2017（平成29）年に学習指導要領が改訂され、小学校、中学校、高等学校では2022（令和４ ）年から全面実施された。この学習指導要領では、アクティブ・ラーニングの視点に基づいて、授業における「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現が求められている。各学校では、これまでの授業実践・研究の成果を生かしつつ、様々な方法を取り入れながら模索している実情がある。 本研究では、子どもが主体的・協働的に学習に取り組むこと、知識を関連付けて深く考えたり、思いや考えを基に創造したりするような学習を組み立てることが、主体的・対話的で深い学びにつながる授業であると考え、1970年代～1980年代に優れた授業実践に取り組んだ柳瀬真子氏に視点をあて、氏の理論・実践を考察・分析し、その成果と課題から、「主体的・対話的で深い学び」とはどのような学びの姿であるのかについて明らかにし、各学校での実践の一助としたい。, In the year of 2017, the curriculum for elementary and junior high school was revised that was totally introduced in elementary school in 2020, junior high school from 2021. The study curriculum are required to realize the class formation that children can develop original and creative thought through interactive learning through interactive learning. In many a school along with past and previous classroom activity and achievement of past research, now we have been searching better way to achieve independent and cooperative study standing on the achievement that gained using varied type of method.In this research, we believe children’s independent and interactive learning and accumulation of knowledge and deep thinking enhance children’s creative ability. So we focused on the teaching method which Ms.Masako Yanase who had done excellent teaching method during ‘70s and ‘80s, from her achievement and subject we would find what is better learning way and use them as helping method in teaching in school.

2017（平成29）年に小・中学校学習指導要領が改訂され、小学校は2020（令和２ ）年、中学校は2021（令和３ ）年から全面実施されている。この学習指導要領は、学校教育の中で長年にわたり目指してきた「生きる力」の育成を受け継ぎながらも、「21世紀型学力」の育成をより意識した内容となっている。様々な社会の変化に積極的に向き合い、他者と協同して課題を解決することが求められる中、その実現の中心的な役割を果たす学びが「総合的な学習の時間」である。とりわけ、今回の改訂では、育成を目指す資質・能力を明確にしつつ、探究的な学習の過程を一層充実することが求められている。 そこで、本研究では、子どもが学習に主体的・協働的に取り組むこと、問題解決的な学習が発展的に繰り返されるような学習を組み立てることに視点を当て、B中学校における「総合的な学習の時間」の実践を分析・検討し、その成果と課題から、「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現に向けた授業のあり方について明らかにする。, In the year of 2017, the curriculum for elementary and junior high school was revised that shall be totally introduced in elementary school in 2020, junior high school from 2021. The study curriculum aimes at obtaining living power which have been disciplined long time and at the same time does to enhance and achieve "study power necessary in 21st century". We have to face social change positively and to solve many a problems cooperating with others where the comprehensive study plays main role in the classroom. Especially in this revision it requires what is the speciality and ability and find process for truth finding study.The research focused on the study method how to develop the structure of class study for the children to work voluntary and collaborative attitude, and analized and reviewed. We wanted to make clear what achievement should be and what potential issues may exist in order to realize "proactive, interactive, and deep learning".

小学校教育実習事前指導において、アクティブ・ラーニングを用いた、平成27年一部改正学習指導要領および平成29年改訂学習指導要領の学習を行った。アクティブ・ラーニングは、今次学習指導要領改訂において、初等中等教育での活用が重視されており、アクティブ・ラーニングの体験を通じて、学生が次期学習指導要領の理解を深めることを目指した。その結果、関連キーワードに関する知識の定着・理解の向上が見られたほか、将来教師として教室でアクティブ・ラーニングを実践する際の留意点を体感するなどの効果が得られた。, 研究論文

