The work is devoted to the problem of crack formation in thin sublayers of silicon oxide during pulsed heating of interconnects on single-crystal silicon wafers. It was shown that the passage of current pulses with an amplitude of up to 8 × 1010 A/m2 and a duration of up to 500 μs leads to thermal destruction of the interconnects and contributes to the formation of microcracks in SiO2 films along the metallization path. The magnitude of the mechanical stresses arising in the structure during thermal shock is estimated. It is shown that in contrast to SiO2 films, the level of mechanical stresses in silicon is insufficient for cracking near the source of thermal shock. It was also found that the nature of cracking in a dielectric film depends on the quality of the deposition of the dielectric film and the metal film, as well as the state of the dielectric-metal interface.

By cyclotrimerization of tert-butyl substituted pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile in the presence of boron trichloride, two positional isomers ([Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] symmetry) of the corresponding boron(III) tripyrazinosubporphyrazines were first obtained and efficiently separated by column chromatography. The new compounds were characterized by MALDI mass-spectrometry, UV-visible and 1H NMR spectroscopy. A Q-band in the electronic absorption spectra for both fractions was observed at [Formula: see text]530 nm, which is typical for tripyrazinosubporphyrazines. The fluorescence quantum yield for the regioisomer with lower symmetry ([Formula: see text] is 1.5 times higher than for the more symmerical [Formula: see text] species ([Formula: see text] = 0.37 and 0.28, respectively). Comparative spectrophotometric study of the basic properies reveals that hexaaza substitution in benzene rings of tert-butyl substituted subphthalocyanine decreases the basic properties of meso-nitrogen atoms.

The local behavior of mappings with the inverse Poletsky inequality between metric spaces is studied. The case where one of the spaces satisfies the condition of weak sphericalization, is similar to the Riemannian sphere (extended Euclidean space), and is locally linearly connected under a mapping is considered. It is proved that the equicontinuity of the corresponding families of mappings of two domains, one of which is a domain with a weakly flat boundary, and another one is a fixed domain with a compact closure, the corresponding weight in the main inequality being supposed to be integrable.

We reconsider a recently proposed design for smart responsive brushes, which is based on a conformational transition in very dilutely embedded block copolymers with a surface active block (Qi et al., Macromolecules 53, 5326, 2020). Under certain conditions, the transition acquires an unusual character: it remains very sharp, but the barrier separating the adsorbed and desorbed states disappears completely. We show that these features are very robust with respect to changing almost all system parameters: the lengths of the inert and active blocks of the minority chain, the brush length, its density, and its polydispersity. The only relevant condition is that the inert block of the minority chain is long enough to extend outside the brush density profile. We develop an analytical theory that predicts the relevant characteristics of the transition and verify it with Monte Carlo simulations. We also show that the surprising universality of the transition properties is rooted in an underlying connection to the force-induced desorption transition, which is known to combine the features of the first- and second-order transitions with a pretransition fluctuation growth accompanied by phase coexistence.

Synthesis of new bis(seleno-imidazolone) derivatives bearing the alkyl and aryl moieties at the N(1) atom of the five-membered ring was developed. Cytotoxicity of the synthesized compounds against A549, VA-13, MCF-7, and HEK293T cell lines was evaluated.

New 3,5-disubstituted-1,2,4-thiadiazoles were synthesized and together with a series of their analogs obtained earlier were tested for cytotoxic activity to breast adenocarcinoma MCF-7 and lung carcinoma A 549 cells. The selectivity of cytotoxic action was determined in comparison to etiologically noncancerous breast epithelial cells MCF-10A and lung fibroblasts VA13. From five- to six-fold selectivity of cytotoxic action was revealed for 3,4-dichlorophenyl-{3-[2-(2-morpholin-4-ylethylamino)propyl]-[1,2,4]thiadiazol-5-yl}amine and (2-{5-[(4-diethylami-nobenzyl)pyridin-3-ylmethylamino]-[1,2,4]thiadiazol-3-yl}-1-methylvinyl)-(2,2,6,6-tetra-methylpiperidin-4-yl)amine in the pairs A 549/VA13 and MCF-7/MCF-10A, respectively. Some structure—property relationships for the compounds under study were discussed.

