PHT genes were identified in the tomato genomics database. Protein sequence alignment further divided the 23 PHT genes into three groups, with similar classifications of exons and introns. Good colonization of plants was observed under low phosphate conditions (25 µM Pi), and Pi stress and AM fungi significantly affected P and N accumulation and root morphological plasticity. Moreover, gene expression data showed that genes in the SlPHT1 (SlPT3, SlPT4, and SlPT5) gene family were upregulated by Funneliformis mosseae under all conditions, which indicated that these gene levels were significantly increased with AM fungi inoculation. None of the analyzed SlPHT genes in the SlPH2, SlPHT3, SlPHT4, and SlPHO gene families were changed at any Pi concentration. Our results indicate that inoculation with AM fungi mainly altered the expression of the PHT1 gene family. The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has impacted and changed consumer behavior because of a prolonged quarantine and lockdown. This study proposed a theoretical framework to explore and define the influencing factors of online consumer purchasing behavior (OCPB) based on electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) data mining and analysis. Data pertaining to e-WOM were crawled from smartphone product reviews from the two most popular online shopping platforms in China, Jingdong.com and Taobao.com. Data processing aimed to filter noise and translate unstructured data from complex text reviews into structured data. The machine learning based K-means clustering method was utilized to cluster the influencing factors of OCPB. Comparing the clustering results and Kotler's five products level, the influencing factors of OCPB were clustered around four categories: perceived emergency context, product, innovation, and function attributes. This study contributes to OCPB research by data mining and analysis that can adequately identify the influencing factors based on e-WOM. Plants can adapt to the spatial heterogeneity of soil nutrients by changing the morphology and architecture of the root system. Here, we explored the role of auxin in the response of sweetpotato roots to potassium (K+) deficiency stress. Two sweetpotato cultivars, Xushu 32 (low-K-tolerant) and Ningzishu 1 (low-K-sensitive), were cultured in low K+ (0.1 mmol L−1, LK) and normal K+ (10 mmol L−1, CK) nutrient solutions. Compared with CK, LK reduced the dry mass, K+ content, and K+ accumulation in the two cultivars, but the losses of Xushu 32 were smaller than those of Ningzishu 1. LK also affected root growth, mainly impairing the length, surface area, forks number, and crossings number. However, Xushu 32 had significantly higher lateral root length, density, and surface area than Ningzishu 1, closely related to the roots' higher indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) content. According to the qPCR results, Xushu 32 synthesized more IAA (via IbYUC8 and IbTAR2) in leaves but transported and accumulated in roots through polar transport (via IbPIN1, IbPIN3, and IbAUX1). It was also associated with the upregulation of auxin signaling pathway genes (IbIAA4 and IbIAA8) in roots. These results imply that IAA participates in the formation of lateral roots and the change in root architecture during the tolerance to low K+ stress of sweetpotato, thus improving the absorption of K+ and the formation of biomass. Engineering site and shaft pillars are excavated to prolong the life of collieries and excavate more underground coal. The Jinggezhuang colliery ('JGZ') is a resource-exhausted coal mine in eastern China. It was determined that the industrial site and shaft pillar of JGZ would be extracted in 2008. This study excavated an experimental panel to examine the effect of pillar excavation on surface buildings in complicated geological conditions. A new pillar design was proposed based on surface monitoring to increase the recovery ratio. To maintain the safety of the shaft and engineering facilities, panel 0091 was mined and surface deformation was monitored during the experiment. The deformation characteristics and parameters were obtained using a back analysis method. A new pillar was designed using the parameters measured from panel 0091. The design maintained the safety of the shaft but relaxed the restriction of the influence of constructions at the engineering site. The prediction results of the surface subsidence and the deformation of the main building were analyzed. The maximum subsidence of the surface was 7419 mm, but the surface subsidence of the shafts was less than 10 mm. The shafts were weakly influenced by the pillar excavation. The prediction results can be used as basic information for the monitoring and maintenance of buildings in the future. Using the new pillar design, 2.54 million tons of coal resources were mined. Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is one of the most famous traditional Chinese medicinal plants. The two most important classes of pharmaceutically relevant compounds in S. miltiorrhiza are phenolic acids and tanshinones. The MYB family of transcription factors may efficiently regulate the secondary metabolism in plants. In this study, a subgroup 4 R2R3MYB transcription factor gene, SmMYB4, was isolated from S. miltiorrhiza and functionally characterized using overexpression and a RNAi-mediated silencing. We achieved a total of six overexpressions and eight RNAi transgenic lines from the Agrobacterium leaf disc method. The content of the total phenolics, rosmarinic acid, and salvianolic acid B markedly decreased in the SmMYB4-overexpressing lines but increased in the SmMYB4-RNAi lines. The content of the total tanshinones, cryptotanshinone, and tanshinone IIA decreased in the SmMYB4-overexpressing transgenic lines but increased in the SmMYB4-RNAi lines. A gene expression analysis demonstrated that SmMYB4 negatively regulated the transcription of the critical enzyme genes involved in the phenolic acid and tanshinone biosynthesis. The genetic control of this transcriptional repressor may be used to improve the content of these bioactive compounds in the cultivated S. miltiorrhiza. