JAXAで基礎研究を進めている極超音速実験機(HYTEX: HYpersonic Turbojet EXperiment)の遷音速および超音速での空力特性を確認するため、10％スケール模型を用いて1m×1m超音速風洞(SWT1: Supersonic Wind Tunnel 1)および2m×2m遷音速風洞(TWT1: Transonic Wind Tunnel 1)において感圧塗料(PSP: Pressure Sensitive Paint)による圧力分布計測試験を行った。PSPはSWT1試験では複合PSPを用い、TWT1試験ではPSP(Pressure Sensitive Paint)/TSP(Temperature Sensitive Paint)塗り分けを用いた。SWT1およびTWT1で風洞試験を行い機体周りの詳細な圧力分布を取得した。本稿ではM=2.5、2.0、1.4、1.1、0.9、0.7でのPSP試験結果について、模型上面および下面での圧力分布とそれに関わる現象について考察を加える。また圧力孔計測データとの比較も行なった。, 資料番号: AA0063897005, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-07-019

Pressure-Sensitive Paint (PSP) is an image base pressure measurement technique and its data has much larger pressure information than the conventional pressure tap measurement. It produces quantitative pressure data. The PSP was estimated its performance as a CFD validation tool in this paper. At first, overview of PSP and PSP development at JAXA were described. PSP and CFD data of ONERA M5 model, which is a standard model of transonic wind tunnels, were used to compare with each other. The PSP test of ONERA M5 was conducted at JAXA 2 m x 2 m Transonic Wind Tunnel. Its test condition used in PSP/CFD comparison was M = 0.84, Alpha = 0 deg, P0 = 100 kPa. The PSP results were quantitatively in good agreement with pressure tap data and also good agreement with CFD data globally. There were 3 different regions between PSP and CFD data. Those regions were graphed and their possible reasons were considered. PSP and CFD data comparison on several arbitrary lines on test model were also demonstrated. It could be clear up the discrepancies between PSP and CFD data and the difference between PSP and pressure tap measurement. Then the superiority of PSP data was estimated comparing with pressure tap measurement. JAXA総合技術研究本部(Institute of Aerospace Technology: IAT)風洞技術開発センター(Wind Tunnel Technology Center: WINTEC)では、感圧塗料(Pressure-Sensitive Paint: PSP)を利用した表面圧力場計測技術の研究開発を行なっている。PSP計測は従来の電子式センサーによる計測と比較して、安価で手軽に風洞模型全面の圧力場を可視化することができる利点がある。しかし、PSPの発光強度は圧力だけではなく温度にも依存するため、計測精度を高めるためにはPSP温度補正が不可欠である。過去の実験において、IR(InfraRed)カメラを利用した温度補正により計測精度を改善することに成功している。しかし、赤外線(IR)カメラ計測では、周辺温度の写りこみや、マーカーが検出できないなどの問題があり、さらに2種類の異なる計測システムを操作する煩雑さがあるため実用計測システムには不向きである。そこで、上記したIRカメラ併用システムの問題を解消する計測システムとして、PSPに感温色素を混合した複合感圧塗料(複合PSP)の研究を開始した。複合PSPに使用する感温色素は、大阪大学と共同開発をした。複合PSPシステムの技術実証として、JAXA2m×2m低速風洞試験に適用し、複合PSP計測システムの有効性を評価した。その結果、従来の方法(通風直後の無風時画像を用いた計測法)よりも定量的に計測精度を向上させることができ、本システムの温度補正機能が有効であることが実証された。一様流速U(sub ∞)=50m/sにおいて計測精度は約150Paを達成した。また、複合PSPシステムの利点として、IRカメラを併用するシステムよりも使い勝手が良く、実用システムとして有望であることが確認できた。, Pressure-Sensitive Paint (PSP) system is a useful measurement tool for acquiring overall pressure images on an aerodynamic model. However, the luminescent intensity of PSP depends on both pressure and temperature. Thereby, Bi-luminophore PSP (bi-PSP) has been developed in order to correct the error due to temperature dependence of the PSP. The bi-PSP contained pressure- and temperature-sensitive dye. Tetranuclear europium (III) complexes and PdTFPP were used as temperature- and pressure-sensitive dye, respectively. The Eu complex was developed as a temperature sensor of the bi-PSP in cooperation with Osaka University. The luminescence intensity of the Eu complex was highly sensitive to temperature and insensitive to pressure. The bi-PSP was examined using a painted coupon and its characteristics were clarified. As a verification test, pressure distributions on a SuperSonic Transport (SST) model at low-speed flow were acquired by the bi-PSP measurement system. The root-mean-square difference of C(sub P) between PSP and tap data at 50 m/s was approximately 0.1 (150 Pa) at flow speed of 50 m/s, indicating that this bi-PSP system can accurately measure pressure as an IR (InfraRed) camera combined PSP system. 