Electrophoretically homogeneous lectin with a specific activity of 100.0 U/mg protein was isolated and purified from the fungal mycelium of Fusarium solani 4. The molecular weight of the native lectin molecule (38 kDa) was determined. It was established that it consists of two identical subunits, with the molecular mass determined via PAGE-Na electrophoresis in the presence of DDS-Na equal to 19 kDa. The physicochemical properties and carbohydrate specificity of the lectin, as well as its in vitro effect on mammalian cancer cells, were studied. The results opened new prospects for the further study of lectin and its potential applications as a medical agent.

Abstract The reaction of lithium β-diketiminate [{2,6-Me2C6H3N=CMe}2CH]Li with benzophenone in toluene at 25°C affords the coordination complex [{2,6-Me2C6H3N=CMe}2CH]Li(Ph2C=O) (I). New keto-β-diketimine {2,6-Me2C6H3N=C(Me)}2CHC(tert-Bu)=O (II) is synthesized by the reaction of tert-Bu(C=O)Cl with [{2,6-Me2C6H3N=CMe}2CH]Li. The metallation of keto-β-diketimine II with n-butyllithium in THF at 0°C gives lithium keto-β-diketiminate {[{2,6-Me2C6H3N=C(Me)}2CС(tert-Bu)=O]Li(THF)}n (III). The exchange reaction of YCl3 with compound III (molar ratio 1 : 2, THF) affords the yttrium bis(keto-diketiminate) complex [{2,6-Me2C6H3N=C(Me)}2CС(tert-Bu)=O]2Y(μ2-Cl)2L-(THF)2 (IV). The molecular structures of complexes I, III, and IV are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 2001131 (I), 2001132 (III), and 2001133 (IV)). Complex IV in the crystalline state exists as an ate complex with one LiCl molecule. Complexes I, III, and IV are catalysts of ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone in toluene at 25°С.

The mechanical properties of a porous diatomite-based ceramic have been studied. The results of a morphological analysis of the samples under study were used to examine the porous structure of the ceramic (morphology and average pore diameter) and determine the numerical value of the porosity of the samples (35–50%). The static (70–115 GPa) and dynamic (37–50 GPa) elasticity moduli of the samples were experimentally determined. The dependence of the dynamic modulus of the porous diatomite ceramic on porosity was examined: the elasticity moduli were found to decrease with increasing porosity of the material. The decrease in the porosity of the material after its being deformed was also found. It was observed that diatomite threads are formed after the samples were subjected to a compression deformation at a rate not exceeding 8 × 10–4 s–1.

We introduce the notion of variational measure with respect to a derivation basis in a topological measure space and consider a Kurzweil–Henstock-type integral related to this basis. We prove a version of Hake’s theorem in terms of a variational measure.

Dispersion of a passive tracer by water waves is of significant importance for many scientific and technological problems including bio-diversity of marine life, ecological impact of anthropogenic incidents, planning of rescue operation and global oceanic transport. Formally, turbulent dispersion of a passive tracer by surface waves is a Brownian motion caused by a prescribed noise, viz., random fluctuations of the wave field. From this perspective, it is similar to the conventional dispersion by tracer particles by turbulent flows initially described in the seminal work of Richardson, Taylor and Obukhov. The additional challenges of this problem are imposed by the complexity of the underlining wave field—different dispersion relations and correlation structure, directionality and its spread, wave breaking—and this complexity necessitates further theoretical and experimental research. The aim of the present study is experimental validation of scaling relations for the mean drift and mean variance of tracer particles predicted by the wave turbulence theory. We report results of a set of targeted experiments in a large three-dimensional wave tank where the positions of the tracer particles—modelled as surface drifters—were tracked down with optical cameras. The experimental data are analysed and discussed in the light of the weak turbulence theory.