次期学習指導要領（2017年３月31日文部科学省公示）ならびに「持続可能な開発目標」（SDGs：国連決議，2016年１月１日発効）が目指す2030年の持続可能な社会に向けて，その核となる「持続可能な開発のための教育」（ESD）・環境教育について，これまでの背景から要点を整理した。また，ESD・環境教育の２つの実践から，実務上での要点の整理と考察を行った。さらに，2030年を目指したESD・環境教育の今後の方向性を示し，将来目標に関する考察を行った。これらの結果として，次期学習指導要領の「主体的・対話的で深い学び」（アクティブ・ラーニング）などを実現することにも有効である，広義の環境教育の流れを受けたESDに，SDGsなども視野に入れて取り組むことをすべての教育者に提言したい。

「生きる力」は、次期学習指導要領においても教育活動の目標となっている。「生きる力」を実現する資質・能力を育成するために、学習活動としての「アクティブ・ラーニング」には「自主的・対話的な深い学び」が求められている。しかし具体的にどのような視点で授業計画を作成するか、どのような場面で「アクティブ・ラーニング」を用いると効果的であるかを授業実施者への具体的な運用指針として示した研究は見当たらない。本研究では、「深い学び」については、ショーンの教師の「省察的実践家」論を参考に授業課題・授業計画作成のための検討を行い「アクティブ・ラーニング」を4つの類型に分類した。また、「対話的な学び」についてはヴィゴツキーの「発達の最近接領域」論を参考に「アクティブ・ラーニング」を用い効果を上げるための留意点を検討した。これらの検討結果を踏まえ、S県H高等学校において行われた「アクティブ・ラーニング」を用いた授業について検討した結果Ⅰ～Ⅲの類型に分類できる実践が行われていた。, “Ikirutikara” desired in the 21st century is a target of educational activities in the next curriculum guidelines. We are requested that we take “active learning” for progress of “Ikirutikar”.In this research, “Active learning” as learning activity was considered from Shon’s “ The Reflective Practitioner” theory for “Deep learning” and Vygotskii’s “Developmental most approach territory” theory for “Interactive learning”. Then “Active learning” as learning method was classified into 4types. And the relationship with the literacy of “Ikirutikara” and “active learning” could be made clearly. A practice session in H high school can be classified into the type of Ⅰ-Ⅲ.

「総合的な学習」がどのような経緯で生まれてきたのかをみていく．教育制度の変遷と社会からの要請から，学習指導要領の改訂過程をとらえていく．その中で「総合的な学習」の果たすべき役割を考察する．大学の小学校教職課程における「ものづくり」を体験する科目の役割とその評価，重要性について議論していく． In this article, we surveyed what process “Period for Integrated Study” of schools has been introduced. The changes of “course of study” of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology are studied from the point of view of education system and social request. In these changes, the transition in the role of “Period for Integrated Study” is reviewed. One of the characteristics of the next course of study is the viewpoint of active learning. Active learning is defined as “it is expected that classes independent and interactive deep learning,” and the class standing in such a will incorporate active learning. In this paper, first, I consider “deep learning” and “the viewpoint of the active learning” and explain the educational methods that are expected in the next course of study. Second, I show that we can find such educational methods in the theory and practice of a variety of conventional educational methods, and consider the educational thought of Socrates and Rousseau, Kimiaki Kato’s history class practice and the liberal education movement of the Taisyo period., 次期学習指導要領の特色として「アクティブ・ラーニングの視点」が挙げられる。アクティブ・ラーニングとは「主体的で対話的な深い学び」とされており、そういう視点に立った授業デザインが求められている。本論文では、まず、「深い学び」と「視点」の意味を考察することを通して、次期学習指導要領が目指す教育方法を明らかにする。次いで、そうした教育方法は、これまでの教育方法の理論と実践に見出せるものであることを論ずる。具体的事例として、ソクラテスやルソーの教育思想、加藤公明の歴史教育実践、大正自由教育の実践を取り上げて検討する。

次期学習指導要領においては、小中高のどの学校種においてもアクティブ・ラーニングが必要とされる。それを見越して、現行の学習指導要領のキーポイントであった言語活動が小学校の各教科指導において実施されているのかの実態調査と分析をもとに、今後のアクティブ・ラーニングのあり方を探った。