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Developing efficient catalysts for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution and pollutant degradation is a promising approach to address energy and environmental pollution issues. S-scheme heterojunctions exhibit strong redox capabilities and rapid charge separation rates, presenting enormous potential in realizing such dual-functional reaction systems. In this paper, the core-shell Cu 2-x S@Zn 0.5 Cd 0.5 S (Cu 2-x S@CZS) with S-scheme heterojunction was constructed by traditional hydrothermal reaction. The hydrogen production rate of Cu 2-x S@CZS-2 is the best (20.73 mmol g−1 h−1), which is 692 times and 4.82 times that of pure Cu 2-x S and Zn 0.5 Cd 0.5 S. Furthermore, Cu 2-x S@CZS-2 catalyst achieved a removal efficiency of 98.1 % for TC within 180 minutes under visible light. This study demonstrates a transition metal sulfide photocatalyst capable of efficiently harnessing solar energy for the production of clean energy and the remediation of water environments. The sweet potato is very sensitive to low temperature. Our previous study revealed that IbMPK3-overexpressing transgenic sweet potato (M3) plants showed stronger low-temperature stress tolerance than wild-type plants (WT). However, the mechanism of M3 plants in response to low-temperature stress is unclear. To further analyze how IbMPK3 mediates low-temperature stress in sweet potato, WT and M3 plants were exposed to low-temperature stress for 2 h and 12 h for RNA-seq analysis, whereas normal conditions were used as a control (CK). In total, 3436 and 8718 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in WT at 2 h (vs. CK) and 12 h (vs. CK) under low-temperature stress, respectively, whereas 1450 and 9291 DEGs were detected in M3 plants, respectively. Many common and unique DEGs were analyzed in WT and M3 plants. DEGs related to low temperature were involved in Ca2+ signaling, MAPK cascades, the reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling pathway, hormone transduction pathway, encoding transcription factor families (bHLH, NAC, and WRKY), and downstream stress-related genes. Additionally, more upregulated genes were associated with the MAPK pathway in M3 plants during short-term low-temperature stress (CK vs. 2 h), and more upregulated genes were involved in secondary metabolic synthesis in M3 plants than in the WT during the long-time low-temperature stress treatment (CK vs. 12 h), such as fatty acid biosynthesis and elongation, glutathione metabolism, flavonoid biosynthesis, carotenoid biosynthesis, and zeatin biosynthesis. Moreover, the interaction proteins of IbMPK3 related to photosynthesis, or encoding CaM, NAC, and ribosomal proteins, were identified using yeast two-hybrid (Y2H). This study may provide a valuable resource for elucidating the sweet potato low-temperature stress resistance mechanism, as well as data to support molecular-assisted breeding with the IbMPK3 gene. Landslide deformation is the most intuitive and effective characterization of the evolution of landslides and reveals the inherent risk of landslides. Considering the inadequacy of existing deformation monitoring data for early warnings regarding landslide hazards, resulting in insufficient disaster response times, this paper proposes a time-domain correlation model. Based on the process of rainfall-induced landslide deformation, the time-domain correlation between regional rainfall and landslide deformation is proposed, which can reflect the temporal characteristics of landslide responses to rainfall, and the calculation method of the impulse response function is designed to quantitatively model and calculate the correlation. Furthermore, rainfall monitoring data are used to optimize the landslide deformation monitoring indicator system for early warnings regarding landslide instability. The feasibility of the method proposed in this paper is verified by analyzing the historical monitoring data of rainfall and landslide deformation at nine typical locations in five landslide hazard areas in Fengjie County, Chongqing city. (1) The correlation models for the XP landslide involve a delayed rainfall response time of 5 for deformation, respectively, as well as the existence of a cycle of 55–56 days, which means that the above area can advance the landslide warning by one lag time based on the cycle; (2) The correlation models for the OT landslide show consistent correlations under a 48–50-day cycle, which means that the deformation in the above areas can be predicted based on rainfall accumulation. In order to systematically explore the impact of rising intellectual property rights protection on the driving effects that knowledge spillover exerts on knowledge transfer performance in China's manufacturing industries, this paper constructs an improved dynamic threshold model with the level of intellectual property rights protection as a threshold variable. The results show that when the level of intellectual property rights protection crosses one of the two thresholds in turn, the driving effect first experiences a rise and then drops sharply, reflecting a significant double threshold feature; the driving effect exhibits the characteristic of spatiotemporal heterogeneity; compared with research and development (R&D) investments, R&D personnel input can more significantly enhance knowledge transfer performance. Story generation, namely, generating a reasonable story from a leading context, is an important but challenging task. In spite of the success in modeling fluency and local coherence, existing neural language generation models (e.g., GPT-2) still suffer from repetition, logic conflicts, and lack of long-range coherence in generated stories. We conjecture that this is because of the difficulty of associating relevant commonsense knowledge, understanding the causal relationships, and planning entities and events with proper temporal order. In this paper, we devise a knowledge-enhanced pretraining model for commonsense story generation. We propose to utilize commonsense knowledge from external knowledge bases to generate reasonable stories. To further capture the causal and temporal dependencies between the sentences in a reasonable story, we use multi-task learning, which combines a discriminative objective to distinguish true and fake stories during fine-tuning. Automatic and manual evaluation shows that our model can generate more reasonable stories than state-of-the-art baselines, particularly in terms of logic and global coherence.

