Abstract

Women with moderate-to-severe psoriasis in Spain (BIOBADADERM registry) show more than a 50% reduction in age-adjusted fertility rate when compared with the general population Dear Editor, Previous studies based on insurance claim databases have described a slightly decreased pregnancy rate in women with psoriasis. We found that the fertility age-standardized rate among women of childbearing age with moderate-to-severe psoriasis was less than half the fertility rate for women of the same age in the Spanish population.
