THE PURPOSE. To consider and analyze the definitions of the concepts "configuration of the electrical grid", "control of the configuration of the electrical grid ", "parameters of the configuration of the electrical grid ". To justify the need to manage the configuration of electrical grid, describe the principles and methods of managing the configuration of the electrical grid. To demonstrate the implementation of the principles of managing the configuration of the electrical grid on the example of an electrical grid with a nominal voltage of 0.4 kV with the use of proprietary technical configuration management tools. METHODS. Based on the literature review, the study identified the wording of key concepts, such as" configuration of the electrical grid"," management of the electrical grid configuration", "parameters of the electrical grid configuration". Methods of managing the configuration of the electrical grid are shown. The principles of electrical grid configuration management proposed by the authors are considered, which include observability, manageability, segmentability, flexibility of the electrical grid configuration, equipment intellectualization, and integration into the economy. The essence of each of the management principles is revealed and the effects of their implementation are shown. The effects of implementing the configuration management principles are to reduce the number of power supply interruptions and reduce the time of power supply interruptions to consumers, mismatch the quality parameters of the electricity supplied to them, as well as to increase the availability of electricity infrastructure. The rationale for the need to manage the configuration of electrical grid is given. Within the framework of the conducted research, the method of system analysis, methods of comparisons and analogies, and expert assessments were used. RESULTS. On the example of the scheme of power supply to consumers at a voltage of 0.4 kV, the implementation of the principles of control of the configuration of electrical grid with the use of proprietary technical means – multi-contact switching systems, input-accounting-distribution devices integrated into the monitoring systems of the parameters of the operating modes of electrical grid and other devices is illustrated. CONCLUSION. The implementation of the principles of configuration management of electrical grid allows to increase the efficiency of power supply systems for consumers and at the same time causes the need to develop new technical means of automation and monitoring of parameters of operating modes of electrical grids.

To improve the intelligence of urban and rural buses, it is necessary to realize the accurate prediction of bus arrival time. This paper first introduced urban and rural buses. Then, the arrival time prediction was divided into two parts: road travel time and stop time, and they were predicted by the support vector regression method and k-nearest neighbor (KNN) method. A section of a bus route in Pingdingshan city of Henan province was taken as an example for analysis. The results showed that the method designed in this study had better accuracy, and the result was closer to the actual value, with a maximum error of 84 s, a minimum error of 10 s, an average error of 42.5 s, and an average relative error of 5.74%, which could meet the needs of passengers. The results verify the reliability of the designed method in predicting the arrival time of urban and rural buses, which can be popularized and applied in practice.

In modern conditions, in the field of the creation and use of existing and advanced space vehicles (SV), the issues of autonomy and survivability acquire particular relevance in the development and operation of small-mass spacecraft (SMS) for Earth remote sensing (ERS). The specificity of the small spacecraft lies in the fact that it is difficult to directly apply to the process of their creation the standard practice of using the system for ensuring the reliability of the rocket and space industry due to the lack of the ability to provide full structural redundancy of its onboard systems (OBS) associated with mass-dimensional and other restrictions. In this case, the tasks of developing model-algorithmic methods and approaches to ensuring the required level of indicators of structural reliability, survivability and, in general, the effectiveness of the functioning of the MCA OBS become of particular relevance. The problem of increasing the level of indicators of autonomy, survivability, efficiency of functioning of complex technical objects (CTO), which, in particular, SMS belong, is considered in the scientific literature in conjunction with solving problems of control, assessment and technical diagnostics of the state of the CTO reconfiguration (structural, functional, structural-functional reconfiguration) of CTO structures, management of its reserves, alternative and multi-mode control, analysis of fault tolerance and disaster recovery of CTO. However, all of these studies are fragmented, both at the methodological and methodological and technological levels. The article provides a generalized description of the combined methods and algorithms developed by the authors for solving the problems of synthesis of technologies and programs for controlling the OS reconfiguration to increase the survivability of the SMS. At the same time, these tasks are solved not in isolation, but in a comprehensive manner within the framework of the general problem of proactive management of the structural dynamics of SMS with or without the use of GCC tools, which ensures the efficiency, validity, completeness, isolation and consistency of synthesized management decisions. The novelty of the approach proposed in the article is that its authors, based on the concepts of integrated (system) modeling, proactive control of the structural dynamics of the OS SMS, as well as the intellectualization of the processes of proactive control of the OS SMS, developed methods and algorithms for the synthesis of technologies and programs. Control of the reconfiguration of the MCS BS, providing, firstly, the situational choice of the optimal sequence of operations and the allocation of SMS resources with and without the use of GCC facilities, and, secondly, effective parrying not only of the calculated ones, but also off-design emergency flight situations (EFS), as well as the operational restoration of the operability of its OS. The constructiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated by the example of solving the problem of flexible redistribution of information processing tasks between the OS SMS and the SMS GCC.