Найдено необходимое и достаточное условие, при котором формальный ряд, построенный по системе неприводимых представлений компактной нульмерной группы, является рядом Фурье-Стилтьеса аддитивной меры. Показано, что в случае поточечной сходимости такого ряда всюду на группе его сумма интегрируема в смысле интеграла хенстоковского типа и ряд является рядом Фурье-Хенстока своей суммы. Изучено поведение одного класса отображений области евклидова пространства. Установлено, что указанный класс равностепенно непрерывен как во внутренних, так и в граничных точках области, если входящие в него отображения удовлетворяют общему условию нормировки, а соответствующая характеристика квазиконформности лишь умеренно растет в окрестности каждой из точек ее замыкания. In 2018, only 1% of industry organizations use digital technologies, which reduces the competitiveness of Russian agriculture significantly. The relevance of the research topic is due to the low rates of implementation of precision farming technologies in agricultural production. The study aims to assess the motivational aspects and analyze the factors that promote and hinder the implementation and use of precision farming technologies by farmers. To achieve the goal and objectives of the study, a survey of farmers in the Sverdlovsk and Kurgan regions, as well as of employees of agricultural organizations was carried out. According to the survey results, the most favorable factors contributing to the implementation and use of precision farming technologies are the level of efficiency of agricultural production and the need to improve it; state support for their implementation; the level of development of the precision farming technologies market. The limiting factors for the implementation and use of precision farming technologies are the unsatisfactory financial conditions of a significant part of farmers, a high level of prices for precision farming technologies in comparison with traditionally used equipment, and poor availability of the personnel capable of mastering precision farming technologies. It should be noted that farmers are highly motivated to implement and use precision farming technologies, which are treated as an objective necessity, causing significant positive changes in agriculture in the nearest future. This allows us to conclude that there is a low level of workers' resistance to the implementation of these technologies.

An upgraded version of the combined optoacoustic gravitational radiation detector OGRAN is considered. This underground setup located at the Baksan Neutrino Observatory is designed to search for collapsing stars in the Galaxy in conjunction with the neutrino telescope BUST. Both instruments possess the sensitivity sufficient for registering collapses in our Galaxy as rare events with an average rate of 0.03 events per year. Observations are carried out in the form of continuous synchronous monitoring of the astrophysical background through both recording channels. Strict requirements are imposed on the systems for maintaining the operating modes of both installations. For the gravity detector, the problem is nontrivial owing to the complexity of its automatic control systems and fine-tuning of the operating point. For this reason, the method and technique for maintaining the OGRAN detector in monitoring mode is described in detail. Also, the characteristics of the OGRAN detector after modernization are briefly presented.

We consider the nature of the phenomenon of acoustic emission (AE) occurring in the process of deformation and destruction of solid bodies. A theoretical analysis of the processes of transformation and dissipation of energy during the destruction of structural bonds of an idealized model of a solid has been carried out. Using A-line32D and PCI-2 AE systems, Onyx vibration analyzer, and Videosprint high-speed camera, as well as numerical simulation in the LS-DYNA software environment, we study wave processes occurring during deformation and rupture of reinforcing fibers of composite materials. The obtained experimental and calculation data indicate that the main energy is emitted within the period of the aftereffect of fiber rupture in the range of sound frequencies less than 2 kHz. In this case, the energy of the peak values recorded in the ultrasonic frequency range does not exceed several percent of the maximum level at the carrier frequency in the audio range.

Selective ligands of an urea-based prostate specific membrane antigen with a phenylalanine/tyrosine-based dipeptide linker and with a mingled chiral centers configuration and/or substituted aromatic fragments were prepared in seven steps by liquid- and in six steps by solid-phase synthesis. In vitro test for inhibiting the cleavage of N-acetylaspartylglutamate revealed the optimum linker containing l -phenylalanine in the structure on the N-terminus of a dipeptide chain.

Sub-Doppler resonances in caesium vapours are studied in a laser field produced by counterpropagating two-frequency light beams with mutually orthogonal linear polarisations. The beams are in resonance with optical transitions in the D1 line, the frequency difference of the field spectral components being equal to the hyperfine ground-state splitting in the Cs atom (∼9.2 GHz). It has already been shown that in this configuration, the hypercontrast effect can be observed for sub-Doppler resonances, which makes this configuration promising for the employment in new-generation miniature optical frequency standards. In the present work, two different two-frequency configurations are compared with each other and with the single-frequency configuration widely used in practice for observing saturated absorption resonances. The parameters of nonlinear resonances are measured at various temperatures of caesium vapours and at different optical field intensities. The results of the investigations performed make it possible to find an optimal two-frequency scheme for exciting nonlinear resonances and to estimate a potential of the scheme for its applications in quantum metrology.

