The article focuses on ethical questions raised by the publication of six years' worth of classified military information on the war in Afghanistan by independent Website WikiLeaks. Journalism professor Roy Greenslade said in an opinion piece for the CNN Website that the reporting of the classified documents was a triumph for the so-called data journalism. For First Amendment law expert Floyd Abrams, the newspapers acted correctly in publishing some of the materials they received from WikiLeaks.