In the process of cold tandem rolling, chatter instability leads to serious impacts on enhancing rolling speed, improving product quality, reducing production cost and realizing intellectualization. Chatter occurs with the rolling speed up to a certain threshold value, but the critical speed is determined by both product specifications and rolling schedules. A 5-stand cold tandem rolling mill whose first three stands and subsequent two stands, respectively, have four and six rolls was investigated by formulating its dynamic equations with the corresponding structure–process coupling. By applying the stability-based calculation model about the critical rolling speed in each stand, the system dynamic responses around the critical rolling speed were simulated, and the system eigenvalues which represent instability and characteristic frequencies were figured out. Thereafter, via combining the critical rolling speeds with the system dynamic behavior, a dynamics-based optimization model of rolling schedule for the 5-stand cold tandem system was proposed for the purposes of both the chatter suppression and rolling speed increase. In the optimization model, eight rolling technique parameters (four strip thicknesses and four tensions between the upstream and downstream stands) were taken as design variables, and the constraint conditions were set as no chatter instability in all five stands, and the optimization goal was to maximize the outlet speed of the final stand. The pattern search method was introduced to solve the optimization model. By applying such a dynamics-based optimization model for the 5-stand cold tandem rolling process, the chatter instability was suppressed effectively and the rolling efficiency was improved considerably; therefore, such an optimization model is expected to be valuable for intelligent manufacturing of rolling process.

The description of the basic principles embodied in the concept of "Industry 4.0" and the possibility of their use in the development of measures aimed at increasing intelligence of modern control system of thermal power plants (TPP) the results of the analysis of the level of intelligence and efficiency of modern control system on the basis of program-technical complexes (PTС). It is shown that, despite the widespread introduction of modern PTС in the construction of new and modernization of existing ACSTPs of TPP, the improvement of the quality of technological processes, optimization of their modes and parameters, occurs mainly at the level of equipment and power unit and to a much lesser extent - at the level of power plants and as a result-an insufficient level of automation and low technical and economic efficiency. Another conclusion from the analysis - when implementing control algorithms in automated process control systems based on modern PTC, their wide information and software capabilities are not fully used. The main ways of further improvement of ACSTPs in order to increase their efficiency and the level of intelligence of ACSTPs of power plants based on PTC are given The assessment of the level of increase in intelligence and economic effect from the implementation of the proposed solutions is given.

This article discusses the problems of information security in "SmartCity" systems. The comparison of existing solutions and data protocols for wired solutions, such as IPsec, SSL, TLS and wireless systems: ZigBee, Z-Wave, Thread, WeMo. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the existing systems are analyzed. The SmartCity system must be able to recognize a specific situation that arises in the house, city, workplace, when processing large amounts of data, to respond accordingly: one of the systems can control the behavior of other systems using a pre-designed algorithm. The main purpose of the "SmartCity" system is to save energy, which is becoming increasingly important due to their rise in price in Ukraine. Therefore, intellectualization is becoming increasingly popular, catching up with global trends in home automation. However, despite the development and gradual formal and informal standardization of smart city technologies, and any home automation, there is still the problem of choosing protocols for the transfer of information between controlled devices, sensors and other elements. This problem is especially serious when it is necessary to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data circulating in the system. The purpose of this study is to find a secure network protocol that allows you to use it in automatic signaling equipment, so you can not use special software and hardware solutions to affect the confidentiality and integrity of information.In the article is not the last issue of information security such a house of the city government system or production, can cause very great damage to its owner. As remote management and access to information are quite common nowadays, secure schemes, encryption and protection schemes should be used to reduce the percentage of vulnerabilities and prevent intruders from causing harm.

The paper analysis the strategies and concepts developed in the world in modern directions: innova- tive economy, digital economy, artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0 and others. The problem is to determine the initial fundamental parameters of order and their prospects in the global world, the definition and principles of artificial intel- ligence systems (AIS), its structure and important aspects and principles of future science and technology in analysis and synthesis based on synergetic approaches, innovative, information, converged technologies, taking into account the design of future and viable and safe and sustainable development in the context of Industry 4.0, digital economy (DE) and Society 5.0. The general scheme of the integrated model of sustainable and socio-humanitarian development in the global system is proposed, which the authors call the noosphere model of sustainable and safe development as an important fundamental platform for the design and creation of AIS. In the XXI century education, science and innova- tive technologies becomes the «basis» of the spiritual and material reproduction of man, transforming the society of the XXI century into an educational society, ensures compliance with the law of advanced development of human quality, quality of social intelligence and quality of educational systems in society. noosphere evolution (Субетто, 2008). The problem is to determine the initial fundamental para- meters of order and their prospects in the global world, the definition and principles of artificial intelligence systems (AIS), its structure and important aspects and principles of future science and technology in analysis and synthesis ba- sed on synergetic approaches, innovative, information, converged technologies, taking into account the design of future and viable and safe and sustainable development in the context of Industry 4.0, DE and Society 5.0. The main scientific and technological factors in the 21st century will be the development of: Artificial Intelligence, Nano Technologies, Bio-Media Technologies, Cognitive Technologies and Socio-Humanitarian Technologies. More specifically – this is the modern development of Innovative Technologies: «NBIC SH». Therefore, it is necessary to note the importance of taking into account the principle of I2K2+SH, ie: Intellectualization, Integration, Convergence, Coevolution and Socio- humanitarian technologies. It is important and necessary to take into account modern principles of designing a su- stainable and secure AIS and solving the problem of Harmonization between 2 worlds: Real and Virtual, especially in their hybridization. Our immediate future is a hybrid nonlinear world. Note that digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics will be the main drivers of global economic growth by 2030E. An important paradigm and platform is the Integrated System: for Industry 4.0, DE and AI, taking into account the complex principle of I2K2+SH. If the transition of the Ukrainian economy to an innovative one does not take place in the next 3-5 years, Ukraine will remain in the backyard of civilization.