This paper discusses the mechanisms that ensure a constant point of entry of a tool into a working area. These devices were obtained using bevel gears or belt drives. The solution of the problem of the positions and velocities, as well as the problem of dynamic analysis, and the design of the operating model are presented.

Suppression of the critical temperature in homogeneously disordered superconducting films is a consequence of the disorder-induced enhancement of Coulomb repulsion. We demonstrate that for the majority of thin films studied now this effect cannot be completely explained under the assumption of two-dimensional diffusive nature of electron motion. The main contribution to the suppression of Tc arises from the correction to the electron-electron interaction constant coming from small scales of the order of the Fermi wavelength that leads to the critical temperature shift δTc/Tc0 ∼ − 1/kFl, where kF is the Fermi momentum and l is the mean free path. Thus almost for all superconducting films that follow the fermionic scenario of Tc suppression with decreasing the film thickness, this effect is caused by the proximity to the three-dimensional Anderson localization threshold and is controlled by the parameter kFl rather than the sheet resistance of the film.

A series of 73 ligands and 73 of their Cu+2 and Cu+1 copper complexes with different geometries, oxidation states of the metal, and redox activities were synthesized and characterized. The aim of the study was to establish the structure-activity relationship within a series of analogues with different substituents at the N(3) position, which govern the redox potentials of the Cu+2/Cu+1 redox couples, ROS generation ability, and intracellular accumulation. Possible cytotoxicity mechanisms, such as DNA damage, DNA intercalation, telomerase inhibition, and apoptosis induction, have been investigated. ROS formation in MCF-7 cells and three-dimensional (3D) spheroids was proven using the Pt-nanoelectrode. Drug accumulation and ROS formation at 40-60 μm spheroid depths were found to be the key factors for the drug efficacy in the 3D tumor model, governed by the Cu+2/Cu+1 redox potential. A nontoxic in vivo single-dose evaluation for two binuclear mixed-valence Cu+1/Cu+2 redox-active coordination compounds, 72k and 61k, was conducted.

The results obtained in the field of analysis and development of controllers for the charge of a solar power plant are presented. A description of the charge controllers of the solar panel (SP) is given and a scheme of a solar installation with their use is proposed. The maximum power point (MPP) of a polycrystalline silicon solar battery (SB) was calculated. The Pascal software for the research and analysis of charge controllers, which can be used for various types of SPs, including perovskite panels, is proposed. It is shown that the type of controller which tracks the MPP has better characteristics as it provides a higher charge.

The gas evolution dynamics has been studied during thermal oxidation of 0.15 and 0.2 mol L−1 solutions of N,N,N′,N’-tetra-n-octyldiglycolamide (TODGA) in Isopar M diluent with n-decanol depending on the concentration of nitric acid. The effect of irradiation of the system “TODGA in Isopar M with n-decanol” on the possibility of a thermal explosion has been determined. Weak exothermic effects were observed for non-irradiated and irradiated mixtures in the presence of 4 mol L−1 HNO3 at 170 °C. At a concentration of nitric acid in the aqueous phase of 8 mol L−1 or more, for non-irradiated and irradiated two-phase systems, the process passes into a thermal explosion mode.

Technological features of the growth of single crystal silicon carbide inevitably create condi-tions for the formation of crystal structure defects in them. A method is proposed for recognizing and analyzing a dislocation structure of single crystal silicon carbide based on the use of optical microscopy and a direct distribution neural network. The method was tested on homoepitaxial lay-ers of 4H-polytype silicon carbide. Software has been developed that allows building maps of the dislocation structure distribution over the surface of single crystal silicon carbide. The software was tested on digital images of the surface of silicon carbide epitaxial layers. The accuracy of recognition of dislocation structure was 95%. The dislocation mapping is used in the development of process technologies for reducing their density during the growth of single crystals.