To advance multi-domain (cross-domain) dialogue modeling as well as alleviate the shortage of Chinese task-oriented datasets, we propose CrossWOZ, the first large-scale Chinese Cross-Domain Wizard-of-Oz task-oriented dataset. It contains 6K dialogue sessions and 102K utterances for 5 domains, including hotel, restaurant, attraction, metro, and taxi. Moreover, the corpus contains rich annotation of dialogue states and dialogue acts on both user and system sides. About 60% of the dialogues have cross-domain user goals that favor inter-domain dependency and encourage natural transition across domains in conversation. We also provide a user simulator and several benchmark models for pipelined task-oriented dialogue systems, which will facilitate researchers to compare and evaluate their models on this corpus. The large size and rich annotation of CrossWOZ make it suitable to investigate a variety of tasks in cross-domain dialogue modeling, such as dialogue state tracking, policy learning, user simulation, etc.

The power consumption and energy efficiency of wireless sensor network are the significant problems in Internet of Things network. In this paper, we consider the network topology optimization based on complex network theory to solve the energy efficiency problem of WSN. We propose the energy efficient model of WSN according to the basic principle of small world from complex networks. Small world network has clustering features that are similar to that of the rules of the network but also has similarity to random networks of small average path length. It can be utilized to optimize the energy efficiency of the whole network. Optimal number of multiple sink nodes of the WSN topology is proposed for optimizing energy efficiency. Then, the hierarchical clustering analysis is applied to implement this clustering of the sensor nodes and pick up the sink nodes from the sensor nodes as the clustering head. Meanwhile, the update method is proposed to determine the sink node when the death of certain sink node happened which can cause the paralysis of network. Simulation results verify the energy efficiency of the proposed model and validate the updating of the sink nodes to ensure the normal operation of the WSN. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Whole‐exome sequencing was performed on the patients to identify pathogenic mutations for infertility. Western blotting and immunofluorescence analysis detected the expression level and localization of CEP250. Co‐immunoprecipitation detected the protein‐protein interactions. Cep250‐KI mice were generated by the CRISPR‐Cas9 system.Here, 10 patients diagnosed with acephalic spermatozoa syndrome were recruited, and a homozygous loss‐of‐function mutation in CEP250 (NM_007186: c. 4710_4723del: p. E1570fs*39) was identified from a consanguineous Han Chinese family. Immunofluorescence experiments revealed a decreased CEP250 signal in the neck region of the patient's sperm compared with the normal. Co‐immunoprecipitation results indicated reduced interaction between SUN5/PMFBP1 and mutant CEP250 compared with the wild‐type, possibly due to the absence of complete 2272–2442 amino acids. Besides, the patient can be effectively treated with intracytoplasmic sperm injections. Nevertheless, Cep250‐KI male mice exhibit non‐obstructive azoospermia, which indicates the different functions in CEP250 between human and mouse spermatogenesis.Collectively, CEP250 may represent a novel pathogenic gene for acephalic spermatozoa syndrome in humans, and we provide precise genetic diagnosis and treatment strategies for the patient. Government environmental information disclosure (GEID) is a key policy instrument in environmental governance. Local governments in China are improving the disclosure level of environmental information, but does the environmental information disclosed by local governments reflect the existing state of the local ecological environment? This paper analyzes the correlation between GEID and environmental performance and verifies whether or not the environmental information disclosed by local governments can reflect actual local ecological environment conditions. Based on data from Chinese cities, this paper adopts a multiple regression method, and the results show that the environmental information disclosed by governments can reflect the local environmental performance as a whole, and the higher the level of GEID, the better the local environmental performance; but the relationship between the two has significant regional differences. In eastern China, the higher the level of GEID, the better the local environmental performance. In central and western China, the correlation between GEID and environmental performance is not significant. In addition, it should be noted that the correlation between the level of GEID and the emission intensity of water pollutants is not significant in all regions. This study contributes to further clarifying the effectiveness of GEID policy and identifying a breakthrough for the optimization of environmental policies faced with the dilemma of serious environmental pollution and urgent economic development needs.