The research is aimed at profound study of the influence of the "machine" factor (M) in the "human-machineanimal" system ("H-M-A") with the detailed description of the functions performed by "M", taking into account the convey of "M" control and control functions from the subsystems "human-operator" (HO) and "animal" (A). The paper presents the scheme of transformation and expansion of machine functionality in a biotechnical system; mathematical modeling of the dependence of technological signals controlled by the functions of local biotechnological systems (LBTS); mathematical model of diagnostic signals about the corresponding parameters of technical blocks of LBTS. Algorithmization and digitalization of processes on a dairy farm include an extended list of control indicators: technological signals, diagnostic signals and "alarm" signals presented in the article in matrix form. Monitoring the parameters of the most important subsystem "M" of the complex biotechnical system "H-M-A" of a dairy farm provides an increase in the level of automation, digitalization and intellectualization of the corresponding processes of milking, feeding, manure removal and others which creates prerequisites for improving their work and servicing animals as well as increasing the level of autonomy of their functioning. The development of the "machine" factor of the system is advisable on the basis of the machine-centric model of the LBTS, which will gradually expand its functions due to the transferred control and management functions from the corresponding subsystems "HO" and "A". The control parameters are determined at the characteristic reference points of the quarter curves of milk output for the development of refined algorithms for controlling the milking processes of individual udder shares in automated and robotic milking machines of the new generation. A graphical and numerical model of a wheeled feed-pusher robot in the Matlab/Simulink environment is shown. The created mathematical model of motion control by a wheeled feed-pusher robot provides effective interaction of the positioning system and the wheeedl robot drive in digital of autonomous movement.

This article discusses the main application fields of the Industry 4.0 concept at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Company (MMK); this concept enables creating a unified information foundation for implementing a set of measures to optimize and improve the efficiency of individual units, workshops, industries, and the overall enterprise. For the blast furnace iron-making process, this concept involves the intellectualization of the process personnel’s tasks, provision of solutions to modeling problems, process flow optimization, and implementation of decision-making support systems in production processes automation and control. Using the methodology of system research, the Ural Federal University (UrFU) and Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) improved the model of the blast furnace process and significantly expanded its practical capabilities; they accomplished such an improvement by considering the thermal mode, gas-dynamic mode, blasting mode, slag mode, available information on the blast furnace operation, and the uneven distribution of materials and gases. Software development using contemporary digital technologies has resulted in the creation of an automated system for analyzing and forecasting blast furnace production situations in the MMK, and this enables solving a set of technological problems for the management of blast furnace smelting.

The problems of control systems intellectualization are observed. The necessity of intellectualization of a wide range of systems and control methods is proved. The hierarchy of levels of intellectual control observed and comparison analysis of different artificial intelligence devices given. Importance of target setting’s automation problems’ solving in control systems is pointed out, as well as intellectualization of anthropocentric systems, including the ones based on fuzzy logic and case-based reasoning. The logical-linguistic, analytical, learned and PID fuzzy controllers are considered, based on fuzzy logics of Zadeh. An overview of the Mamdani-type controllers, controllers based on TS-model and the ANFIS architecture, using neural network structure is provided. The conditions of optimality and stability of control systems with Mamdani fuzzy controllers are analyzed. The Sugeno dynamic models and the ANFIS adaptive models and the methods of learning developed on the basis of fuzzy controllers are considered. The structure of a Mamdani fuzzy controller and its implementation by means of the Simulink is described. An example of application of Simulink to determine the optimal parameters of a fuzzy controller is shown. The examples of the fuzzy controllers use are given.

With the electrification and intellectualization of vehicle systems, electromagnetic active suspension has been paid more and more attention. Linear motor is one of the effective actuators of the electromagnetic active suspension system. The nonlinear factors of linear motor, such as nonlinear friction force and ripple force, as well as power limit and magnetic saturation, will reduce the performance of electromagnetic active suspension. However, the current research rarely considers the effect of these nonlinear factors on active suspension control. In this article, the effect of nonlinearities of linear motors on electromagnetic active suspension performance and the ways to improve their performance are studied. An adaptive filtering compensation method is proposed to reduce the influence of nonlinear factors on the electromagnetic active suspension control. According to the simulated calculations, performance degradation of the active suspension is observed in both the primary control objective and high-frequency range due to inherent disturbance from the nonlinear factors. Also, the electromagnetic nonlinearities will reduce the active suspension effective force output. By proposing an adaptive compensator based on the filtered-x recursive least squares algorithm, the first-order resonance of the suspension system could be controlled and the electromagnetic active suspension effective force could be magnified. Also, convergence of the adaptive compensator is found to be rapid and reasonable.

Through a comprehensive review of the development status of workover technology of PetroChina Company Limited (PetroChina), this paper presents the connotation of workover operation under the background of the new era, the latest progress of workover operation in the respects of equipment, tools, technology and the construction of information and standardization. The gaps between PetroChina and foreign counterpart in workover technology are as follows: the level of automation and intellectualization of tools and equipment is relatively low, the snubbing operation in gas wells characterized by HT/HP and high H2S is lagged behind; water plugging in the long horizontal wellbore needs to be further developed, coiled tubing and its relevant equipment for ultra-deep well operation has to be optimized; informationization, standardization and big data application of workover operation need to be started. Based on this as well as the development status of workover technology in China and the technical difficulties faced in the future, eight suggestions for future development are put forward: (1) strengthen the dynamic understanding of reservoir and improve the pertinence of workover schemes; (2) develop the general overhaul technology in a systematical way to tackle issues of seriously problematic wells; (3) put more efforts into the research of horizontal well workover operation and develop relevant technology for long horizontal section operation; (4) improve the snubbing technology and extend its applications; (5) expand the capacity of coiled tubing operation and improve the level of special operations; (6) develop automatic workover technology into the field of artificial intelligence; (7) promote clean operation in an all-round way and build green oil and gas fields; (8) perfect the informationization construction to realize the sharing of workover resources. In the first volume of Energy and AI, Frendo et al. reported a data-driven smart charging approach for heterogeneous electrical vehicle fleets. A data-driven regression model of charging profiles is proposed for the development of this smart charging algorithm to increase the efficiency of charging infrastructures significantly.