The exchange reaction of anhydrous YbCl3 with [1,3-C6H4{NC(Ph)N(SiMe3)}2Li2(THF)2]2 (I) (4 : 3 molar ratio, THF) gave ansa-bis(amidinate) ytterbium complex [1,3-C6H4{NC(Ph)N(SiMe3)}2]3Yb2 (II) in which three bis(amidinate) ligands form µ-bridges between two Yb3+ ions. An X-ray diffraction study (CIF file CCDC no. 1964848) showed that the dimeric structure of II is formed upon simultaneous coordination of κ2-N,N-chelating moieties of three ligands to two ytterbium atoms.

The first results are presented that demonstrate the applicability of a coherent optical frequency-domain reflectometer based on a self-sweeping fiber laser for sensing. An array of various fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) was used as the sensing line. It is shown that FBGs with a reflection spectrum that lies outside the scan region of ​​our source can be used in the developed reflectometer. Using the frequency-domain reflectometry technique, it is possible to perform spatial separation of FBG sensors, even with the use of the same reflection wavelengths. The possibility of measuring the temperature has been experimentally demonstrated.

A single-frequency all-fiber thulium doped laser with distributed feedback is presented. The fiber Bragg grating with a phase shift, which is the cavity of the laser, is written in a highly-doped 36-mm segment of the thulium-doped fiber. The highest power of the single-frequency generation on the wavelength of 1919 nm reaches up to 80 mW at the power of the pumping radiation of 1.1 W. The generation linewidth is equal to 70 kHz. Relative intensity noises of the optical radiation do not exceed the level of 70 dB/Hz with the maximum at the frequency of 1.2 MHz.

One of the main ideas behind Higher Spin Gravities is that the higher spin symmetry is expected to leave no room for counterterms, thereby eliminating UV divergences that make the pure gravity non-renormalizable. However, until recently it has not been clear if such a mechanism is realized. We show that Chiral Higher Spin Gravity is one-loop finite, the crucial point being that all one-loop $S$-matrix elements are UV-convergent despite the fact that the theory is naively not renormalizable by power counting. For any number of legs the one-loop $S$-matrix elements coincide with all-plus helicity one-loop amplitudes in pure QCD and SDYM, modulo a certain higher spin dressing, which is an unusual relation between the non-gravitational theories and a higher spin gravity., 20 pages, comments added, some typos fixed, close to the published version

The paper considers the construction of adaptive methods based on the explicit Runge–Kutta stages. The coefficients of these methods are adjusted to the problem being solved, using component-wise estimates of the eigenvalues of the Jacobi matrix with the maximum absolute values. Such estimates can be easily obtained at the stages of the explicit method, which practically does not require additional calculations. The effect of computational errors and stiffness of the problem on the stability and accuracy of the numerical solution is studied. The analysis allows one to construct efficient explicit methods that are not inferior to implicit methods in solving many stiff problems. New nested pairs of adaptive methods are proposed, and the results of numerical experiments are presented.

Irradiation with accelerated electrons of an extraction mixture of 30% TBP in Isopar-M isoparaffin diluent on the lower temperature limit of flame propagation (Тl) has been studied. It was found that, under irradiation up to a dose of 2 MGy, the value of Тl of the extraction mixture may decrease to 45°С, which should be taken into account when organizing the technological process. It was shown that, when an irradiated extraction mixture is bubbled with air, the value of Тl nearly reaches the Тl of the starting solution.

A series of novel hydantoin-based dispiroindolinones as potential small-molecule inhibitors of p53–MDM2 protein–protein interaction were synthesized by two methods, using 2-arylidenehydantoins as starting materials. Some compounds demonstrate moderate cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines with IC50 in micromolar concentration range, which is comparable to nutlin-3. Two of the synthesized dispiroindolinones show p53-related activity in p53 reporter activation test.

A complex of pathological changes in heart that are caused by metabolic, vascular and electrolyte disorders during diabetes mellitus is called diabetic cardiomyopathy. The clinical pictures of this condition can be diverse — from an asymptomatic course to severe heart failure with shortness of breath, edema, cardialgia, acrocyanosis.

