Le recenti politiche europee sulla salute incentivano lo sviluppo della e Health e la sempre maggiore diffusione delle applicazioni della IA nell’ambito sanitario. Si tratta di un percorso obbligato che, certamente, rappresenta una enorme risorsa per il sistema sanitario pubblico, per gli operatori del settore e, non da ultimo, per la salute dei pazienti, ma che, altresì, pone alcuni interrogativi dal punto di vista etico-giuridico sui quali questo lavoro intende (seppur brevemente) far riflettere. Recent European health policies encourage the development of e-Health and the increasing spread of AI applications in healthcare. This is an obligatory course of action that certainly represents an enormous resource for the public health system, for those working in the sector and, not least, for the health of patients, but which also raises a number of questions from an ethical-legal point of view on which this paper intends (albeit briefly) to reflect.