Introduction of new technical solutions and technologies makes technical systems keep up to date and adapt to all changes. The article is devoted to the development of a tool that will help intellectualize strategic planning of the autoservice system development. Today, one of the most effective methods of management intellectualization in large systems is Decision Support System (DSS) based on simulation models and optimization algorithms. Authors propose models that help to improve logistic system of autoservice network through optimization of spare parts deliveries, number of workers and stations in each autoservice center. After verification and validation of the developed model, a computer experiment was conducted with the current parameters taken from the real autoservice network. The obtained simulation values are reliable at a 5% significance level. Suggested models can be used for assessing functioning of the autoservice network as a whole and every autoservice center in particular. This will allow strategic planning for improving and expanding the autoservice network, as well as checking the possibility of reconstruction existing autoservice centers for repair and maintenance of vehicles fueled compressed natural gas.

The article describes the main trends in the field of intellectualization of transport systems and mobility. The possibility of using the Blockchain technology in transport systems is considered. The article proposes to use Blockchain technology for increasing cybersecurity through the creation of a safe and reliable system for sending parameters of the current state of each vehicle using the signals of neighboring vehicles. The authors have developed a tracking system for car actions using the Blockchain system based on the Exonum platform. Mathematical foundations of this system are presented in the article. Data input and confirmation of their acceptance of the transaction is carried out using an Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). ECDSA security is related to the complexity of the private key search task described in the article. This largely relates to the management of large-scale systems, such as transport system. Failure to follow simple rules and recommendations can lead to serious consequences, such as road accidents and congestion. Therefore, the proposed system can assist in making decisions with autonomous cars and in investigating crimes as well as traffic offences.

The article considers the intellectualization basics with regard to multimodal transportation systems and strategies for its further development. The authors define the concept of the cognitive cycle of a transportation system, present its structure, and determine specifics of its use for the implementation of cognitive multimodal transportation systems. Primary components of an intelligent transportation system are identified through the example of a motor transport subsystem. The authors also consider specifics of forming the architecture of cognitive network transport infrastructures, their stratified and procedural representation.

With the vigorous development of sports, people’s awareness of engaging in sports has gradually increased, and the requirements for a sports culture center have been higher. However, the service system of traditional sports cultures center is single, which cannot meet people’s growing experience needs. Therefore, it is urgent for the service system of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization. Firstly, this paper discusses the service system of traditional sports culture centers and finds that there are some problems, such as slow transmission of information, poor sharing of resources, and weak flexibility of response, which seriously affect the consumer experience of users and restrict the development of sports culture centers. Then, with the help of computer network technology, the design of intelligent system architecture of sports culture centers is completed, which makes many intelligent subsystems interconnected and interoperable, integrates information, realizes the integration of data application network, and achieves the goal of resource sharing and function upgrading. Then, based on the intelligent system, the big data platform is built with the help of big data technology, and the support vector machine-back propagation (SVM-BP) neural network composite model is used to realize the prediction of the passenger flow in the cultural center, which provides guidance for adjusting the service plan in advance, effectively coping with the peak passenger flow and improving the user experience. Finally, through empirical analysis, we know that the design of an intelligent system greatly improves the service quality of cultural centers. The research results not only achieve a significant increase in passenger flow but also provide an effective way for the service of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization.

With the recent spread of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the intellectualization of industry is progressing rapidly. In particular, companies in various field are interested in converting existing factories into smart factory, and the number of cases where the smart factory template is applied is increasing. In this paper, we design and implement an IoT-based power monitoring and data collection system that enables monitoring of power consumption as well as the detection of abnormal power consumption in a smart factory. The system consists of power measurement devices, data analysis servers, and knowledge-based web and smartphone applications. The power measurement device uses IoT sensors to measure power consumption and sends collected data to the server. The server analyzes the data collected from the device using R and exploits the analysis results to provide predictions about the failure of equipment and facilities in the smart factory. From this point of view, we can expect improvement in not only cost-efficiency but also product quality.