In KTaO3:Er crystals, we observed a temperature shift, unusual for rare earth impurities, for narrow zero-phonon luminescence lines, due to the 4S3/2 → 4I13/2, 4F9/2 → 4I15/2, and 4S3/2 → 4I15/2 transitions in Er3+ impurity ions. The magnitude of the shifts turned out to be comparable with the large shifts of the R lines of the Cr3+ luminescence in SrTiO3:Cr and KTaO3:Cr crystals, that is, substantially larger than that for the three-charged rare earth ions usually observed in the f–f luminescence spectra in ionic crystals.

In this paper, we examine the issues of the formation and propagation of melted zones during electric explosion of thin aluminum films on the oxidized silicon surface. A difference in the formation and propagation mechanisms of melted zones on the surface during the passage of a current pulse and after it was switched off is found. After the current pulse is switched off, the migration of melted zones is revealed to be determined by the temperature gradient near a local heat source. The temperature gradients are obtained from the dimensional dependence of the displacement rate, and the thermoelasticity coefficient that determines the dynamics of zone migration in the temperature gradient field is estimated.

The underlying assumption of the study is that ERP systems can crucially facilitate information exchange; yet, the agricultural sector is slow in their adoption due to different reasons, including a shortage of skilled personnel as well as a lack of knowledge about ERP capabilities among top managers and key employees. The study intends to identify challenges and prospects for ERP implementation in agriculture. The applied methods include the analysis of WoS publications and questionnaire surveys of executives of 55 companies operating in the Middle Urals’ agricultural sector. ERP systems can be defined as comprehensive software solutions aimed to integrate business and management processes through a holistic approach and a single information system. According to expert estimates, in today’s Russia the projects related to the agro-industrial sector account for 1-2% to 10-15% of the projects from the leading ERP vendors, including 1C, Bars Group, and Navigator-Agro. ERP systems in agriculture help improve business performance, reduce and monitor costs. These systems are effective in decision-making and can serve as the basis for precision agriculture. The main barriers are poor personnel skills and competencies, shortage of funds for ERP adoption, poorly developed or absent infrastructure, difficulties of fitting and adapting of ERP systems to agricultural business. In addition, agricultural business owners show no confidence in high-tech solutions and poor knowledge of the above systems. Other problems include operation complexity and insufficient government support in ERP implementation. Here we consider the classes of mappings of metric spaces that distort the modulus of families of paths similarly to Poletsky inequality. For domains, which are not locally connected at the boundaries, we obtain results on the boundary extension of the indicated mappings. We also investigate the local and global behaviorof mappings in the context of the equicontinuity of their families. The main statements of the article are proved under the condition that the majorant responsible for the distortion of the modulus of the families of paths has a finite mean oscillation at the corresponding points. The results are applicable to well-known classes of conformal and quasiconformal mappings as well as mappings with a finite distortion.

The invariant cross sections for forward charged-hadron production at zero angle in carbon–carbon collisions at a beam kinetic energy of 19.6 GeV per nucleon were measured at the U-70 accelerator in an experiment performed with the aid of a combined spectrometer including beam line 22 and detectors of the modified FODS setup. The beam line rigidity was varied between 7 and 70 GeV/ $$c$$ . The results are compared with the predictions of the FTFP model and a self-similar solution for nucleus–nucleus collisions.

An analytical framework for sound radiation from a fluid-loaded cylindrical shell covered with an acoustic coating is presented. The coating is composed of a soft elastic material embedded with a circumferential layer of equispaced voids. The layer of voids is modeled as an effective fluid medium sandwiched between two layers of the host material. Expressions for the effective impedance of the coating, radial displacement of the elastic shell, and the structure-borne radiated pressure for harmonic excitation of the shell are derived. Results show that the coating design can be tuned to reduce the radiated sound in a broad frequency range.

A new synthetic approach for realizing biologically relevant bis-aryl spiro[azetidine-2,3′-indoline]-2′,4-diones was developed based on Staudinger ketene–imine cycloaddition through the one-pot reaction of substituted acetic acids and Schiff bases in the presence of oxalyl chloride and an organic base. A series of [azetidine-2,3′-indoline]-2′,4-diones were synthesized using this method. For comparison, the same compounds were obtained using a known technique, where ketene is generated from pre-synthesized acyl chloride. It was shown that the use of oxalyl chloride for ketene generation in the one-pot reaction at room temperature allows for the reversal of the diastereoselectivity of spiro-lactam formation, unlike previously described procedures.