0.44m極超音速衝撃風洞においてデュアルホイール型模型支持装置を使用時の気流偏向特性試験を2次元くさび模型を用いて行った。試験は模型表面圧力の計測とシュリーレン観測を行い、迎角変化に対する模型上下面の圧力値の変化を調べた。模型迎角に対する模型表面圧力の変化から一様流の気流偏角を推算し、マッハ数10ノズルを使用した今回のケースでは気流偏向角は約0.2度の吹き上げである事が分かった。また、試験結果からは模型後方からの圧力の遡りと思われる現象も観測された。今回の検討によってデュアルホイール型模型支持装置のスティングの長さや形状を含めた課題を明確にする事が出来た。, Flow-deflection characteristic tests were conducted at JAXA 0.44 m Hypersonic Shock Tunnel with a dual-wheel model support system. Surface pressures on upper and lower surfaces of a two-dimensional wedge model were measured to identify the flow deflection angle. The flow around the model was visualized by a schlieren optical system. The tests were conducted at a nominal Mach number of 10.4. 風洞技術開発センター(WINTEC: Wind Tunnel Technology Center)では、感圧塗料(Pressure-Sensitive Paint: PSP)計測の大型実用風洞群への整備を進めている。従来の静圧孔を用いた電子式センサーによる計測では離散的なデータしか得られなかったが、PSPを用いることで模型上の面情報が得られ、衝撃波位置などの詳細流れ場の情報を可視化することができる。しかしながら、感圧塗料の発光強度は圧力依存性と同時に温度依存性を有しているため、計測精度を向上させるためには何らかの手法を用いて温度補正を施す必要がある。これまで、我々は、模型の左右片側ずつを感圧塗料と感温塗料で塗り分けすることで温度補正を行ってきた。しかし、この手法の場合、流れの左右対称性を仮定しなければならず、さらに片側の圧力場情報しか得られない短所がある。よって、横滑り角をとるような計測や半裁模型など非対称形状模型試験には適用できない。このような背景から、本研究では赤外線カメラ(IRカメラ)を用いて模型上の温度分布を計測し、その温度をPSP温度補正に利用する方法を試みた。温度依存性に起因する計測誤差は、特に圧力変化の小さい低速域で致命的な計測誤差になる。そこで、本PSP計測システムを2m×2m低速風洞試験に適応し、システムの有効性を評価した。その結果、従来の方法(通風直後の無風時画像を用いた計測法)よりも定量的に計測精度を向上させることができ、本システムの温度補正機能が有効であることが実証された。また、低速風洞試験における計測精度は、一様流速50m/sにおいてCp換算で約0.1(0.15kPa)を達成した。, A Pressure-Sensitive Paint (PSP) measurement system has been developed in the large-scale wind tunnels of the Wind Tunnel Technology Center (WINTEC). PSP technique provides a simple and inexpensive way to obtain overall pressure images on an aerodynamic model surface with high spatial resolution. However, the luminescent intensity of PSP depends on both pressure and temperature. Therefore, temperature correction of PSP should be conducted to increase measurement accuracy. For our present PSP system, a PSP/Temperature-Sensitive Paint (TSP) combined system is used for temperature correction. When the PSP/TSP combined system is applied, the flowfield on both right and left wings of a model should be identical. Accordingly, the system cannot acquire pressure images on a model at sideslip angles. A half-model is also inapplicable, because it is not a symmetric configuration. To solve these problems, a PSP system combined with an Infrared (IR) camera was developed. This technique could acquire pressure images without the limitations mentioned above. The PSP/IR combined system was applied to 2 m x 2 m low-speed wind tunnel for verification purposes because measurement accuracy of low-speed PSP is acutely sensitive to error due to the temperature dependence of PSP. 1994年、現在の場所に移設改修したJAXA0.44m極超音速衝撃風洞(HST)は、安定した一様流の持続時間数十ミリ秒、通風間隔10〜15分間に1ショット、という衝撃風洞として比類のない高生産性を誇っている。近年、試験結果に不確かさ評価を加えて示すことが求められるようになってきたのに対応して2005年10月に統計的評価に耐え得る、より細かい間隔でのピトー圧力測定試験を実施し、マッハ数の校正を行った。本書ではこの試験結果を中心に、前回(1996年11月)の試験結果も含めて報告する。風洞環境としては、マッハ数10ノズルを用いたターンテーブル型模型支持装置環境下である。ピトーレークは23本のピトー管を持つものを用いた。これらのピトー圧力分布および、よどみ点圧力の測定値とよどみ点温度推定値を用いて、Thermally Perfect気体の式に基づいてマッハ数空間分布を算出した。測定値、推定値に対し誤差解析を行って当該風洞の気流品質を同定した。一様流コアおよびそこでの平均マッハ数は高圧管、低圧管の初期設定圧力の関数で、一様流コアは直径0.21m、長さ0.30m、平均マッハ数は9.79〜10.43、マッハ数の不確かさは+/-0.17前後であった。, Mach number calibration tests were conducted at the JAXA 0.44 m Hypersonic Shock Tunnel. Mach number distributions were deduced from the measurements of Pitot pressures and the stagnation pressure, and the estimated stagnation temperature. Pitot pressures were measured by a Pitot rake equipped with 23 ports. From the Pitot pressure distribution, the uniform core was defined as 0.21 m in diameter and 0.30 m in length. Average Mach numbers were 9.79-10.43 depending on the initial pressures of the high pressure tube and the low pressure tube.