Modern defense systems are developing towards systematization, intellectualization and automation, which include the collaborative defense system on the sea between multiple unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). UAVs can fly in high altitude and collect marine environment information on patrolling. Furthermore, UAVs can plan defense paths for USVs to intercept intruders with full-assignment or reassignment strategies aiming at maximum overall benefits. Thus, we propose dynamic overlay reconnaissance algorithm based on genetic idea (GI-DORA) to solve the problem of multi-UAV multi-station reconnaissance. Moreover, we develop continuous particle swarm optimization based on obstacle dimension (OD-CPSO) to optimize defense path of USVs to intercept intruders. In addition, under the designed defense constraints, we propose dispersed particle swarm optimization based on mutation and crossover (MC-DPSO) and real-time batch assignment algorithm (RTBA) in emergency for formulating combat defense mission assignment strategy in different scenarios. Finally, we illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Remanufacturing has been regarded as a key technology for the sustainable development of the world economy. However, the quality of remanufactured products is difficult to meet the needs of customers, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of remanufacturing industry. Therefore, remanufacturing assembly management and technology has more important engineering significance to improve production efficiency and quality of remanufactured products. Aiming at the lag of the research on management and control of remanufacturing assembly, this paper summarizes the research status of remanufacturing assembly on the basis of studying the characteristics and connotation of remanufacturing assembly system. Intelligent robot of remanufacturing assembly driven by large data and intelligent manufacturing will become an important development direction in the future. The research direction of remanufacturing assembly is summarized, and the future research trend of remanufacturing assembly is pointed out. It can be predicted that the intelligent robot of remanufacturing assembly will be the key to the flexibility, intellectualization, precision, and integration of remanufacturing assembly system in the future. This study provides a direction for the development of remanufacturing industry.

Knowledge of the nature of the energy load alterations not only in time, but also in space will allow achieving the optimal structure of energy sources in the city and thereby reducing unproductive energy costs of energy resources and increasing energy efficiency. Changing the paradigm of power supply systems development towards the development of small distributed power production, intellectualization and demand management requires a more accurate understanding of the planned local loads in the city. At present it is still difficult to obtain such data; it requires analysis of many sources and, consequently, takes a lot of time. The article presents a possible algorithm of formation of the space-time profile of energy resources consumption. At the heart of the load disaggregation there is a spatial distribution of consumers in the city, estimated by the density of the distribution area of buildings of energy consumer groups. The dimension of the model is not limited in both temporal and spatial resolution: the model is flexible and can be adapted to different cases and local conditions. The proposed algorithm has been applied to the modeling of the profile of electricity consumption in St. Petersburg. The profile is based on an annual graph of electricity consumption by hour (8760 values). The spatial resolution of the model ranges from hundreds of meters to several kilometers and depends only on the availability of initial data. In the example, the division of the city territory into administrative districts (18 districts of St. Petersburg) is used as a spatial unit. The obtained results showed their logicality and compliance with empirical observations.

Objectives. The aim of the study is to develop a set of interconnected information blocks for the formation, subsequent processing and application of data in the preparation of reporting and functional documents.Method. The choice of regularly used templates as a basis for the development of information blocks. Based on the structure and forms of the selected templates, software modules for information block interfaces have been developed.Result. Based on the results of identifying and analyzing problematic issues in the activities of the operational duty shift for the automation and intellectualization of the activities of specialists, the idea of developing and using universal information blocks as part of a database management system for automated workplaces was proposed. Interfaces of information blocks are included in the composition of each workstation and provide for the processes of: entering, changing, searching and filtering data; Previewing, printing and saving documents. In the development of algorithms, original software solutions were applied: combining data prepared by several specialists, generating document details, transferring information between different workstations, monitoring the availability of documents, accessing the necessary reference information.Conclusion. The introduction of the developed information blocks: “Schedule of SLM duty”, “Requisites”, “Journal of Carriage of Duty”, “Control”, “Reference book” into the complex of automated workplaces of operational duty shift in the Crisis Management Center allows you to refuse as a result of automation from manual filling of text templates and, as a result, reduce labor intensity, increase resource and improve the quality of preparation of operational reporting documents in the event of accidents, emergencies, fires and functions national documents in the mode of daily activities in accordance with the regulatory, job and functional duties of specialists.

Smart city is a complex systematic engineering. It not only needs planing, constructing, managing and running, but also requires evaluating, optimizing and adjusting, in order to keep the smart city construction prospective, reasonable and effective. The application of cloud computing platform can effectively improve the intellectualization of urban. According to the problems such as the blind construction and the unsatisfied results during the process of the smart city construction, we carry on the theoretical exploration about smart city evaluation system based on cloud platform and studying the indexes included in smart city and relation among them, and further propose the method of the smart city evaluation system. The core of the method is the smart city evaluation indexes system, evaluation method and optimization strategy and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. Finally, we propose an application-oriented cloud computing platform architecture, it can improve the evaluation results and maximize the capacity of smart cities.

The research deals with improvement of methods and systems of controlling integrated power systems (IPSs) on the basis of intellectualization of decision-making support. Complex analysis of large-scale accidents at power facilities is performed, and their causes and damages are determined. There is substantiated topicality of building condition knowledge-bases as the foundation for developing decision-support systems in power engineering. The top priorities of the research include developing methods of building a knowledge base based on intensity models of control actions influencing the parameters of power system conditions and introducing the smart system into information contours of the automated dispatch control system (ADCS), as well as assessing practical results of the research. To achieve these goals, the authors apply methods of experiment planning, artificial intelligence, knowledge presentation, mathematical simulation, and mathematical statistics as well as methods of power systems studying. The basic research results include regression models of a power system sensitivity to control actions, methods of building a knowledge base based on the models of sensitivity matrices, a structure of the smart decision-support system, a scheme of introducing the decision-support system into the operating ADCS environment. The problem of building a knowledge base of the dispatch decision-support system on the basis of empirical data resulted from calculating experiments on the system diagram has been solved. The research specifies practical efficiency of the suggested approaches and developed models.

