[Objective] The present paper aimed to explore the grain production pattern and influencing factors in the major production areas, provided a certain basis for stabilizing the overall situation of national food security and formulating differentiated grain policies. [Method] By means of concentration degree, gini coefficient, logarithmic mean divisia index and cultivated land pressure index, quantitatively analyzed the factors influencing the increase of grain production in major grain producing areas from 2000 to 2020, such as the change of grain production center, variety structure, contribution to increase production, resource bearing capacity and production cost. [ Result] ( i) From the change of grain production center, more than 95 % of the grain increment came from the major grain producing areas, and the major producing areas in the north contributed more to the increase, especially Shandong, Henan and Heilongjiang, which occupied the top three areas of grain output and sown area for a long time. (ii) In terms of the production centers of different food crops, the production centers of wheat, com and beans were stable in the major grain producing areas in the north for a long time, while the production centers of rice and potato were mainly concentrated in the major grain producing areas in the south, but the production centers of rice gradually showed a trend of northward deviation. (iii) From the perspective of contributing factors, the grain increase in the major grain producing areas mainly depended on the increase of yield per unit area, and the contribution rate of yield per unit area to grain increase reached 61. 16%. The grain increase in the major grain producing areas in the north was due to the combined effect of cultivated land area, multiple cropping index, grain crop proportion and yield per unit area. Due to the decrease of cultivated land area in the major grain producing areas in the south had a negative effect on grain increase, the grain yield increase was more dependent on unit yield increase and multiple cropping index. (iv) From the perspective of resource carrying capacity of grain production, the dilemma of uneven distribution of water and soil resources has not been improved for a long time. The constraints of water resources in the major grain producing areas in the north were increasingly strengthened, while the pressure of cultivated land resources in the major grain producing areas in the south was continuously high. ( v) From the change and structure of grain production cost, the average grain production cost in the major grain producing areas was rising continuously. The land cost in the major grain producing areas in the north was higher, and the labor cost in the major grain producing areas in the south was higher. The grain production cost in the major grain producing areas in the north was higher than the whole country and the major grain producing areas in the south for a long time, and the rising rate was slightly faster than that in the major grain producing areas in the south. [Conclusion] Establishing the food security responsibility mechanism shared by the producing and marketing areas, constructing the differentiated compensation mechanism; Strictly observing the grain sown area, adjusting the structure of regional grain varieties; Consolidating scientific and technological support for grain increase, promoting coordinated development of water and soil resources and grain production; Taking multiple measures to improve grain production efficiency, and enhancing the enthusiasm of various subjects to grow grain. 【Objective】It is of great practical significance to study the evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the temporal and spatial pattern of production in the major grain-producing counties for a comprehensive understanding of food security issues and the formulation of regional differentiated food polices. 【Method】Taking the 90 major grain-producing counties in Sichuan province as the research object, with the help of geographic gravity center model, spatial autocorrelation analysis, logarithmic mean dyadic decomposition method, the present study analyzed the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and its influencing factors of grain production in Sichuan province from 2005 to 2020. 【Result】(i)From the perspective of comprehensive grain production capacity, the output of 90 major grain-producing counties in Sichuan province showed a stable growth trend, with an annual growth rate of 1.24%, but the fluctuation of grain production in different regions was different;(ii)From the perspective of different grain varieties, the variety that contributed the most to the increase of grain production in the 90 major grain-producing counties was maize, then followed by rice, potato and bean, and the contribution rate of wheat to grain yield was negative;(iii)From the perspective of spatial agglomeration characteristics, the gravity center of grain production of the 90 major grain producing-counties in Sichuan province moved to east and south as a whole, and the grain production capacity in the eastern region was generally higher than that in the southern region; Meanwhile, as time went by, the overall spatial agglomeration of grain production was gradually enhanced, high value agglomeration areas were mainly distributed in southern Sichuan economic zone, while low value agglomeration areas were mainly distributed in Chengdu plain economic zone and Panxi economic zone;(iv)From the perspective of influencing factors of grain yield increased, the increase of grain yield per unit area contributed significantly to grain yield increase, but the effect of the change of sowing area on grain yield in different regions was obviously different. 【Conclusion】It is suggested to strictly abide by the red line of cultivated land, strengthen scientific and technological support, improve the socialized service system for agricultural production, and establish a benefit compensation mechanism for major grain-producing counties of food production, so as to ensure the grain safety in Sichuan province. Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum Adropin, soluble ST2 receptor (sST2) and galactose lectin-3 (Gal-3) levels and prognosis in patients with acute heart failure. Methods: 154 patients with acute heart failure who were admitted to People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from June 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled in the heart failure group, another 100 volunteers who underwent health examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels in heart failure group and control group were compared. The heart failure group were divided into three groups according to American New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification: class II group (n=38), class III group (n=64) and class IV group (n=52). The Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels among the three groups were compared. The patients in heart failure were divided into good prognosis group (n=95) and poor prognosis group (n=59) according to the prognosis of patients after discharge. Univariate and Logistic multiple regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis in patients with acute heart failure. Results: Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels in heart failure group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels in patients with heart failure group increased significantly with the increase of heart function classification (P<0.05). 59 patients had poor prognosis, the incidence was 38.31%. Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in age, gender, body mass index (BMI), smoking history, drinking history, basic diseases and Blood Routine Indexes between the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group (P>0.05). Cardiac function classification, serum Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels in patients with poor prognosis group were higher than those in patients with good prognosis group (P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that class IV, Adropin≥ 10 ng/mL, sST2≥ 150 µg/mL and Gal-3≥ 5 µ g/L were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with acute heart failure (P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels in patients with acute heart failure are increased significantly, and they are increased with the aggravation of the disease. The changes of serum Adropin, sST2 and Gal-3 levels would affect the prognosis of patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