平成30年度（小学校は32年度）を目処に，次期学習指導要領に向けて改訂が進められている。その中核の一つにアクティブ・ラーニング（以下ＡＬ）の導入が挙げられる。そこで，本研究では今後ＡＬの導入が，小学校国語科学習における意義と今後の展開について，文部科学省（以下文科省）が示す中央教育審議会答申や報告を追いながら考察した。小学校においてＡＬは，これまでの小学生の学習活動を考えると，さして目新しいものではないと感じた。一方で，国語科においては「単元を貫く言語活動」の名の下に，学習方法の硬直化が進んでしまった感がある。ＡＬの考え方が，単に方法論に帰着することなく，資質・能力を付けるために，学習者の主体性と学習方法の多様性を含み，従来の学習観にさらなる変革を促すものであり，教師自らが実現したい授業創造の機会が到来すると結論付けた。

In Japan, new national standards for education, including physical education, will be enacted. Facing this transitional period of Japanese educational curriculum, we have identified following practical issues related to teaching physical education in primary and secondary schools. (1) Differences in track and field related skills and fitness between adolescent boys and girls, particularly regarding the sprint, should be reflected in teaching strategies for the sprint. (2) Many teachers have difficulties in teaching basketball tactics, and therefore, teachers should first demonstrate ideal movements of tactical players to their students. (3) With regard to teaching soccer, teachers must consider the hip joints of students, which are the core joints used to kick a ball, and therefore, teachers need to develop an issues-raised-type of learning programs, as well as an evaluation system for assessing students’ learning. (4) The anticipation of ball locations is a critical skill for successful reception in volleyball, and therefore, teaching strategies specializing in anticipatory skills should be developed. (5) In martial arts classes, students learn attack and defensive skills, as well as traditional thinking, behavior, and courtesy, which are parts of Japanese culture. In the revised national standards for education, karate, Japanese halberd, Japanese archery, Aikido, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Bayoneting will be introduced, and therefore, effective teaching strategies must be developed for the newly selected martial arts. (6) Physical expression and dancing have been leading active learning by students in physical education classes, and the current task is to popularize teaching strategies that correspond with national standards. (7) Systematic strategies for teaching the theory of physical education from primary to upper secondary school should be urgently developed.

2017年に告示された学習指導要領では，主体的・対話的で深い学び（アクティブ・ラーニング）とカリキュラム・マネジメントは，教育課程を軸に，授業や学校の組織・経営の改善を図るものとして，学校全体の機能を強化することが期待されている。本研究は，この点に着目し，両者の関係について，量的調査を実施し，詳細な分析を行った。結果，カリキュラム・マネジメントがアクティブ・ラーニングの視点からの授業改善を後押しするという知見を再確認するとともに，学校の課題状況により，両者の関係には違いがあり，効果的なカリキュラム・マネジメントが異なっていることを実証的に明らかにした。このことは，それぞれの学校が，自校の実態を踏まえてカリキュラム・マネジメントを進めることの重要性を示唆するものである。, In the Course of Study Guidelines (2017) for Japan, “proactive, interactive, and deep learning” (= active learning) and “curriculum management” are proposed as major objectives. These attributes are identified as ways of improving classes, school organization and management in schools. Curriculum management is expected to promote active learning. Although previous studies have shown a correlation between these two attributes, they have not clarified the mechanisms underlying this relationship. In this study, we outline the results of a quantitative survey of many elementary school teachers about the relationships between active learning and curriculum management.

能動的な学習（以下「アクティブ・ラーニング」）に関しては、教育再生実行会議での「高等学校教育と大学教育の接続・大学入学者選抜の在り方について」の第四次提言や「これからの時代を見据えた教育内容・方法の革新について」の第七次提言等で、その重要性が示されており、次期学習指導要領の改訂においてもこの課題解決・協働型授業の推進が強く求められている。大学教育においては、アクティブ・ラーニングの浸透による質の高い教育が求められているが、大学教育へとつながる高等学校教育においては、専門学科や研究指定校、一部の教科・科目においてはアクティブ・ラーニングの実践が行われているものの、全体的にはなかなか浸透していないのが現状である。本稿では昨年まで勤務した高等学校での取組を通して、高等学校におけるアクティブ・ラーニングの現状と課題について紹介する。