The intellectualization of modern industrial equipment presents a great challenge to its maintenance. The traditional maintenance of equipment requires the repairer to reference related manual, resulting in low maintenance efficiency. And the attempt based on the Virtual Reality can not produce the real and operable experience. To solve the problems, we proposes an auxiliary equipment maintenance system based on Mixed Reality technology that superposes CAD model and other virtual information to the actual equipment using HoloLens. We take the maintenance of a gasoline engine as an example, mainly including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance and equipment part training, where users only need to follow the steps set by the system, and the experiment about system evaluation shows that it makes equipment maintenance work more simple, intuitive, convenient and efficient.

In modern conditions for complex thermal power facilities, the issue of developing methods for predicting equipment failures is especially relevant. Methods based on the intellectualization of diagnostic systems and allowing to obtain predictive models based on the use of both current data received in real time from measuring equipment and retrospective information are considered promising. Intellectualization of the system in terms of the ability to learn allows to quickly adjust the parameters of forecasting models under changing conditions of equipment operation, to determine new deadlines for scheduled repairs and minimize equipment downtime. A limitation of the use of methods is the incompleteness of failure statistics, ie when equipment failures are rare or non-existent. Such diagnostics of energy equipment, especially thermal power facilities, contributes to a more environmentally friendly production.

In railway operation, unsafe events such as faults may occur, and a large number of unsafe event records are generated in the process of unsafe events’ recording and reporting. Unsafe events have been described in unstructured natural language, which often has inconsistent structure and complex sources, involving multiple railway specialties, with multisource, heterogeneous, and unstructured characteristics. In practical application, the efficiency of processing is extremely low, leading to potentially unsafe management utilization. Based on the data on unsafe events, this paper utilizes big data processing technology, conducts association rules mining and association degree analysis, extracts the word segmentation, and obtains the feature vector of unsafe fault event data. At the same time, the unsafe event data analysis model is constructed in combination with regular expression and pattern matching technology. This paper establishes the matching model of high-speed railway derailment-based external environment risk factors and applies it to the occurrence of unsafe events. This model could be utilized to analyze and excavate the link between external environment risk factors and the occurrence of unsafe events and carry out the automatic extraction of characteristic information such as risk possibility and consequence severity; hence, it has potential for identifying, with enhanced accuracy, high-risk factors that may lead to high-speed railway derailment. Based on this study, we could make full use of the unsafe event data, forecast the risk trend, and discover the law of high-speed railway derailment. This study introduces a viable approach to analyzing the unsafe event data, forecasting risk trend, and conceptualizing high-speed railway derailment. It could also enforce the accurate quantification of high-speed railway safety situation, refine the risk index and conduct in-depth analysis combined with the model, and effectively support the digitalization and intellectualization of high-speed railway operation safety.

Industry 4.0. with its inherent complexity of technologies, digitalization and intellectualization encourages universities to look for new innovative approaches in education to provide students with advanced professional competencies. Formula Student Electric is an international student competition consisting in the development of racing cars followed by competitive races. However, accidents can happen not only on the track, but also in the garage. A big problem is charging batteries due to the complexity of controlling such a long process. The market lacks ready-made solutions meeting the requirements of the regulations. We developed a schematic diagram of the charger and designed a simplified model of the CC / CV charging process in Simulink. Theoretical calculations show that the charging time of a battery with a capacity of 100 Ah and a maximum voltage of 42 V, in the case of 30 A, took 3 hours 32 minutes to 100% and 1 hour 47 minutes to 50%, at in the case of 20 A - 5 hours 15 minutes and 2 hours 40 minutes, respectively. We selected the charger components. We designed a 3D model of the rack in the SolidWorks software for the safe use of the charger.

On the basis of the existing related research, aiming at the typical problems existing in the current research, the lightweight machine learning framework for collaborative computing is carried out. This framework can implement object detection methods such as Haar and Adaboost, HOG and SVM. It mainly discusses the practicability of manually designed features for mobile platforms. In order to further improve the system performance, the research on efficient computer vision technologies such as object detection and tracking related theories and technologies is carried out with embedded equipment with the artificial intelligence chip as the core processor.

The proposed development represents the Smart Bike concept, which with the help of sensors monitors the condition of the environment and cyclist health, analyses indicators and, in critical situations, turns on the electric motor. This allows you to reduce the load on the cyclist, as well as battery consumption, which has a positive effect on the Smart City’s ecology condition.

The article discusses the requirements for the modern education system, the main of which is to motivate the student so that he learns to formulate the problem in a professional language and solve it using new intelligent technologies. A feature of the proposed method is the use in the educational system to solve real problems of such a digital environment, which is being introduced in the industry.

The concept of “Industrial Internet” was first proposed by General Electric in 2012. As a new infrastructure of the fourth industrial revolution, Industrial Internet has become a significant technique to realize digital transformation of industrial economy. The Industrial Internet platform is a service system based on massive data collection, aggregation and analysis, which is oriented to the needs of digitalization, networking and intellectualization of manufacturing industry. In order to solve the problems of current backward industrial data, improve the ability of data acquisition and deal with the industrial interconnection platform, the industrial intelligent optimization system generates the product services required by industrial enterprises and realizes the goal of industrial optimization.

