This study aims to know and analyze the influence of environment, lifestyle and the role of social media to the spirit of entrepreneurship in the Millenial Generation. This type of research based on eskplanasi level is in the form of associative research that aims to determine how the relationship between variables with Purposive Sampling technique is the respondent chosen intentionally with certain characteristics that are believed and representative of the population. The unit of analysis in this study is Millenial Generation aged between 17 years to 38 years. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerag and Bekasi areas. The study was conducted in January 2018 - May 2018. The population in this study is Millenial Generation also known as Generation Y is demographic group after Generation X (Gen-X), Sampling 100 consideration is sufficient to be distributed to Jabodetabek area. In this study, the independent variables are environment variable (X1), lifestyle (X2), and social media role (X3) while the dependent variable is the entrepreneurship spirit (Y) with 65 indicators as primary data source. The result of this research is partial regression coefficient for environment variable of result of prob. t arithmetic of environment free variable equal to 0,036 smaller than 0,05 so that free environment variable have significant influence but result t-hitung (-2,126). Result of negative or unidirectional value of environment variable to bound variable Entrepreneurship Spirit mean Environment influences negatively to Entrepreneurship Spirit. While the influence of free variable of Lifestyle to the dependent variable of Entrepreneurship Spirit, the probability t value (0.000) is smaller than 0.05 t-count 4,898 so it can be said that the free variable Lifestyle has significant influence, so also the influence of free variable of Social Media to dependent variable Entrepreneurship spirit, the value of prob t arithmetic (0.002) is smaller than 0.05 t-count 3.253 so it can be said that the free variable Social Media significantly influence the bound variables Entrepreneurship Spirit. In the F test test the prob value. F count (sig) in the value table is 0,000 smaller than the 0.05 significance level so it can be concluded that the distributed linear regression model is feasible to be used to explain the influence of Environment, Lifestyle and Social Media on Entrepreneurship spirit with F test result 24,993 > 3,61. Linear Regression Y = 28,710+(-0.203)X1+(0,454)X2+(0,364)X3+e., the equation informs the most influential variable to Entrepreneurship Spirit is the Social Media Role variable with standardized coeftsients 0,454 larger than the variable of Environment and Lifestyle. The result of coefficient test of determination shown by R square is 43,9% while the rest 56,1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research.

3. Role of Fishing Cooperatives in Promoting Entrepreneurship Spirit between Their Members

The main purpose of this research was to determine the impacts of fishing cooperatives on promoting entrepreneurship spirit among their members. The population included 1820 members of the three fishing cooperatives in Bushehr province. Three hundred twenty samples were selected by Kerjcie and Morgan Table. A proportional stratified sampling method was used to specify the samples' numbers for each cooperative. The validity of the questionnaires was gained by the use of a panel of experts, necessary corrections were implemented. The reliability was achieved by a pilot-test among 30 members. The results revealed that rate of the fishing cooperative's success to achieve entrepreneurship spirit promotion among the members assessed (52.2%) very much and (34.1%) moderate. The results of using multiple regression showed that the variables of participation in training courses, members' participation in cooperative, entrepreneurial characteristics among the cooperatives' members, satisfaction of the cooperative's activities, establishing economic and financial structures for entrepreneurship development had respectively a positive significant effect on promoting entrepreneurship.

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelusuran lulusan menunjukan tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak masih rendah. Hal ini belum sesuai dengan visi misi SMKN 1 Demak menyiapkan tamatan bertakwa berbudi luhur mempunyai etos kerja dan berjiwa wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 296 siswa. Jumlah sampel 173 siswa yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadapa jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara simultan sebesar 57,8%. Terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara parsial sebesar 25,1%. Terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 sebesar 17,3%. Based obseravtion and graduation data show entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak are low, there not in line with vision and mission SMKN 1 Demak those are students have religious behavioristic, work spirit, and entrepreneurship spirit. The purpose this research is empirically to know the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on the entrepreneurial spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak. The populations all students of Accounting SMKN 1 Demak in 2016 , total 296 students. Total sample in this research are 173 students, there are from slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The collected data were then analyzed with descriptive analysis and inferential statistical percentage .The results showed positive influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 simultaneously. There is contribution positive influence of entrepreneurship education to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy. Family environment has contributed positive influence to the entrepreneurial spirit of Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy.

Those culture factor than reliabled by people in did interaction with circles, language, think, etc. Article will map out Ubinus reguler student culture using 6 pole culture dimencion by Schwartz and will see the influence than entrepreneurship spirit that should be possessed by leaders in the future. Article used descriptive research method and the data were collected by using questioner. The analysis method was quantitative and qualitative method. The result indicates that conspicuous culture was the embeddedness between individual and group, egaliter (trust, responsibility, loyal with friends or group), and harmonious culture. There are positive influences between the three of dimension culture than entrepreneurship spirit and more influence was embedded ness culture.

7. DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR MARKET AND ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT IN RURAL AREAS.

- Abstract
Increasing the labor force employment and participation rates is sustained by capitalization of human opportunities existent in rural areas. This entails a flexible and inclusive labour market and a decreasing rate of exclusion for some rural groups. This paper highlights the need of facilitating the access to the labour market by achievement of professional skills needed in nonagricultural sectors from rural areas for the vulnerable groups as well as the entrepreneurial groups. The analysis shows that these topics, which involve economical and social modernity address the following dimensions, using Iasi County as case study: promoting entrepreneurship in rural areas; occupational inclusion of women and young unemployed people from rural areas; promoting of some specific forms for insertion of the persons from rural areas into labour market, by sustaining some training programmes; professional conversion according to the characteristics of target groups. The study evaluates the position of rural labour market progress in the County, where small level farms and subsistence agriculture continue to play a significant social shield function in the rural economy.