A new promising conjugate of betulinic acid with N-acetyl-d-galactosamine was synthesized by the simple reaction sequence: esterification and copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition. The obtained glycoderivative exhibited high activity against hepatocarcinoma cell lines in vitro, selectivity of cytotoxic action, and excellent binding to the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) of hepatocytes. Its affinity to the ASGPR was established by surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy and confirmed by molecular docking in silico. An original approach was proposed to enhance the cytotoxic properties of C-28 betulinic esters by introducing a hemioxalate fragment bearing free carboxyl group into the C(3) position of ring A.

We propose a new class of conformal higher spin gravities in three dimensions, which extends the one by Pope and Townsend. The main new feature is that there are infinitely many examples of the new theories with a finite number of higher spin fields, much as in the massless case. The action has the Chern-Simons form for a higher spin extension of the conformal algebra. In general, the new theories contain Fradkin-Tseytlin fields with higher derivatives in the gauge transformations, which is reminiscent of partially-massless fields. A series of eight novel 5-N,N-disubstituted-5-amino-3-(2-oxopropyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazoles with diverse lipophilic groups was obtained by reaction of 3-isothiocyanato-5-methylisoxazole with secondary amines. All the compounds of the series (independently on the type of the substituents) were found to be ineffective as inhibitors of calcium ions uptake in synaptosomes of rat cerebral cortex. Screening of the cytotoxicity to four cell lines (breast adenocarcinoma MCF-7, conditionnally normal breast epithelial cells MCF-10A, lung carcinoma A549, non-cancer lung fibroblasts VA13) revealed three compounds with good selectivity to cancer cells MCF-7 in comparison with non-cancer cell line MCF- 10A. These 1,2,4-thiadiazoles can serve as new leads for further study of their antitumor properties.

New ligands for targeted delivery to the liver based on glycoconjugated natural triterpenoids are proposed. Simple chemical transformations of starting lupane triterpenes led to betulin or betulinic acid conjugates with N-acetyl-d-galactosamine linked through an isopropenyl fragment of the terpene skeleton. The obtained compounds were non-toxic in vitro to a series of cancer cell lines and normal cells. Molecular docking in silico and surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy revealed a high specificity of the synthesized glycotriterpenoids to the asialogly-coprotein receptor of hepatocytes.

We study the problem of local behavior of maps in the closure of a domain in the Euclidean space. The equicontinuity of families of these mappings is established in the case where the mapped domain is not fixed. We separately consider the domains with bad and good boundaries, as well as the homeomorphisms and maps with branching.

We study the mappings of metric spaces that distort the moduli of the families of paths according to the Poletsky inequality. In the case where the mapped domain is a weakly flat space, and the enveloping metric space admits a weak sphericalization, the equicontinuity of the corresponding families of inverse mappings is established. Under some additional conditions, the equicontinuity of the corresponding families of mappings in the closure of their domain of definition has proved.

The scientific article is devoted to the actual problem of scientific interaction of scientists all over the world by developing the representation of a scientific journal on the Internet. This article describes the status of managing a scientific journal in the digital world. Modern software platforms intended for automation of preparation and publication of electronic scientific journals are presented. The analysis and comparison of several software platforms. The advantages of using open source journal systems are given. The choice of OJS3 platform is substantiated and a short generalized algorithm for its use is outlined.

The effect of accelerated electrons on the lower temperature limit of flame propagation in mixtures containing N, N, N′,N′-tetra-n-octyldiglycolamide and n-alcohol (n-decanol and n-nonanol) in various concentrations in Isopar-M was studied. In the extraction mixtures irradiated to a dose of 0.5 MGy, the lower temperature limit of the flame propagation (TL) decreases insignificantly: by 2–3°C for the mixtures with 20% n-alcohol and by 6–11°C for those with 6% n-alcohol. The TL values for the extraction mixtures, including irradiated mixtures, are no lower than 64°C.