The concept of "Industrial Internet" was first proposed by General Electric in 2012. It aims to promote the intellectualization of the whole service system. However, with the development of the Industrial Internet, some criminals launch attacks on industrial control terminals (such as computers and mobile devices), causing the failure of industrial control terminals or wrong instructions, which resulting in factory losses. Therefore, there is an immediate need to extract valuable information from mobile network streaming, accurately detect abnormal behaviors and timely raise the alarm. In this paper, we propose a method of anomaly detection for mobile devices in Industrial Internet based on knowledge graph and demonstrate the results by using visualization technology. First, we use the optimized data mining algorithm based on frequent item sets to analyse the data, so that our method can accurately detect different kinds of concurrent attacks. Second, this method is able to locate the IP addresses of the attacker and the victim accurately. Third, we design an anomaly alarm module, which can visualize the results in multiple dimensions and assist security administrators to understand complex network situation in real time and take corresponding measures according to the network anomaly.

Through analysis, using data mining, feature recognition and many other technologies in the information collection of service consultation system is an effective way to improve the intelligence of service mode consultation, as well as the important development direction of intelligent service consultation system.

In the frameworks of supply chain risk management, dynamics, and resilience, control theoretic approaches can be considered as useful tools to tackle the issues of performance achievement under operational and disruption risks. New analytics technologies in the framework of Industry 4.0, big data analytics and artificial intelligence resulted in the creation of new domains, i.e., cyber physical supply chains and supply chain risk analytics. As such two trends can be observed, i.e., integration of analytics into control theory (so called intellectualization of control) and integration of analytics into supply chain risk management (so called cyber-physical supply chains and risk analytics). This study brings the discussion forward by integrating these two perspectives. It analyses how control theory can enhance the risk analytics in the cyber-physical supply chain. Based on literature and case-study analysis, the frameworks of cyber physical supply chain and risk analytics control are derived. In this setting, further development of interdisciplinary approaches to supply chain optimization and simulation with disruption risk considerations on the basis of control analytics is argued.

Owing to the inevitable trend of intellectualization and digitalization, wearable and fashionable products are popular as a new product form in the past five years. Nevertheless, these kind of smart products are not widely and continuously used in daily life. This paper analysed the design intention and cognitive interpretation form of wearable and fashionable design and reveals the connection among user motivation, behaviour and perceived value in using smart products. Then we propose an evaluation framework for a better understanding of the attributes, 5 impact factors of wearable and fashionable design using a three-dimensional impact matrix approach. The framework is applied to the evaluation of two pairs of wearable and fashionable products by five designers and proved to be effective for designers to evaluate the risk of smart and fashionable design to put on the market. We expect the framework can be used as basic design knowledge of design evaluation in the realm of wearable and fashionable product design.

The traditional micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) fuze system cannot meet the requirement, the micro-Micro-mini smart ammunition micro-electro-mechanical fuze system tends to micro-miniaturization and intellectualization. Due to the complexity and diversity of failure mechanism and mode, the reliability data source is not sufficient, which makes it difficult to assess the reliability of the MEMS safety system. In this paper, a cross-scale security system for microelectromechanical fuse is proposed. Based on FORM method and G-PCM method, key failure modes and design parameters affecting system reliability are studied. An optimization design model based on key influence parameters of reliability is established and verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the system reliability after optimization is 0.99905, and the potential failure mode (latching reed) and the key influencing factors of reliability (the width of the latching reed) are obtained. In addition, the experimental and theoretical results are basically consistent, indicating the rationality and applicability of the reliability calculation method.

Methods for innovative transformation of railway power supply systems are analyzed. It is shown that modern intelligent power networks represent a new quality of a mutually integrated architecture of a distributed computer environment for the control of power supply and the topology of a traction power network, which are oriented towards the accumulation of new knowledge and optimization of energy resources. To synthesize mathematical models for investigating intelligent systems, a graph of a distributed computer environment is proposed, which adequately reflects the topology of a railway power grid. The paper also proposes a differential mathematical model of a distributed computer environment of intellectualization of procedures for all-mode control of power supply and methods for determining the probabilities of states of nodes, throughput, number of busy channels, and number of failures of requests for service.

World trends in the area of engineering and technology are associated with intellectualization of both the processes and the technical systems. In many cases, exclusion of a human from the control loop provides certain advantages, but at the same time causes a number of problems. Large systems encounter a security issue. This also applies to transport systems for which the development of “unmanned vehicles” has become a logical result of implementation of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) as a system strategy. Transition from creation of driver assistance systems to development of semi-autonomous and unmanned vehicles can be explained by desire of developers to ensure stability and safety of the transport system. However, according to analytical forecasts, while gradual intellectualization of vehicles will result in decreased role of human factor in statistics of road traffic accidents, it will also lead to the growth of their number due to technical malfunction. Therefore, the importance of measures to prevent sudden vehicle failures increases. The article shows the importance of intelligent on-board systems for improving vehicle diagnostic systems. A conceptual scheme of decision support system for managing vehicle service and its interactions with interactive diagnostic system are presented. A scheme of interaction of components of the on-board diagnostic system is provided, the interrelation of the structural and diagnostic parameters determining the state of the components and systems of the vehicle is shown. Such solutions enable improving the service system and optimizing its operation. It is shown that only system solutions in this field will increase reliability and faultless operation of autonomous vehicles, and will ensure their smooth and failure-free operation.

This article, based on a paper heard at a meeting of the RAS Presidium, analyzes the main problems of and trends in the intellectualization of state-of-the-art aviation complexes. The obtaining and intelligent processing of heterogeneous information, intelligent management, and aircraft “self-sensing,” as well as intelligent interaction within the pilot–aircraft contour, are highlighted as key functional objectives for the foreseeable future. The primary focus is made on the intelligent processing of measuring and video information, including the automatic mutual referencing and uniting of measuring and geospatial information into a visual complex; continuous provision of an accurate, authentic, and holistic image of the surroundings to the crew, regardless of weather and time conditions; recognition and prediction of dangerous combinations of factors considering the flight path; assessment of the crew’s psychophysiological condition; changes in the external environment and technical condition of the aircraft; and recommendations for the crew to escape or prevent abnormal situations.

In the field of mechanical product design, there have been difficulties in building a general model to represent a design process since the type of mechanical products is diverse and the design process requires different complex domain knowledge. This results in the need for different domain experts to design special system development schemes for different kinds of mechanical products, which greatly increases the cost of the research and development. In addition, there have been difficulties in the automation, intellectualization and acceleration of mechanical product design process, as the process is based on experiential knowledge and relies extensively on the synthetic decision of experts (SDE), which is hard to be integrated into the design process without the participation of experts in person. To cope with these two issues, a knowledge-based automated design (KAD) system for mechanical products was developed in this study. Firstly, a general feature design flow (GFDF) framework was proposed to represent the design knowledge of various mechanical products from initial design stage, including requirement analysis, to the final automated generation of computer-aided design (CAD) model. Based on parametric technology and application programming interface (API) functions, the GFDF framework decomposes the explicit and implicit knowledge of a top-down design process into four rank-correlated features and two feature correlation matrices (FCMs) respectively. Based on the GFDF framework, a requirement analysis method using analysis hierarchy process (AHP) was proposed to transfer qualitative features to quantitative parameters. Secondly, by adopting the support vector regression (SVR) machine, a feature reuse case adaptation (FR-CA) method based on case-based reasoning (CBR) was proposed to achieve the automation and intellectualization of parameter solving integrating the SDE without the actual participation of experts. The FRCA method transforms the SDE into an FCM, which can be identified during the case adaptation process, and maximizes the utilization of solved features in each adaptation process. A comparison experiment between FR-CA and conventional method for case adaptation indicated that the adaptation performance of FR-CA method is better than that of the conventional one. Finally, the KAD system was applied to the design of corn huskers. The result showed that the KAD system could improve the automated, intelligent and rapid design of mechanical products.

This article presents approaches, methods, and algorithms for the intellectualization of existing systems and development of fundamentally new systems of transformation of information into forms convenient for human perception. Interfaces with computer environments are proposed for text, voice, and visual ways of communication and their interaction. Information technologies are developed to create tools for training people with hearing impairments, communication with people with disabilities, in medicine, etc.

The article is devoted to solving topical problems of theory, methodology and practice of technological and intelligent improvement of the informational enterprise management. Recommendations for conceptual development of accounting were given proceeding from the technological support of generating information for management. The mechanism of innovative development of accounting and analysis for a comprehensive modification of information environment of the subject of economic management was developed. Actualization and modification of the basic provisions of organization of information support of enterprise management were substantiated. A system of expressions (axioms) was obtained to ensure effectiveness of the innovative development of information management of the enterprise. Technologies for formation and updating the information management of enterprise were modified. Modeling of the enterprise accounting policy based on the approximation of theoretical and methodological principles of technological and intelligent management concepts was substantiated

Intellectualization has become a new trend for telecom industry, driven by intelligent technology including cloud computing, big data, and Internet of things. In order to satisfy the service demand of intelligent logistics, this paper designed an intelligent logistics platform containing the main applications such as e-commerce, self-service transceiver, big data analysis, path location and distribution optimization. The intelligent logistics service platform has been built based on cloud computing to collect, store and handling multi-source heterogeneous mass data from sensors, RFID electronic tag, vehicle terminals and APP, so that the open-access cloud services including distribution, positioning, navigation, scheduling and other data services can be provided for the logistics distribution applications. And then the architecture of intelligent logistics cloud platform containing software layer (SaaS), platform layer (PaaS) and infrastructure (IaaS) has been constructed accordance with the core technology relative high concurrent processing technique, heterogeneous terminal data access, encapsulation and data mining. Therefore, intelligent logistics cloud platform can be carried out by the service mode for implementation to accelerate the construction of the symbiotic win-win logistics ecological system and the benign development of the ICT industry in the trend of intellectualization in China.

Blast furnace (BF) ironmaking is dominant for reducing pollution emission and energy consumption in iron and steel industry. Under the increasingly strict environmental pressure, some innovative technologies of BF ironmaking for environmental protection have been developed and applied in actual operating facilities. The current state of BF ironmaking in Europe, America, Japan, and China were briefly overviewed. Moreover, some innovative BF ironmaking technologies aiming at environmental harmony and operation intellectualization in the world, such as waste gas recycling sintering, BF operation with coke oven gas injection, ferro-coke, lime coating coke, BF visualization and intellectualization, were roundly summarized. Finally, some discussion on the technologies was carried out and the development trends of BF ironmaking were pointed out. The review could provide references and supports for the progress of environment-friendly technologies of BF ironmaking, thereby promoting their practical applications and achieving sustainable development of BF ironmaking, especially for Chinese ironmaking industry.

This paper investigates the intellectualization of text input using a system for accelerated input of texts into digital devices with a view to constructing a model of a corpus of the Ukrainian spoken language and a text typing system based on this model. Such a system uses a smaller number of commands to input letters and predicts variants of words on the basis of the corpus of words and word combinations for communication. It is experimentally shown that the input of texts using four and six command keys is rather efficient for the constructed corpus.
